I have taken personal loan in the last year for business and because of notebandi, gst im totally lost and im frustrated and getting too much stress when bank is giving call for payment and im not able to payment so i will take help of my relative to get the payment done but they are helping only to pay 30 percent of amount what i will be able to pay so need help to get out of this stressfull life.
Need update for complaintas soon as possible as bank had already bounced 2 cheques of mine and this month im putting settlement till tomorrow i want to get reply loan number is lpmum[protected]

the settlement amount they are asking is too much for me as i will be able to pay only 1 lakh Rs they are asking for 1.6 lakh it is not possible for me to arrange this amount or else i will take any wrong step in my life i will suicide

last month i have paid 47000 Rs and now bank is asking 22000 Rs and still the executive had not came im in stressed and depression need help to sort out all my loans and credit card dues

    This is regarding the icici credit card payment that was due on 1st january, but i was out of station at my in laws place with no internet connectivity. I agree its my mistake of not paying it before leaving my location, but i didn't expect a huge late payment of 1000rs for 5280rs. I am highly dissatisfied as i have been a loyal customer of icici bank from years but thinking of closing this relationship due to this. It would be great if they waive the charges for atleast customers who didn't miss a single time of payment.

      Continuously my account is debited 4 times as ECS RTN Charge from past 1 month but it is not related to me...when I went to ICICI bank abids Branch they said it is debited due to I have signed on cheque leaf with name of ...

      CAMDEN TOWN TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD

      but I have not signed on any cheque...

      As per bank guidelines I have filled ECS Mandate form... but again today my account is debited.

      Please solved my issue on priority. Something fraud is happening in my account without my knowledge ...

      please help me.

                I am using icici credit card since last 2 years and make manual payments at the end of each month before due date
                But this month i did manual payment when payment not auto debited. From my account on last due date.

                When i enquired about these charges bank said that i have auto debit facility opted on my account and due to insufficient funds charges in my linked savings bank account.
                But i have already made payment of credit card.
                So please help.

                I recharged my jio no [protected] of Rs-399 using voucher 50 then rs 349 on 14 feb 2018 at 9:59 am . amount deducted but still recharge not done and refunded. Please take a strong action.I also attached screenshot.

                  My icici credit card no:[protected]. My due amount is 35952.61/- and due date is 7-feb-2018. Due to some finance problem last two months i didn't pay the minimum amount. The executive mr. Sudarsan his mob: [protected] came to my home and collected cash 15000/- re no: [protected] on[protected] and i told him i will try to make the remaining amount on this month 18 it self before that i am going to request for interest wave off.

                  Then i got the mail from mayank (Mayank. [protected]@icicibank.com) and i replied and requested for wave of some amount on[protected] but till i didn't receive any mail from mayank.

                  Then today i got call from again sudarsan-[protected] and i told him i sent a mail to mayank once i will get the clarification then only i paid the amout or i will pay the next month like that then he was block mailing me on phone call. Will be coming to your home and collecting if required our manager mayank (Mayank. [protected]@icicibank.com) come to your home and will collecting the money with in 5 min. I told him i am not in bangalore at present i am in chennai. He is not at all liston my word.

                  Please take the action on this person. Already i paid the 15000/- on[protected] and today also i paid through on line 13000/- trn no:[protected]. I requested to mayank. If i didn't get the wave off on interest then remaining amount at least min amount i will pay coming bill cycle.

                    I recharge my Jio no [protected] and payment made through Bhim upi on 12 th February 2018 of RS 349/ amount get approved for [protected]@icici and amonut deducted from my SBI account but recharge not done. Till now it shows on Bhim upi status is approved but no msg for transaction failed or success even no refund of money. Please check the transaction.
                    Please refund my money.

                      According to dec 20th to jan 19th 2018 statement of card ending 4012 i had outstanding of rs 5191. There was a cashback of rs 4000 on jan 24 and i paid rs1191 on feb 1st. Since cashback is credited i assumed the that rs 4000 is reduced from my outstanding balance and paid the rest amount. But customer care people are saying that that cashback will be considered only in next month billing cycle and full payment has to be made and levied late payment fees. This is highly unethical. I request you to consider this and revoke late payment fees as soon as possible.

                            We had purchased two money multiplier bond 0399 mmb option two in the year 1999.in the name of kunal malhotra and karan malhotra respectively.

                            The bond holder numbers are karan malhotra : 5510554, kunal malhotra: 5510556. The face value of these bonds was 4, 700 each with the face value of rs. 50, 000 and allotment date 28/4/1999.

                            We had sent these certificates discharged with the change of address along with our adhaar card and pan details through bluedart on 17/4/17 ([protected]) of which income tax tds has been deducted from mr kunal malhotras pan and karan malhotras tds deduction has been done from mr jagmohan malhotras (Father of kunal and karan malhotra) pan account.

                            Till date we have not received the cheques of payment after deduction of tds. We have tried to get in touch through telephone various times and we will be forced to take legal action against the organization if our concerns are not address at the earliest.

                              I recharged my jio no. 82504069* on 9th feb 2018 at sharp 11:55 am through my jio further payment was done through upi and selected phonepe and therefore paid @349 to "[protected]@icici" but till now i didn`t received my balance i. E my recharge is not done and when i contact jio customer service, they told me that they didn`t received any amount and therefore the recharge can not be done, but i paid for it and when i contacted phonepe they provided me the utr no. But then also my problem didn`t solved please help me...

                                  I used to get call from below numbers saying that they are calling from icici bank and o have to pay them random ([protected], [protected], [protected])

                                  I ignored and blocked their numbers.. Now they got all my private phone contacts (More than 100+ contacts and calling them and damaging my reputation.

                                  This is serious offense that icici bank is doing damaging my reputation and breaching individual social security and privacy... I have sent email to icici customer care ([protected]@ icici.com) and [protected]@icici but in vain... My contacts are still getting calls from this number and if don't get any response from icici... I will take legal action against icici and those individuals who are giving mental torture and harassing my contacts.

                                  I am getting response from ICICI BANK ( Sayema Baig, Customer Service Officer, ICICI Bank Limited) and my concern is diverted to some other query which is not relevant.

                                  My query is that person/s from below mobile number are calling and harassing me saying that they are from ICICI BANK .So can you confirm how they got access to my confidential information and my personal contact numbers.

                                  Did you listen to the recording which I had sent .

                                  My original complaint is still OPEN and i am still getting calls again and again from different numbers ...I got a call today [protected] . My Concern is simple...How these vendors who authenticate saying that they are from ICIC got access to my whole personal contact list and calling each and every and asking for my confidential information. What action BANK is taking to register a criminal case against these Mobile Number owners
                                  Kindly do not divert the subject of my concern.
                                  I have shared the recording to [protected]@icicibank.com and it is solid proof for the conversation that the persons calling from numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected] are from ICICI BANK and harassing my family, friends and colleagues to share confidential information about me.

                                  Also, what actions ICICI BANK has taken against those who are misusing the BANK's name and not adhering to RBI guidlines and social security of an individual. Mobile numbers i have provided are still active and we are getting calls from these numbers on daily basis. How some one is able to have all the personal contact information of any individual.

                                  Awaiting for your honest and sincere response.
                                  There is no protection of data anywhere. When facebook is able to store all the data, ICICI is nothig.
                                  Am having similar issues.
