I travelled through kumbalam toll plaza on[protected].23.36 am but they are failed to scan my fastag, so i have to pay by cash including return of rs.55/-, but i got a message 8.32.32at from icici that debit of rs.35/- was been made from my account ref trip no;[protected], on my return i went to toll plaza office but they were reluctant to pay rs.55/- instead they offered rs.35/- for one way, on my return also rs.20/- debited from my account at 10.31.40 trip no:[protected] and on 2-12-19 at 11.57.11 am on the same plaza i was debited rs.35/- trip no;[protected] & rs.20/- at 19.28.22, but in next day again i went to the same plaza at 10.53.33 i was debited again rs.35/- instead of zero debit as it was before 24 hours and also debited rs.20 at 14.49.39. So i am having a total loss of rs.75/- altogether, do the needful to reimburse the same
