I have applied credit card [[protected]] in 2005, which i have never used, & still laying in welcome letter as it is.. Refer the photo attached here with. But surprisingly an insurance policy has been issued through fraud telecalling & rs.26288 has been charged against my credit card. Which harming my cibil score. Pls remove my name from defaulter name.

    Hi,

    I have been charges with ₹ 413/- for ecs return charges in my icici account. I have an emi which has to be debited on 5th september. I was not having sufficient funds in my account so on the same day i have deposited the required amount. But i got a message that there were insufficient funds in my account and the emi transaction didn’t go through. Can you please look into this?

      list of merchandise where multi wallet card for meal pass works

      I am banuprakash my company has given me a multi wallet card. But it is not working in any of the merchandise.
      Where ever i give this card they say no balance in the card.

      I fell very bad infront of other customers in the shop.

      In website i searched for a list of merchandise in bangalore where multi wallet card works but i didn't find.

      I am finding it very difficult to use this card.br...

      Sameer khurana called me from +[protected] claiming he is icici bank employee and that a lifetime free ferrari credit card has been sanctioned based for me based on an earlier request. Thereafter sent a representative and collected signed copies of pan card, aadhar card and salary slip and business card. I also received a verification call from icici bank. No response after this. I think. Documents are being misused....

        I have got a message today saying "dear customer, your nach mandate for ava lifestyle products and services p l has been declined due to reason - data mismatch with image - amount on 07-sep-18. Please contact the biller where you had submitted the mandate."

        I have not created any such request, then why am i getting this message and that too from company authorized email address?

          There is an atm constructed on ground floor of our building kl-5, bldg. No.1, room no.9, sector 3e, kalamboli, which is a residential flat... Not a commercial zone where any commercial setup can be done, it is constructed illegally using fake support and noc... Please note that due to the atm the residents of the building are facing difficulties in moving around or sitting as there is always people queing up for cash, now also there is a food counter which will attract more people... Kindly provide a solution and help us out... The owner of the flat is adamant on not shutting down and threatens us with dire consequences using political clout... Now our only hope rests on the bank running this atm to help us out

              There has been a transaction of Rs. 29200 instead of Rs.292 at a pharmacy on[protected] which was wrongly done by the merchant. He immediately gave me the void sale receipt for that transaction and told that in maximum 48 hours the amount will be refunded into my account. But after 48 hours amount was not credited. Then I raised the complaint with icici bank executive who asked me to wait for 7 to 16 days. This is ridiculous. I have my loan dues coming by[protected]. How will I pay. Who is responsible for this delay and why.I dint expect such a casual approach from icici bank.

                Hi,

                Clifford here, i had transferred a sum of rs 5000/- to icici bank ac holder manish kumar from my dcb account on 15th aug 2018, since there was a mismtach between beneficiary name and account number the amount wasnt taken into the icici account but kept on hold. The fund has not yet been sent back nor credited to manish kumar's account. Manish asked a guy named anup from the zaveri bazar, mumbai branch about returning the funds, initially he confirmed the funds have been returned, last week he said funds have not yet been sent out, which is highly unethical.
                I am really frustrated and unable to understand the level of service icici bank is offering to its customers, multiple followups arent working and bank is using my funds for nearly a month now for their profits. Need someone with some level of responsibility in icici bank who can help.

                I am Sonadevi Pandey.There is a deduction of INR 826 (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-18) without any notification. There is no maintenance charges informed by ICICI bank regarding dmat account. This is really trust broken action by ICICI bank.

                    I made a payment for my credit card on 14 aug 2018, but the amount got

                        refund of extra amount paid towards credit card

                        Team,

                        I have made a payment of 19445.10 on 30th August (where my due date was 2nd Sep) but I was displayed an error message saying "Transaction failed" with no reference numbers generated. But the amount was debited from the account.

                        I immediately called the customer care (and waited for 20 minutes before someone responded) and explained the whole situation to them. Then the representative assured that I'd get...

                        I have not been icici credit card for a few years. I had requested icici that this card be cancelled last year as well. This year they again charged me rs 2049 when i don't physically have the card & i did not authorize any transactions. They have been following up for payment & threatening me for payment.
                        I want to know how they can charge my card without my authorization? Even if they did - as a consumer should they not give me full details of the charge incurred? They have no business to call me & threaten me for payment.

                          I'm very happy about the service,

                          But from past 2 months amount deducted by my account and gave complaint and I got new debit card and amount refunded but same amount deducted from my account.

                          300 on july
                          200 on August
                          400 on August

                          Reason reflects as paytm.
