I had received a call on 18 march 2018 for a product/policy of icici called oneassist. I was unaware of any such products/policies and on 21 march i got an sms saying: dear customer, new policy wa privilege single rs 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd. I don't want to get any such service. Please deactivate any such policies and refund my money asap.

    Hi, I have due amount for which I am paying minimal amount since long time may be 8 months or more. I am asking help from customer service for settlement but they are refusing to do so.

    I am jobless for 4 months and have home loan emi, child school fees and household expenses to take care. I am not able to pay any further amount to ICICI bank.

All of this transaction are fraudulent and not at all in my knowledge and i did not received any conformation Massage for this transaction.         I haven't subscribed to mm service but still annual fee for 354 rupees got deducted. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.

        This is really bad from icici. You should inform customers very clearly about any such deductions.

          My father availed a car loan way back in 2004 and it was closed many years back, but the so called icici bank are so irresponsible that they are not able to issue the noc regarding the car loan. What a same on the part of icici bank. These people donot entertain the customer well, visited the local branch i was told they cant help as they were busy with the march ending report.

          A service request was also raised - sr[protected] and the loan account as xx8877

          Now they want us to roam and wait till the issue is resolved. This is totally ridiculous on their part

            Hi team,

            I made a transaction of rs699/- (Transaction id-[protected]) to place an order in amazon. The amount was deducted from my account but amazon did not recieve any payment due to some server problem.
            And i recieved a mail from amazon is that your order has been declined please revise your payment.
            I cancelled my order and had words with amazon customer care so they told that tgey did nit any payment. This issue is from your bank only.
            So i am requesting you to recheck this issue and refund my rs.699/-

              I am receiving missed calls from the number [protected]. Or when i pick it, they cut the call. This is happening very frequently. Also they call from other numbers and ask for icici free credit card. Inspite of repeated replies to them, that i don't require a credit card, they are still disturbing a lot.
              The call from the above particular number does not pick the phone. They wait for 3 rings and cut the call.

                I requested my personal loan top up and my file to your branch. They give me my application no 70164549 but now total days is 15 but payment not done yet. Your bank show me add. That p. L is done in only 48hour but not done and branch employees not contact me for any excuse and mistake. I will go consumer court for my claim for waiting it's ur red.

                    I am holding a Credit Card of ICICI bank for the past 1 years. I am deeply dissatisfied with your bank service and customer care. I wish to bring the bank's notice that an amount of Rs 525 and Rs 94.62 as IGST has been debited from my Credit card account on 20th march 2018 under the reason of Auto Debit Return Fee.

                    First of all i wasn't made aware of a pre-selected Auto Debit ON mode for my credit card at time of registration. Also please explain me how Auto Debit activated on morning of 20th March 2018 only, even when 20th March 2018 (full day) was the last date for payment of my credit card bill. I paid the bill on 19th March only which was reflected on 20th afternoon. Thus I was victim of auto debit even when i paid the credit card bill on time. This is highly unprofessional and objectionable of such a reputed bank.

                      I took personal loan from ICICI bank in Aug 2016 and I have been paying smoothly till Dec .2017 . As I lost my job and started by business from home, it is taking time to completely monetize.

                      I have requested ICICI bank to provide my time to settle and start EMI left and regular EMI too. But I have been harassed in front of my house in presence of my children and wife so many times. Even they shouted pointing finger .

                      Let me know how to file a case against Bank. I need a good lawyer to handle this and put some sanction to Bank and strict regulations.

                        Madam I had take a lone in your Bank, for purpose my personal, after some year I take second Auto lone from same bank.

                        Madam I work in Pharmaceuticals company, but my company was recession with employee that’s I am loose my job, I’m not able to paid my monthly installment in regular term, your bank employees regular phone call meet me regularly, some month I’m paid but some month i can’t paid. I’m totally a defaulter in your book.

                        Madam I committed to your one officer his Name Mr. Praveen is based in Delhi, I got it LIC in month of Jan 18. But unfortunate some cause I didn’t get in month of Jan, LIC committed to me you got it amount next year 2019. But I paid 10000 Rs every month to your bank total outstanding is approx 80-90 thousand in rupees.

But i had asked the person to hold the loan due to high rate of interest. Even after not giving the confirmation to process the loan, bank has credited money to my account.                             Asansol/WB branch in Nov 2004 in favour of me. 24 nos of post dated check amounting Rs 1317 each was issued by me. All the cheques were debited from
                            my SBI saving account. But ICICI Bank is not issuing me NOC giving justification that one of the installment was not received by them and asking rs. 5320/- more mony to close...

                              I had taken car loan from ICICI Bank and same I had cleared all the dues, hence they had given me NOC, however they have not reported the closed account details to CIBIL, they report when it was one emi delay but after clearing all the dues and they had issued NOC too, even then Bank had not updated the same in CIBIL for LAST FIVE years.

                                I got a call from icici agent whose name is "rishabh" and whose no is [protected] & [protected], he told me that you are eligible for rubyx icici card with zero joining fees for life time and with that you will get amazon voucher worth rs 1000, bookmytickets offer and so on, post that i applied for the card.

                                I received the card on 15th march and yesterday when i linked the card with the icici account, i was shocked to see the statement where in rs 2950 joining fees where applied, i asked customer care to cancel the request however i want to take serious action on the person who gave me false details about the card and who just want to earn bucks by bluffing customers, i would like to lodge a police complaint against these sort of people and let icici know what it's employees or agent doing, hope icici will care about its reputation.

                                    My mobile no is [protected] iam receiving messages through ad-icicib & ax-icicib a which is not linked to my account neither my mobile. Iam getting 200-300 messages per day which is customer acc no xxx4639.
                                    In spite of compliaing to icici bank authorities through written compliant but no is taking responsibility.

                                    So please solve problem as soon as possible.
