I am an owner of your bank, my account no is[protected], some days ago i got a phone call from icici bank mumbai, they were telling to me about some plan that if i lost my atm card ever and someone use my atm card and withdraw the balances from my account then they provide me some facilities, they gave me a toll free number, if i call there then they will immediately return my balances to my account, i was just listening about this on phone call, but without my permission they have debited my balance rs.1899/– from my account (A/c no:[protected] on 28th july. I got a text which they have mentioned a no. The no is sr[protected]

I need refund this money as soon as possible, it's urgent.

    Icici sarvodaya nagar branch (Mulund west, mumbai), levied charges on my account. A letter to refund the charges was submitted at the branch on may 18, 2017.

    Branch representative dinesh gonbare (And branch manager sagar) agreed to refund the charges on my account. Its been more than 60 days the funds are still not refunded. Even after a lodging a complaint in writing at the branch, placing an online service request, emailing senior executives of icici customer care vinayak m. More, mr. Subhendu tripathy and mr. Saurabh singh, the refund is still pending and no action is initiated against the branch.

      Icici bank is cheating customers by by implementing lots of hidden charges with the bank. There are no information provided to bank through any mode of communication. Example is atm transaction decline charges.

      They are deducting rs. 25 for each transaction decline for any of the mentioned cause below.
      Causes:

      1. Insufficient balance in customer salary account (For all types of account)
      2. If there is no money available in the atm.
      3. If the atm having only 2000, when customer tries to withdraw 500.

      In this scenario also, icici bank is collecting atm declination charges from customer. Ridiculous process of icici bank. This is the example of the very dissatisfying act of the bank.

      Heights o[censored]nethical behavior of the organization.

      Not happy at all with the nature of service of icici bank.

        There is incorrect name and mobile number on icici online banking page. My complete name is mukesh vijay kapoor but it shows me on online banking page mukesh shahu (I don't know who is shahu) and my mobile number is [protected] correct both name and mobile number immediately. Below i've attached the screen shot of the icici online banking page where you can see the mistake.

          My name is kothari pravin sobhachand.
          I would like to inform you that i didn't receive no due certificate yet for my two transport vehicles, even though i cleared all the dues.

          Following are the details.

          1) lan no - lvkop[protected]

          Start date-22/01/2007
          End date-22/07/2009

          2) lan no - lvkop[protected]
          Amt - 240000
          Start date - 10/02/2008
          End date - 10/11/2010

          I have been told that as soon as my emi are completed, i will receive the no due certificate. But sorry to say that till date i haven't got any assistance from them.

          Kindly help me to solve the issue.

              Hello,

              My name is chetan kathote. I had done transaction from phonepe app to recharge of rs.72 on my number on 25 july 2017. The transaction was successfull but recharge is not yet done on my number. I contacted to phonepe support team also but they said payment is done to indiaideas so i need to cantact you people. Please tell me why this happened and return my money as soon as possible. The transaction id of phonepe is ici78765a651d4648ad8238a0f22b8d9e9b.               I attached screenshots related to transaction and reply of phonepe support team. Please find attachments. This is very embarrasing.

              I have recharged my JIO account with the amount of Rs 399 through BHIM interface. The transaction was successful, the amount was debited from my HDFC bank account . Account no.-[protected], IFSC code- HDFC0000486. But my JIO account says that it has not received any payment and the recharge is not successful.

                Hello sir,

                I am owning icici savings bank account with mindspace branch and credit card for last 5 years. I have configured icici credit card bill for auto debit from my savings bank account through netbanking. Very recently due to some reason, i have removed the auto debit function through netbanking, which was successfully removed. I could see no icici credit card as biller and no scheduled transactions for that month. But, for that month i was charged 1000rs including 18%gst on auto debit return fee as there are no funds available in my bank account for auto debit. When i called the customer care, i was informed that the auto debit is still active but, the same is not reflecting in the netbanking portal. Meaning i was charged 1000rs due to issues with their netbank services. I was very upset with this. This is not all acceptable.

                  I have decided to pay the entire loan amount at one go without paying first 6 month emi.

                  I would like to close the entire loan amount because as i have enough amount and i feel the roi is bit high.

                  Please allow me to close the loan and don't resist me saying that i need to pay at least 6 emi.

                  If this way is not possible even you can charge me any fee and i'm ready to pay the amount.

                  My only concern is to close the entire loan.

                  Could you please advise me the procedure?

                    Dear respective icici team,

                    This is to stat that i am manish kumar operating a salary acc. No.[protected]

                    There is debited a amount of rs. 805/- from my account, and when i contact to icici customer care got to know that it is the charges of demat account.

                    I not even started any demat account in icici bank/not even done any transaction in any demat account then how it is possible to debit rs. 805/- from my respective account without any prior information. I tried to contact customer care team to resolve this issue but didn't get any positive response from cc team.

                    Dear team this is not justifiable, if any demat account is linked with my account please close it with immediate effect, and request you to please refund rs. 805/- asap that debited from my account in favor of demat account.

                    Expecting icici team will resolve this issue on priority.

                      While opening dmat account they are saying that there are no yearly charges and at the end of the day they collecting huge charges . they charged Rs.805 ( DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-17 )

                        My saving account no[protected] & demat no.[protected] at present bank debit 805rs in favour demat account. It is highly charge - no any bank represintive tell me about highly demat charge - no any message bank sent me. Online showing that d charge 600. Why debit 805rs. Please explain... My email id... Nothing seems to work. Please solve this issue. I have been stuck with this for over a week now. I am not able to make any payments online.

                          On 19 july 2017 i make a payment through eazypay icici for the du admission fees at first time the payment was failed said by du site and 2 minutes after i try again this time process is successful
                          But there is 2 times transaction have done from my account by the easypay but originally it was 1 time payment process. So please refund my money to my respected account.

                                While i do online transaction through debit card, it displays message card is blocked. I am to perform the internet banking but whenever i do perform transaction through debit card after entering debit card number it displays card is blocked.
                                This is happening from last 2 to 3 months and i evrytime i have to choose internet banking instead of debit card number option.
                                Can you please help me in this matter as soon as possible.

                                    I was told that there is no Monthly and Yearly charges for my Demat account but I could see that RS 805 has been deducted IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-17 on transaction.

                                        I have an account with hdfc bank and on 11th july 2017 i tried to withdraw 4400.00 inr from an icici bank atm in btm 2nd stage, bangalore-560076, karnataka, india. Amount got deducted from my bank account but i didn't receive the cash. I have waited for almost 15 days now but still have not got my money back in my account
