Like many others have complained here about icici bank charging fraudulently for the mymoney services subscription which i never subscribed for, nor any notification or call was made to inform me about the same.

They just charged the fees and took it from my bank account, just because they have access to my money.

This is totally unfair and unprofessional.

Return my money asap.

    This is to inform you that today about 10:40 am i have received a call from mobile no. +91 [protected] (Name as mentioned amit mukherjee) stating that my bank of baroda debit card has been expired and requires renewal. He asked me to share my other bank account details i. E. Debit card number etc. Which i have shared with him, thereafter i have received one otp from icici bank ltd for transfer of rs. 10000.00 (Rupees ten thousand) of paytm, he told me that the amount will be credited to my account within 2 hours, it is required for renewal of bank of baroda debit card and i shared the otp with him. After that i realised that the person is a fraud. My icici debit card has been automatically blocked by bank due to suspicious transaction. I have already submitted an application for issuance of a new debit card after my visit to middleton row branch an as per guidance from the branch manager.
    I request you to kindly investigate the matter and credit the amount of rs. 10000.00 (Rupees ten thousand) debited from my account.

          While creating my salary account an demat account was given to me by telling that you will not have to pay any annual or monthly charges for the same. However on a recent note i got debited with 826 rs from my account saying dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till aug-18. I want a refund as i was never been told that i would require to pay for it. I found myself cheated on this case. I really had a good respect for the bank and it is fainting my trust.

              Sir,
              I purchased icici safety bonds as under :
              1) icici safety bond december 2000 for rs.10000 (2nos. Bonds) vide bondholder no.08617971, warrant no.175194.
              2) icici safety bond february 2001 for rs.10000 (2 nos. Bonds) vide bondholder no. 00127510, warrant no.572959.
              But the redemption or any other amount could not be claimed due to missing of documents. Now i could only trace papers regarding interest on application money sent by the bank. Photos of these papers are being sent in attachment.

              Being a retired person i would request to do the needful so that the due amount may be paid to me.

                  I am highly disappointed by the behaviour of senior officers of icici bank branch sector 30 gurgaon. Even though they are aware that mine credit card is recieved by them, they are wasting the time of customers to deliver the card to customer.

                  I got email that mine credit card is recieved in branch and need to collect from sector 30 branch.

                  I went there at 3 pm and shown my id's. I was carrying only pan card and driving licence at that time. They sad they are not able to take photocopy from my pan card as photo is not clear. And asked me for another id. I provided driving licence. Where my name was matched but surname was also there. So bank officials denied my both ids to accept and told me that they cant handedover me the card as i need to provide some other id proof.
                  I got disappointed that why such irritating behaviour with customers.

                  They said go and take the another id proof and then take the credit card.
                  I went to my office and came back with adhar card and it was 4 45 pm. Security gaurd told me now you are not allowed to talk to any of officer in branch. But on my repeated request to guard, he asked branch senior officer to take my id proof.
                  Sagar kapoor dbe of branch, directly denied my request for providing my credit card. Its huge harrassment and disappointment to me that customer who is having trust with icici branch from last 8 years and branch senior officers are behaving in such way.

                  Please escalate this to senior icici management for sagar kapoor behaviour.

                  Just to tell you that i havnt visited to branch for any cash deposit or cash withdraw. I knw the timings are most important. But it was just the handing over my credit card to me with valid proofs. I dont know why bank harrassed in such a bad way.

                    I did not take any dmat or other service from my icici account, when i opened my account i saw a transaction with this acption "dmc/in*41493 dp chgs till aug-18" and withdrawal amount of rs:826.

                    Firstly - i want to know for what these charges really are.
                    Secondly - how my account gets debited without my permission.
                    Thirdly - without my notice how can anyone deduct any sum of amount.

                    Moreover, for this transaction i did not even receive any message from your side. I also raised a complaint to icici customer support but there was no response. This is a sort of hindrance to the account privacy.

                    I would want a refund from your side.

                          My request number with icici is sr[protected]. I was told that the credit card is free and now i have been levied membership fee.

                          I tried cancelling the card and i have got a message back saying my request is rejected. I am trying various cahnnels to reach icici bank to cancel my credit card. Is this a new kind of harrasment technique banks are learning.

                          Pls ask someone to contact me asap and pls help me to get rid of your most pathetic product.

                          My mutual fund SIP is running and there was no fund at that time and bank cut down the charge ECSRTNCHGS. who gave the permission to do this [censored]. if this type of things will happen then i will go to ombudsman and close my account from ICICI Bank. They are lootera and looting the amount of customer.

                            My credit card number is [protected]. On[protected] i received sms alert that 7 transaction done in my credit card at face bk without my consent. Amounts are rupees (500, 1000, 500, 500, 500, 500, 500) immediately i contacted icici customer care. They blocked my credit card and took up the matter to their dispute department. I spoke to mr. Abdul rehman. I elaborated the incident. Raise one complain vide complain number sr[protected]. My request to the bank is to investigate the matter and not to released the amount to face bk, as i had not done this transaction. To do any credit card transaction we need one otp. I had not sent any otp request nor received any otp in the registered mobile number.

                            I hope icici bank will carry out proper investigation and do justice with me, a valuable customer of icici bank credit card. My contact number is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                I recharged my Jio sim for Rs. 299/- (Rs. 349 recharge - Rs. 50 discount voucher) on 26th September, 2018 at around 21:39.

                                I chose the UPI method for payment and it asked for Rs. 299/- to be approved to pay [protected]@icici.

                                I approved the transaction and the amount was debited from my account. The UPI ref no for that transaction is[protected].

                                But, the recharge was not done even after 12 hrs.
                                So please look into it and kindly initiate a refund for that amount.

                                P.S.: I've attached a screenshot for my payment transaction for your reference.

                                  26/09/2018. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction

                                    I used eazypay payment gateway for transaction on the website dled. Nios.ac.in on 30 july 2018.
                                    Although the amount was deducted from my account and the transaction was successful but the dled. Nios.ac.in website is still showing the amount as unpaid. Kindly rectify the issue.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      Today morning (I. E.26/09/2018) around 8:30 am i tried to withdraw an amount of 8000/- rupees at indian bank near markandeya colony, godavarikhani. Atm shows that transaction declined but money is debited from my bank account.
                                      I don't know what happened and got panicked and checked my mini statement at another atm there also it showing that money got deducted.
                                      Please kindly go with the issue and make my problem resolved as early as possible.

                                      The loan was terminated on 13/09/2018. Why then why was ECS charges taken away for the hit made on 15/09/2018. I can provide a soft copy of the termination of loan.

                                      This is not correct as Rs 413 is debited for the same.

                                        I have applied for a normal icici visa card without attachment of any kind of service like dmrc icici combo card but icici bank issued me the credit card with dmrc combo. After recieving the card, i have requested to the icici customer care 2-3 times for closing the card but they are not taking any legal action yet.
                                        After 1.5 years, the bank have charged me penalty of 2554 rupees without sending me any information. So, please resolve my issue at the earliest so that i can not pay extra charges for closing the credit card.

                                        Icici bank charged late fee (750), GST(135) once and again interest(2900) and GST(522) for 1 to 2 days delay happened for my credit card bill. So total: 4307/- charged for onetime delay happened. From past 5 years, I am using this card. Every time I am paying on time, but this time as i did balance transfer from another Credit card which I am holding it got delayed for getting the DD. Due to this reason, 1 to 2 days delay happened. When I escaled this issue to the ICICI customer care, they just reversed 750/- alone. Even though I am requesting this is the first time happened, and in future it won't happen and do the reversal of charges atleast what ever charge for interest, they are not responding properly. So i need to escalate this.
