As per subject i open an account in icici bank branch beawar (Rajasthan). At the time of account opening i provide my all document to bank. But this bank unable to my account number to npci server. Due to this i'm not get my lpg id from last 7 months. I contact for this to concern bank branch many time. But there is no responce from them. I also contact to icici bank main branch but they are also fail to solve my problem.

I requested CS team to provide waiver on late payment charges as I did not have internet access during my travel and this is first time I missed the deadline. Writing this to report the unauthorized transaction happened with my bank account on date[protected].25pm and the same was reported to icici bank with request number sr[protected]. The time on which fraud happened, i was at my office location accenture, magarpatta, pune. The kind of transaction showing is cash-withdrawal. I reported the same to bank and they want proof of presence to start investigation which i cannot...

When i opened up my account i was told that the sms service is free but your provider may charge you for the sms that you receive. Turns out they were again lying to me. I was charge rs 17 for one quarter for sms services. I believe they will charge all customer every quarter and make corores like that.

Am an icici bank customer. Today 02-08-18 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg. On 01.08.2018 between 18:30hrs and 1900hrs i tried to open an icici savings bank account online (Application id[protected]. When i reached payment page i tried to pay 10000rs using my axis bank account internet banking. On 26th of july i am not able to do any transaction on my debit card or net banking. I called the corporate banking staff they said we have no idea kindly visit the branch i have visited the branch and the official at branch said we have no idea why it is being freezed. It was between year 2007-10, bank called me several time to pay outstanding (9-10k). Which i have never used. I visited kalina branch twice that time bank excu. Told me to pay what ever outstanding.

I had called 4 times in cpp assistance service [protected] . they were telling me your company name ad address are incorrect but i were telling correct detials.so we can not cancel this service . worst and fake cpp assistance service provided by icici bank.
