I left India on July 8th, 2017 and when I received my statement from the bank on July 31st all my seven Lac RS. were gone by new debit card which bank issued to con artist. I have never used a debit card, and they set up new email address, and now bank refused to take a responsibility.

If this has happened in USA, I would have been protected by US law, but in India, bank can murder some one and law will protect the bank.

I hope some one can help me to restore my account

    Icici displayed online saying that it has currently running an offer for Coral credit card where the Joining fee is reduced from 1000 to 500 for short period of time.I submitted the application online .But the online form had displayed as 1000 RS. Thinking that it is an error I never bothered about it.
    But later I was charged 1000 for joining fee.

    I believe this is a trap by ICICI bank luring customers with wrong data. I think RBI should take up such cases very seriously as it is misleading the customers and collecting hefty fees.

    Please find the proof submitted and my ICICI customer care request id 'ICICICARE=[protected]'

    I was promised for a refund of 500 against the 1000 on august 17 with in 5 days and so far i t doesnt reflect in my card account.Once again the bank has shown it colours of betraying its customers.

    I would like to a complete waiver for my credit card fee and a strong action against the bank for misleading and causing hassle to its customers. I will take it to RBI for the kind of service and the fraud attempted by them.

          I hold a icici credit card. I have redeemed my payback points at mobikwik application on 10.06.2017. Payback not intimated me about any charges. On 30.07.2017 i used my credit limit in full. On 08.08.2017 at about 10:00pm i checked my credit card on icici i mobile application that my credit limit is over by ₹619. I shocked know about this. I checked unbilled statement bank charged me ₹25 +₹4.5 g. S. T. Reward redemption fee on 05.08.2017 and ₹500+₹90 (Over limit fee+g. S. T.) without intimating me a text message. I have also added ₹1000 more to my card as soon as i have discovered over limit fee (08.08.2017).
          I have contested icici through customer care i got reply its against the bank policy to reverse any charge what so ever. This was rude and hurtful this was misunderstanding. So much for a bank that says "khayaal aapka". It's like they are waiting for you to make a mistake to charge you.
          I have never went over limit before or never have any late payment record. I made the payments on time and correctly.
          So i kindly request you to reverse the over limit fee as first time courtesy.

            Dear sir this is babu from hyderabad.

            jio amount debited but not recharged
            I have jio mobile [protected] and due date of recharge is 11th Dec 17. I have recharged a sum of Rs.459/- through TEZ apps on 11.12.2017 vide transaction ID[protected] and the said amount was debitted from my state bank of india account attached to the apps. But so far, it was not credited to my jio mobile account to avail continuous connectivity. As the last date of recharge will be on 11.12.17, please look into it and ensure that the amount is either credited to my jio mobile account or to refund back the amount at the earliest, so that I can again make payment to them to avoid disconnection

                  I checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction
                  In[protected] dp chgs till jun-17 dr. 793.67,

                  When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected] this is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected], [protected]

                    Hi, i was trying to book my train tickets on irctc website. On 3rd august 2017. I made a payment of 1880/- by paytm. That transaction got failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Its been almost 24 hours and the money has still not been refunded. Tickets are also not confirmed. Kindly look into the matter. I want my money back as soon as possible.

                      Two weeks back my salary account got hacked in mumbai and after i logged a complaint to the police and also the bank there is no resolution to the issue and the bank says since they could not trace back the money they cannot be held responsible for this. If the bank cannot keep its customers money safe it should not be operating. This is a bank system breach where when the hacker could get through a 3d system pin. What is the level of security are they providing to their customers. A months salary got stolen right from my account and icici tells me they cannot do anything about it. This is disappointing i hope someone can help me put here.

                          Hi i am rahul, today i got my credit score statement & found that icici bank credit card information is there with default value of 33k whereas i never done any transaction with the credit card issued to me by bank, that card was issued to me in 2004 & i have never used the same & same thing i have informed many times to their collection executive who called me several times that time & collection calls were stopped, i thought the issue is resolved, but cannot understand how they are still showing my outstanding balance. Please help me to close this matter. It is impacting my credit score.

                            I am icici bank saving account holder. From the last few month, feeling bank has started melpractices with his customers. Bank has tiedup up with different companies who run useless policy and deduct amount from its saving account holder. See today itself my account is debited rs. 1899 without my concent and bank has send me message that on your request we have process the policy and paid rs. 1899/to one assist. This is only foolishness and bank is making us fool. More over how will you speek to bank authorities about what's wrong being happening. There is service request no. System introduesed by bank to speek to customer care that means you never be able to speek to bank authorities..

                                Icici bank unethically charges redemption fees for payback points redemption. I had used payback with some merchants with no linkage to any of my icici bank accounts. But when i redeemed the points earned, icici charged me on it as they have the payback number on their account.

                                Even if you ask them to delink payback with my icici account they say that it is not possible at their end. Just a way of scrupulously charging from people. You do not get any intimation about it also. I was just plain lucky to check something on my card statement.

                                  Hi this is abhishek husband of anuradha kumari an ex employee of icici bank branch andheri east sahar road. My wife was working as sales officer. I had applied for my baby's account and have given a sum of rs.10000/- to open an account. But for some reason account didn't open. Now it has passed more than 3 months but i didn't get money back. Since i followed up with branch many times but no one is helping. I visited this branch 10 days ago i got an answer that you will receive dd with your baby's name to your address. Which i don't want coz i have to open an account just to in cash it. I am really frustrated now. I want my money back quickly in cash or if not possible then dd should be of my wife' name as she has an account in that branch too. Kindly help...

                                    My name is anjay prasad i am a loyal customer of icic bank for the last 2 year, i am holding icici savings account and also icici corel credit card.

                                    During the last two year i have cleared all my balances for my credit card every month and all my bills are on time but during the last month i had little money crunch so i paid only the 50% of the money.

                                    When i received my credit card statement i was not convinced with the interest charged my icic bank so i called customer care (On 6/08/2017 between 4-6 pm you can verify with the recordings) i asked for the explanation but he customer care executive was not able to give me the explanation on which i can get convinced. So he transferred my call to his manager but he was also not clear about the statement details. Also in icici bank statement it is not clear that the interest charged is on how much amount and the rate on interest in am charged. Customer care manager told he will not provide any written confirmation on the interest are calculation.

                                    I am holding citi bank credit card also they have a very clear on the interest rates the i am charged (Screenshot below).

                                    Icici bank official please help me understand the details on the interest rates and please provide any written confirmation on how much amount you are charging the interest rates. I am a customer and i am using you services so i have the rights to know all the details.

                                    If you are not able to solve my issues i am and convince me on the above mentioned issue i am sure i will discontinue with all your services both in savings account and credit card account. I will opt for other banks who is transparent in their services and who has good care for their valuable customer.

                                      On 15th may i posted form to mumbai icici bank to update my mobile number. And i called for 2 months after that to get status on the same, they keep telling it will happen in some time. After 2 months when i questioned on why my request is not actions, they were saying to send the form again and wait for 30days. Its already 3 months almost i am waiting for my mobile to number to be updated.

                                      I am not able to add payee as i am not getting urn. And customer care will only provide otp.

                                      I emailed with whole details to [protected]@icicibank.com - they took all the details and after 2 weeks they ask me to follow the same process of sending form and wait for 30 days.

                                      Kindly request to resolve my issue.

                                        Hi team, i transferred an amount of rs 490 on 23rd july 2017, through net banking, from my hdfc bank account [protected] to icici bank account[protected]. Amount got debited from my hdfc account but still it's not credited to my icici account. The transaction reference number is[protected]. I raised a complaint regarding this and the executive told that it was solved and made successful through phone banking. I checked with net banking of icici but it was not credited to my icici account. Pls solve this issue as soon as possible
