Hello team i have lost my card on 4th august 2018 while transiting through metro. After losing my card, i called the customer care to block my debit card following the standard procedure. The line was slow which put me on hold for more than 15 minutes.in the meantime 16500 inr was already transacted from my account. This loss is not under me as i was not in possession of the debit card when this incident happened. The bank blocked my card and registered a sr[protected] no stating that 30 days will be taken to reverse the transaction. Today on 21 aug, the bank closed my sr stating that it is not liable for losing my card and nothing can be done. As 16500 is a big amount, please look in to this and help me get my money back. I have purchased ICICI money multiplier Bond 1099 MMB in the year 1999 in the name of my minor son Rohan Satish Shah. Pl let me know whether these bonds are matured and the address for further correspondence.

The deductions happen without my consent. this is second incident happened without my consent and this is not expected from ICICI. If this continues I may need to switch

    I am icici acc holder from past 3years. From past 3months my account is debited with 650rs/pm under smab charges nd tax. Now am the person without having any income like salty. The total deducted amount would be around 1800rs. Who will bare it. This is not correct to target the middle class family and the amount which is deducted from my account is earned through my hard work under daily wages. How can i survive without that money. Please try to refund my money back.

They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.         I have been using my debit card for 2 years and i usually make payment on due day or before day due to busy schedule. And recently i closed my icici bank account and i dont understand one thing they never charged auto debit fee charge before when i have my bank account activated and i make my payment on last day but they deducted now. I feel they are just cheated on their customer in the name of so called service.

          Whenever i do transaction or transfer from icici, it doesn't ask me for otp. I have called the customer care many times but no support and proper response.             Hi team,

            This is regarding a fraud transaction done by people from icici credit card team [as mentioned by those people], i am going to write whole details below.

            I got a call from [protected] number [on 21/08/2018] saying that lady is from icici cc team, and was asking for the feedback of icici card, i provided all the input that she asked.

            Got a call from lady, saying icici will be giving me more then 9000 rs as cash, as my point has got expired, so i told how i should be-leave on you, then she shared all the info of my cc and told if i have all the info of your card then now you can be-leave on me. So i did. And later they asked me to share otp that i shared [by mistake], and more then 9000 rs go deducted from my account.

            I called to bank, and bank told we can not do any thing [that's very bad response from icici bank], called to same fraud guy multiple time but he / she never picked up the call.

            Today 24/08/2018 again i called [[protected]] to them from different number, and some how he picked up the call. I asked about my money then he told we will revert back that in 10-12 days, i told your voice is getting recorded and i will be sharing this to bank and police people then he told yes sir you can give i don't have any issue.

            Also he mentioned he got all the details of my card from bank people, and these people asked me to call you and do all these stuff. Then again i told repeat this sentence as it's getting record and i want to show this to bank, so he repeated the same again.

            I am really upset with bank people, as a customer we are using the service provided by bank, and bank also understand there existence are there because o[censored]s only. If we call will refuse to take cc services from them then they will be in big trouble.

            Hope some one will feel the pain as 9000 rs is not a small amount, and will do or track these people from where they called, what they did with this money and who is the person that is providing them all the support.

              6, 27000 /- was released from my loan account (Lbluc[protected]) to the builder without any intimation to me. I have not raised any disbursement request and how can any amount be released without my consent/authority.

              I have been following up for this since it was released but now bank is asking me to take follow-up with the bulider for the same. My loan's auto-debit bounced for this month due to this. Now who is responsible for the extra amount and my credit score??

              This payment was supposed to be done after the completion of external plaster, my relative had visited the site at the time of release of the amount and external plaster was done from only the front side so how did the bank release the amount if conditions were partially fulfilled.

              Even at the time of taking loan i had clearly mentioned to release my loan on flexi rate but they had released it on fixed rate. On later inquiring was said by the bank that i should have read the terms and conditions properly before signing.

              Who will pay for the extra amount that bank has released. If its a gesture of good or a gift from the bank i have no issues.
              Also i want my interest rate to be converted to flexi rate and want a refund for the extra amount that i have been paying since have taken the loan/ mclr rates had dropped.

              Had complaint the same to icici grievance team as well but thay also have not taken any ction till now, only got few calls initially and then everoyone is silent again.

              Also there is a very bad policy with loan, i dont know if its only with some banks or all, for disbursement of amount they have an online process, but when we want to make some payment towards loan then we have to visit branch and that to not any branch it should be loan branch which of course are very few. It is absolutely not fare and should be reviewed immediately.

              There is a limit to patience and everything. Even now am out of country, not able to followup, it is a mental burden & torture to me.

                  Hello team

                  Icici bank is adding rs 99 or rs 350 in all neft transaction as insurance for icici lombard - which is their own company

                  I cannot able to do any neft transaction without this - they are not asking customers to add this or not - by default this amount is debited when we do the neft - then we need to call those useless cust care - waiting for 30 mts and then talk to them to refund the charges - is this under rbi guidelines - am not seeing this activity by any other bank ; who is supporting such a white collar thief

                      I am holding a saving account in your bank for tentatively past 13 years. I wish to bring this to your notice that fraudulently an amount of rs. 50, 115/- (Rupees fifty thousand one hundred fifteen only), was debited from my account on august 21, 2018 tentatively @ 3.20 a. M., not executed by me.
                      The transactions came to light when i received sms notification for five withdrawal transactions in a tune of rs. 10, 023/- (Rupees ten thousand and twenty three only) each i. E., a total in sum of rs. 50, 115/- (Rupees fifty thousand one hundred fifteen only), from my account.
                      It came to my utter shock and surprise as the concerned debit card for the abovementioned account number was in my safe possession and yet these transactions were made. I believe that someone has cloned my debit card and made these transactions fraudulently.

                        I m Fed up with ICICI account My Money Manger i do know what it is.. I haven't subscribed to My Money service but still annual fee for JUL-18 to JAN-19 354.00 rupees got deducted two times in 17-AUG'18. And any number of calls to Customer Care didn't help, and I never got the amount back. Please unsubscribe me from My Money service and pay back my money total amount 708.00 rupees. Details:

                          Hello sir I am vivek ram.
                          I had recharged with Rs 399 on my Jio number -[protected] through my jio app. At the payment option i selected UPI. there was a link sent to me and through that link it entered google tez app. I made the payment of Rs 349 as Rs 50 rebate was being provided. Money has been deducted from my account but the recharge did not happen. I had done transaction on 5 aug 2018 my upi transaction id is[protected]. Therefor i request you to refund my money.

                            I have tried with the icici team for a misinformation provided by them and not ready to take responsibility of the same.

                            I had applied for a home loan through bank bazaar.com on july 27th 2018 which was approved by icici for 35000000 on august 3rd 2018.

                            I have been in constant touch with representative ashok from icici home loan branch kondhwa who was clearly informed that the property that we intent to buy is under loan with icici which has pending due and needs to be cleared (Lbpun[protected]) and i was informed he had outstanding due for 42000000 and was made to believe by ashok on all steps that i need to arrange only 6-7 lakhs and they will internally transfer the loan to my name for now. He initially promised me an interest rate of 8.55% for women and then said is not possible and closed the deal at 8.60%.

                            I set the same expectations to my buyer as per the information given by your representative and he planned to close his loan after his 10th august emi and not pay more interest.

                            Our deal closed on 78 lakhs and our loan was conditionally approved on the fact that my husband closes his personal loan with icici and i close my personal loan with indiabulls dhani which we agreed. We have already closed our personal loan with icici and were in process of closing the india bulls loan when this happened. Our stamp duty is already going to 6 lakhs as ready reckoner is for 88, 00000 against our expected 4, 50, 000.

                            We took insurance on our loans as an option too.

                            We had very clearly informed ashok that we are selling our current flat to pay the remaining amount fo the new house and our buyer is leaving for haz and will not return before 5th september.

                            He told us that we need to get the documents of our seller to disburse the cheque.

                            We met up with our seller on 17th august 2018 and asked him his documents and contacted ashok and to our surprise we were told that we need to clear the remaining amount first made a deed sale and then they will release the loan amount.

                            This is pure mis selling. We informed him that this was never explained to us and he said he expected us to know this. How convenient?

                            Currently due to this i am in a phase where my seller has lost trust on us and is expecting us to pay all his interest as we were not able to fulfill our promise of paying of the loan on his name and interest accruing which is close to 30-35, 000. I am currently going to be homeless as my current house is sold and new house deal is going to be called off due to icici.

                            I met up his manager - anand kasture (Regional head sales mortgages) on august 20th in the icici kondhwa branch and explained him that as a first time consumer we were supposed to be informed all things and not being fooled around like this. He agreed it to be the agents mistake but was of no help of the loss we are going to bear. He said there is no option apart for me arranging the remaining 42, 00000 to the seller and they will disburse the cheque but not physically handover the money and seller has to pay interest and he will waive of the broken period interest for me.

                            I am an expecting woman in my 9th month due to deliver in a weeks time and all i am doing right now is running around banks and seller to save my dream house that i planned for my coming kid.

                            What do i expect?

                            1. I need bank to release the 35 lakhs loan amount promised to the seller immediately and i will pay the remaining amount of his outstanding loan to the seller.
                            2. I am ready to pay the interest from disbursement date with no demands of waiving of interest.
                            3. I can provide icici bank in writing my plans to pay the seller the remaining amount.

                                  Please note that i had done some shopping from my debit card no. On dated 18/08/2018 around 10.30 pm but due to some reasons i had to cancel that transaction. Re.9121 got deducted from my account immediately, i am writing this after 3 working days of bank but no refund of void payment has been made till now.

                                  And also not getting any notification like transaction canceled or any kind of notification.

                                  Customer support is also not good, they are redirecting.

                                      I have icici bank saving account. Without my knowledge debited 10, 000 rupees from account (5 transaction). I haven't received otp as well haven't created 3d secure pin. This transaction done by 29th july 2018 but i got sms 29thjuly2018 (Dear customer txn of inr 2, 000.00 done via debit card of acct. Xx5914 on 30-jul-2018) after received this message i called customer care they were telling that transaction done by second authentication (3d secured pin) and they told to me file fir in cyber crime).
                                      I have filed fir in crime and sent acknowledgement to icici customer care.
                                      They investigated and concluded transaction done by second authentication (3d secured pin) closed ticket.

                                      Still i don't how 3d secured pin created without my knowledge. I'm afraid keep money into my icici bank this may will occur again.
                                      I'm very unhappy with icici bank services.
                                      Please provide solution asap.
