Hi,

My self Purushotham and I hold my account with ICICI bank - As i mentioned in the Subject I went to with draw my money to Federal Bank ATM with is located in Sarjapura Main road and address given below.
Bank: THE FEDERAL BANK LTD

Address: KODATHI GATE, ST. PATRICK ACADEMY CAMPUS, SARJAPUR ROAD, CARMELARAM P O, BANGALORE - 560 035

I choose to withdraw 10K, i got a text sms from ICICI stating amount debited and i am waiting for the cash it didn't come. i waited for few minutes and took security help ( The one who watches the ATM) he said this happens to many customers and you better inform your Bank. in fact i had money in my account but i didn't try again because this may happen again. Later i called ICICI Bank Help line and explained the situation - they said it takes 7 working days, i said this is too high please try to prioritize since we are in Digital world. they said Max 7 working days but actually it happens with in that. on the 4th or 5th working day i again called and the response was not great one lady took my call as an a escalation and she has script to follow being Floor Manager. I said i will escalate to CEO she says your wish. Finally i thought let me give a time till 7 working days which is today ( 13th March ) today i got first SMS at 12:44PM saying its still not completed and delay from the Federal Bank. and it would take 3 more working days. I quickly called ICICI help line again and one lady said yes it will take 3 more working days ( which means 7+3=10).. i said why and proceed on priority. i again got sms stating this will take 21 more working days. this is utter nonsense and one cannot play with my money ?? I logged in to ICICI portal and tried escalating to Nodal officer M Vinayak - the E mail process is not at all going through and getting failed every time. later i placed request in 1st level again and reference number as follows - SR[protected].

I HERE BY REQUEST GOVT AUTHORITIES TO HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY ...

ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND BELOW FROM ICICI

1) WHY IS THE DELAY IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK TO ME ?
2) WHY IS THE TAT IS SO HIGH ? AND FOR EVERY OTHER TRANSACTION BANK CHARGES ( WITHDRAWAL FROM OTHER ATM, DELAY IN REPAY ETC) - FOR THIS DELAY AND MISS IN TAT WHOM TO PENALIZE AND WHAT IS THE AMOUNT ?
3) I SUSPECT SOME PROCESS GAPS AND EVERY THING CORRECT SINCE ITS MISSED AND MISSING THE TAT'S - PLEASE EXPLAIN ???

if this is not solved by concerned bank- I will go legal

    ICICI bank has charged inr 11.50/- against some so called surcharge mcc 5541 which is not clear. Called their customer care also but they didn't resolved the issue.

    I have used my debit card for purchasing fuel at a petrol pumps. If they have charged me because of this than instead of giving any rebate for paying cashless they are charging me. Doesn't make any sense.

      The captioned loan account was sanctioned for rs. 1500000/- on 11.07.2014
      But only rs.650000/- has been disbursed.
      Project was completed in aug. 2015.
      Despite regular request the remaining amount has not been disbursed,

      The concerned officer mr. Ashutosh sharma neither picks up the phone nor calls back. I have sent so many messages to him but it seems he is very busy to reply back to my messages.

      Please arrange to disburse the remaining amount of my loan.

      I did it 1 lakh transaction from icicbank to iciciprulife while scanning iciciprulife QRcode and was transfeered to [protected]@icici
      .ICICIprulife has not received the payment while amount has been deducted from account.

        spam calls

        I am getting spam calls which i am not sure if it's icici but my true caller shows as icici bank the numbers are [protected]

        This is counting to harassment and i really don't know which institute is this? Since i can't even call them back??

        There is spelling mistake in my sb account where us it is correct in current
        Account. Both accounts are opened while i was working in bank of madura accessible with same user id and password

        When i referred the mistake they asked me to produce certified true copy of the gazette publishing details for the change of name.

        But i never changed my name to produce any such document

        By mistake the bank has committed the error in sb account

        I have been writing / mailing the customer care and approaching the branches but no remedy

        Please help

            I hv an fd from joint account of me and husband. Now i got divorce with my husband. Fd is freezed with icici bank panipat. I want details of fd becus my husband stolen all fds. Bank said give us a legal notice dn we give u details. My advocate sent legal notice on 13 june 2017. Bt bank not replying till date. I remind them many time by personal visit and by ph. Bt they refused to reply. And today they misbehaved and said nahi melegi fd jao kar lo complaint. I am single woman with my daughter and need money.               Hi,

              I am having a personal loan with icici, while taking this loan it was told that foreclosure will be zero after 1 year.

              But the foreclosure is not set as zero. I have followed them so many times, called customer care, sent email, visited bank but nothing work.

              So please help on this.

              Note - i stopped paying emi/ecs and will not pay any emi unless and until my foreclosure is set as zero.

                icici bank ecsrtnchg charges hit on my account

                Am an icici bank customer. Today 13-02-18 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                     On feb 16, 2018, i have transferred 5800 rs imps from my icici acc[protected] with name in my payee list lokesh in which i have transferred salary for my friend but that account is not my friends accounts its some hotel person account in madhya pradesh which i added long time ago when my friend asks me to transfer money for that hotel account transferred account no sbi [protected] and my account no[protected] would you please contact the person and return my amount

                      I took account in icici 6 years back.. Recently when i transfer money to this account it got credited when i check in mobile banking.. But funds transfer not happening from this account.
                      I tried neft and imps for fund transfer. But none of them is working.. Its showing account frozen/blocked

                        Last month, I transferred my loan amount from a different bank to my ICICI Current Bank account on 12.02.2018, unfortunately it was -200 than the actual amount (my mistake).
                        My due date was 15.02.2018, so YES Bank tried to deduct my loan amount since it was insufficient balance, ICICI deducted 413 twice in 2 weeks on February which i assumed was deducted because of the bounce back.
                        But, this month I had transferred the actual amount (infact more than needed) 2 days before and my due date is 15.03.2018 however ICICI has again deducted 410 and 373 today from my account which has really caused inconvenience to me.

                        Can someone please explain, why this is happening and how to stop this in future or the best way to get rid of it.

                        Tried contacting the customer after waiting for 30 min and got a chance to speak with them. The Banking officer and the Manager tried their best to help me out and provided me all the necessary information. It was the YES Bank who had tried to touch my account even after paying the loan due amount, I have been advised to contact them and the recent transactions will be taken care.

                          For this issue I Have contacted Back customer care there is no proper response like, they are always saying 9 working days more.

                          ISSUE:
                          I have taken the loan In ICICI total amount of 6, 36, 655, In this loan amount 3, 36, 655 is for paying the outstanding amount in Axis bank, I should get this amount in From of DD, But still haven’t received DD. its around 1 month. since then I am paying the interest for both the banks. In mean while I have paid 1 Emi in Axis bank. Today I have checked with Axis bank if I pay any extra amount through DD, It won’t be refundable. here if i calculate my total loss because of ICICI bank mistakes. ICICI Interest (5k to 7k) + Axis Interest (6k to 7k) + 1 month email (10, 000) = 22, 000 Around. Till date.

                          Why should i pay this and why should i loose this. So kindly help me to come out this. Even if I get new cheque now, once after receiving it it takes 9 working days to clear and even though i am going loose 30, 000RS.

                          For this issue Last 10 days more then 100 times I have called to the my loan RM Mr.Nagaraj ([protected]), he never picks the call and when i checked the document collected Agent he says he don’t have any information about it.

                          KINDLY HELP ME, AT LEST LET ME KNOW HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have got the Personal Loan from HDFC India.I am paying the Loan due on 4th of the every month.This month 4th is Sunday so It will hit on 5th. Unexpectedly my salary not credited on 4th of September.As i know that my account is not having sufficient Funds I have deposited my Amount by transfer at 2pm on 5th April .Usually ecs will hit on daytime .But In the evening i am getting message that your ECS has returned due to Insufficient funds and Charged Rs.471 from my account.i din't even received any test message intimation also on this. I have called customer care and they are saying that ECS will hit Any time even before Office hours.Is that possible to happen? I want to know ... If you have any Idea about this please mail me.My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                Myself visited your Bhiwani ( Haryana ) branch for opening new account for my wife. I am also your accont holder since a long time.but they say same attachment with new account like same RD and Insurance without these attachment account not opened.kindly guides me without any RD or insurance I can not opened new account.
                                I was en employee of ICICI bank on 13/06/08. I had submitted PF settlement form to HR for processing my pf withdrawal on 1st Jan 2013, which has not been done till date. kindly do the needful.Please find the details below.
