Dear Sir,

With respect to the above subject, I have done transaction from Paytm account to my ICICI Bank account. But due to 1 digit change, it is transferred to wrong account.
While transferring the fund, i have entered my Name and account number in paytm.
Name- Amol Ambat
ICICI bank account[protected]
Transaction 1 amount- 2600/-
Transaction 2 amount- 4471/-

This fund got transferred to ICICI bank account[protected].

I have raised this concern to Paytm as well as to ICICI bank. Also, visited ICICI banks. But nobody is ready to solve this issue. ICICI bank people says, it is the mistake of Paytm and Paytm says only ICICI bank can do something.

In such senario, my money is stuck with wrong beneficiary.

ICICI bank is neither resolving the issue nor giving me the details of wrong account person.

    I have noticed that my savings account has been around rs.2000/- short when i went to withdraw to pay some urgent personal expenses. I didn't understand since i never use my icici account for online transactions, but only for withdrawals.

    And when i checked the mini-statement it showed that an amount of 1899/- has been debited. I was confused and checked my messages for any notification from icici. Then i found two messages in the spam folder.

    The first message said: 'your renewal of for oneassist for rs.1899/- has been registered and will be completed in one working day'. The second message was the confirmation message that the plan has been registered. I got no message from icici when the amount was actually cut from my account.

    And moreover, i never asked for a renewal. I never even remembered registering to this service in the first place.

    I made the mistake of taking only my icici card and faced high inconvenience that day.

    Please refund my amount.

      This is highly unprofessional that some charges get deducted from the account and no information is delivered to the account holder. I have my account at gurgaon branch and recently i am residing at dehradun. I checked my account detail after a little while as i was busy with some personal affairs and suddenly i found that the balance was rs. 0.17. The amount kept reducing as smab charges and no message or email appeared in my inbox regarding the same.
      Rs. 406 got debited on 21 july'18 and rs. 544 got debited on 19 june'18.

      Hereby i have attached an image showing the detail as per the passbook.

      Kindly refund the amount as now i have deposited an appropriate amount to the account.
      And also i request to atleast convey the issue detail or send a notice via message/email service.
      Please consider the case and take corrective actions asap.

        I have purchased icici bank tax saving bond -012005- tsb - two on 11/03/2005 (Six bond) face value rs.6700/- and issue prise rs. 5000/- each. Redemption date is 11/03/2010.

        Till date i have not received any redemption warrant of above bond.
        Please take the matter in hand immediately as there is too much time passed.

          I see a a debit of rs 1899 on account of one assist policy. I did not permit to enroll in any policy as such, also I do not need it and wish to have this deactivated and the amount to be refunded as soon as possible.

              Your representative is not helping to refund money they are just sending me the copy paste emails they sent me earlier and they have mentioned icici customer care have forget to update me that they can refund only partial amount not full amount then what is my mistake in this i have gone through surgery 5600 is a big amount for me now, please refund me the amount as per my communication with justdial they have mention that they have not presented ecs this much times bank has deducted ecs for different amounts many times and they have deducted charges, please refund me the amount.I am not fixed income monthly and have gone through surgey with k wire, please refund the amount.

                  unnecessary deductions in the name of 'posdec chg'

                  I am holding my salary account in icici bank. Since last 2-3 months, to my surprise i am observing there is continuous deductions from my account in the name of posdec chg (E. G. Posdec chg/[protected]/xxxx+gst 29.50 dr.). Neither i have swiped my linked debit card at merchant shop nor i have tried any online transaction during recent days. I am not able to understand what the # is going on : (

                    This bank seems a con. First they told me it will be resolved withing 8 to 20 working days. So i waited. I word to word followed their instructions and went to bank right next day and completed documentation & all.

                    After a 2weeks i enquired they told me it will take 40days. And the days are not counted from the day of theft but from the date when the lazy banker processed my dispute for i. E. 1st august.

                    On 28th august i inquired via email for which i got an email answer that by january2019 they will inform me the outcome. For which i complained why they require six months to check their computers and determine the case??

                    On 29th i got a call from some hyderabad call center & the man on the phone told me they will take siz months to determine if this transaction was contentual or non consent or was it vai phishing..

                    So indirectly he was telling me that it cud be that i had put a false claim abt the money stolen from my credit card.

                    I am forced to file a theft complaint with the cyber cell now and which i will have to do bcos icici people are sounding like white colar thieves who are trying to put this transaction on me.

                    This man told me u have carried on international translocation so we have to check! This guy was lying thru his teeth bcos i typed fb ads icici credit card fraud and trizillion cases opened..! So why it cud not be a possibility that icici has cell in their outsourced call center in tamil nadu or srilanka from where they steal our money.! Under the name of fb..?

                    When i gave him example of cosmos bank same modus operadi theft of 94cr
                    He straight away shrugged it off saying it s not relating to them..! Why? Are u not banks? If cosmos bank can give complete accountability so can u.!??? Bcos ur servers did not protect our account encryptes the phishing happened!
                    Bcos ur server fire wall was not upto the mark this theft happened and u need six months???

                    Are there any specific lawers and financial crime cell for such frauds..? My service request number for this fraud transaction that happened on my credit card on 22nd july @ 10:58pm is service request number sr[protected]

                    But seriously dont use icici credit card i[censored] have account with the same dicey bank! They are not trustworthy nor they trust their customers

                    Finally after many follow ups with this bank I got SMS stating the dispute is resovled. So again I followed up what this msg means. And next day i got Reply that the claim is settled in my favor that the I dont pay for it. But they did not care to inform weather it was malware attack or phishing or wat.. Sincere advice Never take Credit card from the bank in which u have saving account otherwise anything can happen and banks dont even bother to explain u or assure u.. Beware we r in cyber world now

                      Just wanted to inform everybody that icici fastag is playing a big game by charging access charges than what is fixed by govt. I crossed dappar toll plaza on 1/9/2018 in my vehicle and my account balance was debited ₹ 40/- for one way though the one way charges fixed by govt is ₹35/-. Whereas they sell the fastag by offering discount.

Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                          On date 2/sep/2018, time 2.55pm, a sunday, i received an sms stating a purchase was made to the tune of inr 13086 of a titan product using my debit card. I was shocked since the card in question was my icici debit card. I have not used this card for any kind of transaction at any outlet for more than six years now. And here is a transaction of 13086 inr. I approached the icici bank and gave the complaint. The response from the bank authorities was really shocking. They said: "you must have given away the number of your card and the three digit code behind to someone and they must have used it."
                          I said i had never ever taken out my card for last so many years. They only had one thing to say.
                          1. We shall destroy this card and give you a new one. Pay inr 500 for the reissue of the new card.
                          2. We will take a look at this and get back to you after 50 days. When asked if i will get my money back, they say no guarantee.

                          My question is: you give us card, you give us internet banking facility and everything else and call it safe. And now, such a fraudulent transaction happens and you only say it is my mistake for having the card in my purse. How safe is my money with you?
                          Point two: the card was destroyed. I lost the money because in the first place i took the card from you and now i must pay for that new card too? And inr 500??

                          Please tell me one day, wil you tell me, "you kept your money outside your house, in a bank owned by someone else. How could you expect your money to be safe?"
                          This is a real nightmare. I want to pull out all my money from all banks now... But what about the government asking people to deposit all their money in banks???
                          And have only digital transactions??? With such state of art security in place???

                            10000 rs deducted from my icici account in the name of ECS without any notification. What is this? Please look into this and get me my money back. Customer care of icici is also not working. How can anyone deduct money from without information. Ridiculous.

                            ICICI bank is deducting 250+ taxes every month since last one year.
                            This is insane. I have lost hell lot of money.Officials please take it seriously.

                              I recharged my jio number through paytm on 30th of august 2018. Although the amount of rs 349 was deducted from my bank account (Through upi [protected]@icici), but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded.

                              Kindly please return my amount as soon as possible.

                                Hi all,

                                I am not happy with some icici deduction policy. I am using icici since last 6-7 years and services are good but some time it makes me disappoint. Yesterday from my account 2 times in a same day atmdec chg has been deducted..

                                So, there should not be deduct these type of additional or illegal charges. I didn't know why this amount has been deducted but after searching on the internet, i found this was deducted for failed transaction. After getting this message i really irritated more and try to complaint.

                                I have salary account in ICICI bank from last 1.5 year. I am not using my debit card for swipe anyware but since 11 June 2018 till today.
                                I have not used anyware my card but still some amount deduct from my account. Kindly help to solve this problem.

                                You people are doing too much. should I go with a legal case filing? for any deduction why don't you notify me in mail and sms?
                                when I opened demat account you told its free, why the hell you are charging now? refund all DP charge fraud amaounts else I will go further.

                                All the times its the card machine's connectivity issue and still my money is getting deducted. This is fraud.
                                ATleast 4 5 times 29rs have been deducted from my account. I want my money back.

                                  Dear ICICI, How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that Rs 654/- & 51/- & 32/- has been deducted from my account towards IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-18. At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.

                                  Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

                                  Need action on priority.

                                  I maintain balance but less than total amount pay. then icici not debited minimum amount and also they charge auto debit amount 450rs and gst 40.50 and cgst 40.50. they mention auto debit return fee is 250rs.

                                    Amount of rs.15000 debited but not credited into the payees account.
                                    I sent rs. 15000 amount twice using upi in icici mobile app. The following are showing in statement.

                                    1) rs.15000 - upi reference number[protected]
                                    2) rs.15000 - upi reference number[protected]

                                    But the payee got only rs.15000 once. Since total of rs.30000 is debited but only rs.15000 is credited into payee's account, i want icici to immediately look into this and solve the issue soon.

                                    I want to refund the amount soon.
