Before 2 years i was using icici bank silver savings, and i paid 2000rs every month, due to some issues i couldn't continue, in my saving accout balance is 0rs, now i need to know what happened to my every month saving amount, i want to continue this account but at the same time i need my money bank, i tired of calling customer care number,

      Dear icici, how can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that rs 805/- has been deducted from my account towards dp charges till jun-17 (In[protected]). At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.

      Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

      Need action on priority.

        Hello,
        On 25th july, i transferred 6000 rs to a wrong icici account from my icici bank account.
        It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
        Transaction id[protected].
        I visited both the banks on saturday and told them the incident in details.
        But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
        Icici bank customer care gave me the details of account but said as hdfc is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.

        Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and icici bank has to support.

        Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

          Sir,
          I have invested rs. 1, 77, 783.00 in sovereign gold bonds scheme 2016-17. My certificate no. Is sgb[protected] -[protected] under investor id[protected]. The date of issue was 05.08.2016. I am eligible for interest on above gold bond on 5th feb. 2017. My account number is[protected] in your icici bank branch at jaipur. The same interest has not yet received. The branch bank officers are not responding on this issue and ask to contact through customer care. Please do the needful to get my due interest.

            As icici knows that the transaction is incorrect, bank can call the account holder and ask him to revert or else block the amount so that he can not use it.

            Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

            I have visited the ICICI Bank and now they want a confirmation from HDFC bank that the transaction has been completed and also asked for correct and incorrect bank account number from HDFC bank.

                My online transaction got blocked due to entering 3d sucure pin multiple times wrongly.
                So please help me in unblocking online transaction asap.

                I do online transaction for everything. Due to this problem, i can not purchase anything..

                  I am krati gupta. I have a saving account in icici bank. There is a deduction of rs. 805 towards dp charges till mar-17.

                  I have never used or activated my demat account which was open as a combination with my savings account and i do not know what this is for and i want a satisfactory justification for deduction or refund of this unauthorized deduction.

                    Hi,

                    I have been the customer of icici bank for more than a decade. This is the first ever instance that i have this bitter experience. On 01-jul-2017 (Saturday), i have withdrawn rs.6700/- (Denomination of rs.2000*3 plus rs.100/-*7) from icici bank atm, padmanabhanagar, bangalore. Out of three rs.2000/- notes one note identified as fake note (Aa colour photostat copy of the rs.2000/- note which exactly resemples the original note). I called icici customer care number and i had been directed to visit the nearest icici bank branch and submit the complaint and get the note exchanged. When i visited katriguppe (Banashankari) branch, bangalore on monday (03rd jul 2017), the branch personnel has accepted the fake note and provided me a acknowledgement. The bank personnel told that they will enquire about this and exchange the note withing 07 working days. However, inspite of making three to four personal visits and requested for the status update, none of the bank staff has responded properly. After almost one month, on 25th jul 2017 (Tuesday), icici bank (Katriguppe branch, bangalore) has stated that the said fake note was not from icici bank atm. I was shocked to hear this from the branch staff. I repeatedly told that this note was received from the said atm and i believe that there will be record in the icici bank for having withdrawn the amount. Despite my several requests, bank has denied the fake note is from icici bank atm. And they have told that icici bank has conducted thorough audit and even central team of icici has conducted the audit and they found that there was no instance of fake note found in their investigation. When i asked icici katriguppe, banashankari branch to give the same in writing, they denied to do so. I told them that how can rely on the verbal statement provided by the branch. It is the bank's responsibility to provide us the response in writing so that i can lodge the police complaint based on the same.

                    I would request icici bank to act on this and provide me the appropriate solution at the earliest.

                        Loan was taken by my husband, who now resides in the u. K and for nearly a month hasn't kept in touch with me. Icici bank is constantly harassing me by calling and threatening me saying they will tell my neighbors and the society i live in. I live alone with my 13 year old daughter. I have already provided them with all the information i have, i am scared and don't know what to do.

                            Many times i have visited the atm of icici bank at shivalik nagar haridwar, but most of the time i found that cash not available. If i am not able to get money at time when i need it. Then why should i put my money in bank. Why there is shortage of cash. This happened since last six months???. Please tell when will the situation come normal

                                  While opening a salary account, the icici bank executive visited our company premises (Royal bank of scotland). They said to the group of new joiners, "we will tell you how to fill the form and where to sign it". Not only me, i have 37 more person in the same batch with me. The same fraud happened with them by icici bank. Moreover you never get a single message about that account if it was opened or charges are levied or its automatically got debited from the savings account. Please stop playing with customers. I am going to lodge a case against icici. You all can sign this and contact me at my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in
                                  As a bank you should duly confirm with your customers, if they have requested to open any account, in the same way as you do while receiving a request for loan account.

                                    For the time 2014 and 2015, but after lot of efforts i come to know it is from thane branch and when i travelled to that branch i was reffered to firc hyd.
                                    Pl. Let me know how to proceeds and what is the dd amount for each certificate.

                                        I tried to withdraw rs.40, 000 from axis bank using my icici bank account. Got only rs.30, 000/- remaining 10, 000 got declined but debited in my account and still not received. Not getting proper response from bank and really feeling depressed because of this issue. Please help me for this. I am from middle class family and more than 15 days i have not received this amount. Every time calling customer care they are raising request but after few days sending message that request got declined. I am also chartered accountant student and i know how accounting procedures of banks. Daily atm consolidation will happen if that is the case if transaction got declined that should be accounted and credited back in their account. Still they are telling transaction got successful. If that is the case am i giving false information's??? Why should i do that??? They are thinking that i am not having any other job than calling customer care and giving request. I required proper response from banking people. Kindly help me out from this mental pressure caused because of bank.
