Sir, when i go to bank for cash deposit, then i face so many problems in bahraich branch, the person who deposit the cash is very very slow and non-co-oprative, and lazy, so that the massage for confirmation of cash deposit comes in my mobile very late. Lots of customers of bahraich branch feeling very bad. Kindly appoint a good and fast person for depositing cash in bahraich branch.

      Hi team,

      On 12th sep 2018, someone transferred my amount of rs.70k from my account to another account, i didn't even share any details like otp, cvv etc. But someone accessed my account and added the payee, while adding the payee i should be getting the otp, but i didn't get any information like this.

      So here, i am requesting you team to refund my amount into my account, because i don't have any other thing to support myself, i was having only that amount, it was my one year saving. Kindly help me out. I will be highly obliged.

          I have applied for a loan from paisa bazaar. I received a call from an agent named bipan. He asked for rs.2000/- for sanctioning loan successfully. I transferred him rs.1100/- from the personal account and promised for rest after disbursement. He assured me for disbursement amount will come within a week. He told he was calling from icici bank and but i came to know that he is not the icici staff. He is from a to z solution (Agent).

          No disbursement or refund of rs.1100/- is made to me till date.
          Please suggest the way forward

            On 29th july, 2018 an amount of rs.10, 000*3, total rs 30, 000.00 wrongly debited from my saving bank icici account but cash not dispensed from sbi atm. I lodged the complaint no. Sr[protected]/sr[protected] on 31st july 2018. My bank returned back me on dated aug 14, 2018 rs 10, 000.00 against complaint no. Sr[protected] and after that my bank replied against my complaint no. Sr[protected] as mentioned below:

            "we have raised pre-arbitration request on acquiring bank on august 08, 2018. We also inform you that, no revert has been received from acquiring bank" &
            "we are unable to reverse the atm trxn of inr 10000*2 in account xx7226 as it was a successful transaction"

            This reply is totally wrong, baseless & unsatisfactory replies because i not received any amount. So requesting you to please resolve my problem asap.

                Icici bank levy interest even on consumer case under section 34 of code of civil procedure. Bank is deficient in giving good service. Staff is negligent. There is difference of opinion among different officers of different branches. Action of putting rs 5l in lien was unreasonable, all managers quote differently for it. The branch manager didn’t helped in unliening the amount. Bank practiced inaction, and instead penalised me with hefty fee &interest. Officials are also manipulating dates &records. Despite receiving instruction from rbi jaipur, no action has been taken by the bank officials in 08 months, neither in credit card dispute nor the insurance policy redemption/ retrieval.

                      This is chandrakala after getting credit card i got call from one asist service for wallet security purpose dey told u'll get confirmation call after dat it will activate bt before confirmation call itself that service got activated & 999 amount got deducted, please deactivate my oneasist service, dey have deducted money from credit card please deactivate this & refund my full amount. Even if i call & infroming also dey r not listening.
                      Otherwise i'll go for consumer court.

                          Respected Sir, it is informed that Mr. Rajesh Kumar authorize representative of ICICI Bank Ltd. Loan Department Hisar Mb. [protected] has misguided me about loan against property. He also demanded for money for the loan in form of cash but i gave him a cheque of 4720. Then he misguided me and said that your documents are incomplete. If my documents are incomplete then why he processing my application and clear the cheque of 4720 which is deducted into my account. My loan application is still not approved and he misguided me that your loan application is approved by the ICICI bank. This is the case of totally fraud and injustice. The bank goodwill is doubtful due to that like of employees (Mr. Rajesh Kumar). It is requested to you please oblige me and refund my payment and take immediate necessary action against the said official so that in future that type of circumstances will not happen.

                              I was recently sold an expressions debit card saying that it will provide me complementary airport lounge access. I'm sitting at Delhi airport international departure and i went to Plaza Premium Lounge on T3 only to be sent back. The staff there claimed that ICICI cards were stopped sometime early this year. I went to their website and they still proudly provide the misleading details there, see https://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/cards/Consumer-Cards/Debit-Card/expre... and go to "Complimentary airport lounge access". The website still lists both domestic and international lounges at Delhi airport. Here is the copied entry from their website:

                              2. ITC Lounge (T3)

                              I went to both Lounge A and Lounge B just to make sure this was indeed the case. Is this way you cheat your customers? I've been an ICICI bank customer for ~10 years or more.

                                Hello Sir/Mam,

                                I have complain for ICICI bank credit card payment system.

                                Because, When I had done payment for 300Rs in petrol pump it was charge 303Rs from CC balance and after one day gor 2.25rs back.

                                So what about 0.75Rs every time.

                                Can you please check and help on this.

                                Also I have free CC service and transactions.

                                I had inquire from both side ICICI bank and Petrol pump Organizer.

                                But, I have not get any correct answer.

Again I am getting call from MBA consulting India PVT.LTD demanding amount of 6, 200 RS as you are aware of that I am not in possession of the credit card . you can check from your system your card has not been used since 2012 how come MBA consulting keep threatening and mental harassment and disturbing my mental peace and causing a health trouble moreover, they are using abusive language. neither this card has been used by me nor there is any outstanding amount from my end and I presume that this credit card has been closed from my end and your end. so please advice MBA consulting to not to call on my mobile number and disturb us. if the matter is not resolved within couple of days I will forced to register police complain against MBA consulting for mental harassment and using abusive language and if necessary we will file a court case against MBA consulting and ICICI bank. I trust this matter will be resolved soon and corrective steps would be taken from your end and unauthorised amount that was deducted would be credited back to my savings account.

                                    They blocked my card twice in three months without informing me. I was standing in mall doing transaction and they said transaction is declined. When i called customer care they said me take its card it has lots of benefits just pay 700 rs. I said okay. When i seen online that benefits are just to make fool. They said already you are paying 300 rs plus tax. When i called again they said you are paying 150 plus tax. When i called third time they said you are not paying anything. They are not giving any proper information. Then they said you are getting coral card and now we cant change it. Again i called they said ok we have changed your card from coral paywave to normal. Next day when i called to confirm again it was coral paywave only. They they said u can go to branch and get instant card. I reached branch they said we dont have card. From past three days i am just calling customer care of icici and not getting any solution.

                                      very poor service of opening nre and nro account

                                      Your employees at mahamayatala branch in kolkata has bluffed and lied about opening and time required for the job continuously. They have wasted my valuable time i came home from abroad and haven't been able to open my account in time which has wasted my entire holiday and i have lost money as i could not receive rent from my tenant. The account still not active and the deputy manager sutirtha chakrabarty has been lying to my mother before...
