How to solve my problem . icici bank and idfc bank not responding to problem please solve

        Dear sir,
        I'm vandana holding icici savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] in marrathalli bangalore.
        Without any intimation my account has been again and again debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

        my complaint not resolved ..
        Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

          I have personal loan from HDFC bank, and ECS due date is 4th of every month, last month February, 4th i have transferred required amount to my icici bank account and before to this Rs.402.50 charges applied and amount got deducted. so I have paid HDFC bank personal loan amount through online on 15th of February and later ICICI had applied ECS charges again on 17th feb deducted from account an amount of Rs.402.50 As i have already paid this amount on 15th feb why is this deduction happened.
          Now this Month March 4th emi amount is deducted from my icici account + 460.00 ECS charges applied. why is this deduction again.

              This is Nishant Kumar, Chased a lot with ICICI bank - representative for ERA account but till now no any confirmation ( Neither message nor formal mail ) got from ICICI bank. Got ERA A/C no through ICICI representative .

              But still its not reflecting in my INTERNET banking account .

              NEED URGENT HELP ...!!

                We were having an Account in the Name of M/s Chopra Machinery & Mill Stores with ICICI Bank having account[protected], which we closed in the year 2013.
                When we closed down our account with ICICI bank they had charged undue interest on us, and were demanding the same from us.
                We had an e-mail from ICICI bank dated 11.09.2013 stating that our account will be settled if we pay Rs 7000.
                We paid Rs 7000 on 29 November 2013, but still they did not settled our accunt and had reported to cibil and declared our account as NPA.
                We were still receiving e-mail's from ICICI bank, stating that our outstanding is still Rs 5, 769.
                We spoke to ICICI officials (Mr Sandeep Goyal & Mr Kamala Kant) regarding this and they told us that they will be giving No Dues Letter only if we Pay Rs 5, 769.
                We wanted to Clear this so we made the payment of Rs 5, 770 on 28.02.2017 and when we demanded No Dues Letter, Mr Sandeep told us that they have not charged interest on Rs 5, 769 which they had already declared as NPA.
                We again received an e-mail from ICICI bank stating that interest charged by bank is Rs 5, 703 on Rs 5, 769 which they want us to pay.

                We had paid origional amount then we paid interest to them and now they are demanding more interest which we think is unfair and you are requested to kindly intervene and help us in getting No Dues Letter.

                  Hi,
                  I got a promotional offer on my ICICI bank account for prologue free accessories and I had to only pay for shipping charges of the product. So, I had ordered for a product and paid the shipping charges amount as 399.0 INR through my debit card. After successful payment, I got an acknowledgement for order receiving date and they had mentioned the 28 working days after successful payment. I had ordered it on 18th Feb 2017 and today is 21st March 2017. The Order No.[protected] had crossed the threshold limit of 28 days and after enquiry found that it's been already delivered ?
                  ICICI was face for me to go for this offewr and should take the responsibility to fix this issue instead of just blaming Provogue and asking customer to escalate with them.
                  So, finally I'm going to drop you an email regarding this online fraud. Please look into this matter and help me to come out from this situation.

                          Hi,
                          I had transferred a amount of 1000 euro under
                          Beneficiary account IBAN - DE[protected]BLZ 5011 0800 on 7th March from my foreign bank to my NRI account in icici bank but till now this money has not been transferred to my account.
                          I am calling customer care and sending mails to nri team but no one is giving me information.

                          I paid two 10000 RS from two different banks on 9 th March 2017, but they are saying they received only one 10000rs, but I have a proof for two payments and I got success. But how can they say only one payment received, I have a proof what I can do, I should lost 10000 RS because of some people who is not checking properly .

                            I have no credit card or account in icici bank and still am getting sms regarding some icici bank visa paydirect card xx6308. Please note that i have no such card. Clearly the bank officials havent checked phone records before giving away the card. Am not liable for any payment made through this card because it doesn't belong to me. Can the bank please match the phone credentials with the persons details and then issue a card?

                              I have submtted all document with self attested for applying the icici bank credit card to mr. Solanki (Mob no - [protected]) and verified all documents through mr. Manish (Mob no - [protected]) after verified the documents i have received the message on registered mobile no from icici bank that your credit card application no[protected] is in process but after seven days i have received the message from icici bank that your credit card application has been reject. The bank has not return my self attested documents. There are chances of misuse of my personal documents. I want my document from the bank.

                                        Myself kunal batra. i have a car loan with icici bank and i have clleared all the emis but still some rs. 1704 is showing as outstanding towards me and on speaking to some executive i was told these charges are some 1400 days old. i request you to look into the matter and reverse of thses charges as i have paid all my emis on time and being a good pay master towards my dues i atleast deserve this reversal as a service gesture.
