I had given a request to close my bank account (Mount road branch) at nungambakkam branch. Instead of closing my account, your smart executives have transferred my account to nungambakkam. Can you rectify this sloppy service? I want the account closed.

Icici bank executives are not willing to process bank account closure form. I wasted time and money by visiting the branch again and again and again.

    My acc no is[protected] and i transferred 20, 000 today morning and got the below message.

    Imps txn ref[protected] for rs.20, 000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 01-aug-2017

    I have done the transaction through imobile application.

    This is not at all acceptable.

    Request you to please check and adjust the amount in the bank and do not repeat this in future.

    I've applied for a credit card two weeks ago. Till date, I can't check the application status online.Can somebody let me know about the status of my application. I got the application number as[protected] but still of no use as i can put onli 12 digit online please give me an application number where i can track the status.

      I received an offer from icici bank saying that killer jeans products are available and only we need to pay shipping charges of
      Rs.349. I ordered it on 30th june 2017. It showed a message that your order will be delivered in 28 days.
      But still i dint receive my tracking id also. Fraud offer.
      My order number is 154028.
      No responses from them after so many mails or calls attempts from me.. Item is neither delivered nor any status of dispatch informed. Please i request you to kindly kindly investigate in this matter... Am not worried about 349/- am just angry with this fraudsters who the hell tried & cheated me.. Please do needful as soon as possible. I need to get my 349 rs immediately.

        I have created account in icici bank on may 22, 2017. My account number is[protected]. But, the account is yet to be activated. My salary has been deposited to this account by my company on may 31, 2017. But, i am unable to withdraw the amount due to this account activation issue.

        I have been contacting icici bank representatives for the past 35 days. Also, i have visited the branch many times for this issue. They told that they have missed the hard copies (Proof) which i submitted them for the account creation and asked me to provide the same again. Upon providing the proofs again too, they did not take any action on account activation.

        I have been politely approaching the bank representatives so far. But the response they are giving is unacceptable. The persons (Selvam and his manager arun - chennai mint st branch -) who were involved in this issue are not properly responding.

        Is this the way you treat your new customer? I have crossed my threshold limit of holding back my anger on the way these representatives treat me on this.
        Till date, no representative has called me back for clearing up this issue.

          Hi,
          I have taken a personal for 400000 last year may. The account # 44708503.
          My email id is mounika. [protected]@gmail.com. I don't have even a single statement so far. How the hell am i supposed to know what is my pending amount. Please respond.
          It is very surprising to know i haven't received even a single statement. How is a customer supposed to know what would be the pending balance. I don't want any kind of delay in the procedure now. I want someone to take action immediately.

          No action taken. Is this how a costumer's treated by icici? I wish I remained my loan with HDFC bank. They were really kind enough to take care of issues immediately. Icici is utter waste and doesn't bother about customers issues.

              I have submitted my regarding documents to the branch office of icici bank on 18/07/2017. But still my has not been activated.
              Further i asked for the reasons behind it.
              The answer that i got from that was, "provisional certificate of gst number is not acceptable, you have to submit the second part of the registration."
              But according to the guidelines issues by government of india - "provisional certificate is valid in each and every sector of the indian democracy.
              Kindly pay attention over my issue and give me a helpful solution as soon as possible.

                My credit card is going to expire in aug 2017 so automatically it's sent by icici mumbai ho to my old address in ahmedabad as renewed icici credit card. I have called customer care many times and they assured that it will not be delivered to any one because it will be delivered in card owner hands only that too after looking at valid id proof.
                But on 31st july 2017 again i called customer care and they said it's delivered to some yuvraj.

                Please let me know how is this possible.
                How delivery boy delivered it to anyone to whom i don't know and without valid id proof how it was delivered.

                Even i wrote reuesr mail to [protected]@bluedart.com on 21st july 2017 for not to deliver this below mentioned courier but instead of this they delivered it.

                Please take suitable action against blue dart because it's a very critical metter6and can't be ignored.

                  Hi!
                  In 2008 i applied for a personal loan (Lpdel[protected]). I was well settled working with hcl technologies earning a good salary. I somehow missed out on a couple of emi and a collection agent came to my residence in noida and started demanding for payment. When i asked him for time he snatched my hcl id card and said till i pay i could neither go to office or any place. He even demanded on selling my tv, music system etc and give him the money. He everyday early morning used to come and sit right in my living room and kept mentally harrasing me. As i was alone and new to the city i felt very unsecured and one fine day i left my belongings and left noida. I went absconding to the job and lost my job too. Later i even had to sell my home that i had financed from the same bank (Icici) as i couldn't pay my emi as i had no job. I even got into depression and had a long term treatment in lucknow. Later in 2013 i somehow recovered got a job and got married and then in 2016 i was transferred to noida and out of nowhere i get a call from one adm legal services. And they asked me to settle the amount which i agreed however i cannot make a payment 27000 per month as my salary itself is 21000 per month so i assured them i would make a monthly payment of 5000 and get the amount cleared. Now that i am a father of a new born baby i had to spend a good amount in delivery.in the meantime the adm legal service agents started calling my relatives and letting them know that i owe the bank a huge amount which as per rbi guide lines is not fair. And i know they will continue to do that as they have done the same to many others trying to even spoil the customers image at their workplace too.
                  I am now a responsible person and i do want to pay the amount however in my limits and not what bank or these agents are demanding. It looks like again they are harrasing me and would even try to spoil my image both at my relatives and my job. And if this time i loose my job i wouldnt survive as i have my family now and m trying to live peacefully. I request the bank to fix an easy monthy installment so that i can feed my new born baby and my wife and live a simple life.

                  Kindly look into this matter.

                    I have been charged rs 11.5 for using my debit to pay fuel worth of rs 500 from shell petrol pump, chinchwad pune for four times now, by icici bank. I do not understand on what account this surcharge is charged. As per the government declared policy, at no point should the consumers be burdened with the mdr charges. These ought be shared between the banks, the oil companies and the fuel station outlets.

                    Quoting the state of the union minister dharmendra pradhan below

                    "banks and oil marketing companies (Omcs) will bear any burden of merchant discount rates (Mdr) on card transactions at petrol pumps.

                    Consumers will not be burdened with merchant discount rate (Mdr). Retail outlets (Petrol pumps) will also be kept out of its purview. Now it is between banks and omcs how they share it"

                      I have closed my credit card more than month ago. Still i have been charged 116 rupees as reward redemption. I dont know what it is & why it is charged? When i called your customer care twice in 2 days they are giving only 1 reason our application is not opening & call after 1hr. Why they are not answerable to my query? I want you to revert the unnecessary charges.

                        My name is Mridula Nair and my salary account is with ICICI. I have monthly investments on the first of the month. ICICI delayed the processing of my salary due to which i received it only in the evening of the 1st August.Due to this i did not have sufficient balance in my account for the investment and hece was charged ECS 3 teams for each of my failed investments efforts.

                        It is absolutely unfair that I have to pay ICICI bank for their own incompetency.

                        Dear ICICI, I was told that there is no monthly and yearly charges for my demat account but I could see that RS 805 has been deducted . Pl refund the amount @ earliest by this week.

                          My credit card got blocked due to a problem in merchant site and repeated attempts. I am trying to use phonebanking and i must congratulate icici for a superbly lousy ivr system. It put me on a loop about card number and unblocking options. Why do u guys waste so much money and time in technology when you cannot handle? It has been 2 days and i am still trying to figure out a method on how to unblock my card.

                                What's the monopoly is going on?

                                I did not even activate it.

                                  I am an icici banking customer since last 6 years. Lately my account was hacked and there were 5 transactions done on my account on 8th july'17. 17256/- amount has been debited from my account through 5 transaction.

                                  This happened on 8th july'17 (Saturday) morning around 5'o' clock. I didn't received any otp and these transactions were carried out very smoothly. I went to withdrawn money from my account around 2:30 pm in the afternoon same day and got notification saying you don't have sufficient credit. Despite my salary was credited a day before. I was so shocked then i logged into my internet banking to see where this all money has gone. I saw 5 times action there which happened early in the morning on 8th july'17.

                                  I was shocked, helpless and there was no one around to help. Then i called icici customer care service. I was fighting and confronting them to do something and it was saturday bank was closed. This was my hard earned money and not some kind of joke. Next thing i did was went to cyber cell seeking help but i got to know they were also closed. I didn't know what to do next i was in deep pain.

                                  Felt as if i have been cheated by india's no.1 bank. Well i could not do anything over the weekend and waited till monday. On 10th july'17 i went to the bank and cyber cell logged my complaint. And the truth is i didn't share my card details with anyone ever in my life. There was no negligence and this is the same company who boasts about there online security. I was helpless again as they said we will look into it and we cannot promise you anything.

                                  I have been so loyal to 1 bank. I would like to bring in to your attention that being an icici customer i never expected this.

                                  This is a big concern for me and this was a fraud. I as a customer am not at fault. I work hard for my monthly salary and then this happens. I would not let this money go because this is my hard earned cash. Need somebody's help.

                                  I have been waiting to hear from bank but nothing seems to be working and looks like there's no progress in my case. It's all stagnant.

                                  It has been more than 23 days to this fraudulent case.

                                  It has been very difficult to survive in this situation and i don't know what to do and to whom should i contact for this.

                                  Because i am a consumer and i can't wait for 50 more days. It was never my fault it was banks security families and because of that i am suffering.

                                  Why do i wait for 50 days? I can't because now i am frustrated with bank awful replies. I can't wait anymore as money matter to me and it was hard-earned cash and intact there's no compensation policy on your hand which can help a customer in need. That definitely makes me sad.

                                  Someone in the senior position needs to look into this. I am not letting my hard earned cash go anywhere. I am attaching all required documents and complaint details for your reference. I request you to kindly take required action against icici bank to nab the culprit.

                                  I will not let go off my hard earned money. Please reply asap.

                                    I used my debit card for purchasing fuel on petrol pump on 21-july-2017. Our government is promoting cashless transaction and this bank named icici bank is charging for going cashless at petrol pump. Icici bank is discouraging customers to use debit card and going cashless at petrol pump.

                                    My daughter is a nri and myself co-applicant for a housing loan. To foreclose the loan they asked to produce authorization for co-applicant. If we invest they will come to home otherwise will not answer properly. Tenkasi icici bank . very worst service.

                                      Hi i would like to inform you icici bank gives me some personal loan by force fully and after that i rays many mails to icici and but not getting any response,
                                      One of icici employee somya contact number [protected] she is very irritating her behavior towards customer is very very bad, even she don't have manners how to treat and how to talk with customers.
                                      When i applied for personal loan so one of executive ajay come to my office and sign some application so he told me this is a form you are applying for loan and so please sign here when i go to sign form i told him i will read this then i will sign so he told me this is just a form there is nothing to read this and he told me if you want to close this loan in future so after 3months you can close this without any charges so there is written some 5% charges so i told him i will not agree for this so he told me after 3 months this will wave off and you no need to pay any charges, but now when i am going to close this so one of icici employee somya she told me give some proof so i would like to tell icici what proof you provides to customer after this situation we can proof some evidence with miss somya and same situation i face when surprising i got personal loan in my account without any confirmation and after that i raise complaint to icici then again i got a call from somya and again she telling me give a proof you will not get any confirmation,
                                      So i want a answer from icici what proof or evidence i will give to your employees.
                                      And somya also abuse me and told me jo marzi wo kar le, so what is this please answer she is women and we respect because in my family i having sister mother wife daughter, i disconnect her call and i need a answer otherwise i will go consumer court and highlights this with media.
                                      I'm a icici account holder from last 5 years but if icici having this type of employee in management so no one will use icici services.
                                      This is nothing just black mailing to customer and i want to close this loan just because i don't having job from next month and i will not pay any closing charges. Loan account number lpdel[protected]

                                        I aseem rastogi applied online for dda on 24/07/2017 (Application no.[protected], chalan has been generated (Ref no. [protected]) for the registration fee from canara bank & the amount has been transfered on the same day, i. E 24/7/2017 with utr no. Cnrbr[protected] to account no - icl[protected] and ifsc code - icic000103.
                                        After three days of submission fee i can't able to track the payment made on the online portal, so on 27/07/2017 i went to icici nodal branch at c. P new delhi and meet with mr. Varun anand, he listen to the problem and mailed about it to their internal peoples for the clarifications, later he said he will inform about the status but till monday i. E. 21/07/2017 i got no call about the status so again i went to the branch and meet mr. Varun again, he talked to someone and showed me the mail that he last forwarded which after my intervened a response came that "we are looking into the matter, and get to you soon" and then mr. Varun asked me that he will be replying me after some response come from the other side.
