Hi
I have applied for personal loan of worth 80000rs in icici bank branch at bhiwadi, my account no. Is LPDJR[protected]. I have received cheque twice with wrong and incomplete name mentioned over it which really disappointed me with the service. Just because of your negligence ididn't get the required amount on time.
My cheque no. Is 171968 which i have submitted at kotak bank at saket but cancel due to incomplete name mentioned over it.

    I have faced 2 deductions of 365.64 and 439.36 i. E. A total of inr 805. I didn't receive any notification on my registered mobile number. I never opened any demat account. These people have opened it themselves. Customer care asks to go to home branch, home branch asks to go to bigger branch. Bigger branch says we cannot give the money back and will charge inr 800 even for deactivation. Called customer care again, explained the problem, the lady tried to manipulate me. When i didn't agree she acted as if she could not hear my voice although i could hear her properly. So i want my money back. It's my hard earned money.

      I have opened my account in icici bank more than 10 years back. That time it was opened with wrong spelling of my name and surname. Whenever i talk to bank executive, they ask me for government gazette notification. I always explain them that i have not changed my name but your bank has spelled it wrong. But they simply refuse to do that. Now tell me what to do now?

      No resolution. But by mistake I put my phone number so I received hundreds of fake calls. And I asked you people to remove my number but you did not do it. So shut this fake site.

        Hi,

        I am highly disappointed with the loan services of icici bank. I have been calling thrice everyday to know the update of my loan applied but haven't got any positive response. It has been a week since i approached the bank for the loan services but everyday they seem to make a fool out of me and patience.
        Ms. Anjali ([protected]) and mr. Rahul ([protected]) have been constantly postponing my request in spite of the fact that they have checked and verified all my documents. If this is the plight of the services, i will never get back to it again.
        I hope necessary actions are taken as early as possible.

            It is so disheartening that from my ICICI account no.[protected] an amount of RS 32, 000 has been debited fraudulent without my knowledge on Today (10th August) 2017 at 8:22PM. I have raise a complaint through customer care 24 hours service they have given me complaint numb[protected] and they advice me to walk into nearest branch to check video footage if i want to and also said that i have to wait five working days untill all investigation has been completed after that only they can say anything. They also blocked my atm card which i had got the new one through customer care complaint on 4th august 2017 after losing the first one. They issued me a new card which which will arrive my nearest branch on five working day.Please inform me when will i get my money back. It is my salary account how should I survive after loosing all the amount which i saved in the bank. Please help me and suggest me how can i get my money back. I want bank take some serious action soon.

                I haven't received any logical response from from ICICI Bank that how my money has been hacked from my account & when i'm getting my money back.

                The customer service officers Syed Jameel Hussaini & Rohidas Rajeshwari, have reverted that I must have shared my OTP's with someone! (which is obviously stupidity, no one will ever do that) On other hand, the customer care executive (on phone) told that "Sir we are receiving such complaints and our bank staff might be involved in this." (Then its easy for them to catch the prospect and punish him)

                If possible kindly help me out as this is the reliable and biggest platform to redress customer complaints in India.

                  But these payment are not made by me. Somebody did a fraud and used my account to make payment.
                  I already complaint to icici bank as well as police station too for these fraud.
                  Icici customer care replied me that this is not our responsibility. How it is possible. Debit card in my house, i have not shared pin anyone.

                  I am requesting you to co-operate with me and refund my money.

                          EMI of RS 6040/- is being charged before completion of at least a month.Disbursment took place on 29/07/2017 and within 12/13 days a full EMI is being charged on 10/08/2017.I took/used money for 2/3 days in the month of July 2017.EMI must start after a month.so August EMI be charged/taken in the month of September 2017

                            Took icici bank credit card from their representative and they lure me in taking this credit card showing various benefits like movie cashback and when we fill in petrol from hp petrol pump then eligible for a cashback of 5%,
                            Today a statement recieved and according to all commitments i havent got any single cashback. After discussion they are coming up with various reasons and excuses.
                            This is total harrasment of our trust.

                              I received a call from your credit card sales team to apply for an icici credit card on 15th july 2017. I said my cibil score is not good, but still your sales agent said it wont be checked. I said already by credit score is down if apply for credit card it will again go down. The agent connected me to her senior, he also confirm the same thing and assured me that cibil score wont be checked. So i submitted the documents on the same day. Today i received a text saying that the application has been rejected that means my cibil score will again go down. I have all the call recording's and numbers, where your sales agent and her supervisor has promised and assured me that my cibil wont be checked and will surely get a credit card. I am going to take this to consumer court. I hope i will get an proper solution to this.

                                Hello there
                                Two months back i got the icici debit card with my salary account from my employer.
                                It is icici debit card (Master card).

                                Now it was given me at same time of opening account. So there is no name on the card.
                                When i used this card for online transaction first time process asked me to enter card number, name on the card expiry date.
                                I filled it properly with my name.
                                On next screen it asked me for valid from date, date of birth and atm pin.
                                I again filled it properly. But this time it rendered a message of invalid data.
                                I tried it few time and after 3-4 time it blocked my debit card for online transaction and showed me below message:

                                  I am filing this complaint against icici bank in order to the problem i faced and due to that i wasted my time and money using their money2india remittance service.

                                  I am an nri living in singapore and i am using icici bank's money2india.com service for remittance to my indian nre account with icici bank.

                                  I received an promotional email from icici saying "get 15 paise better rate on money transfers through icici bank money2india" on 29th june 2017, so i did a remittance of sgd9000 on 5th july 2017 and i received money on the next day but that amount is not including the offer of 15 paise better rate on current rate at that time.

                                  The issue is that promotional email didn't had any promo code to apply while doing a transaction on money2india.com and that's not my fault so i thought it would be auto applicable but it wasn't. It is their marketing team's fault who sent me that promotional email.

                                  So i emailed my query mentioning this problem to [protected]@icicibank.com on 7th july 2017 but that all i got from icici bank until now is "we have escalated your complaint to concern team regarding preferential rate." and it's been more than a month. I also forwarded that same promotional email i received from icici bank to them.

                                  I reached them so many times after my first email but they are not giving me any answer or explanation. This is the pathetic service from a well-known private bank and i am so pissed off and wasted my time and money.

                                  Due to that promotional email i did remittance and i have lost about inr3000 with my money transfer that big and i am not going to stay quiet.

                                  They are fooling me every time i send them a reminder that "do you have any answer or explanation about the issue that i faced?"

                                        Fraudulent debit card transaction of 10660.01 was made on 27th July 2017 .
                                        I was not sent an OTP. Or asked for secure pin details .
                                        Transaction ref : MIN / HAIR JOY.
                                        The bank is not responding at all despite of frequent visits and calls .
                                        The fraud team has nothing to update on .!!
                                        I want the amount to be credited back to my account asap .
                                        ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
