    I don't have an account with icici and no loans with them as well. Some guy named pramod salunke called my wife from 91-[protected] saying he is calling from icici pune and your husband has taken an autoloan and has not repaid it. I have not taken any loan from them and how can he call my wife. Also my wife has not mentioned spouse name anywhere in her accounts. This is very bad when people like this man does not have proper information and calls my wife. I want to file a consumer complaint on this man.

    This is scamming but i wont people in icici to know this.

    I have recharge tatadocomo mobile for Rs.165 through UPI on 29/09/2018.Amount debited from my account but not credited to the merchandise.

    I have 1 icici only vimal vaatsalya bond certificate with me, with issue date - 01.07.1999.
    I have sent email requests to ICICI Bank several times, asking them how to redeem the same, as its maturity date was 01.01.2018.
    Unfortunately, till date, I have not received any response from them.
    Please help.

      I had raised the below request long back and they asked me to email them with the uid. Its been more than a week when i did so and as expected there was no response from icici - i'd rate you as 0 in terms of customer satisfaction. First the staff misbehaves and then, if escalated, the team doesn't respond. Is there a team in icici who actually looks into resolving customer issues?

      "i called the support staff twice to request to waive off the late payment interest fee but they blatantly refused to do so.

      I literally begged them to waive the fee off and consider that i am an old customer who is using their services from last 7 years. Due to some circumstances, i was delayed to make the payment by a couple of days but did the full payment as soon as i could. I spoke to naveen and then to raghuram (Their floor manager) requesting them to help, and despite begging them for several minutes i had to ultimately give up on the request.

      Never expected this from such a good brand. I was really happy with icici services until now."

      Whenever I try to open the app it just keeps on buffering and the app doesn't even open. Waited for a while to finish the buffering, but no use. Reinstalled and opened it, but it was just in vain. Kindly help.

        In the starting of this month due to some problem with the paytm site, my four transactions at purchasing an item from the site were declined and the transaction failed on every occasion due to some error of the site itself. But today i saw in my statement that the bank have charged me 29.50 rupee for all those four failed transactions and it have also happened at least 9 times in the previous two months, that means the bank have taken away more than 370 rupees of mine without any cause or reason. This is so much frustrating and disappointing, to find out that a reputed bank like icici is dropping to such low standards for stealing the money of their customers if he/she trust the bank and do not pay much attention to the bank statement. Please, look into the matter as soon as possible and help me get in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible.

                Hi,
                I recharged 153 as monthly plan on 10 October 2018 via my Jio App with paytm UPI as payment mode.The payment was successful to indiaideascici and I was deducted Rs.153 from my bank account. But the monthly pack hasn't activated. I waited for a 1 hour . They said that it has been declined from their side and yd to contact your third party payment mode for further queries. But UPI payment was successful. This is highly not appreciated

                  Two weeks back my salary account got hacked in mumbai and after i logged a complaint to the police and also the bank there is no resolution to the issue and the bank says since they could not trace back the money they cannot be held responsible for this. If the bank cannot keep its customers money safe it should not be operating. This is a bank system breach where when the hacker could get through a 3d system pin. What is the level of security are they providing to their customers. A months salary got stolen right from my account and icici tells me they cannot do anything about it. This is disappointing i hope someone can help me put here.

They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                                 This is a pathetic customer service where ICICI Home loan Green park Delhi, team is not even ready to respond.
                                I requested a mail on why ICICI is not able to disburse the whole amount of the demand letter and its been over 2.5 weeks to get them back and not even ready to pick up the call or respond to mails. I already wrote a complaint to Head of Home loans but still no response.

                                This was my biggest mistake of getting a home loan from ICICI.

                                ICICI home loan team was very sweet until they take processing fee charges and Admin charges and now they are not even ready to respond.

                                    My account no[protected] has been debited with rs 5661.48 in the month of june, july and august for ecs return charges, i have visited icici bank but they are not helping me out, i have been victim of icici bank, customer care says contact your home branch bank says contact customer care from last month i am facing this issue, please refund my money because i have been gone through ankle surgery and dont have any fixed income and rs5600 is equal to my home rent, kindly look into this and begging you to refund the money in tough economy. I submitted this complain one month ago also but icici bank is not giving any resolution and marked my complain here as resolved, kindly refund my money

                                      I requested to icici bank on 04.10.2018 to cancel the emi/auto debit option from my account and refund the money to my account., but till date not get any proper response from icici team., and i have some emergency money problem,

                                      I have medical emergency, and need money on urgent bases, in this critical situation icici bank deducted money from my account rs.5351/-.,

                                      I need money refund with interest of 15% per day.,

                                      Requesting you to please take it on higher priority and do the needful.

                                        I have been deducted an amount of 1, 899.00 on 6 oct 2018with the details mentioning: wpp-sr[protected]new policy. From my icici bank account

                                        I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.
                                        How can icici bank to do such activities without my consent.
