I had done recharge on my jio number [protected] via phonepe upi. Money was deducted from my account and sent to [protected]@icici but recharge was not done. Jio customer care said that they didn't receive any recharge amount from [protected]@icici upi. Please refund my money to my account. Transaction details are in screenshot....

This is regarding a transaction made to [protected]@icici for amount of 349 rupees for jio recharge via phonepe upi app. This merchant here has bad history of defrauding customers time and again. Apart from raising a complaint here i would be raising complaint with banking ombudsman as well. The repeated transaction failures in various utility bills of various customers makes it icici's liability as well and they would also be charged for...

There is no way to talk to a representative through the ivr. Please unblock my card for online transactions. The card got blocked for online transactions after 3 wrong tries of 3d secure pin during an online transaction.
