I am an ex employee of icici bank. My employee code was 321460. I resigned and completed my services at icici on 31st march 2017. Still now i havent received any experience or releiving letter from icici bank. Its been four months and i havent received anything from them. I am attaching my email follw ups with them. Its been very traumatising because i am unable to aplly else where because of this unavailabilty of experience letter.
Kindly help me out

    I have applied for car loan and they have disbursed the amount without sending me any reference regarding my loan account so showroom can't proceed for rto process.

    I requested for any reference then they just gave me cheque number. It's really nonsense how can i claim only by cheque number as that payment is made for my loan without having any link to my loan account. Wihout any hypthecation who will be liable?

      I have made an IMPS of Rs.20000/- from icici bank to kotak bank
      at 12:49pm 01-Aug-2017.Money has been debited from my icici account but has yet not been credited to my kotak account.

        My name is raju masih. 1 months back i applied for credit card through icici bank website. After that i got a call from icici and verified all the details (Name, address, company, salary.. Etc). During that call i informed her that i already 1 time apply for credit card
        From icici. Bank but i didn't receive and aslo i ask about my submission docs but they couldn't answer about my docs..

        After that i asked her to now what can i do for re-apply she says i send a person to collect the documents. And after i filled the application and submitted the documents. After 1 weeks i received a sms message your application is cancelled due to some reason...

        I called icici customer care and complained about this. The whole incident. She said sales team may have given false commitment and they cannot do anything about it. (So i requested to you sir please send my signed document for safety/security) if further my document is miss used then what can i do. So please sir return me my document otherwise send me a email and say your document is safe

        Help me in sorting this issue. I need what i was promised for. If the false commitment was given by the sales team, it is icici's headache. They need to be flexible in their policy if the fault is on their side.

          I was purchased cell phone from a m a z o n s e l l e r (16, 650.00) online with 12 month emi through credit card but due to bad product quality return the product, talk to amazon customer care for returning money, executive assured your amount will be credited in your account. After that one another product purchase form samsung (13000) with 12 month emi through. When credit card bill generate showing negative amount, when am talking about this issue to customer care then executive told to me no need to pay anything, same negative statement came in next 4 month.
          In july month showing 10, 969.16 rs in statement. My issue is why showing negative amount 4 month if every thing return by amazone to bank then final amount remains for pay 13000 rs from my side. Then why i will pay more then 13k, as per bank after 10969.16 amount i will pay remaining amount of emi till dec 17 whole amount will be reach more then 16k.

          I was purchase product on emi put all amount in one month, 4 month generate negative amount statement by bank which is wrong i unable to pay extra amount

          As per bank statement showing 6 emi payed 6 re mining

          In july month i was pay 1220 rs.
          In aug month as per emi 1159.87 rs pay which is came in my statement

          Due to wrong statement unable to pay past month so i can't pay in one month approx 11k

          Please help all required information given below if any query then please let me know

            I had never applied for credit card. Also i am not in possession of any credit card from icici. Still forcefully amount has been withdrawn from my icici bank account. I am going to escalate the matter to icici credit card authorities & human rights commission. You are requested to respond me the details regarding this. Since i am not having any card number i am not able to contact on toll free number. You are requested to take serious note of this, otherwise i may give complaint to media for this forceful deduction.

              Without any notice, money 505.62 has been debited from my account and i didn't get any message from ICICI. Transctionsays that "IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-16", i never used my demat account till now, ICICI please revert the changes, it is not legal without informing customer taking money away.

                Sir, i want to inform you that i apply for the home loan, which is disburse on 29/07/2017, but i do not receive any cheque till to day to both loan a/c. But the both loan amount of 1st emi rs, 5393/- against loan no. Top up loan a/c no. Lbdel[protected] & another loan amount of rs. 13569/- against loan a/c no.. Lbdel[protected] debit to my account no.[protected] on 5th of august.
                In this regarding i talked to mr. Mohit r. M. Of icici bank, karol bagh, mob no. [protected]. He said to me both emi amount is reverse in your account. But when i ask to concern department any written clarification with authorization thru mail or letterhead he denied to me.
                So i request you please. Block both loan account. Which is not click emi on my account. Or i want to authorization letter thru bank for wavier this emi amount.

                  This is the umpteenth time i am writing to icici bank. I hold my salary account with the bank since i started my career i. E 2013.
                  I have explained in detail that after my father's demise last year my financial condition has not been stable. I had to leave my job at infosys pune and had to relocate to gurgaon. Started working with a startup as i needed a job to support my family immediately. Organisation ran out of funding and hence i took a credit card. I paid my dues in time until i was receiving salary on time. However i have been unable to pay lately. Had written previously on breach of trust as collections agents went home harrassed my mother and also revealed my outstanding amount which is breach of confidentiality.
                  Also, post that i spoke to someone called sanjeev khanna and discussed settlement. Emi of 5600 approximately had to start deducting effective august. But as i saw my savings account today it is showing a negative balanle of 23000. This is really not a joke. Not expected for four year old customer at least.
                  Please look into this. Even though my salary has still not arrived i had managed the money to be paid as emi but i think i should not be trusting this bank anymore.

                  How could you close this complaint as resolved?
                  I was given a settlement offer and the agent`s contact number is unavailable when i try to call. No one in the bank knows about the settlement discussion. It was agreed to settle at an amount of 33600. The emi had to get deducted for 6 months from august which is 5600 monthly. However my account balance is in negative this month. What the hell are you people upto.
                  Your agent calls and discusses a solution and no one knows. I still get collection calls and i tell people that settlement is agreed from gust for 6 months. And you bring my savings account balance to minus 23000.

                  I borrowed a friend's card to pay the emi for settlement and that is card debited and now blocked for security reasons

                  Did you not go through my complaint?
                  I have clearly mentioned that icici customer service rep received payment from me and tried an unauthorised transaction as that card is now blocked. My money is gone - rs 5266 and there is no update on my account or on sms or on email. Please get your facts right.
                  Also, upon reading my complaint an agent called and abused me. I have the call recordings and will go ahead will filing a law suite for fraud and misconduct.

                    Hello customer care,

                    Today i received call, a lady was spoke saying that i am from icici credit and debit card department and this is regarding the "lapsed reward/redeem points"
                    She told that your 13, 750 points has been lapsed till now and we had an offer to revert them back and the same amount will be transferred to your account. So i thought that this would be a fake call lets be alert,
                    She asked my account balance i had rs 2300 but i told her i have 2000 in my account and further she told me my card number and expiry date which was correct. I wonder how she can tell my card number and expiry date correctly so i thought the call is exactly from icici bank so further she asked me to verify the date of birth i told her my full name and date of birth and card cvv number.
                    She told me that she transferring the call to her senior person for further.
                    The call got transferred and one of the guy spoke to me. He told me that you have balance of rs 2000 and you will receive 6 digit otp code. And he asked me to share the same. I got the msg from vk-icicib with text the of you have initiated a txn of inr 1500 at payu on icici bank card no.* so i had doubt of money transaction is happening so i was telling him that yet not received any msg, i was simultaneously transferred the amount to my other account with imps with in a minutes the amt transferred to other account. After confirming the money transfer to my other account, i told him that i received a msg of otp. He asked me the otp number and i shared it. Further he told me that your account details is not showing kindly confirm the amount in your account. I told i have 2000 he said that sir here it is not showing i have also tried with 1600 and 1300. Please tell me the correct amount you have in your accout to proceed further other wise you will not get you reward point amount. So i told him that i have 300. He transferred the call to lady whom i was speaking earlier. She told me that sir please maintain the said amount to proceed further otherwise you will not get your reward or redeem amount so i told her i will maintain and call back.

                    And hang up the call.

                    Above number from which i received the call.

                    Fortunately i transferred my money to other bank. Otherwise they might have stolen my cash.

                    My only question is how they got my card number and expiry date of my card?

                    Please take necessary action against these people, many people suffering from these kind of calls and losing their money.

                            I lost my wallet while i was abroad in russia on 05 july 2017. Neccesary procedures were followed of reporting loss etc. My sr[protected] refers.
                            We had informed the call centre well in time but inspite of that, my debit card kept getting swiped for a total of rs 1.15 lakhs.
                            Complaints were made to head consumer service, head branch banking etc, but the bank is unwilling to consider the time that the call was made to the call centre and is using the ploy that the transactions were made before the call.
                            One would appreciate that when the call centre is called, the ivr menu and music consumes time. I should not be held responsible for a delay by the call centre in cancelling my card since the call to them was made well in time

                              I navneet chandra having an a/c in the icici mindspace, hyderabad. A/c number[protected] when i tried to withdraw rs.4, 000
                              From my a/c[protected] on 22th juy at 14:04 pm from the bank of baroda atm st. Johns medical college campus, koramangala,
                              Bengaluru at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recieved any money and receipt but i got message regarding the
                              Deduction of money from my a/c. I was waited there but i didn't get money and when atm machine get started then also i didn't
                              Get money. After switched on the atm machine i again withdraw the money rs.2, 000 which i got.

                              I waited till because i thought money will created after 3day but it not created so i called to customer care with sr no[protected].
                              Executive told me that the money will take 5-7days to created to your a/c and on 03/08/2017 i got sms stating that the
                              Transation is successfull so it will not created to your a/c. I want proper action on my complaints otherwise.

                              Request you to check the cctv footage and help me.

                              So i am requesting you to take necessary action.

                                I Sunita singh have saving account jointly with my son Raunak singh at ICICI BANK nariman point branch Mumbai and my account number is[protected].

                                On 25th of april 2017 I was doing my hoilday booking from booking.com online and while booking I was asked for my debit card number which I provided.After giving the card number I was told few other terms and conditions which I realised is unfair and thought that it may be fraud.Immediately I cancelled the booking and called icici bank customer care.I told them whole things and they advised me to block the card and which I did immediately.Till then Payment was not done.I was told that new number debit card will be issued to you in 5 days to prevent any misuse or fraud.I agreed and bank sent me new number debit card.Surprisingly on 17th may bank did debit 26894.25 from my account and gave to same merchant which I had blocked and changed my debit card.Immediately I called bank and lodged my complain.I was told that its manual debit from bank and as I have not swiped my card and there are several complaint against this merchant.I was told that in 8 days I will get my money back.After 8 days again I called and I was told that it will take 50 days.I waited till now and still I have not recieved my money.I changed my debit card and never swiped or gave any details to anyone.How bank can do manual debit inspite of my complains and instructions.I have suffered lot of harrasment and mental agony.Please do the needful.I want my money back along with financial compensation.Please go through all the call recordings since 25th april between me and bank.I was promised that I will get my money back several times and still till today I am not recieved my money.Several email I wrote to bank but no help.Please do the needful.

                                  I am writing this as I am not very satisfied with the service which ICICI loan department gave. 4 August is my due date for the registration of my property. It's been more than 15days I have applied for loan. Almost every day the loan department need a document. They don't have a certain list of documents which is required for the loan. When ever we asked the status they required one document. We have paid the processing fees as well and agent took 1000 Rs extra cash. I don't know why. Still they are asking me to give Rs 500 more via cash. They have provided me incorrect interest on section letter. Which has wasted my 4 days to processed. Ppl are very arrogant and they treat the customer like they are favouring us and they don't need the customer.
                                  Pls tell me how can I file the case against them as they waisted my complete 15days.

                                  Now they are giving me the cheque of less amount as per approval of my loan. Who is responsible for every thing? And still they are showing the attitude.

                                    I have made a neft transaction on 31 july 2017 to the wrong account number. Now, the transaction is displaying successful and neither customer care of icici bank and neither bank manager of chakan rajguru nagar pune is supported to solve my issue.

                                    They all blaming me for not telling within two days, which i have tried by calling to customer care, but not able to succeed.

                                    Branch manager has said me is to mail on "neft. [protected]@icicibank.com", which again replied to go the nearest branch.
                                    Can anybody from icici help me this out to get my refund?

                                      I have to transfer my money to my foreign bank account and to my university bank account but they take more then 1 week and reject that and they even don't inform us and when we call they they don't give wright answer. So I am sorry to say that but your services is very very poor and you are fail to give best services to NRI people .
                                      So I just hope you will solve my issue and and I also like to add some points about the Icici bank branches that are present near me:
                                      1. They don't give any information to the customer
                                      2. When customer ask about anything they are not getting any proper or convenient reply
                                      3. The staff present on the branches are taking so many time to do work and I am sorry to say that there are some people in branches they don't know about banking but any how they get that position. So the customer have to suffer a lot so if it continues like this way I have to expose them all
                                      4. So it will be insulting to your Icici bank services and I don't want like this happen
                                      So I just want to improve your NRI service and put a proper staff in a bank that help people .

                                        I am writing this complaint to express my dissatisfaction about the service and commitment that has been provided by icici. I have raised the request for closing the dormant account[protected] in icici in the below-mentioned branch and to refund the amount rs 2000 that got retained in the account. I have raised this request on december in the below mentioned icici branch and i raised the second complaint through online with service reference number sr[protected] on march 7, 2017. Though i got the call from icici and they promised me to return the amount in 15 days but they havent turned back yet. I am not sure what is the challenge of returning the customer money, moreover, it's not a huge sum. Still, now i haven't got the proper response from the bank nor the updates from them.

                                        I am totally disappointed with the response from the below branch and the online support. I am not sure whether i will get my money back but hope for the resolution.
