has been debited from my a/c on 8.3.2017 but unfortunatedly has not been
refelected the same on rrbboard. So i shall be obiliodged please refund
the aforesaid amount as early as possible.

    Icici bank ifsc icic0000077. My account has been debited 9000 and 600 without notice, while the atm card is with me and card got blocked after that. Nfs csh wdl is in info. The only problem is i am in germany now and can't get in contact with icici india. Hence, they are not even bothered about this incident when i mailed them. Icici security has been breached as i never verified these two transactions.

    Hello ICICI,
    Thank you for responding back within minutes of my complaint. Highly appreciated for quick response.
    As I have given the reference number (SR[protected] above, you might have already followed the incident through proper channel and understood the severe damage to my property under under previleged bank. If not, then kindly follow up and reply me through registered email ID about current status.
    I am stating it 5th time, I am in Germany now and cannot come to India to represent myself at my branch with IFSC ICIC0000077. Please file a complaint that two transactions dated 31 Mar 2018, happened within span of approx. 1:30 hours gap without any approval (OTP, PIN, CVV, as ATM was all along with me in Germany).
    I want the details of these transactions given to my email ID if you cannot connect to me. Please add India ISD code before dialling my number. If I am unreachable on the registered number, look at my recent email and call my new germany number. I cannot do more than this at this point. As you turned down my request of putting a represenattive in India. This I will take it a FRAUD from ICICI bank against salary account. I am stating agian, this was a salary account for 3 years. I never faced a problem. As soon as I resigned form my Job, ICICI started some magical way to handle my account. I dont have time to deal with this seriously, anymore. It is just mere frustation.     Yes, Thank you ICICI for promptly replying me and solving the case with immediate response. I got the amount back and found that it was a skimming fraud. Thank you for helping me out. Please make sure, in future, people should not face this kind of situation again.

      transaction failed but amount debited from my icici account

      Hello, i tried to withdraw 20k from hdfc atm, davangere branch on 28th march'18 using icici debit card.
      The transaction was failed due to insufficient money in atm and i didn't try anymore.
      But the amount got debited from my icici account with some cheque number and the transaction remarks is displayed as '1'. Please resolve this and refund the amount at the earliest. Thank you....

      Hi i got a bad experience from icici bank on 31st early morning.
      I kept aside 5000rs for my rd account in icici and i can see when i woke that the main account balance as 2271. I don't understand what charges you are taken. I have attached screenshot also. I only used this account for rd. It's a salary account and i don't know why the hell you are taking money like this. I need it to be rectified immediately otherwise i have my companions and assistants who is currently using icici and everyone definitely going to switch to other bank. That's for your kind information.

      Notable:- you didn't send me an sms stating that you have deducted amount from my bank account. Why???

        On 30-march-18 i got call from these numbers [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] and [protected] from rahul sharma. He told me that he have gift voucher from icici bank and he asked me my debit card number and my atm details. I thought without the pin number money will not be debited and i gave him the details. Suddenly they deducted 8, 100.77 rupees from my icici bank account for vin/moto tpsl. I called back to the number [protected] and to my strange he picked the call and said that he will held that amount for 14 days and he will refund me this amount after 14 working days.

        I have complained in police station and policeman also spoke to him but police said they cannot trace them.
        I don't understand why bank is not taking any action on them as he continues to steal money from many people.

        If the same fraud is happening repeatedly why the icici bank is not taking any serious action?

        That guy is still talking on phone but police and bank people are unable to catch the fraud.

        Please help me how to approach and whom to approach to get my money back.

          I recharged my reliance jio number through upi on tez app in the month of november, december and january. The upi merchant was [protected]@icici. The amount deducted from my bank account but no recharge was done on my number. Here are the details of those upi transactions:-

            fake call for redeeming points

            I got a call from unkown person claiming he is from icici bank. He said my credit card reward points are about to expire and asked me to share some details to redeem the reward points. He said that each one point will get rs. 2 and i will be getting rs. 8400 to my account.
            He also said my mobile number and email adress correctly and asked my card details. He asked below questions.
            1. Is the card visa or master card

            Am a icici bank customer. Yesterday[protected] ecsrtnchg charged rs580.11+ tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Pleaseexplain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. Thank you

              I received an message from icici bank stating that rs. 1, 899 have been deducted from my account for one assist. This has been done without my permission. I would please request you to cancel the request and refund the money back. And please make sure in future if want to deduct money in the name of a policy atleast have the courtesy to ask first and then implement it. Hoping to get my refund and my request cancelled for one assist

                kyc updation for multi wallet card

                I am not able to update the kyc details for my multi wallet card, tried to connect with the customer care for about 6 times but each time its not attended. When i tried to login through the self help portal, its saying "invalid card status"

                If i am trying with the net banking or icici pocket, no were i am getting option to see my multi wallet card status or updation of kyc option.

                icici bank rwd rdm fee on 30.03.2018 against 14.02.2018 date

                In my icici accout no, rs.29.50 debited as "rwdrdmfee/[protected]/14-02-18". I did not redeem any points from my debit or credit cards. How could you debit money from the account without any information?

                Kindly confirm the transaction details to recover the debited amount as well as little bit care while using online transfers.
                Any help would be appreciated!...

                I have taken personal loan in the last year for business and because of notebandi, gst im totally lost and im frustrated and getting too much stress when bank is giving call for payment and im not able to payment so i will take help of my relative to get the payment done but they are helping only to pay 30 percent of amount what i will be able to pay so need help to get out of this stressfull life.
                Need update for complaintas soon as possible as bank had already bounced 2 cheques of mine and this month im putting settlement till tomorrow i want to get reply loan number is lpmum[protected]

                And icici prudential insurance is also there so kindly consider the amount as a settlement which is with icici pru policy number is 18195670 amount with icici pru is 72000 rs

                  Actually i did not use my credit card till today even i did not receive the pin number also. Hence i am requesting you to please cancel the above issued credit credit (Coral) and also close the my outstanding amount for rs.6, 165/- (Rupees six thousand one hundred and sixty five only)

                    This is regarding icici bank mab charges approx. Rs 12, 100. These are charged from 2015 to till 2018 due to non-maintenance of minimum balance.

                    I have already raised complaint online v/a complaint # 000b8ad71rx8s1pc:level1complaint / savings account, however they are not reversing my full amount only rs 2k has been reversed

                    Reason for non maintenance of minimum balance

                    I opened this account with my current bank account as without minimum balance condition. At the time of opening this saving account, icici sales guy told me there won’t be any charges for minimum balance as it was opened with current account. Trusting on icici sales guy, i signed the saving application form along with current account form without noticing that this will be fraud deal with us later on.

                    Keeping in my mind my saving account is zero balance, i did not use this account as i just opened this account with my current account and i had no more use for this saving account, when i tried to use this account last year 2017 and deposited money, all money charged as mab charges and now bank is saying i have not maintained my balance and cannot reverse the charges.

                    Where is my fault if i trust on icici sales guy, i went for only current account and ended up with saving account also trusting on icici bank, i signed the saving bank form application.

                    Now bank is playing and saying they have my signed document, how they can do this with their client who is having current account and running smoothly without any problem.

                    I would not have any problem if i was aware of this fact that there will be mab charges and would have maintained the balance, how i can maintain the balance when i am not aware of this fact. I aksed icici bank branch manager, i am ready to maintain balance in future if they promise to return my mab charges and won't deduct any previous charges, but they are not listening and saying we cannot do anything.

                    Can you please help me to get my mab charges, i am very frustrated how the bank can do this thing with their loyal customer.

                      Dear sir,
                      My complaint is regarding refund status of one failed transaction on 27th march, 2018 through net banking facility.
                      The transaction failed but amount was debited from my account.
                      I had raised a query with the merchant and received a reply from them that said transaction had failed and no amount has been received by them.
                      Merchant name is - nsdl [nps].
                      Regarding this i have been trying to reach out to your customer care on daily basis but no help provided and no mechanism to log any complaint or grievance.
                      Since the amount is big for me, half of my monthly salary, is a big concern for me.
                      Request you to provide some help to me regarding this.

                        I have a demat account in icici bank for 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there are two debit transactions in[protected] dp chgs till jan-18' — inr 826.00 and in[protected] dp chgs till jan-17' — inr 805.00. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is +[protected].

                        My icici credit card has been dispatched to an incorrect address twice. Please update my address and deliver to correct address.

                        I have contacted the ICICI Home branch, credit card customer care, and the bank official who took my application. Still the card is being delivered to the wrong address twice.

                            I am not having a demat account in icici bank and suddenly 826 rupees has been deducted from my account mentioning about dp charges.

                            Account details and other details are already mailed and informed icici bank.

                            Kindly act on this fraud.. Already mailed them the issue but still no one respond properly.

                            Hard earned money should not be taken without any subscription or activation of plan

                              Hi My Name is Jakir Hussain Shaik.I am having Home Loan in ICICI Bank and Loan account No : LBGTR[protected]. Now i decided to sale my property which is not registered only completed agreement between me and Builder and tried to transfer the loan to another customer name internally in ICICI Bank only. Now one of your employee MR.Raju(raju.[protected]@icicibank.com) informed me they will close the loan once registration will complete ...Can you simply tell me how i will allow customer to register my property without clear all due..in that case if customer not ready to transfer my loan on his name, will ICICI Bank will give Guarantee..? Property not registered in my name and only Agreement completed between me and Builder than how icici bank transferred all amount of loan to to Builder name..is policies of ICICI Ban will change customer to customer...? Next month 6th I need to pay EMI of home Loan till that time if my home loan will not clear than ICICI Bank will be the responsible for my Payments..And going forward i am not at all pay single penny...I am really frustrated o[censored]ntrained employees of ICICI Bank who don't the process but they are doing job and taking salaries..Thanks i will never suggest all my friends and colleagues to take loans in ICICI Bank and i am going to post in all social platforms about my concerns...

                                Icici bank wrongly debited amount from food card of my account on 21/03/2018. My card number is [protected]

                                Transaction number and debit amount
                                [protected] 21/03/2018 inr 681.83.00 manual adj dr - step debit

                                Could you take action to refund my amount.
                                I hope this will not happen in further transaction.

                                I can provide the required card information if asked for.
