This is a pathetic customer service where ICICI Home loan Green park Delhi, team is not even ready to respond.
I requested a mail on why ICICI is not able to disburse the whole amount of the demand letter and its been over 2.5 weeks to get them back and not even ready to pick up the call or respond to mails. I already wrote a complaint to Head of Home loans but still no response.

This was my biggest mistake of getting a home loan from ICICI.

ICICI home loan team was very sweet until they take processing fee charges and Admin charges and now they are not even ready to respond.

    This is a pathetic customer service where ICICI Home loan Green park Delhi, team is not even ready to respond.

      My account no[protected] has been debited with rs 5661.48 in the month of june, july and august for ecs return charges, i have visited icici bank but they are not helping me out, i have been victim of icici bank, customer care says contact your home branch bank says contact customer care from last month i am facing this issue, please refund my money because i have been gone through ankle surgery and dont have any fixed income and rs5600 is equal to my home rent, kindly look into this and begging you to refund the money in tough economy. I submitted this complain one month ago also but icici bank is not giving any resolution and marked my complain here as resolved, kindly refund my money

        And canceled the same order on 31.08.2018 cancellation id#[protected] - cancellation and refund mail confirmation received from flipkart on 31.08.2018

        I requested to icici bank on 04.10.2018 to cancel the emi/auto debit option from my account and refund the money to my account., but till date not get any proper response from icici team., and i have some emergency money problem,

        I have medical emergency, and need money on urgent bases, in this critical situation icici bank deducted money from my account rs.5351/-.,

        I need money refund with interest of 15% per day.,

        Requesting you to please take it on higher priority and do the needful.

          I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.
          How can icici bank to do such activities without my consent.

            As when i booked train tickets from my mobile icici account from my debit card the amount was deducted twice from my account and i was very regret by this situation but the ticket appears only once why this happen i'm very unhappy with this issue. Please kindly solve my issue. And i want my money back to my account since i didn't get the ticket why this happen. So please kindly checkout this.

              Icici bank people are highly unprofessional and now i setiously will take step by complaining with the resposible authorities as i even earlier filed a complaint and no step was taken. And on a highr note again the smab charges got deducted that to from a 0-balance salary/saving account. And tgen these people want customers to use appropriate lamguage for them and they just make customers keep waiting for the response from them.

                  Dear sir,
                  I have got the personal loan from fullerton india. I am paying the loan due on 5th of the every month. Last september 5th is sunday so it will hit on 6th. Unexpectedly my salary not credited on 4th of september. As i know that my account is not having sufficient funds i have deposited my amount in branch on 9 am (I am the first customer to pay in) on 6 th september. Usually ecs will hit my account on 10 am to 11am. But in the evening i am getting message that your ecs has returned due to insufficient funds and charged rs.410 from my account. I have called customer care and they are saying that ecs will hit any time even before office hours. Is that possible to happen? I want to know... If you have any idea about this please mail me.                       This is with reference to credit card no. 4375 xxxx xxxx 5004.

                      I am surprised to know that in card statement dt: 20/08/2018 total charges of inr 1, 522.37 have been charged including late fee payment, finance charge and gst. I have made payment amounting to inr 3, 209.00 through cheque no. 033017. Cheque was dropped at cheque drop box of icici bank vile parle east branch.

                      I tried calling icici bank credit card helpline though all in vain.

                      Again, in card statement dt: 20/09/2018 total charges of inr 2, 131.42 have been carry forwarded including late fee payment, finance charge and gst.

                      Request you to please take up the matter with icici bank card division and help to obtain waiver o[censored]nauthorized credit card charges amounting to total of inr 2, 131.42

                        I have got the personal loan from moneyview app. Loan amount is auto debited on 5th of the every month. Today 6th i checked my statement and i found out tat ecs charges of rs.413 from my account. I had sufficient funds for the loan to be auto debited. Now i dont have enough money to repay my loan.                           Yesterday we got call from this [protected]. Asked for bank credit card we said no because we were busy. Actually he called on company oncall no. So we are not using it for personal reason. We said we don't want so they start vulgar talks. We disconnect call but he called us at least 20+ times. Then i complaint to my manager he receive call again he start talking bad words to my manager.
                          We can't use bad words against him because we have ladies sitting around us.

                          So please do the needful.

                            I k balsingh, bearing card no. [protected], i called to your customer no and asked for redeem cash reward point to september month payment as rs.62000 appx, balance amt payment suggested by customer care personal as rs.60378 adnd dropped cheque before due date and credited redeemed cash as rs. 1716 on 24/9/2018. October payment as rs. 7338 in that i spend only rs.3800 appr. But how it is rs. 3500 interest charged on no amount balance amount left over there. For this i contacted customer care personals but there is no solution has given to me and due date as 8/10/2018.

                              I had a ICICI ONLY VIMAL VAATSALYA BONDS ..Issue date 01.07.1999 and redemption date was 01.01.2018. I have sent the original Bond on 24.04.2018 along with necessary documents to the address mentioned by the icici customer care . But still today I have not received the bond value .                                 I had never asked for the one assist plan. Also, a sum of rs.1, 899 has been debited from my saving account on dated 05.08.2018 without any earlier information also not getting any customer id from one assist side for easily deactivation.
                                I don't want to get any such service. Please deactivate any such policies and refund my money as soon as possible. I need my money.

                                    The one assist has been activated on my credit card without any prior notice to me about its charges and my credit card statement involves the charge of 900 rs for the same. Iam not ready to pay this charge as i was not aware about its charges, which specifies the consumer being uninformed.
                                    I reques you to deactivate the service or else ill have to move to further autorities for complaint.

                                      I have been holding the ICICI bank account for then five years and last month for the first time an Amount of Rs 425 was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible .

                                        not receiving sms, otp on phone

                                        Icici bank sms, otps are not being received since 12.09.18. Customercare cannot help and putting the onus on service provider! Have been receiving messages from all and sundry except icici bank!
                                        Among the bizarre solutions suggested by the relationship manager include taking the sim out and putting it in another handset. Tried everything, nothing works and icici does not want to explore the root cause for it.
