    There was atm discrepancy while i tried to withdraw 80, 000 on 16 jun 2018 at around 9.41pm from icici bank atm (S1cw4725). The money got deducted from my account but the atm maachine didn't dispense the cash from the machine. I called the customer care right away and they assured me to solve this and complain no. Is (Sr[protected]. Also told me to do transaction again and i did it twice for rs.2000 each time and i recieved that amount.

    But suddenly yesterday i got message that we cannot reverse the money as it has been paid so registered the complain again and the complain no is (Sr[protected]. I also visited my branch and they have raised the complaint as well. Also the branch manager told me that the atm cannot withdraw 80, 000 at a single time and that might be the reason you did not receive money. So it should have refunded the same day itself then why is it taking so long?? Why icici is not giving proper customer support?? Due to atm error why am i facing so many difficulties??

    Please take it further from here. Also now i am not able to contact customer support from my phone.

      I have applied for auto loan, the application number shared by icici representative is [protected]. This is no where matching in their system, when called to customer care phone banking. But the branch is confirming about existence. There is no single email or sms received about progress on my auto loan. But whereas the visited representative is verbally confirming about the approval. I am surprised and worried to see, not a single official communication exists till date. My further process is stuck due to it. And shall call for legal actions if failed due to it

        Am an icici bank customer. On 15th June 2018 ecsrtnchg charged as below -
        15/06/2018 ECSRTNCHG - 28-May-18 + GST= 472.00
        15/06/2018 ECSRTNCHG13 - 28-May-18 + GST=472.00
        15/06/2018 ECSRTNCHG12 - 28-May-18 + GST 472.00
        15/06/2018 ECSRTNCHG11 - 28-May-18 + GST472.00

        I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

          I Have Paid RS 51601.80 through my ICICI debit card for My college Fees via IOB Pay on 11th June 2018. The Transaction failed but my Money got debited .
          I Have made a complaint on the same day . They are casually saying it will take upto 35 days or even more to refund. When I contacted IOB PAY Customer Care they said they didn't receive the amount and its still with my bank..

            Hi,

            On june 15 2018, my account got debited twice with 472 rs.

            I have already emailed about the issue to the customer support email address, but dint received any acknowledgement that they received and it will be resolved or something.

            472+472=944 rupees is too much loss.
            Please resolve it asap.

            Am a icici bank customer. Ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees in two times first in date of 11-6-18 and second was 15-6-18 same amount deducted from my account

              Credit card no [protected] expired May 18
              Not yet recd renewed card
              I am from silvassa and I have tried my ATM on 9th June and 10 th June 2018 ..
              But no cash was withdrawn... This is not the first time.. I have experienced this several times...
              I am using debit card of ICICI since 6 years...
              Really I m very fed up of their service I don't understand why can't we use our own money?

                I have received call from [protected] many times they have claim that they are from icici bank and my husband supposed to pay the credit card due amount whereas i have mentioned many times that i am premium customer of icici bank and do not carry any credit card or credit from the bank and i am single.. You have got wrong information in-spite they started shouting and started using slang languages and abusing me... I have tried contacting the icici bank to check my relationship with the bank but i have not got any response.. I am surprise to see the behavior of these people who are spoiling the name of such a reputed company and even banks are entertaining them.

                I wish to meet this lady once and talk to her abut her manners and etiquette and which class they belongs to.

                This is shameless on bank if they entertain and encourage such people to loose their name and clients as i wish to withdraw my eight years of relationship with icici bank

                    It's already been 15 days all application id status are under process and contact your relationship manager.
                    Now i am frustrated and don't want personal loan. Please cancel all the application ids.

                        Payments (Rs. 151.48 and 151.48) for mahapariksha.gov.in (Maha it) site was approved and deducted from my upi app (Sbi account) to beneficiary ([protected]@icici account). But payment status on maha it site was shown as ' failed'. Hence i did the payment using other method successfully. But the money deducted during these two failed transactions has not been credited to my account. Please return the same as early as possible.

                          My husbands acct at icici is linked by some one to some one else's acct.. This guy with the same name as his... And my husbands account was debited for something the other guy was supposed to pay. Customer care could not help
                          They are giving different responses, some say by mistake some say current account on my husbands name.. Which is not the case as we don't own any business. Its a mess...

                                My name is jofa dsouza and im a customer using icic bank and a credit card i was overseas and so there was an oustanding payment of rs 9894.08 for two months. I called them after the due date and made the payment of rs 10, 425.08 which included the auto debit decline fee as well for two months and late payment fee of two months. After another day my account was being debited with rs 9894.08 again after making the payment on 14/06/2018. I called customer care to refund the amount and get a compensation as it was their error. The advisor debanjali said it was not their fault and that it was my fault and that because of direct debit being active it was charged. I asked to speak to a supervisor but she said that there is no supervisor available and so i wanted to cancel the account she said that can only cancel the account once the entire credit is being used. Kindly provide justice as the employee needs to be given feedback and supervisors should be available at all times to handle customer escalations and complaints.

                                  Can someone help with the issue am facing with icici bank, jaynagar, bangalore? This issue is started in the year 2013 and still there is no end to it.
                                  Its of no use visiting branch. I had salary account at this bank and once i happened to visit the branch and they advised me to open a ppf account which with new account number and promised that i can maintain zero mba (Minimum balance account). Customer agent was so impressive and i opened immediately and started paying 1500 every month for more than one year. However am getting shocked to notice there is around 7-8k getting detected for the last 4 years with the reason form mba (Minimum balance amount) without even informing me how come they are detecting my amount?
                                  Went to branch and spoke to lady who forced me to open the account - she said she will reverse it but still there is no use. I had given written complaint to branch regarding this last year but still there is no response from them. Really frustrating bank. Not sure how can i get back to my ppf amount and close this senseless and disgusting icici bank a/c.

                                  Can anyone help on this? I need justice.

                                    I got a call from icici representative on my company skype id. They asked me if i wanted a credit card. I told them about my current employement status and my salary.
                                    They said i was eligible for the card.
                                    One of their representative visited the campus and collected all my documents required for the same.
                                    Now after 10 days i get a call saying that my aplication has been rejected and they mentioned no reason for that.
                                    They asked for my collegue's number and never contacted them.
                                    They never even visited my residence to confirm the same and simply rejected my application.
                                    I consider this as theft of my data.

                                    Your representatives lure people into divulging information.
                                    I have not received my refund for Rs. 1749
                                    The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected]. It was supposed to reflect in my account by 7 june but its still not received. Amazon has refunded the amount on 1 june itself. I want my money immeadiately.
