HI, I bought 50 KG GBFITNESS Home Gym Set With 2 Dumbbell Rods, 2 Rods, 8 In 1 Bench & Gym Bag on[protected] from ebay at around 9:15pm but my order status is not showing on my account.       ICICI offered a pre-approved loan (image1) and I applied for it. Now they say that the loan was pre-qualified and not pre-approved.

      There website clearly mentions pre-approved and when you click on it, you get redirected to the login screen and need to enter your net banking details.

      After you log in the pre-approved changes to pre-qualified... which clearly seems to be a trap to induce customers to apply for loans. But if the loan is pre-approved then I should not be able to proceed further with the approval.

      They collected all my documents and then two verifications were done. However, even after two weeks time there was no follow up from them. So I finally came to know that the loan has been rejected for poor credit score despite of me holding a salary account with ICICI from last 11 years and earning a monthly income of 47, 000.

      I was never informed that a credit score of 750 was required. if this is their basic requirement then why is it not mentioned on there website, why did the calling agents not inform me about this, why did the person who collected the documents not inform me about this.

      When I visited the branch to discuss this and report my grievances, the Branch Manager stated that personal loan does not fall under his perview and was not interested in hearing me. Then I was asked to speak to the personal loan reporting manager who again was not at all interested to hear my grief and just walked away blaming that the loan is rejected for poor credit score.

      I was really saddened by this behavior as these were the same guys who were so eager to call me when I applied for a loan and knowing that it is now rejected, I was not even valued to be heard.

      Even in my customer portal, it says pre-qaulified and the amount is 7.25, 000... so what criteria does ICICI consider before offering a pre-qualified loan... and now the loan been rejected why is this offer still existing in my portal.

      I am already in discussion with them, but the communication is not gong anywhere and the emails are not even read properly.

        My self dhanmani das guwahatin i have taken icici bank two wheeler loan 29th november 2005, loan amount 53, 551/- tenure 60 month (Loan account no but i have one problem with me, i am unable pay the next 60 month emi time to time but i have settled the ballance amount on the date of 31st ctober 2012 but at this moment my cibil score very drop and loan was seeing* written off*.

        I want to update the record in my cibil, please remove the status written off in my record.

          icici bajaj scooter bond series rdbdb 99

          My father holds icici bajaj scooter bond money multiplier bond private placement series rdbdb 99. This bond matures in 2026, but my father who is bondholder was passed away one year ago. Now i don't know what to do with this bond, is this bond transferable? How to do that. I also want to know is there any nominee, for that where should i contact or email,

          I have opened the salary account with icici bank ltd., but my salary account is on hold as i already having an existing salary account with bank hence i requested for closure of the existing salary account on 15th february 2018.. They said it will take 3 working days but 6 working days over and still i did not receive any status. And my salary account is on hold

          This is totally intolerable they are not responding properly.

            I have been charged rs 3580 on maintaining the minimum balance. Neither the bank executive nor any customer support has called to acknowledge. Neither bank branch has provided me any net banking, debit card and phone banking so how can i transfer my money. Sector 11, rohini branch always say me to my close my current account as i am not eligible to operate the bank account, also, they are not providing any support services. They are continuously deducting my all money from my current account without informing how much amount is been to deduct more, when i opened my current account they told us that 6 month minimum balance is not required but they are continuously deducting my money from my account and the bank manager of plot no-6, garg trade centre, sector 11, rohini, delhi, 110085 say to close my current account as they have not any answer to reply my questions, always he say he is in a meeting or somewhere else, i am going to police station to complaint against bank and bank manager for misbehave with me.               Hi team,

              Greetings of the day..!

              I purchased one new mobile day before yesterday by using icici credit card on flipkart.

              When i was purchasing i opted no emi cost option (6 emi of rs 2150/- each).

              Now my billing cycle is showing some ci @ 18% on this.. Want to understand what is this and why it has been charged.

              This is second time i am feeling being cheated. Last year i purchased one plus and that time also i was charged some interest on each emi.

              Want to understand these hidden tacts.

              Already sent this complaint to your ceo.

                  I am an accountholder in icici bank for more than 18 years under account number[protected]. I requested icici bank to close my above sb a/c for poor service quality, vide my letter dated 03.02.2018, sent to them on 05.02.2018. The letter was received by them on 06.02.2018. On several reminders and complaints over phone, in person and through online, the account was closed on 20.02.2018. I noticed an amount of rs.500/- was debited to my account towards account closure charges and an amount of rs.90/- was also debited towards gst on the account closure charges on 17.02.2018. As per icici bank's terms and conditions, the charges for closure of account is made for accounts closed within one year. Since, my account is more than 18 year old, closure charges made by icici bank is not correct and cannot be justified by bank's terms and conditions. I am sending herewith the screen shots of my account statement and faq details regarding closure of account issued by icici bank (From bnak's website). Request the icici bank to refund rs.590/- (Rs.500/- being account closure charges for 18 year old account and rs.90/- being gst on the above charges.

                  Further to my complaint dated 21.02.2018, regarding account closure charges debited to my 18 year old SB A/c no.[protected], Mr.Ramakrishnan from ICICI Bank, Coimbatore, contacted me over phone (Mobile No.[protected]) on 23.02.2018. He asked me to wait for 10 days, as the person, who attended my account closure is on leave. I need not wait for 10 days, as this is the case of violation of Terms and conditions by ICICI Bank. Eventhough, I waited for 10 days. There is no response from ICICI Bank so far. I once again request ICICI Bank to make necessary action to refund Rs.590/- (Rs.500/-, being account closure charges and Rs.90/-, being GST on account closure charges) immediately.

                      Ntg use from customer care department also..they simply say it is under pmay only..i came to begampet customer care branch...i have submitted documents twice..3months bank.how many days it is under status...now also they did not apply..i think my documents went to dustbin..atleast they didn't go for claim..still it shows online form for applying..i[censored] applied, it tells me that aadhar already exists...but it clearly shows for applying..so u did not even send my documents to nhb for claim.. please i[censored] apply I will definitely get it..y because my salary 250000 yearly..my flat 512 sqft Lig.. first home.. please I am ready for submission of documents again.. atleast u can apply now.please do needful.. contact [protected], [protected]..

                      It is taken almost one and half year.it is disbursement done 12 Dec 2016..still how much time u need...still u did send my documents for nhb inorder to get claim subsidy...even u didn't apply with my aadhar details..I went to nhb.. Himayat nagar, urdugally..after knowning all these only i came to complain here..how many times i came to bank to resolve my issue..but no response.. i[censored] will not take my issue seriasly i am ready to go for claim from u only..so much damage caused by icici bank.if i would have been taken loan in some other bank..definitely i would get it..long back...nhb people told me that u didn even send my documents for claim..how u will cheat customers...my patience is lost..please do needful action immediately

                                Greetings

                                I am having my salary account in ICICI bank. But a few days back Rs 50 was deducted from my salary account and when I looked into my mini statement it was described under ATMDEC CHG/17-10-17/8136.
                                From the Internet, i found that this charge was due to ATM's not having enough cash. If ATM is not having enough amount why should I charge?

                                Please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard at earliest.

                                I am getting charged every month under guise of following way...
                                ECSRTNCHG - 25-May-18 + GST, - Rs 472
                                ECSRTNCHG13, - Rs 472
                                ECSRTNCHG12 . - Rs 472

                                Now, this is happening for many months, i noticed it just now. Now, this is a serious issue.

                                Request concern team to quickly resolve this lapse and help me further.

                                  Sir,

                                  My account was dormant from past 5 years as i want not in country, i visit the branch to activate my account and issue a new cheque book. Till date not recvd any cheque book.

                                  Further when my account got activated i transfer funds of rs. 150000/- to start the operations. To my surprise my account was charged with mab of rs. 9000/- approx. After visiting the branch i was told that these are all back end charges and cannot be reversed. Neither i was told by the executive that your account will be charged with charges or else i would not have reactivated the same and would have opened a new one.

                                  I was suggested by the bank to remove the funds of rs. 141000/- immediately or else the system will debit more charges.

                                  The staff who activate my account from dormant to active did not told me about any mab chages.

                                  After various complaints no resolution is taken

                                  My money got deducted without my acknowledge all because o[censored]r irresponsibility
                                  Hi last night i just made a transaction of Rs. 10000 from i mobile app of ICICI bank . when i type my pin it shows that sorry this request can not be processed, but it deducted amount from my account.
                                  So please refund my balance that is Rs. 10000
                                  Horrible customer service and now this is possibly the worst bank ever to deal with.Their customerservice used to be friendly and much better.Now they have become mechanical and unfriendly.Very very poor customer service.

                                    From what i have read in response to other complains, i understand that the posdec charge applies when the card is used at a merchants' when the balance is insufficient. However, my statement shows posdec as of 20-feb-2018 when i have not swiped the card anywhere and neither has any transactions been rejected at any merchants' recently?

                                    Can the bank please advise what other reason could it be that my account shows posdec?

                                      wrong sms regarding loan on my mobile.

                                      Sir,
                                      I am receiving a sms message on my mobile from your icici bank that emi of rs 9850 is due on[protected] and pay the amount early for a/c no lbmum[protected]. Sir i am receiving this message every month.
                                      I am to bring to your notice that i have taken no loan from icici bank on the above said account. Please check and correct your phone record and send message to concern person.
