Am an icici bank customer. On 12-02-19 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.     Am an icici bank customer. On 11-02-19 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.         I applied personal loan in icici.
        Aps code: 72870947
        Loan status shows approved on 11th feb'19.
        But it also shows to submit some requisite documents
        Till 12th feb'19 rm was responding properly.
        From 13th feb19 i am not getting any response from relationship manager (Ms shreya srivastava) and icici customer care as well
        Now i dont what will happen for applied loan as i dont exact status and i am simply waiting for it.

            I never asked for a demat account and i was given with one without my authorization and after two years of me not using even for a single time a charge of 826 had been levied. Upon enquiry i found it was demat charges and was told to contact bank for closing the account and once closed the charges will be refunded. The closing of account was a hectic process which i had no option but do it. Now i learn that only a partial amount will only be credited back and not the entire 826. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this.

              On 7-feb-2019 "ecsrtnchgs" hit my account with "₹412.99" - on 5th of february i had insufficient balance in my account to pay the emi so, it's okay.

              I had deposited some some amount on my icici account on 11th february to pay the late emi.

              But, on 12-feb-2019 "ecsrtnchgs110219_sr[protected]" worth "₹413" hit my account where i had enough balance to pay for the emi. I got a message on february 12th at 8:13 am that "your transaction was returned due to insufficient balance" so i went to my icici online banking dashboard & found that i had sufficient balance to pay for the emi so i thought there must be some error from the receiving side so i even contacted hdfc bank for the issue.

              I have attached the transaction screenshot with the complaint.
              Note: the emi amount is ₹7406

              I am okay with the case of 7th february but i need the refund for - ecsrtnchgs110219_sr[protected] on 12th february 2019.

                Emi of personal loan for 2/19 for a/c no. Lpbrd[protected] not cleared through ecs & same was paid in rs..10415/ on 12/2/19 in icici branch, vadodara. However the same of rs.9943/ through ecs on same date 12/2/19. Now the double payment of one emi recovered. How it can be settled?
                Whether the excess emi deposited in loan a/c refunded to me or adjusted with the next upcoming due date emi? Kindly clear the matter as early as possible. Thanking you

                  I did not redeem any points from my debit cards. How could you debit money from the account without any information?

                        Dear icici bank,

                        Some people are doing fraud in the name of icici bank credit card. On 05th january 2019, i got a call on my office landline number from some person claiming to be from icici bank credit card department and i am eligible for life time free of charge icici bank jet rubix card. He took my mobile number and informed that someone will come to my office to collect my aadhaar card and pan card. I immediately called icici bank helpline if such facility is made available by icici bank credit card department. Executive informed me that such facility is there and you check his id card when the person comes to collect the card. I told executive that i got a call from mobile number and can he verify if it genuine or not. Executive denied to verify.
                        Then i got a call from mr. Jamal ([protected]) to collect the documents. He came to my office along with icic bank credit card application form. I asked for his id card and he showed me his id card of am marketing company. He informed that icici bank hired am marketing for collecting fomrs. Beleving him i filled form and submitted my aadhaar and pan card.

                        On same day (05 th jan) evening i got a call from [protected] asking me to send a mail to [protected]@gmail.com with a message that 'i am aware of charges and process my card'. He further informed that by doing so i will get rubix card with all benefits like rewards point, return ticket and watch. I refused to send mail to gmail account and asked icici bank authentic account. Later on i got a call from [protected] to send e-mail. Again i refused and blocked both numbers.

                        Here i would like to inform icici bank to:

                        1) take appropriate action against these people.
                        2) whenever customer calls to your call center proper information should be shared with customer and executives may be made aware.

                          I tried to take an amount of 10000 from a atm in thirumayam, pudukottai district on. The amount gor deducted from the account, but i got "time exceeded" message and did not get the money.

                                Please revert my money to my bank account.

                                  Customer care number is not working. When i try to cancel my one assist plan they are not picking my call.. Without my confirmation they are deducting my money from my account... I will close bank account itself now if they are not refunding. They deducted 1899 amount from my icici bank their number. Their number [protected] is not working and now they are not picking my call

                                    I financed by skoda rapid from icici on 16th march 2013 and i closed my loan account no. Lanmu[protected] on 2017. Till date i didn't received by no due certificate my icici, i visited several times to my nearest branch at panvel, initially they told me that some amount of rs.5000 is pending on account of personal loan taken against the car, so i paid that amount also in panvel branch, but after visiting several times they said that their system is not working so you can collect it some other branch as per your convenient.
                                    This is something very ridiculous, if our payment is pending then you people called us for thousand times but getting our payment you are not bothered to contact the customer.

                                    Kindly do the needful at the earliest

                                    I availed car loan from icici against may skoda rapid in the year 2013. I paid off the entire loan amount in the year 2018. But till date i did not received my noc from icici bank, when i called the customer care they said to contact my nearest branch at panvel, navi mumbai. I went their several times for noc finally they told me that some 5000 amount is pending against the personal loan which i took against the said car. Immediately i paid the entire amount at panvel branch and they called me after 5 days. When i went their they told me their system is not working hence you approach some other branch.

                                    This is ridiculous, and mental torture from icici and its bank officials
                                    Kindly check the matter and my vehicle loan account no. Is lanmu[protected].

                                      I recharged an jio no from my jio on 23rd of dec 2018 through upi through phone pay. Money deducted from my bank account but recharge not done. I raise complaint in phone pay and they clearified that, they successfully made payment to merchant india [protected]@icici. But my recharge not done. Also i didn't get refund

                                        atm card grid value incorrect

                                        I have icici bank coral debit card and card is activated. Every time, i type grid value in imobile app for verification and for fund transfer and atm pin change from internet banking it says please check the grid value and after three attempts it disabled grid authentication. I have this problem from 6 months. I tried to contact to customer care but it didn't work because of automated system. And also upi transcation limit is set to be 20k...
