Hi,

My request number with icici is sr[protected]. I was told that the credit card is free and now i have been levied membership fee.

I tried cancelling the card and i have got a message back saying my request is rejected. I am trying various cahnnels to reach icici bank to cancel my credit card. Is this a new kind of harrasment technique banks are learning.

Pls ask someone to contact me asap and pls help me to get rid of your most pathetic product.

My mutual fund SIP is running and there was no fund at that time and bank cut down the charge ECSRTNCHGS. who gave the permission to do this [censored]. if this type of things will happen then i will go to ombudsman and close my account from ICICI Bank. They are lootera and looting the amount of customer.

    My credit card number is [protected]. On[protected] i received sms alert that 7 transaction done in my credit card at face bk without my consent. Amounts are rupees (500, 1000, 500, 500, 500, 500, 500) immediately i contacted icici customer care. They blocked my credit card and took up the matter to their dispute department. I spoke to mr. Abdul rehman. I elaborated the incident. Raise one complain vide complain number sr[protected]. My request to the bank is to investigate the matter and not to released the amount to face bk, as i had not done this transaction. To do any credit card transaction we need one otp. I had not sent any otp request nor received any otp in the registered mobile number.

    I hope icici bank will carry out proper investigation and do justice with me, a valuable customer of icici bank credit card. My contact number is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com

    Please revert on this mail asap to close this issue.

      I am writing to you for a payment of 7800_rupees through my vijay bank acvount by imps transfer on date24.09.2018 to my icici bank a/c.[protected] but due to a technical mistake by me payment didn't receive to my a/c whereas it had gone to other person account in some where. I came have filled a ending digit incorrect that’s why my payment had gone to other person accounts.[protected]

        I recharged my Jio sim for Rs. 299/- (Rs. 349 recharge - Rs. 50 discount voucher) on 26th September, 2018 at around 21:39.

        I chose the UPI method for payment and it asked for Rs. 299/- to be approved to pay [protected]@icici.

        I approved the transaction and the amount was debited from my account. The UPI ref no for that transaction is[protected].

        But, the recharge was not done even after 12 hrs.
        So please look into it and kindly initiate a refund for that amount.

        P.S.: I've attached a screenshot for my payment transaction for your reference.

            I used eazypay payment gateway for transaction on the website dled. Nios.ac.in on 30 july 2018.
            Although the amount was deducted from my account and the transaction was successful but the dled. Nios.ac.in website is still showing the amount as unpaid. Kindly rectify the issue.

              Dear sir,
              Today morning (I. E.26/09/2018) around 8:30 am i tried to withdraw an amount of 8000/- rupees at indian bank near markandeya colony, godavarikhani. Atm shows that transaction declined but money is debited from my bank account.
              I don't know what happened and got panicked and checked my mini statement at another atm there also it showing that money got deducted.
              Please kindly go with the issue and make my problem resolved as early as possible.

              The loan was terminated on 13/09/2018. Why then why was ECS charges taken away for the hit made on 15/09/2018. I can provide a soft copy of the termination of loan.

              This is not correct as Rs 413 is debited for the same.

                I have applied for a normal icici visa card without attachment of any kind of service like dmrc icici combo card but icici bank issued me the credit card with dmrc combo. After recieving the card, i have requested to the icici customer care 2-3 times for closing the card but they are not taking any legal action yet.
                After 1.5 years, the bank have charged me penalty of 2554 rupees without sending me any information. So, please resolve my issue at the earliest so that i can not pay extra charges for closing the credit card.

                Icici bank charged late fee (750), GST(135) once and again interest(2900) and GST(522) for 1 to 2 days delay happened for my credit card bill. So total: 4307/- charged for onetime delay happened. From past 5 years, I am using this card. Every time I am paying on time, but this time as i did balance transfer from another Credit card which I am holding it got delayed for getting the DD. Due to this reason, 1 to 2 days delay happened. When I escaled this issue to the ICICI customer care, they just reversed 750/- alone. Even though I am requesting this is the first time happened, and in future it won't happen and do the reversal of charges atleast what ever charge for interest, they are not responding properly. So i need to escalate this.

                    On 1st July 2018, I swiped my ICICI bank credit card for a transaction of Rs. 480 at Shivam Collection Pune to purchase some clothes. But the mPOS machine showed the transaction as declined. I tried one more time but again it showed declined. So I Used my RBL card for payment which was successful. Then on 4th July, I logged a complaint about it. They started an investigation and for that time the transaction was not charged. After completing the investigation, on 2nd Sept 2018, they reverted and charged me saying that they have provided the service. So I spoke to their manager Nazia. She told me that the merchant has claimed the amount and they paid it. ICICI also provided me the receipt but the receipt shows transaction was for my RBL card. Then I again spoke to ICICI and Nazia told me it is the swipe machine linked to RBL bank. So I enquired to the Shivam collection and they told me that their account with Baramati sahakari bank and not with the RBL bank. So I again called them on 21 and 24 Sept 2018. But ICICI told that they can not do anything because they gave service. The fact is that the transaction was declined. I told them every time, they passed the time and finally denied to cancel the charges for declined tran

                        I request you to please cancel / waive off Interest charges in my current statement of my card.
                        Payment due on 10/09/2018 Rs 59, 792
                        Payment made on 10/09/2018 Rs 58, 775
                        Unpaid due amout on 10/09/2018 Rs 1017
                        Now on 23/09/2018 interest + Gst charges Rs3336
                        Today on 24.09.2018 I got to know about this non paid amount of Rs 1017.
                        I therefore immediately made a payment of Rs 1857 today.

                        I was not aware about my txn of Rs 1028 in my last statement. I know its my mistake but plz see all my payments was made timely before this. I have already made payment against extra limit used for interest charges.

                        I also want to raise a question that I received generally 4-5 promotional emails from icici daily but they never sent me mail regarding my outstanding bill of rs 1017. Don’t you think if a customer is paying Rs58775 why he will left rs 1000 ?? And why your customer care is not updating us this type of information i.e.. O/S1017.. I received near about 3-4 calls daily from icici to convert my txn’s in emi. They do call on regular basis.
                        My question is simple and straight forward if sometimes customer forgot anything is it not your duty to even update him about this mistake.

                        Now because of Rs 1017 short you are charging me Rs 3336 as per your guidelines.

                        Please waive off charges this time and plz aware us in future for better understanding. i was not aware for this. Please look after this on priority basis.

                        Note: Already updated Rs 1857 payment against over limit used.

                          This is in regards to online fund transfer from my hdfc savings a/c no. *3354 mistakenly transferred into icici a/c. *00397, during transfer i typed the first two digits as 28 instead of 24 eventhough the account holder name and ifsc was correct.

                            Issued a chq 285879 dtd 06-08-18 to anjali behera of rs.305000/- but chq not credited her a/c and returned by icici bank, reason not mentioned only kindly contact drawee mentioned which is not clear to me. I was contacted your branch sec.15 gurgaon but there not have more information about cheque clearing. So please inform me why the said amt of chq was returned by icici, since there is sufficient balance.
                            Several times mailed and issue is pending from last 2.5 months even mail marked to ms. Kocher, nodal officer but nobody replied on my mail. All are silent. I confused are they read the mail or not.

                            I redeemed 100 rupees via PhonePe app last month and ICICI bank charged rupees 25+GST twice from my account. So overall they charged 60 rupees for 100 rupees redemption which is totally unfair.
