Hello there

I had an emi debiting from my icici account.. I put a request to stop the payment twice and still the amt is debited

Customer care never bothers to help or listen to the issue for every small thing they ask us to visit branch...
If you want us to go to the branch why do you want to have a call center in the first place

Most of the time the server is down

An amount of rs 29.50 x 9 times i. E. 265.5 rs in total is being debited from my account because of incorrect amount being entered while debit was to be made via atm.

If the amount that exceeds the account balance is entered, doesn't it should be limited to only a pop-up message that there's no sufficient balance?
Why is there charges being levied?

I need refund of my money asap!

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

Before 2months ago 600 rs deducted from my account for Dmrc. But my card is not working in Dmrc. It is saying card is black listed.. But bank says card is active. I did a payment from canara bank to school of open learning (Sol) for admission through eazypay as on 13th aug of rs. 3, 530.
