The one assist has been activated on my credit card without any prior notice to me about its charges and my credit card statement involves the charge of 900 rs for the same. Iam not ready to pay this charge as i was not aware about its charges, which specifies the consumer being uninformed.
I reques you to deactivate the service or else ill have to move to further autorities for complaint.

    I have been holding the ICICI bank account for then five years and last month for the first time an Amount of Rs 425 was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible .

      not receiving sms, otp on phone

      Icici bank sms, otps are not being received since 12.09.18. Customercare cannot help and putting the onus on service provider! Have been receiving messages from all and sundry except icici bank!
      Among the bizarre solutions suggested by the relationship manager include taking the sim out and putting it in another handset. Tried everything, nothing works and icici does not want to explore the root cause for it.

      I am an account holder of icici bank for about 12 months. When i went to take money from the atm, my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why i was having such deduction and i checked my mail and phone whether i received any notification. But i didn’t. Then i went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason. Then i saw a charge of 82 rupees in the name of smab chgs aug18.         Without any confirmation or information i got a message that money was deducted from my account. I got this bank alert 2 times at first it deducted in very small amount and later it deducted large amount. How it is possible that someone can deduct money from my account without any message, otp. Is that any security taxation that deducts money. Please consider this complaint and kindly help me out of this issue and credit my money back into my account.

        I have always paid my bills within the stipulated time inspite of this I have been charged interest, the amount being 3368.00 CR. Kindly let me know why I have been charged and send me an appropriate statement.Else I would have to switch over to some other bank as your service in other words can be described as fraudulent.

          I am completely unaware of this charges, why deducted from my account with out any confirmation or not even a message to my registered mobile number. Even if it is related to demat account also it's for free then for what this amount and why. Till now i didn't observe on the basis of trust on icici but now i want my money back...               My icici account :[protected] is showing below
              03/10/2018 in[protected] dp chgs till aug-18 dr. 826.00

              My dp account is dormant and i had not used it from years.
              Also the account linked to the icici demat account is also dormant.

              How could bank debit the money from another account without my permission. Also it was clearly told by your demat representative that no charges will be deducted on this.

                icici multi wallet card invalid status

                I have been on break for 2 years from july 2016 to april 2018 and my icici card shows card invalid status when i try to login through corporate portal. For the past three monthe my card is not credited with any amount and this month (Sep) i received a message that my card is credited with 2500.
                But when i tried to access my card it is getting declined. Am not able to use the amount available in the card.

                My brother's credit card is been overcharged for the month sep 2018. Moreover, we have paid the last month (Aug) due already, but again charged for this month.

                I have sent the complaint yesterday and no reply from their end. The customer care number is not working[protected] and no response when i contacted chennai office.

                    Every bank is giving insta or any Loans on max ~14% interest annually. ICICI charging interest 48% Annually +GST + late fine + overcharge fine on Remaining Shopping Amount. I paid approx 15K since last 3 months and it all goes only to balance fine and interest and All the shopping value is still untouched. zero credited even after 15K payment.

                    I request to reverse all charges and add as credit to the credit card. And convert all shopping values to EMI with valid interest as of today every banks is giving for Insta/jumbo/personnel loans. I cant pay so heavy charges. Also remove auto Payment from saving account.

                    Otherwise I will stop all credit cards payments and I will apply for final settlement where only shopping value will be counted.

                      I have not opened any health insurance scheme with icici bank, but it is automaticallly got created and the amount is by default getting debited my icici savings account. Have called multiple times to icici customer care by providing all the details, but they are not helping me out to resolve the issue in closing this health insurance/current account.

                        I am Umasankar Selvaraju, deputed to USA for a work. I am ICICI customer and account number[protected]. On September 11th, 2018, I did normal mode money transfer $5000 from my US bank to my SBI account using ICICI money2India service.

                        I got the conversion money to my SBI Beneficiary Account on same day in an express transfer mode. But i opted for normal mode transfer.

                        Unfortunately, during this transaction, my US account debit card was stolen and reported to US bank. They closed my US bank account for security purpose. So money conversion transaction was rejected due to account not available. I had a discussion with ICICI customer service and told the reason for rejection. They said that ICICI bank did not validated my US account from their side before transferring the money to beneficiary account which is their mistake. I agreed the issue and accepted to transfer the money back to them once I get a proper email with valid reason for not validating my source USA account and reason for express mode transfer instead of normal mode transfer.

                        But I have not received response for my email and asked me to pay additional Rs 10, 000 extra. And also they marked lien on all my ICICI checking & saving account without informing to me which is unfair and not legally permitted to touch my accounts without my authorization.

                        I raised a complaint against this issue and number is SR[protected]. I need a justification from ICICI bank for touching my checking & saving account without my approval . And also, i need justification why they have initiated express mode transfer while customer is not opted for the service.

                        I am nausheen begum.. account holder at icici bank..i havent activated any service but still amount of Rs.826 got deducted from my bank account...and without any intimation or prior notice...i want my amount back... without any exceptions...

                        I apply for opening saving account online in step 2 coming choose your account but there is no account available help me to complete it

                          I have a salaried account with icici and have full trust on the bank because of which i have never thought and thereby never checked my transactions online.

                          But, i was shocked with an incident, when i checked my transactions details mistakenly. I found some unnecessary transactions from icici as dp charges. Although i have never opened any demat account with icici, i have been charged a dp fees of '7.46/- on may 29, 2018', '199.04/- on june 01, 2018', '32.96/- on aug 28, 2018' and '793.04/- on sep 29, 2018' without any prior intimation.

                          I need proper justification for the same and also wants to revert this fraud/unwanted transaction by the bank and wish to close this service as soon as possible.

                          Also, i wish to receive a intimation mail/message of all such types of transactions in the near future.

                            I called the support staff twice to request to waive off the late payment interest fee but they blatantly refused to do so.

                            I literally begged them to waive the fee off and consider that i am an old customer who is using their services from last 7 years. Due to some circumstances, i was delayed to make the payment by a couple of days but did the full payment as soon as i could. I spoke to naveen and then to raghuram (Their floor manager) requesting them to help, and despite begging them for several minutes i had to ultimately give up on the request.

                            Never expected this from such a good brand. I was really happy with icici services until now.

                                I am mohit jain. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till aug-18) dp charges on

                                26/09/2018. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction

                                Message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

                                When i download my transaction history its showing

                                310 Rs. Is debited on from my ICICI account but ticket is not booked. It was showing transaction sussessful. I have attached the relevant photo for this issue. Kindly refund my amount to my account.

                                I have not used the swiping machine as a death occured in my family due to which my shop was closed for many days and they have charged me 22000 is it fair very bad experience they dint even indicate me worst experince in my life

                                  Recently i opened salary account in icici bank in aug 2018, rs. 1899/- for wpp new policy has been deducted from my account without prior approval of me. I have not requested for any service from icici bank.

                                  I got a call from icici bank & they were asking for activating some service, but i have denied the same. Post denying the request for any sort of service activation, my account has been debited. Request your help looking into this issue as soon as possible. I would be very much thankful to you for this purpose.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I transferred rs 100000 through imps on 1st october at 9.38 am from icici a/c to vijayabank a/c.

                                    Transaction remark :

                                    The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                                    But i got a message that said

                                    "dear customer, imps txn ref * for rs.100, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 01-oct-2018 09:38:21. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.
