stop deduction of service charges of cpp

Every year in the month of august, a service charge for cpp has been debited from my bank a/c in icici bank.
Requested for stopping further debit of any such amount from any of my a/c in icici bank and refund my amount to my b. A/c.
I have received cpp-sr[protected]renewal message on today 17/08/2018 for service charge 1, 649.00, i need my money and stop this service[cpp]...

debited amount without resolving query

Amt was debited from my account with ref id, how can you simply close my sr by replying declined by merchant..?

It has not done.. When we ask the staff there is no proper response. This is not the first time....

I have requested requested for reliving letter many time but they haven't responded.i left ICICI bank in March 2018 then my March salary not credited then I have mailed them, the team said there is recovery of laptop 22000 because last working day I have not handed laptop then I went branch and on system handed to my branch manager after that in June my salary credited then in June again...

So I applied for a loan with ICICI after promising that the whole process would take no more than a week, The documents submission and physical verification were quick but after that officials from ICICI started asking for multiple documents for proof of address.
after 1 week, the loan was approved agreement was signed and cheques were handed over and officials promised that disbursement would not a take one day.

need to deactivate one assist plan of icici bank

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs. 1799/- from my saving account. Again on 02 aug. 2018 they deducted a sum of rupees 1899/- from my saving account. I don't need this plan actually.

Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap
