Hi,
I went to the bellandur branch to close my personal loan as per the loan legal agreement which they have given while taking the loan it says zero prepayment charges but the bank manager and bank staff are saying that they don't agree to any loan agreement copy. They are behaving very rudely to me first they called me up today to come to bank for the loan closure and when I went to bank they told me it cannot be done and they don't want to talk to me so they disconnected the call without informing me that this can't be done even though they had called me from their end. How can you not agree to the loan agreement when this is the legal document which both customer and bank should abide by!!!
When someone doesn't payup his emi then you will confisicate his property saying that it's mentioned in the loan agreement the bank deputy manager is telling me to cut the crap!!!

Is this how you behave with your customer??

I want to close the loan without any prepayment charge and also want a written apology from the bellandur branch bank manager for insulting the customer and harassing me for two days for this.

    This complaint is regarding demat account charges. Even though i haven't activated any demat account, amount was debited from my account without any sms or mail alert which is really not good on your part. I have just sent mail to [protected]@icicibank.com mentioning the issue. Refund the amount at the earliest and hope there will be no further inconvenience.

      I pay amount of 1029 through PhonePe upi I'd to policy Bazaar for two wheeler policy.. amount debited from my sbi account via upi I'd. Into [protected]@icici.com..but not goes to policy Bazaar account..so I can't get my policy n also can't back my refund..it is almost 1 n half month but issue remain same..I talk with policy Bazaar members n also with phone pe ..but there is no resolution of my problem..plz refund my money back

        I have taken Home Loan from ICICI bank in 2012 with interest rate 9.5 (approx) and thereafter RBI reduced interest rates so many times and last month i got SMS from ICICI Bank with New interest rate 8.7% for my home loan but when i checked my loan account online its still showing 9.5% why They have not reduced my interest rates please confirm.

        Also please let me know where i can complain about same.

        I am trying to find RBI and ICICI Banks email addresses but not able to find so please help me to redice my interest rates

          My money gets automatically deducted from account. Nothing but fraudulent behavior of ICICI. Please check the attachments. All the DP charges are deducted. Also there are some deductions like Rs. 1, Rs. 50, etc. For this deduction, GST is also charged.

              My ICICI debit card has been blocked for online transactions and i would like to unblock it asap.
              Please do give me an instruction for the same.
              An amount of 876/- is deducted as DP charges from my ICICI 3in1 account. I never used the demat account. I need my money deposited back to my account.
              As soon as I got my salary credited there was a debit of 410 rupees and it shows the reason as ECSRTNCHGS230318_SR53481924
              1GST. I don't even know what it is. Could you please make sure the statement is more clear so that users can atleast understand the reason of deducting the money?

                  I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                  I received call from ICICI bank and they just gave information about one assist plan after which they automatically activated this plan and deducted Rs.1899/- from my saving account via debit card, without my permission on 23rd Jan - 19.

                  I have even registered the complaint in customer care on 24th Jan - 19 and even got a message telling your Policy Cancellation request of CPP/OneAssit has been registered. It will be resolved within 6 working days.

                  Till now, no actions are taken.

                  Please, deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

                    I transferred rs 9600 through imps on 4th apr 2018 at 8.18 am from icici a/c to syndicate bank a/c.

                    Transaction remark : imps trn ref[protected]

                    The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                    But i got a message that said

                    "dear customer, imps trn ref[protected] for rs.9, 600.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 04-apr-2018 08:18:41. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.

                      I lost my entire 10000 ruppes while transacting to a bank on 29 mar 2018. I didnt credit the money back still and neighter the one which is sent. Itshows transaction timed out attaching the reference number.
                      Please solve and return my money back

                          The one of your bank have an atm in mumbai which is located in andheri sakinaka safedpool area..in that atm.. The atm place is not at all clean and and on the machine there is very dust is der, nd even in d evening there is no light is der in the atm but the atm is working but the owner of the dont put on the light also... Nd many of times the atm is being shut down. Hardly he open for 4 hrss in day.. But many of time the atm is being closed only.. And this is the only one atm atm in our area nd this is also giving proper service.. I hope so u will take action against tht atm

                            I deposited a SBI cheque on 21st March 2018. On 23rd March bank calls me because of date not written this cheque can't be cleared & said they have returned it to CMH branch itself. First I went they said the cheque will be sent after 4 working days. Now after more than a week when I go to bank, bank says there is no record of the cheque in the system & they have lost the cheque itself.

                                I am uma deivasigamani, rs.826/- has been deducted from my account as dp charges [protected] dp charges till feb'18.
                                I have never activated and used my demat account till now, there was no prior notice. I have not received any deduction previously.

                                    Inspite of repeated calls for cancellation of oneassist plan, my account has been debited for rs 1, 399 for oneassist plan without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap. Whenever i try to reach the customer care number provided, it is saying out of coverage area.

                                    Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court.

                                    The money of 1, 399 has benn credited back to my account. In the very next week, this time 2, 049 has benn debited for the same plan without my approval. Better to close the account

                                      Rupees 782 and 43 has been deducted from my account as (Dp chgs till feb-18) dp charges on 02/04/2018.
                                      I have never used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

                                      Now when i check my account similar charges are levied every year. About 800 in june 2017 as well.

                                      I need justice and my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

                                      I got Message that the Account has been closed. But my refund is not processes yet.

                                      One of the Phone banking officer has called me from ICICI BANK saying it will soon be processed.
