Recharged jio number through my jio app using upi. Amount debited from account but recharge for the money has not been made. I request refund from whatever [protected]@icici is because the app says transaction successful and the jio customer care says they haven't received the payment. Upi [protected]@icici requested money rs 349 through upi app i payed the money but recharged had not done, please refund my money to my account

    txn timed out money deducted but not credited

    Hi icici we received below message after txn. Money debited but not credited

    Dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.18, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 08-feb-2018 04:27:55. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.

    Please help me get my money it is very urgent. We appreciate you if my money get back today itself....

    Icici bank — imps fund transfer-timed out, money debited

    I transferred rs 18000 through imps on 8th/feb/2018pm from icici a/c to sbi bank a/c.

    Txn ref:[protected]

    The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

    But i got a message that said

    "dear customer, imps txn ref:[protected] for rs.18000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 8-feb-2018 4:27:55. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

          I am kalyani sable an icici debit card holder and the icici people have activated this one assist membership by saying me that they are not going to activate it rather they are going to keep it on hold. I came to know about it when i received a message of 1899 due amount. And i am not interested in any of these things. So i want you to cancel this and refund me the amount also.

          I was make recharge with jio and during this choosed upi option and when i complete my transaction from me and amount has been debited but the amount was not reached to the operator so they did not give me benifit then i complain the issue to the bank but there were not refund by the bank so please help me.

            Icici bank vishwas nagar deduct high charges on debit card transactions.. Bank has been informed and complaints has been registered from 2months on a regular basis.. More then 50mails and 2times letter to branch and 1letter to head office gujarat we send but no action taken.. Mr santosh bank manager accept mistake is done n he helped me slot but in last he said merchant care department is separate and they are not giving reply on mails properly... He also did lots of mails to senior department.. But not getting reply
            So please have a look on this matter i m really frustrated now mentally torture by bank...

              I have noticed in my latest statement from your bank that charges of Rs. 1439 dated 23 Jan 2018 have been levied on to me.
              My SBI Card No. is:[protected]

              This is to my surprise that despite being a loyal customer of ICICI I have been charged this penalty.

              You may have noticed that my payments to you have been regular and this time I was not in position to pay the same payment but all due payment has been paid by me only after few days of due date.

              Considering our long term relationship; may I request you to kindly waive off these charges enabling me to continue with ICICI

              Appreciate if these charges can be reversed and obliged

                Sir icici merchant services not obeying rbi guidelines and cutting high charges on transactions... Complaint had been raised before 35days.. No action taken... Bank manager reply is that department is outsourcing n separate they r not giving proper reply to them... So please appoint someone who can take charges n see this matter personally... I m so much frustrated

                  I have been getting calls from ICICI Bank offering car laon on the current car loan that i have on my name for ciaz from ICICI .

                  I have never taken any car loan from ICICI bank and such calls i get at least 5 times a day . IT IS MERE HARRESSMENT I was once given a docket # 67597602 saying the loan is against this file .

                  I called up the customer care to highlight and ask them to stop such calls but they very also so rude .
                  I also put a formal complaint on ICICI Website but no response.

                  I dont know why am i getting these calls and being harressed. - my email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                    I am having an account with icici bank, sda branch new delhi. This account i was using to get my salary every month from my previous organization, from 2015 to july 2016, then i lost the job and not using this account, i got the job again in the month of oct 2017, and my salary has started getting transferred in the same account, before using this account i confirmed from the icici bank salary account executive and intimated him about the same that i was not using this account for long time, hope if i will keep the fund there will not be any deduction, i sent him my account number for re-verification, he came to our office and confirmed that yes there will not be any deduction from this account if you will continue with the same account. Yesterday i deposited a cheque an amount of r. 4897/- and today they had deducted the entire charges against mab charges. Just for information if you have salary account with them still they charge for neft/imps, rest none of the bank is not charging.

                    Sir/madam, i am not in receipt of single sms/mail at there end that my account is chargable if i will not use the same for a long time. The executive from banks calls you 10 times a day for loan etc, but none of them will call you that you need to maintain the balance.

                    My account has been debited by rs. 4897/ on 03 jan 2018 as per below details.

                    Deduction is something different, but there is no sms on amount deduction on my account, there is no otp which bank required if they directly would like to deduct the money from an individual account. Is there a right of banks for the deduction of amount without any information.

                    I am ready to fight with the bank as this is my hard earned money, bank cannot deduct like this without any information.

                      What should i do now?, what could be the issue and why will it take 3 full working days get my funds back??, how should i bare this case for 3 days when in emergency?

                          Hi, i received call today from icici bank for credit card, they said they will offer me a high limit free lifetime card. I informed them that i tried to apply for it online a week ago but it was rejected. I denied to provide any documents again. After taking my details the executive told me she will check and then she will call me.

                          After 10 minutes when i logged in to my email, there was an email from icici that the application completed online. I just want to know that, when i denied for it how dare your executive applied it online.

                          Do you guys take everything as joke. I will take this matter to banking ombudsman.

                            My name is sunil bajaj, i have filed a request with icici merchant care services for disconnection of my services which i have opened with them on 21/ february/2017but due to poor services and delayed in transferring of amount from their end, i decided to close the connectionon 10/october/2017 to which i called on their toll free numbers to make a request, everytime they said we have placed disconnection request but they never disconnect, after that they have deducted amount to rs 18054 for gprs terminal to my utter shock before sending any notice, i received the notice after two days of deduction, i tried out this for a period of two months, then after that i have written to them several mails from 1/december/2017, everytime they say we have accepted your request for disconnection and we will do disconnection and collect gprs pos machine after till one month nobody comes and they said our relationship manager visited your outlet and will get in touch with you but he never visited, then i emailed to ims business head regarding they gave me the number of [mr mayank arora (Business manager) ] but he talked very rudely and said before 15/jan/2018 the refund will be initiated but that never happened, i called him again and again, send him several messages, called him up but he never picks up the call or if picked give false promises of refund will come within this week, then i visited their office in rajinder nagar on 2/feb/2018 their i met mr pradeep suriyal [executive at icicims ] because mr mayank was not their. He said please mail me the receipt of the collection, i will raise the request within a week or so, i send him the scanned copy of the collection of pos machine, but refund didn't happen and one week has passed out. Now i want to register the complaint and want strict action firstly against the
                            1) relationship manager of mukherjee nagar area
                            2) mr mayank arora [business manager] rajinder nagar
                            3) mr pradeep suriyal [rajinder nagar ]
                            4) and lastly against icicims branch [rajinder nagar ] for harrasment of normal business man, since this has caused me mental torture and lead to losses in my business, my check's has been bounced too caused me a loss of 2500 rs as i didnot get the notice on time also before that i was trying for disconnection, i agained asked them on 7/feb/2018 now they say within this week, it will be credited to your account, but i still dont believe them as four months have passed out and nothing happened, i also want reimbursements for the losses i have to bear out during all this mess and also want my refund of inr 18054 to be credited to my account within this week.

                              I took credit card 4 year back, 2 year back i losed my job and credit card payment delayed, i pay the interest few month, now credit card team mr. Mr. Sunderlal call me i informed i will settle within few month, immediately they ask me to settle within 2 days and make harasive calls, also they are calling my long relatives those who not contacts with me and harassment them, it makes me in a trouble and it cause to break my family relation, i informed mr. Sunderlal against to stop harassment, if it continue it will pull me into trouble only in my family as well society, it will not solve the issues, but he continuing same, now iam forcing to take legal action also the guys are getting calls they also going to cyber cell

                                  I have this account for atleast more than 12-13 years.
                                  It has all started from November, where i had 2 SMAB deductions done to my account. and I wrote a mail to the customer care saying that they are suppose to inform me about the information as all banks do before deducting the amount after which both my SMAB charges were reversed.
                                  I later told them to shut the Account as i was anyways not using the account, which they did not do and also not bothered to respond back to. I got busy with my work and thought the account would get shut and the balance would be send as draft at my residential address as per their service.
                                  I later again got a statement in which they had not shut my account and due to which there was 1 more SMAB charge done, i requested them to reserve that and shut my account on immediate basis. but the Customer care person then insisted me to go to my Main branch and do the needful.
                                  It was difficult for me to do so as i am a working professional and have to take a holiday to visit the bank. Then one the third saturday of december i decided to go to my Main branch and put the request for closure and reversal. I visited my branch on 16th DEC where i waited there for more than an hour which was itself very disappointing and after which when i was attended by a person and told my issue, he arrogantly told me that i was very well educated and should visit the ICICI bank site and read its terms and conditions on which i got pissed off and told him that i am uneducated and do not know to read and write and then should the bank not inform its customer via an email, sms or a call that such an amount would be deducted or there is any such complience carried by the bank. I also informed him that ideally the bank is not suppose to deduct any amount without customers knowledge on which he said that its the banks Guideline which is well informed while opening Account and to which i told him that this account of mine is at-least 13+ yrs old and as per my knowledge there was no guidelines like that at that time.
                                  He then somehow got ready to reverse the charges and took my written application for Account closure and told that it would be done in 5-7 days and the balance amount with the reversal amount would be transferred to the other bank account given by me to him. I then thought that it would be done and max in 10-15 days the amount should be in my account.
                                  I again got busy and forgot about the issue and got a statement again in January with another SMAB charged to me. Now this was like a limit to my patience after which i inquired from my nearest branch regarding this and was promised that he has escalated the issue and the Account would be shut and the reversals would reflect in my account in few days. After which i withdrew the balance amount i had in that account as i did not trust the bank anymore.
                                  Now in February i have again got a statement and a SMAB amount has again been charged to me which is now in negative as i did not keep any balance in my Account.
                                  This is like a hell lot of harassment to me now and would want a compensation to me along with the reversal of the amount on immediate basis as this issue is going on since 3 months and atleast 50 days from my written application for shut of Account.
                                  I wrote about this complaint to the Customer care which was then replied back by Ms. Prithi Jotrao some Customer Care Manager saying that the Bank had levied the charges correctly and the reversals would not happen.
                                  I am really surprised by her mail as i have clearly written that the charges are levied to me after a request for shut of Account and an official written application for the same as well.
                                  Now i really want to know that does it take so many days to shut an account as my account is still active and i am sure one more SMAB charges would be put on soon as the account is not shut.
                                  I am so very tired with the ICICI bank and would like to take this to RBI level and also write to media of the kind of service the bank provides and the harassment a customer gets from the Bank.
                                  Most horrible experience i have ever had in so many year. Really pissed off and tired of the harassment. Want all my reversals now with a compensation and a written appoligy letter from Bank or else for sure this is going to media.

                                  After this complain i got my refund but i would never recommend ICICI bank to anyone and the arrogance Ms. Shibani of Powai branch has.

                                    This has been charged from my account, if we need to pay debit card fee then i will close all my icici accounts. No other banks charge this.

                                    You are robbing customers with some non sense reasons, without any message or declaration.

                                    If not responded in next 2 days, i will shut all my accounts with icici.
