I am holding below mentioned three accounts of my wife and kids with icici bank, which were transferred from icici bank danavaipeta branch, rajahmundry to icici bank ramnagar branch, visakhapatnam.

The three accounts were having fds (Rs.5.00 lacs, 1.50 lcs & 1.50 lacs respectively) which were under auto renewal mode. The quarterly interest was not credited to all the three accounts since oct-2016. I have followed up the matter from pillar to post and finally the due interest amounts were credited to the corresponding accounts. I have also asked icici bank to furnish the details of the interest credited but did not get the same.
On[protected] & 26/10/17 the below amounts were debited from the above three accounts.

Amount debited rs.1, 69, 374/- & rs.5, 766/- total = rs, 1, 75, 140/-
A/c no.[protected] of rohan indoria
Amount debited rs.31, 569/- & rs.4, 647/- total = rs. 32, 216/-
A/c no.[protected] of nidhi indoria
Amount debited rs.32, 010/- & rs.4, 615/- total = rs.36, 625/-
I called up the customer care and also visited the branch in this regard. They told me that the amounts are being held towards tds on the fds. The same was not clear to me and the branch people as well. A total of rs.2, 32, 953/- was debited from the three accounts. I was told by the icici bank, ramnagar, visakhapatnam branch that the tds deducted is towards the fds and the fds were held at rajahmundry branch and are not transferred to visakhapatnam branch till date. The matter is still not fully resolved and the amounts for my kids accounts are reversed but still pending for my wife’s account. I have gone through a mental torture right from august till date and demand interest charges and compensation from icici bank.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
