On dec. 2, '17 i was in a span of 2-3 minutes debited twice in australian dollars for transactions not made nor authorized by me. I immediately called up the callcentre person who asked me to file a written dispute claim and they blocked my card.
However after a month they say that i have to pay the amount since the merchant is saying that i have made the transaction and he has shown some charge slips which do not bear my signatures....

02/02/2018. I have de - activated my demat account earlier only. There was no prior notice. I have lost my money unconditionally.

I did not get any message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My account number is[protected]....

I recharged my jio number today (Jan 27, 2018) by upi in jio app through [protected]@icici. Amount of rupees 448 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge has not been done yet neither the amount was refunded.

Kindly please return the amount or recharge my no as soon as possible.

I processed a payment of rs 348 towards jio for a recharge through bhim upi and the payment was processed by a company by the name of [protected]@icici. The amount was debited successfully without any notification of the recharge being carried out. I would request them to refund the money or face legal consequences as i have all the necessary documents to prove that my bank account was debited and it was a fraudulent transaction....

I have tried to reach the customer care executive and after waiting for 5-6 mins everytime the executives refuse to talk by complaining that my voice is inaudible which is completely ridiculous and frustrating. I am trying to transfer money via my icic bank, but is showing account blocked/frozen. Earlier it was showing transaction can not be done via selected account. My both pan and adhar card is linked with my bank account. What is the issue. No one intimated me regarding this kind of issue.

I had a salaried account with icici earlier. Which the bank later converted into savings in just 5 mins at a local branch. Now that i want to convert it back into salary account, they won't let me. It has been 6 months that my salary is being credited in this bank. Yet i'm asked to maintain a minimum balance of 25000 per month to avoid charges. A salary account is 0 balance account and that's what i want it converted to....

I do have my salary account in icici. When i opened my salary account the representative told me that dmat account is free of cost and nothing will be charged for the same. He got my sign on some papers for that.
Now its being more than 4 years, and i haven't used the dmat account till now.

But two day's before, some amount got deducted as charging for dmat account. And there was no notification regarding the same.br...

I have requested to delink my family savings account and convert it to a general savings account. The requests were submitted twice, once in july'17 and another on 23.01.2018. Both the requests are not processed.
I have been charged against familymab for rs. 1416. That refund request also not processed.

When i see it debit freeze i am going to nearest branch but they want me to go branch where i was opening the account so i travel 30 km away and going to branch but they also miss guide and ignore it. Also they can check the orignal adhar detail still my account is debit freeze....

I was making jio dhana dhana dhan recharge offer online payment on 02/02/2018 for jio no. [protected]. I was asked to choose mode of payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. Can icici bank explain what are dp charges levied on me? I had two transactions showing this without any prior notice.

I pay my yearly maintenance charges of my demat account.

This looks like a fraud.

Please clarify these hidden charges.

Also, there is a need to improve your customer services which is at rock bottom at the moment.

When i was making a recharge of 399 rs .and when i made a payment of 349 rs using my bhimupi on my Jio app...then a request of 349 rs debition came from [protected]@icici on my upi ...i approved that transaction ..and after this amount debited from account but no recharge done till yet ...

This is regarding a transaction made to [protected]@icici for amount of 349 rupees for jio recharge via phonepe upi app. This merchant here has bad history of defrauding customers time and again. Apart from raising a complaint here i would be raising complaint with banking ombudsman as well. I am a house wife. I have opened a sb a/c in icici bank. Dhenkanal branch. Thought my account has been opened but till now i have not received my sb book, cheque book or atm card. I only understand odia language. One man called in mob and try to talk with me. I told him clearly that i have not received my banking documents. So nothing is required except banking documents.
