    Hi,
    From my account, on date[protected] there was an deduction of inr 15.63 without any reason. It was described in the statement as atmdec chg/05-12-17/1103+gst. From internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. That's the problem with the atm right not mine.
    Please do resolve it or i want a proper justification about this deduction.

      Hi, i submitted online request for a icici gift card and the money was also deducted from my account on 28th feb 2018 but that request was automatically cancelled and no reason was supplied for the same. It's been more than a month and the money deducted hasn't been received back in my account. There customer care is pathetic. Can i get any number to escalate the issue?

        Icici bank wrongly debited amount from food card of my account on 21/03/2018. My card number is [protected]

        Could you take action to refund my amount.
        I hope this will not happen in further transaction.

          I am trying to do kyc and updating address, but the limit of each document to upload is 100kb, is this a joke. An empty pdf file is more than 100kb, i can compress it to do that we need to use online tools or buy a tool. I cannot buy for this purpose and online tool is not secure. You need to improve the process/website on your end. I saw lot of complaints in online and i am going to add one more as well, and i hear bad reviews from my friends as well, you need stream line the process. You can make simple changes like able to upload multiple documents at once and you can compress on your end using enterprise tools, this will not be more than 1-2 days of work for any programmer, instead you want everything from the customer. I just called in to complain and wow no manager available and all your systems are down to check status. Come on guys, you claim yourself as top private bank in india, shame on you.

            I m a privilege custoner of icici for past 12 yrs. I m on a short trip to us now snd had to make a important abd urgent transaction on my credit card which apparantly isvprompting me for otp. My registeted mobile number is an indian number and doesnt have international roaming.
            I have spent excrutiating amount of time on international call with icici customer care and this is what i finally understand:
            If you are trying to make a transaction using icici credit card and donot have access to registered mobile for otp - you are doomed.
            1. Customer care says they cant direct otp to my registered email instead of registered mobile
            2. Custoner care cannot register my international number for otp
            3. For credit cards, they cannot give otp by performing verification, they can do for debit cards only!
            Dear icici bank, you are not helping your to long time and loyal customers in distress, to access their own accounts and funds. Extremely disappointed. I raised a complaint :

              I have applied for icici credit card. Baner (Pune). I have my salary account in this branch.
              I have given all necessary documents to executive officer. But no response from icici, i only got a mail from there side that my application is underprocess i will take 15days time.
              Now again on[protected] i got call from bank that they are doing re-login my file because there was some issue.
              I don't know if i have given my all necessary documents even my all criteria is matching.
              Then why such things happening.

              They are just completing their march year ending login targets via done re-login for same case.

                I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 years
                Now they have charged 588.82 under this category dcardfee5145mar18-feb19+gst
                I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happend last year.

                  I m having saving account holder of icici bank kalyan w, i have opened the account only for few days for purchasing the icici pru policy (Policy no[protected]. During account opening ms aishwarya nair has provide me the incomplete information due to which amt 582 is deducted from my account.
                  When i visited to branch on 27/3/18 their was no any solution given to me by branch even branch manager ignore me to meet.
                  I have clearly informed to branch that i don't want to open the new account but they told me you will not get the policy without having saving account in icici bank. And they conveyance me to open the account and they charged amt 582 with out giving me the complete inforomation.
                  Because of this miscommunication i have closed my account on 27/3/18 &

                      I was called by your representative ms geeta mobile no [protected] and [protected] and informed me that i have been pre sanctioned credit limit of rs 2.00 lacs.

                      I informed her that, i can accept the card, if i get the credit limit of rs 2.00 lacs.

                      She informed me that, icici bank will call you and discuss the credit limit and if the same is acceptable, the card will be issued.

                      But to my surprise, i got the email / sms stating the card has been dispatched.

                      When contacted ms geeta, she was not available and some other lady accepted the call, but could not give any clarification

                      Thus, i request you to take action on such fraudulent calls and take action on the same.

                        Opening of online saving account not completed for application id is 86193231 and i transferred rs. 10000 for online account opening.

                        So i opened icici bank account manually at koperkhairane branch and its account details are as given below.

                        Icici bank person at koperkhairane branch told me that they will transfer money paid online to above bank account.

                        But money is not yet transferred to my account also they haven't initiated any refund for failed online saving account application.

                              Credit card statement of icici bank ([protected]) has been generated for february month on 09/02/2018 for the amount 11947/- and the payment is due on 26th feb. Some how payment of 11947/- got delayed and i made the payment on 02/03/2018.

                              I have received the march month credit card statement on 09/03/2018 and i found that excess amount of 2416/- has been added against the 11947/- for just 4 days. I also found that both late fee charges and interest been charged and even the gst above it.

                              I would suggest either late fee should be charged or interest. How come banks charge both as icici should charge in the way of interest or late fee.

                                Before 15 days back i have submitted a cheque for rs.6720/- of icici bank at madhuvan, udaipur to credit the same to our employee a/c mr. Ashish cheque no.303478. Instead of crediting the same, the same cheque has been returned to his home address by courier at village, till date the same is not received by him.in his village there is no facility of courier.

                                I have lot of times personally visited to your madhuvan branch no proper response is received and unnecessarily they are rotating even the dy. Branch manager. I requested for the cheque returned but no proper attention is received from any where.

                                I told to give me the cheque and i told them that i am ready to give another cheque after collecting the old one, but this type of non co-operation is never expected from a reputed limited bank like icici.

                                We are having more than 60 salary account with your branch, if i have not received proper attention within 12 hours the matter will be taken with higher authorities for justice, if the cheque is not returned or credited the same in his account the charges for cheating, non co-operation, mental feeling etc will be payable to him.

                                I am forwarding details to the rbi governor also for this non co-operation and cheating.

                                    There has been a debit of 413/- from my account with the description as RTN CHG-INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.

                                    Want to know the reason why ? As I was not intimated on the same earlier.
                                    My salary account is in ICICI.

                                    I have taken a car loan from SBI, which is dated on 5th of every month. This debit has been done on 26th March. This is not done from bank side, atleast there should inform earlier.

                                    Hi there,

                                    I have done transaction of 22090 rupess at Pimple gurav pune but because of some reason I had to cancel the transaction and shopkeeper said amound will reflect in 24 hours back into my account.

                                    Its been more than 5 days now and I have not received my refund back.

                                    Please assist.

                                      Could you take action to refund my amount and i hope this will not happen in further transaction.

                                      My account is with ICICI bank kolhapur mahashtra Rajarampuri branch,
                                      recently seen that 317.20 rs has been deducted from my account under the name of MABchgs (Minimum Account Balance) Without any alert/notification or notice .
                                      This kind of service was unaccepted by reputed bank like ICICI
                                      Ihave applied for credit card last 15 days and its rejected .pls let me know the reason of my rejected application.l will be very thankful to you.

                                        Mental torture and harassment from ICICI BANK Recovery Agents I had a Credit card in 2007 and dues to recession, lost job and was jobless almost 4 years and later some reasons it was misuse / wrongly billed by someone and I had discontinued it and asked clarification on the details ( which I did not get). it went for a long time and later i was in some family trouble that it missed out of my mind and years passed and no one contacted me hence I assumed it got resolved and closed. Now recently from past one week I have started get calls from [protected] and similar numbers collection / Recovery agents of your bank and Harassing my friends asking how they are related to me and then spoiling my image. They have being calling my office board line abusing and using offensive words with my colleagues to defaming my image in the office which is mental torture and harassment. Also, threatening me and my family for dire Consequence and defaming my social status. They also mentioned that as per MODI, we need to clear by end of march 2018. I am not running away any where alike the big crore scam people of India!!! I responds to their calls on my cell phone than why this harassment and mental torture ??? I and am ready to settle if any genuine dues are dues are pending, provided, I get a details statement of the same to reconcile I have requested them to send me the details of the same for which they are NOT READY to provide me and information saying that this is a very old matter and they DO NOT HAVE any details ---Please tell me how can one make any payment without know for what is he paying?

                                        Now i have decided not to pay unless i get an apology.
