I (Sivananda. R) have taken loan of 10 lacs in may 2017, it was online instant approval, no where it was mentioned regarding pre closure charges. After paying emi for 1 year i have gone recently to bank to close my loan account by paying the outstanding amount, they have charged me 5% as pre closure charges, which is utterly unfair, why the bank does not highlight about charges at least by mail?? Even after paying 1 year emi 's regularly why should i be burdened with 5% pre closure charges? I even have salary account in icici bank (White field branch, bangalore) almost since 6 years? Why there is no concession in pre closure charge, 1-2 % is reasonable but why it has to be 5%, it just looks like we get instant approval, pay emi's pay n number of charges too if we incline to foreclose it. Even when i try to speak with bank officials they have bluntly said its 5%, i am highly disappointed with icici, other banks do not have such exorbitant charges!! Huge disappointment, i need my preclosure charges as refund? Why is the bank burdening salaried employees like me?? My loan account - lpbng[protected]? Request to redress my grievance

    There has been a deposit on my daughter's sukanya samriddhi account
    Opened through icici l&t branch, mumbai through a cheque deposited on 31-may-18 in the same branch. Though the amount has been credited in the account the same day but there are no transaction remarks i. E. Source of that transaction is not appearing. No one from customer care is able to resolve this. Even my complaint is not being registered by any of them. Request your quickest resolution. Transaction remark should be appearing against each transaction to identify the source of income.

      I’m holding the icici salary a/c in icici bank. Pune branch. On 31st i received my salary and was not able to withdraw because the bank say they have freezed the a/c and will only release the payment when i pay 172000 in liew of personal loan payment.
      When i called up to the customer care they said i have taken personal lone on 2006 the amount was 30, 000. That why the freezed me account. They freezed me 96000 rupess and they need more 76000. I never take any loan on this amount.
      Request you please help what should i do.

          I was using icici salary account from past one year now i left the job . i don't aware of salary account converting savings account if minimum balance not maintained
          Around 500 rupees have been deducted from my account without any notice.

            UPI Transaction Failure : UPI/[protected]/Oid[protected]@P/ad [protected]@paytm/

            This complaint is actually the outcome of my frustation with ICICI Customer support,
            I am a privilege customer with account number :[protected], Gachibowli Branch.
            I have done a UPI transaction on 1st June for an amount of Rs.2000, online transfer to my paytm wallet. While the amount was debited from my account, it was not credited to the wallet and I received a message saying the transfer was declined by ICICI bank.
            I immediately contacted support and raised a SR. Was informed amount would be credited within 3 working days. Amount has not been credited yet. Frustated I called support in the morning today and received a reply that it will be credited in 7 working days.

            This is NOT acceptable. Kindly look into it urgently else I will have to take the complaint to banking ombudsman route.

            My account was a salary account created by my previous company, Oracle. Even though I have left the organisation, I am still maintaining this account just because of the previous good experiences. Needless to say, now my account is converted into savings account with min balance of 50K INR.

            But if this is the pathetic response from support, I would prefer to closed this account. I mean what is the difference between ICICIC and other tier 2 bank accounts.

            You are promoting UPI. However, I feel I have been penalised for utilising UPI.

            I am forced to log a complaint with the banking ombudsman.

                I made a part payment towards a personal loan in Bajaj FinServ using Billdesk UPI option.

                Details of the payment:

                Date of payment: 4th June'18 7:24PM
                Payment successful : 4th June'18 7:25PM
                Amount - Rs.40000
                UPI Transaction ID:[protected]

                I successfully made the payment and money from my account was debited. However, Billdesk showed error and I never received the money back, nor did the payment go through!

                  They are telling my home address and phone number which i provide in icici bank then how can aadhar card number and my privicy information will secure in banks.

                  The banks are sharing customer private information like mobile number even home address also,

                    The bank has deducted the amount of Rs 1180 for not maintaining minimum balance without any prior notice.
                    The bank is not regular in sending sms for debiting any amount from my account.
                    Here’s the proof.
                    I haven’t received any sms for any deductions and they continue to deduct money as per their discretion.
                    I also was not made aware of some penal charges getting deducted.
                    When i visited their branch their branch nobody seems to help me with any kind of issues.
                    Inspite of having sms service activated i have to frequently visit the branch the get information regarding my balance.
                    All they give you is their customer care number which never seems to connect to the operator no matter what.
                    I please request the icici to look into this matter.
                    Your branch iis very incompetent in providing any form of service.
                    I also request you to please refund the nmmab amount.

                      I receive call from icici bank for one assist plan. He said that this plan deactivate after one year but this plan not deactive after one year. This plan auto activate last 2 to 3 year. This is cheating. I want to deactivate this plan. Please deactivate your one assist plan immidiatly and refund my money another i will complain this fraud to consumor court. Since last one year i am visiting the branch but every time they tell and new issue and delay the process. They opened my account account for 3 times and gave i-kit 2 times.                             I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                              Icici bank credit card department who has wrongly put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (Via email, phone call and hard copy letter). Kindly solve my complaint in as soon as..                                   3. Since no response from any body, i called up payal, but sorry to say that her behaviour was not good and result oriented. She asked me to come to branch as my pan card shows name as kuldeep singh and aadhar card shows as kuldeep singh lamba. My kuldeep singh name is there for last 20 years.

                                  Please send some executive to my residence to collect the kyc forms and also give replacement of payal ([protected]) as i do not want any such dummy relationship managers who does no output oriented works.

                                    Hi,
                                    From my account, there is three times deduction of inr 29.50 (29.5*3 =88.5) without any reason... It was described in the statement as atmdec chg. Internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. How come this charge can be levied to me. That's the problem with the atm right... Please do resolve it.

                                      Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 6/04/2017 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected]
                                      I have never subscribed to this policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from this additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                                      This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                                        I received a call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my icici credit card a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap
