My name is anand vishwakarma and its been more than 20 days since i have applied for opening a salary account with icici bank.

I am employ in cmsit services company, i open a salary account with icici bank, hoshangabad branch (M. P)

My bank account opening online on 17feb2018 by mr. Sanjeet and was given the welcome kit at 23feb2018

My account number given is[protected] i have been given a debit card.
My company also not given two month salary becuase my account is not activated.

    Hi,
    i am facing issue with ICICI bank.. i had taken loan of 24lakhs in my wife's name.. without our awareness they have issued Insurance of 35lakhs for which premium of 2, 37, 171 has been debited from ICICI loan disbursment ammount.. First of all we were never told of any insurance associated to loan, secondly they have issued two insurances one in my name for 15lakhs and one in my wifes name 20, 05, 000.. total insurance value is 35, 05, 000 which is far beyond the loan value of 24 lakhs... this is clear cheating the women customer case.. when i wrote back to their CEO and grievance cell, they told they will getback ..but not got back at all..

    need your help to bring this fraud of ICICI to public and get refund of 2, 37, 171 + compensation for the extra pre emi interest i paid plus mental trauma i went through..

    Just because the loan and insurance both belong to ICICI they issue their own insurances and put the burden on us..

    People from Senior.[protected]@icici.com desk (Chandra mouli) called me, replied me in the email stating that they will get back by March 5th.. but never got back...
    Your Head Services Ms Jayalakshmi has been talking in the email from many days, but no reply.
    i have told n number of times that is like cheating Women Customer but you people are not taking this matter seriously..

    Anyway for the benefit of you, i will forward all the emails i sent to above people copying [protected]@icici.com

        Bond holder no. 0000001 certificate no. 11957 no. Of bond one of face value rs 1000/- was given on 2nd august 1999 and redemption date 1st jan 2018.
        I sent the said bond in original by speed post for redemption to the address mentioned overleaf the bond certificate. After a few days the speed post was returned to me with the remark "left" and redirected to my address.

        I visited the local icici bank at jorhat, assam and the manager of the bank provided no solution to the matter.

        I will be grateful if someone can help me in this regard.

          I noticed today something odd in my account, i was charged about rs.1230 /- from a company known as digital river, i never dealt with them before and after a bit or research i found out they deal with digital transactions and services. I have checked all my account summary and have not found anything related to them - just in case i did so - and really have no clue to how they managed to charge me.

            credit card - reward redemption handling fee

            Today i have received my credit card statement for the period 3-feb-2018 to 2-mar-2018

            At the top of the statement there is a “reward redemption handling fee - ord. No.1727045 dtd 051217” of rs.99 and [protected]@18% on that amount of rs.17.82

            I would like to know what is this “reward redemption handling fee - ord. No.1727045 dtd 051217”
            I don’t remember doing any reward redemption through icici bank...

                I have been an icici customer since 2007; recently i moved to usa for a short assignment, my registered mobile number got deactivated and has been assigned to someone else, without knowing which i tried making transactions - otp being sent to the same number. Since this is a sensitive thing, i have tried reaching out to icici customer care several times, to get help in updating my mobile number in vain; they are not at all supportive, advising me to visit branch or atm - right now i do not have access to atm/any branch to go in person and reset the mobile number; this is highly disappointing and alarming, as my otp had been received by some stranger as these guys are not helping me out to update the mobile number. Also, ever since i know my number is assigned to someone else, i am not able to due any kind of transactions.

                    I have made an IMPS transaction of 14000 to the beneficiary of Corporation bank but received a message that transaction is timed out and status will get updated by ben by 3 working days. But here my concern is, if I do not wish to pay to the beneficiary anymore (as I have paid in cash due to urgency), where does the amount gets credited ? is it to my account or to the beneficiary account ? its not clearly provided on your FQA forum too. For my bad luck, I did same transaction twice so in total 28000 I lost.

                    I have been an ICICI customer since 6 Yrs and never faced such issues, but with this incident I m loosing my trust on your institution. Reason is simple, when transaction is failed, what's the purpose of deducting amount ? If you want me to wait for 3 days, who is going to bear the loss ?

                    For my surprise, when I called customer care an agent said that they will not register complaint as well as its an automatic process. It might be a small amount for you team, but not to me . I need my money back into my account else you are going to loose a customer shortly.

                      I nikhil kumar kedia who was holding demat account with your bank in[protected] upto 4.12.2017 i have paid the charges uptodate on 27.11.2017, rs 826/=were paid, and on 5.12.17 i have transferred all my holding to my elder brothers account and given closure letter to your bank branch at s. D. Road branch secunderabad. But to my surprise how you are charging 3252.28/= for a closed demat account and for what,? This said amount is debited to my account on 26.2.2018 without any notice or mail to me. Please clarify why you have charged these charges to me, it is with utmost dissatisfaction of your bank staff negligence and non helpful behavior, i will and for ever regret why i had my account with your bank

                        I have initiated imps transaction with the amount of 4500 on 01-mar-2018 and the transaction has got timed out. It's been five days, but none o[censored]s has not been updated about the status of transaction though i have received a message from icici saying that the status will be updated in 3 days. Pfb,

                        Dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.4, 500.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 01-mar-2018 15:14:08. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.

                          Few years ago (About 3-4), on insistence from ICICI bank official, I had agreed for Card Protection Plan from ICICI bank for that particular year. But now, every year the amount is getting automatically deducted from my ICICI Savings account without prior notice or consent through mail or message. This is absolutely not acceptable as I am not interested to continue with this plan.

                          Year on year the same thing is happening and now I would like to withdraw myself from this plan. Yesterday an amount of Rs.2047/- has been deducted and I seek support from this forum on future course of action I can seek.

                            I settled down my credit card with icici bank with settlement no no. S[protected], dt.[protected]. It was settled in 25, 000/- (Two installment: 12500 each) & payment was done via cash deposit in bank. Last payment was deposited on[protected].
                            Per mail from icici bank it was mentioned in settlement letter as"once final payment done zero balance statement will generate in next fifteen days from date of payment and ndc will be provided", statement is showing total amount due on[protected] is zero but cibil is also not updated & showing as active.
                            Tried to contact mr. Negi (Contact info given in settlement letter) but not response.
                            Followed up over the mail to but no response from icici bank.
                            Looking for positive response.

                              The icici is a fraud bank. They are cheater. They gave me offer on internet banking that pre approved credit card with no documents is there on my account. I applied contacted 500 times. They never every sent the card. The employee has never ever heard about the fraud transaction happened one time. Icici bank is not safe. Please never ever use.                                   What are these ecsrtnchg charges which are hit on my account. I can see 3 transaction total of 700 rs deducted without any prior notice.. What is going on.. If this is going on i will have to close this service and will open my account to somwhere else..

                                    I took a home loan from icici bank (Hinjewadi, pune) in may 2017. Along with the home loan application, i provided them a duly filled application for pmay linked subsidy claim. I come under mig class and hence provided my/my spouses aadhar cards. I have been consistently following up with them regd. The status since september 2017 and they have been just ignoring my pleas.in january 2018, after escalating it to the seniors, they tell me that they didn't submit my pmay form to nhb. This is ridiculous. They asked me to resubmit the form. Currently, i am in another country on deputation. I requested them if i could send my documents on email, which i did. But they have been just sending me "we'll get back to you (Next week)". This has been going around since january 2018 till now.

                                    I am not sure why are they harassing people with such replies. Are they this clueless. Firstly they did not submit my documents to nhb and now they're acting ignorant.

                                    Please resolve this issue asap.

                                    I am ramudu.I have recharged through jio app upi transactions successfully but not recharged amount deducted from my account.transaction details will be sent to ours though following screenshot. Any information please send my email I'd [protected]@gmail.com

                                    I have applied credit card two times its been 20 days that i have applied... people who have taken my details is not responsible in processing my credit card this is really not fair, i want to know my credit card status ASAP

                                      Dear ICICI,

                                      I am SIVACHANDRAN S. I have an account in ICICI bank for more than 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-18' INR '826.00'. I Checked with ICICI Customer care about this issues i reached them by phone call but seriously i didnt get any good response about this issue. I told them without my knowledge how you people can open Demat account from my ICICI account, but they didnt answer about my question and customer care doesnt take any compliant request about this issue. They redirected relationship manager Charles Devaraj. I just reached him, he told without your knowledge opened your demat account i agree that, but i cant able to do anything about this issue. He mentioned go near by ICICI branch close your Demat account. I didnt get, why i need to go ICICI bank branch no body answering my question.

                                      Do you have any proof about opened Demat account with my knowledge? like my signature etc.. If have means just sent to me.

                                      For your kind information more than 6 years i am using ICICI bank account, event i checked my net banking demat account page there is no demat account number linked with my netbanking. So without demat account how will charge like this, event i didnt trade any stock from this account.

                                      I want to ask question about this issue, I didnt understand without my knowledge you people are opened Demat account and when debited the DP charges from my amount I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.. I really disappointed and i lost trust with ICICI BANK.

                                      My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                                      Note: I request if the refund process was not happens without 24 -48 hrs, I will end all the relationship with ICICI bank ( Salary & Saving account, PPF account, Credit card and loan etc). If refund doesnt happen means i ill escalate and compliant to next level and I ill close all the account with ICICI bank & i will switch over to some other bank who gives more priority to me.

                                      We are also struggling to earn money, without people knowledge ICICI bank doing this kind of activity how people will trust ICICI BANK. I need justice and my money back immediately.
