I had sent you a mail on 15 march 2018 regarding loan no. Ladel[protected]. Your official, mr. Mukesh called my lawyer, mr. S. D. Singh, on 21 march 2018. As to hide the fraud of icici bank, he was not talking correctly to my lawyer preventing the truth to come out. To prevent the disclosure of the truth, he also sent me a mail on 23 march 2018 in which he denies the facts and proves by the bank councilor and proving him as irresponsible. He also denied receiving one pdc whereas in the receiving it is stated by mr. Kartikey kumar that 3 pdcs are received by the bank.
Your official never asked for any document from my lawyer. This incident by your official, mr. Mukesh explains that your bank is a fraud or this matter is not disclosed to you!
Car dl 3c aa 9882, is financed to mr, sushil kumar singh by your bank and this same car (Dl 3c aa 9882) is also financed by the reserve bank of india

Dear mr. Singh,
We refer to your complaint addressed to icici bank regarding your loan account ladelxxxxxxx5314.
We understand that our official, mr. Mukesh has contacted you and tried to address your concern, however, you were not co-operating.
We understand that you have informed our official, mr. Mukesh that you have settled the loan through lok adalat for rs. 13, 6, 200.00 in 4 installments of rs. 34, 050.00 each in 2008 and had given 1st payment in cash and issued 3 post dated cheques at the same time and you are having receiving the copy of 3 pdc. We would like to inform you that 2 post dated cheques are cleared as per our loan statement and 1 post dated cheque has not mentioned anywhere on loan statement.
Further, we understand that you have informed you have all documents related to the settlement, however, refused to provide documents.
