Dear Sir,
With respect to the above subject, I have done transaction from Paytm account to my ICICI Bank account. But due to 1 digit change, it is transferred to wrong account.
While transferring the fund, i have entered my Name and account number in paytm.
Name- Amol Ambat
ICICI bank account[protected]
Transaction 1 amount- 2600/-
Transaction 2 amount- 4471/-
This fund got transferred to ICICI bank account[protected].
I have raised this concern to Paytm as well as to ICICI bank. Also, visited ICICI banks. But nobody is ready to solve this issue. ICICI bank people says, it is the mistake of Paytm and Paytm says only ICICI bank can do something.
In such senario, my money is stuck with wrong beneficiary.
ICICI bank is neither resolving the issue nor giving me the details of wrong account person.
Please support to resolve.
