I made a transaction via phonepay to pay an amount of ₹1522 to KreditBee which was requested by [protected]@icici but the money has not received by KreditBee yet kindly resolve this issue soon that money was paid in the form of repayment to KreditBee but the app on s not showing confirmation and they say that loan is overdue, but I had made the payment

    Dear sir,
    I would like to bring to your kind attention that i was registering for the diploma in elementary education programme for untrained teachers and made a payment of rs. 4545.00 through axis bank my choice credit card (Card no [protected]) on 11 sept 2017, (Transaction id [protected]) i have waited for more than 48 hrs for the update of the payment status but the status remains as 'payment not made'. That is why i requested to someone for the payment my fees for the purpose.
    The said amount has been deducted from my account on that day. After that i lodge a complain to axis bank but they guided me to contact with easypay icici bank ltd.
    So kindly look after the matter and refund my money to respected credit card which i have mentioned above. I am also sending the credit card statement in which the transaction is reflected.

    I stopped using card from June 2017 and now I am unable to see my balance and when i see online it shows invalid status card.

    Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

    Today i received one SMS from TM- ICICB on my mobile XXXXXXX506 that your credit card statement of your account no XX3006 has been despatched at your address through local post and will receive in next 12 working days. I am really surprised as i never took or applied for credit card of ICICI Bank but how i am getting this type of false msg.

        I did a payment from canara bank to school of open learning (Sol) for admission through eazypay as on 13th aug of rs. 3, 530.
        The amount has been deducted from my account but not remmitted to the sol.
        When i filed a complaint in my bank they replied that the transaction was successful.

          I have also retrieved the detailed statement from previous years for icici bank and they automatically activated this plan and deducted yearly from[protected] from my saving a/c. Without my permission. The following details as

              I have been charged rs 47.64 (Surcharge dt:26/12/17 mcc 5541 47.64) for using my debit to pay fuel worth of rs 4037 from shell petrol pump, kasavanahalli, bangalore by icici bank. I do not understand on what account this surcharge is charged. As per the government declared policy, at no point should the consumers be burdened with the mdr charges. These ought be shared between the banks, the oil companies and the fuel station outlets.

              Quoting the state of the union minister dharmendra pradhanbelow

              "banks and oil marketing companies (Omcs) will bear any burden of merchant discount rates (Mdr) on card transactions at petrol pumps.

              Consumers will not be burdened with merchant discount rate (Mdr). Retail outlets (Petrol pumps) will also be kept out of its purview. Now it is between banks and omcs how they share it"

                    I have been charges with ₹ 413/- for ecs return charges in my icici account. I have an emi which has to be debited on 5th september. I was not having sufficient funds in my account so on the same day i have deposited the required amount. But i got a message that there were insufficient funds in my account and the emi transaction didn’t go through. Can you please look into this?

                      I am banuprakash my company has given me a multi wallet card. But it is not working in any of the merchandise.
                      Where ever i give this card they say no balance in the card.

                      I fell very bad infront of other customers in the shop.

                      In website i searched for a list of merchandise in bangalore where multi wallet card works but i didn't find.

                      I am finding it very difficult to use this card.

                        Sameer khurana called me from +[protected] claiming he is icici bank employee and that a lifetime free ferrari credit card has been sanctioned based for me based on an earlier request. Thereafter sent a representative and collected signed copies of pan card, aadhar card and salary slip and business card. I also received a verification call from icici bank. No response after this. I think. Documents are being misused.

                            I have got a message today saying "dear customer, your nach mandate for ava lifestyle products and services p l has been declined due to reason - data mismatch with image - amount on 07-sep-18. Please contact the biller where you had submitted the mandate."

                            I have not created any such request, then why am i getting this message and that too from company authorized email address?

                              There is an atm constructed on ground floor of our building kl-5, bldg. No.1, room no.9, sector 3e, kalamboli, which is a residential flat... Not a commercial zone where any commercial setup can be done, it is constructed illegally using fake support and noc... Please note that due to the atm the residents of the building are facing difficulties in moving around or sitting as there is always people queing up for cash, now also there is a food counter which will attract more people... Kindly provide a solution and help us out... The owner of the flat is adamant on not shutting down and threatens us with dire consequences using political clout... Now our only hope rests on the bank running this atm to help us out

                                  There has been a transaction of Rs. 29200 instead of Rs.292 at a pharmacy on[protected] which was wrongly done by the merchant. He immediately gave me the void sale receipt for that transaction and told that in maximum 48 hours the amount will be refunded into my account. But after 48 hours amount was not credited. Then I raised the complaint with icici bank executive who asked me to wait for 7 to 16 days. This is ridiculous. I have my loan dues coming by[protected]. How will I pay. Who is responsible for this delay and why.I dint expect such a casual approach from icici bank.

                                    Hi,

                                    Clifford here, i had transferred a sum of rs 5000/- to icici bank ac holder manish kumar from my dcb account on 15th aug 2018, since there was a mismtach between beneficiary name and account number the amount wasnt taken into the icici account but kept on hold. The fund has not yet been sent back nor credited to manish kumar's account. Manish asked a guy named anup from the zaveri bazar, mumbai branch about returning the funds, initially he confirmed the funds have been returned, last week he said funds have not yet been sent out, which is highly unethical.
                                    I am really frustrated and unable to understand the level of service icici bank is offering to its customers, multiple followups arent working and bank is using my funds for nearly a month now for their profits. Need someone with some level of responsibility in icici bank who can help.

                                    Your dcb account number 094xxxxxxx1502 is debited with inr 5000.00 on account of fund transferred via neft to mohd display stand c. Kindly note the transaction reference number is dcblh[protected] dt:[protected]:37:47 am ist.

                                    I am Sonadevi Pandey.There is a deduction of INR 826 (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-18) without any notification. There is no maintenance charges informed by ICICI bank regarding dmat account. This is really trust broken action by ICICI bank.
                                    Request you to please refund my money immediately.

                                      I have depoisted an amount of rupees 8000/- in a/c no of[protected],
                                      Instead i have to send money to[protected]Acc belongs to pendam shiva kumar, madhapur branch)

                                      I have deposited money from my account in canara bank of a/c no:[protected]Chilumuru yashaswini, dilsukhnagar)
                                      Through net banking of reference number:[protected] on 31st august 2018.
                                      I have attached documents please go through them,

                                      I have contacted your bank in madhapur branch so many times. They couldn't help me.
                                      Either side of the banks are not responding.

                                      Please go through my problem and revert soon.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I made a payment for my credit card on 14 aug 2018, but the amount got
                                        Transferred to my credit card account on 23 aug 2018 and i have been
                                        Charged with the late payment fees for no fault of mine. It's the fault
                                        Of bank and why should the customer suffer because of the same. Request
                                        You to please reverse my late payment charges as i don't want to pay the
                                        Charges as there is no fault from my end.
