Date of the incident: 29-nov-2019

Description:
I have purchased icici fastag on 29-nov-2019 paying 505 rs and is active on 30-nov-2019 with customer id[protected] and fastag number[protected]. I have not received fastag yet and i have been calling customer care many times but never got connected and once i got connected and waited for 30 min but still auto messages were coming to wait and finally i cannot speak with customer care. This toll free number is 24/7.

Hi Team, Please provide me your actual mail id to send my concern as it shows as protected. mail to me at [protected]@gmail.com or send message to

This issue is pending since Nov 29th 2019 as Fastag is not delivered.

Please take action on this and resolve my issue.
I am not able to send my concerns to the provided mail id which shows as [protected]@icicibank.com.

    My registered mobile number [protected].
    1) wanted to transfer funds, so continued to register/add a beneficiary.
    I logged on to my account thru internet banking facility, and i want to add a beneficiary to icici account and i started it at 5:30am on 11-dec-2019.

    2) i had entered all the details successfully and i was taken to next page.
    Where otp text box was seen and i read that, "a otp generated & would be sent to my registered mobile number". I waited, waited, waited for 5 minutes. Then i clicked the button "re-generate otp again". This also did not work and never got otp from icici bank. The session page asked me to continue or sign in. I "continued" still i did not get otp for adding a beneficiary, where i can transfer funds. I never got otp on my registered mobile number.

    3) for adding a beneficiary, which is an automated process, do icici want to its online customers wait, till banking hours from 10am to 7pm.

    4) before 10 am and after 7pm i cannot continue with formal registration of beneficiary process?

      On 18th november 2019 i have wrongly deposited imps of rs.25, 000/- to a/c no.[protected] instead of a/c no.[protected]. Eventhough i my bank raised chargeback immediately, yet i have received the money bank. I have approached icici bank gorai branch to lodge compliant on 19th november, counter staff & asst manager are refused to accept the comapliants. I also send email through my bank to customer care and imps department on 19th november 2019. Still no money. Infact imps department replied saying they will entertain any mail. Are these people are responsible people. I want to know what steps they have taken to return moeny which lying in one of suspense a/c. Bank has no business to appropriate wrong amount to different a/c.

      Kindly take up the issue. I will also write ncpi for creating blunder of making 35 days window period of settling wrong imps. Here iciic bank is missuing window period with wrong intentions.

      I went to complain your branch in gorai they did not bother to take my complaint. My bank has sent mail to your customer care on 19th November 2019 and as per their instructions impsquery mailid. Your impsquery replied back saying they do not entertain any mails?. In such bank What kind of service anybody can expect!. My question is why did not processed charge back till now. What they are waiting for?. Window period. I already put complain to npci for misusing window period deliberately to take action against people responsible for deliberatel delay in returning the funds.

          I am yet to get Fastag delivery despite applying for it 2 weeks ago. No response in the toll free line,
          I have enrolled for the fastag delivery online through ICICI fastag website. fastag.icicibank.com.
          I am yet to get any intimation on when they will be delivered to me.
          The so-called 24x7 call center does not work.
          This is very frustrating.

            Inspite of getting this email from your end then too you are sending me statement with interest and late fee charges are you closing the amount with alll reversal or should proceed further

            I applied for ICICI fastag on 29 November, 2019 and have still not received it on my dispatch address. My Customer id/ account number is 11700426, maker is Hyundai motors. Please look into the matter.

              I have applied for ICICI Bank FASTag Reference #[protected] on Nov 30 2019 through their mobile app and had got a confirmation stating i will receive the fastag in 8 working days. I am a customer of ICICI bank for more than 15 years and am confident of their quality and dependency . This time however I am shocked that i have not yet received the FASTag even after the said days and I fail to understand how they of all could have delayed. I have tried all helpline nos. but none of them are reachable. There is no way I can check status of my FASTag and I don't know how to resolve this issue. Please help ASAP.

                  I purchased Fastag through ICICI bank online on 26th Nov 2019 paying an amount of Rs.505.01 and have NOT received the fastag till date.

                  Any attempts to contact them on their customer care numbers is futile[protected]Chargeable Number:[protected]. There is no option to check status anywhere online, it was a mistake buying it through ICICI bank where there is no tracking nor customer service.

                  My transaction ID is 2218251 with ICICI bank. Kindly help refund the money or send me the fastag urgently.

                      Hi, i bought icici fastag online on 29th nov. I got 2 messages saying my icici fastag account is activated. My icici fastag ac no given is 11674321 and tag acc no 22112513. I don't know which one is correct. And i didn't receive the fastag for any of them.
                      I further got a message on 6-dec saying that fastag serial no.[protected] is assigned to tag acc. No. 22112513. But there is no information on whether the tag is shipped or not nor the tracking id?
                      And both the helpline numbers[protected] and[protected] are not functioning for last 10 days

                      Can you please help as the deadline is approaching and not sure on what to do.

                        I have applied for fastag from icici app on 29 november 2019.in portal i see my tag account no as 22127858 is activated but have not received fastag physically. My application reference number is [protected].
                        Also, the customer care number is of no use as no one answers the call.
                        I have logged complain on icici fastag portal but no reply from them either.
                        Please look at this on priority as i have planned my travel and need fastag badly.

                          This is the 4th time i am raising the complaint for the same issue of ecs charges where, as i received my money in transaction for some important work the bank doesn't even text message me and on top of that the bank takes my money for ecs charges for month of may and gst charges for the months september, october and november where i had already closed the ecs from icici undri branch, this bank is a liar and a thief as i was promised previously by an adviser that i won't be charged again for ecs then what is this? I want my whole rs. 590 revised to my account.

                            I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- 21st oct 2018 and again 1899/- on 3rd oct 2019 for reactivation from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                              Had applied for fastag on icici portal on 23rd november 2019. Have still not received the fastag, even after 15 days.
                              Complained over phone, but the same has still not been resolved.
                              When the request was made, i was told the fastag will be delivered within eight days, however even after fifteen days there is no information on the same.
                              Please help to resolve the same.

                                Address: Toll Plaza Kalyan Patiala

                                I was travelling by car from Patiala to Nabha on 8th Dec 2019 On Kalyan toll Plaza staff says that they have no instruction about Fastag I request them to state this in writting . They give me in writing on backside of Tool Plaza slip and i give in cash .
                                Is it possible that how Kalyan Plaza dared to non obey India Govt . Rules
                                Pl. clearify if they can refuse?

                                    removal of lien icici savings account

                                    I have savings account in icici and the bank deducted amount as lien from my salary and after repayment. They did not even respond and taking long time to remove lien and release the lien to my account. So i had to pay twice. Once by paying manually and as part of lien they deduct from my account.

                                    This is least expected from such reputed organisation. They should release the lien amount to account...

                                    Hi am prasad rao, i have a icici bank account, and i have applied for a fasttag, after 2 days of applying for it i got a message saying that my cust id 11684004 and account nu — 22120712 got activated. As it is activated i have also loaded rs. 2000 to my wallet as it is already activated.

                                    It's been more that 12 days now, i have never got th me fastta
