Hi, i have done recharge of 399₹ for jio payment my money was debited from account but i didn't got recharge. I have already talked with bank they said it's debited and jio team is saying payment was not received.
While recharging through upi i got a request from [protected]@icici for 399₹ and same is paid ref. Attached image.

Please take necessary actions and refund my money.

    I have recharged my jio number [protected] with 399 but the jio company says they have not received the money. The amount has to be recharged. Please do the needful immediately.

    I have enquired with the jio support team and they claim that they have not received the payment from the bank. I have attached the screen shot of the payment too. This is a very necessary issue please take action immediately

      I was holding the credit card of icici bank period from 2007 to 2011. Due to some unwanted circumstances i was settled the account which is shown as settled cibil records.

            Money not dispensed but balance got deducted

            Ima sbi customer (Ac - [protected]).

            Today on 17/02/2018 around 15:58 hrs i had used icici bank atm (Id - sacwf659) at ekta nagar for money withdrawal of worth 1000/-rs but the txn failed with a network error.

            I didn't get the money but later after like 10min my sbi account was debited

            Please investigate and get it credited back to my sbi s/b account asap.

            The feedback says that icici delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers. So kindly do the needful

They didn’t helped me even after sending mail n this year too amount has been deducted from my account so i asked them to send me another atm card with picture but nothing has been done.                 I made a recharge of 399 on 17/02/2018 from my jio aap through phone pay upi payment gate way and my amount has been diducted from my bank account but recharge has not done. Plz reverse my amount or make the recharge done. I got the transction id which is icid6152477aef243e6bef732192f8a4ed2.
                I also attached the screenshot of transiction id given by phone pay.

                  I made a upi transaction of rupees 348 to [protected]@icici on 16th feb at 5:54 pm to recharge my jio mobile.
                  Amount has been deducted from my bank account and payment has been successful to [protected]@icici (Upi reference number is[protected]. But service is not provided.
                  Please help me get my refund from [protected]@icici.
                  I am attaching the transaction receipt along.

                    I have received call from dev who claimed himself to be loan recovery agent from icici. He told me that i have loan against my name and i have failed to pay emis, for which a notice is being sent out.
                    I don't have any kind of loan from icici, and my personal details (House address, company i work for, dob etc.) were known to him.

                      Hi,
                      I have done IMPS transaction worth of ₹20000 on 10/02/2018 from ICICI Bank to bank of Baroda. But transaction was timed out and I got the massage “Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.20, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 10-Feb-2018 19:11:08. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days.”
                      so I did another transaction for the same beneficiary with the same amount on 11/02/2018 and it was successful.
                      So after 3 days I called to ICICI bank customer care for the refund n executive stated that we are taken the request n you we get refund after 5 days and I got the massage, “Dear Customer, Your claim has been registered vide SR[protected] on 15-FEB-18. You will receive an update within 5 working day.”
                      But today 16/02/2018 I received massage saying, “SR[protected]: Dear Customer, The Beneficiary bank has confirmed that the beneficiarys account has been credited with Rs.20000”
                      Now the situation is beneficiary got the amount twice and he is not responding properly to give the extra amount back. And I am keep requesting to customer care people to help me out with this n they are unable to help me out.
                      I kindly request you to give me a proper suggestion with the above mention matter as the amount is quite big.

                        I was transferring money on the Money2World portal to ICICI Canada account through the citrus easypay payment gateway. It finally resulted in an error. But the money is debited from my HDFC account and when I talk to the Money2World team, they say they have not received the payment. The status in Money2World portal says transaction cancelled.

                        Not sure what to do since I am in Canada now and not able to understand where my money is!!!

                        I want ICICI to take this as top priority to track down the payment and either refund or fulfill the transfer.

                            I was charged twice for the toll

                            My fast tag was charged for rs. 60 but the barrier was not removed. So, i have to move to the next lane and pay cash again to cross the toll.

                            First of all i receive text message after 10-15 minutes after the toll has crossed, so the user doesn't know that he/she has been charged or not. Please look into the issue.

                            Message takes 10-15 minutes after the amount has been deducted from the fast tag account.

                            I have to pay twice for the toll as i didn't knew the amount has been deducted or not.

                              I have made a purchase of 10999 from flipkart. I was intending to convert to EMI while processing on Flipkart. The payment processing, was fast and the OTP got auto detected before I could react and convert it into EMI. I have decided to convert it into EMI via phone banking and convert into EMi. I have been charged Rs.280 extra as processing fee. Why is this processing fee charged for me. On Flipkart site it states that my EMI would be 1290 for 9montgs including 13% interest, but now I am asked to pay 1548+GST in first and then 1392 later months.
                              Why is this extra processing fee of 300?????????

                                Hi, i am current employee of icici bank, located @ jamnagar, gujarat. This complain is regarding my branch manager - mr. Jinal. He treats an employee like a dog. He always threats employee stating if you are not giving us customer saving account, you will be fired.. Along with that, if employee requests for a leave, he always denies it.
                                I have enough proofs with me which indicates that mr. Jinal is not behaving in a proper way with employees. He always uses absuive language to employees as he is the manager. It is not acceptable. Please assist.

                                I already heard these kind of comments in other complains. I dont have an issue with providing the details.. but this will impact my job and I dont want to put mysel[censored]nder any threat.
