I have a salaried account with icici and have full trust on the bank because of which i have never thought and thereby never checked my transactions online.
But, i was shocked with an incident, when i checked my transactions details mistakenly. I found some unnecessary transactions from icici as dp charges. Although i have never opened any demat account with icici, i have been charged a dp fees of '7.46/- on may 29, 2018', '199.04/- on june 01, 2018', '32.96/- on aug 28, 2018' and '793.04/- on sep 29, 2018' without any prior intimation.
I need proper justification for the same and also wants to revert this fraud/unwanted transaction by the bank and wish to close this service as soon as possible.
Also, i wish to receive a intimation mail/message of all such types of transactions in the near future.
