Dear sir,

Please note on 29th may 2017 i went to atm kurla and transferred rs.10000 to my other account, towards the same i got message that rs.10000 has been successfully transferred, then after suddenly after 5 min i got another message that rs.40000 has been withdrawn from my account. Suddenly i went to kurla police station for complain but they told to followup with bank for the same as this cases are handled by bank itself, and if you find any problem you can approach us.

Same time i have called icici bank customer care and ask them to block my card accordingly they have provided us sr no - sr[protected] then after the executive ask me to provide some documents, which i had provided, but everytime there was new executive came and and asked me to email again, which is did. After 1 month i got email that my documents was not complete and again they have reissued sr n0- sr[protected], then again they have started asking me same documents which i have provided them, but was not getting any successful reply.

After some days again they have told insucfficient documents and provided me srnp[protected], same story was going on insufficient documets, i have provided them again, surprisingly they have given a new sr no-sr[protected].

Finally on 12th august they close our file.

In this regar i request you to please reopen my file and help me to recover the said amount.

Trust you will look in to the same and do the needful.

    I have a Saving account in your bank for more than 15 year in your bank the account no is[protected] .So far I not made any complaint about your service. On 14th july 2017 Rs 7200 was debited in my account without my knowledge it was debited through online via PAY TM.AS per Bank Terms & condition for any online transaction OTP send to Registered mobile no after
    confirmation OTP than only amount is debited in a account . When amount was debited they send SMS alert to customer. I my cased not received SMS as well as mail communication from your bank Verynext day that is on On 15th I contact your phone banking officer for my query he raise service request Ref sr[protected] he said that problem will be resolved after getting confirmation from PAYTM than only amount credited in your account. I am totally disappointed the way your answered than I send Email to your customer care office Mr. Bhojgunda Krishna his statement is your online transition was successful with pay TM if its failed the amount will be revised and credited in your account within 7days.
    Again I made complaint to level 4 customer care officer Mr. santhosh he replied that transaction done through your debit card bank not responsible for your claim and OTP not mandatory if amount is debited
    via debit card . As per guide line of RBI the SMS alert and mail communication is must for any online transaction .More over fund was transferred via PAY TM don’t have any Paytm account how the fund
    was transfer without pay tm ID the transaction was done at Bangalore but I am at chennai during transaction . Because of your negligence I am losing the hard earn money.

      I ahve taken a home loan of Rs 28 lac in 2006 from your bank. That time time we were told its a home loan and interest will be charged as per home loan and we were misguided by that time banking officials involved. We agreed and availed loan. But after some time when we checked it was found we are being charged with exorbitant interest on this loan i.e. upto 18.5% whereas never in history of banking this amount of interest was charged for any Loan.

      We wrote many times and complained to bank but nothing happend. many times we were assured by different bank authorities that this rate of interest will be reduced but nothing happened. This loot and robbery is going on with us from last 11 years.

      I have written many times to reduce this heavy and illegal interest charged by your Mafia ICICI bank on home loan on pretext of different product other than Home Loan. I am going to write to Banking Ombudsman if my complaint is not heard and this interest rectified and extra interest charged credited back to my account. Can you tell where in whole India and which bank is charging 18% interest . Do tell us under what scheme or rule you are looting us.

      To my surprise I have been assured by different officers of Bank many times that this rate of interest will be reduced. But till date nothing has been done and I am being harassed to pay exorbitant interest rate of 18% which is totally illegal and just a open day robbery by bank.

      If you are not taking this case on priority I am going to complain all the highest authorities and on social media and print media that how ICICI Bank is looting its customers. If you will check records we are writing regularly to you for this matter but nothing is done and instead we are charged with penalties.

      Again I request you to reduce this rate of interest of 18% immediately and refund me all extra interest charged by you. If nothing is done within 15 days of this letter and email You will force me to take legal action against you.

        I have submitted complaints online for icici card, but didn't get respond, their executive nust cut the call.

        These guys providing due fraudulent and half information just to sell card.

        While pitching this card, guy yold me, its buy one get one movie ticket free, twice a month, i have tried to book tickets through book my show at all ime slot.

        But always it says... Try next slot or... Limit has been exhausted.

          My name is sweety ohal. I applied for personal loan in icici bank branch ( narhe pune ) pin code 411041,
          I visit in bank for personal loan, there was one lady, don't know name. I said her I want to apply for personal loan in need 2.5lakh amount, I said her all my MONTHLY and annual income, she said that you are eligible for this amount so I submitted my all needed documents with self attached. Then after 2day verification team verified my all necessary information : my current address, my job said etc. Then after 2 day I called that lady, she said I don't about your loan status. And there is no guaranty for approval.

          Because your income is less .

          If my not eligible for this then first why she said that I'm eligible for personal loan. Even I match my whole criteria its perfectly fine with icici eligibility, even my salary account is in icici . Then also my loan is decline.

          Then i ask her for my application number she said me she don't know. She don't have any documents or Application number..

          What nonsense, waste of time, plz traine your employee .

          Requesting to people plz don't apply loan in icici. Unnecessary they are rejecting customer loans..

          Belive me& stay away from each people's.

            Hi,

            I received a call from [protected] / [protected] he told his name was Ashiya and he is calling from ICICI bank Payback department. He told me that around 8007 payback points would be expiring soon so I can use it three ways 1) by withdrawing cash equivalent, 2) By applying it against my credit card outstanding 3) by Shopping. I opted for applying against my credit card outstanding. Following which he shared and confirmed all the details about my card
            1) My name on the card.
            2) Card Number
            3) Valid thru date on the card
            4) Address details
            5) Type of the card
            I then received a message from ICICI bank with the transaction initiation alert of INR 10 at PAY U MONEY which he confirmed are the charges to apply my payback points against my credit card outstanding and asked me to type in the OTP in IVR.
            I then received a message from ICICI bank than my credit card was used to do a transaction of 8007 rupees at PAY U MONEY for which he told me that the transaction amount is actually the points that would be applied against credit card outstanding and to wait for 24 hours for the amount to reflect in my payback. He then provided me a help line number [protected].
            Within a hour after I realized that I was conned I immediately blocked my credit card and tried calling the helpline number and to my surprise my call got connected and I told him about the nuisance for which he told me that to wait for 24 hours and everything would be sorted out.
            I am not the first person who has fall in this fraud trap..

            Interestingly ICICI bank knew about and did nothing to prevent that. If ICICI bank would have taken some action then I do not think I would have fall in their trap. Sincere request to ICICI bank to look into this matter and get my money reversed.

                I have applied for personal loan of worth 80000rs in icici bank branch at bhiwadi, my account no. Is LPDJR[protected]. I have received cheque twice with wrong and incomplete name mentioned over it which really disappointed me with the service. Just because of your negligence ididn't get the required amount on time.

                  I have faced 2 deductions of 365.64 and 439.36 i. E. A total of inr 805. I didn't receive any notification on my registered mobile number. I never opened any demat account. These people have opened it themselves. Customer care asks to go to home branch, home branch asks to go to bigger branch. Bigger branch says we cannot give the money back and will charge inr 800 even for deactivation. Called customer care again, explained the problem, the lady tried to manipulate me. When i didn't agree she acted as if she could not hear my voice although i could hear her properly. So i want my money back. It's my hard earned money.

                    I have opened my account in icici bank more than 10 years back. That time it was opened with wrong spelling of my name and surname. Whenever i talk to bank executive, they ask me for government gazette notification. I always explain them that i have not changed my name but your bank has spelled it wrong. But they simply refuse to do that. Now tell me what to do now?

                      I am highly disappointed with the loan services of icici bank. I have been calling thrice everyday to know the update of my loan applied but haven't got any positive response. It has been a week since i approached the bank for the loan services but everyday they seem to make a fool out of me and patience.
                      Ms. Anjali ([protected]) and mr. Rahul ([protected]) have been constantly postponing my request in spite of the fact that they have checked and verified all my documents. If this is the plight of the services, i will never get back to it again.
                      I hope necessary actions are taken as early as possible.

                          It is so disheartening that from my ICICI account no.[protected] an amount of RS 32, 000 has been debited fraudulent without my knowledge on Today (10th August) 2017 at 8:22PM. I have raise a complaint through customer care 24 hours service they have given me complaint numb[protected] and they advice me to walk into nearest branch to check video footage if i want to and also said that i have to wait five working days untill all investigation has been completed after that only they can say anything. They also blocked my atm card which i had got the new one through customer care complaint on 4th august 2017 after losing the first one. They issued me a new card which which will arrive my nearest branch on five working day.Please inform me when will i get my money back. It is my salary account how should I survive after loosing all the amount which i saved in the bank. Please help me and suggest me how can i get my money back. I want bank take some serious action soon.

                              I haven't received any logical response from from ICICI Bank that how my money has been hacked from my account & when i'm getting my money back.

                              The customer service officers Syed Jameel Hussaini & Rohidas Rajeshwari, have reverted that I must have shared my OTP's with someone! (which is obviously stupidity, no one will ever do that) On other hand, the customer care executive (on phone) told that "Sir we are receiving such complaints and our bank staff might be involved in this." (Then its easy for them to catch the prospect and punish him)

                              If possible kindly help me out as this is the reliable and biggest platform to redress customer complaints in India.

                                But these payment are not made by me. Somebody did a fraud and used my account to make payment.
                                I already complaint to icici bank as well as police station too for these fraud.
                                Icici customer care replied me that this is not our responsibility. How it is possible. Debit card in my house, i have not shared pin anyone.

                                I am requesting you to co-operate with me and refund my money.

                                      It's a complaint against manager misbehave she is very rude with the customers she is not known how to handle and behave with a customer
                                      I am going to bank to cancel my icici prudential life policy because i am not paying 7 years and they tell me 18% rate of interest and no tell me about the charges of all the years and nothing match in the bond that things they tell me so i m not interested in this policy and when i ask to cancel my policy she is crossed my written complaint she have not write to do that things
                                      Pls do something for it i m already complaint against her but nothing to do for that thing
