Dear team,
I would like to give a brief on my complaint, i have made a transaction of rs1275 on the month of aug'18 (It was a emi transaction, 1st month). But i got a credit reversal from merchant for the same transaction on 2nd sep'18. My due date is on 20th of every month. Credit card statement was showing an outstanding of 709rs, so i paid the same 709rs due after confirming from the same icici customer care. But now they are saying the merchant fee has hit after one month so you are charged with 586rs as penalty. Just for rs566 due they have charged a amount of 586 as penalty which is not my fault.
I've herein attached all the supporting document of my statement & the conversation b/w me & bank.
Kindly look into the issue and help me out.
