I have done fund transfer using IMPS option from my ICICI bank account for 6000 and received a message stating the beneficiary bank is timed out and the transaction status will be updated in 3 working days. We transfer fund from available bank balance and for urgent need. If there is urgent transaction need if the money is debited from our account and the reversal of the same takes 3 days 7 days how we can trust on-line transaction.

When called up ICIICI customer service they claim it is within RBI guidelines the 3 days time is allowed to return the money back

In this case the money is disappear from our saving account and it neither goes to beneficiary account nor stays in our account and that 3 days where the money stays. Using this loop holes the fund from savings account by random can be used by banks or middle man to do business like what Harshath Metha did for share transaction.
Why RBI should allow such think to create fraudulent fund management for business from others money

      I am facing issue of surcharge getting deducted from my account when I am using my card in some outlets like for petrol or MSRTC bus service, this is a ridiculous experience with ICICI bank where I am charged for using my own money.

      Government asking us to use card but on the other side I'm getting charged for fuel refill which I noticed recently, 11. 50 on each refill . If ICICI bank is having tie up with HP petrol pump then customers using HP petrol should be given some benefit or reward rather than charging customers who are using some other petrol pumps.This is a kind of boundation that if you are an ICICI customer then you need to use HP outlets only because we have tie up with that. People have different preferences what is good for their vehicle they will do refill according to that and not according to banks tie ups.

      If this will continue I think good decision would be to stop using ICICI bank services and start using other banks who don't charge anything for using your own money and impose boundations on which outlets to use for what . I am using ICICI services from so long . Also, I have housing loan with ICICI but this time it was very disappointing seeing surcharge getting deducted and even after speaking to customer care executive they are not having any valid proper answer or resolution to the issue.

      As per information provided by you,

      "We inform you that the fuel charges will be levied to Savings account if the debit card is used at petrol pump. However, as per Government Policy these charges will be reversed into Savings account in 15 working days from the date of debit."

      I would like to draw your attention that fuel surcharges has been levied to my account many times and I have not got reversed amount for any of the surcharge deducted and it has been more than 15 days it was deducted. I also spoke to customer care executive and they were not able to give any explanation or reason of why is this getting deducted and when will it get reversed. Is it that every time I need to write a mail requesting to reverse my surcharge amount.

      Could you please let me know the tentative date when I'll be getting reverse amount of all my surcharges deducted.

      If needed I can provide you with he details of surcharges deducted.Kindly Resolve the issue asap.

        I have deposited my ward Fee thru Syndicate bank cheque no 482322 amount of 25, 607dated 8.07.16 . but due to icici bank RDC rajnagr Branch ghazibad State-UP (IFSC coad-ICICI 0006286) had clear this on 28.07.16. Due to this school had charged late payment fee.
        I have submitted my complaint to bank manager, After assuring of wavier of late fee, i deposit next month fee with late chagre, But still No one is bother after reminding 3 time in this matter

          I am really frustrated by activating this imobile app. I am unable to activate my imobile app neither by login pin nor internet banking.

          I am unable to do online fund transfer because of this issue. Kindly work on this and let me know if there is anything wrong from my side.

          When I enter the login pin, it doesn't allow me to add 4letter pin and in either way I am unable to login using internet banking also.

          Kindly let me know if you need further details to work on this issue.

          Kindly do the needful. You will be much appreciated if I get solution for this issue soon.

            I have made a payment of Rs.4090 on dated 6th June 2016 to ICICI bank Amex Credit card but just two days was late to done payment that's why bank charged me late fees Rs.772.41/- however I was given clarity /explanation towards late payment due to my mother illness and hospitalization I did not paid to biller in time on or before due date of 3rd june 2016...I have requested to bank via mail on 29/6/2016 to waive off charges just two days late payment done but they are not ready to waive off and monthly sending bill to pay amount Rs.5, 605.49/-.

                ​Dear madam & sir,

                This is in reference to my experience with ICICI bank and the branch Manager of Borivili West branch at Roshan Nagar, Mr. Rajeev Paliwal (emp # 309916) and his approach in handling my compliant which I have been following up for nearing a month now.

                My name is Michelle jeevankumar kanaujiya and I hold an SBI account number [protected].I made an online transaction through Net banking IMPS (mobile) to my relatives account of ICICI bank account to Mr. Michealsavio Robert Harry bearing ICICI bank account number[protected] for Rs. 12, 500/-. However erroneously this transaction was transferred to a wrong account no, the account holder i don't even know of, the account no is ICICI bank account number[protected]

                I have been harassed since then, I was firstly told call up the ICICI call center, then get a letter from SBI bank (home bank to me), then submit the letter in the branch at Borivili as the account holder belonged to Borivili branch. Please note I stay in Sakinaka.

                When I visited the branch this Manager and explained him the whole story in detail he gave a cold approach and expressed as though he was not interested.

                On my second visit on 28-02-17 to the branch, on asking him the status of my query he casually tells me we have tried to call the customer but there is no response, there is no guarantee of receiving the money and so on. When I started probing the matter along with my sister, He tells us we have contacted the customer and he said he will check his records and confirm. These are the two controversial things he told us at the same time. Later he started getting irritated and lost control on his speech, he was extremely rude in telling me " Is it my fault" " You have made a mistake" "Its your fault" and started screaming on me. I too lost my cool as this approach was not expected from a Branch Manager. We did not have any other higher authority to go to, since he claimed to be the final authority. The branch Manager also told my to be husband that the beneficiary account holder stays in Calcutta and his accountant is handling the case and we will only try. The entire episode gives me an underlined feeling that the branch is favouring the customer and does not want the funds to be refunded.

                I must say this Manager has no etiquettes to speak to women.

                Request you to kindly assist me in refunding my money which has been transferred wrongly to an unknown person.

                I am in urgent need of my funds. Since this is an online transaction it may be viewed that the funds could have been wrongly been transferred as mentioned and confirmed by me.

                Kindly arrange for my refund at the earliest and oblige.

                      Hello Team,

                      This is Shweta and I am writing in concern of no response to my previous service requesst and escalation emails. I would want to know if you have any way where you capture voice of customer. In past 1.5 months, I have raised multiple tickets and made calls to understand a couple of things like
                      - Points balance on credit card spend
                      - late payment fee on credit card
                      - service charges on NEFT payment

                      and so far I only received one message on Point balance. I got a message that the team has recalculated points and have adjusted.

                      for other queries where I asked to wave off late payment charges; have gone unheard. I was travelling on emergency so the payment got delayed by 4 days and when I called to discuss if that could eb considered, I was treated really badly as if I have been unable to pay personal loan or something. I then raised a ticket and waited for response but there is never an answer from ICICI. When I made similar request to CITI bank, they immediately waved off knowing the reason of delay.

                      Also, I was incorrectly charged NEFT service charges until 2014 because of some wrong setup on your side. Infosys phase 1 branch manager accepted and apologized. I ignored knowing that it was a mistake but when you are unable to take my one request, I would like to file a complaint. If you can make mistake on banking account then at least take one request on credit card waveoff but instead you teat customer so badly.
                      Really pissed off and disappointed.

                        I have taken a Two Wheeler loan from ICICI Bank, which was started from 10/07/2006 to 08/04/2008, Loan Account no- LTHYD[protected], mode of payment is PDC and Tenure is for 21 months. The payment of the said Loan has been completed on Dtd. 08/4/2008. But till now nither I receive the NOC Certificate, nor any reply from ICICI Bank. As without the NOC from ICICI Bank I am unable to cancel the hypothecation in my registration book. As ICICI Bank have publicity that "ICICI Bank is the best one in the field of LOAN". But my experience since those about ICICI proved all in vain.

                        i need them to close my account with them and send me the closing letter so that i can calcel my hypothication.

                          Just this morning at 9:49am i received i received call from this num "[protected]" asking my card details and my CVV num again and again saying that he wants to renew my card how come he comes to know my card is expiring from where he got these details kindly chase this person he spoken in Tamil but i am sure he is a north Indian guy as per his language

                            A lady and a guy are non-stopping calling me from this number asking me to give my parents name and number. In a very impolite way and by raising their voice. Firstly I have no association with this bank nor do I have an account in this bank. On what basis are they calling me and talking to me in such a derogatory tone. I want the senior management from ICICI bank to call on URGENT basis.

                              This is a very serious issue I have been facing for a month now. I have been getting calls from random numbers e.g. [protected] (one of the number) on a regular basis asking me details whether I have applied for a credit card or no.

                              Also, even after receiving my credit card I have been repeatedly asked for verification of my address and phone numbers and other personal details.

                              I want to bring this to your notice and take immediate action against these fake callers since they confirm that they have been calling from ICICI and they are your vendor partners for the credit card department. My documents also have been collected twice saying the first time the request got cancelled etc.

                              I am really unhappy with the current situation as ICICI does not really have any authentic proof that they themeselves send the agents (since those agents are from some other company) to collect documents and there is no validation of the calls received for the card application.

                              I am sending this complaint to the consumer court since I am scared for my safety and misuse of details. I do not understand how can they call on behalf of ICICI and have my details. I am skeptical with my security and details with ICICI now

                                Dear sir, I ( M Navya Kanthi, ICICI DEBIT CARD NO.[protected]) am to inform that an unknown person by name Rajeev contacted me from Mobile no.[protected] introducing himself speaking from ICICI. .He also Expressed all details of my debit card no., CVV, Account number, Dt of Expiry and asked me to inform the OTP for a Transaction to redeem the points earned in connection with the Transaction of ICICI debit card. As he had furnished all the details of my name, contact number, and card details, I was in a position to furnish my OTP. I was in the belief of so called person Rajan is working in ICICI. In this circumstance it was happened that Rajeev misused my credit card on 10March 2017 around 1.20pm and incurred as loss of Rs 8458.00 to me by purchase of the materials from Deals Mantra. Therefore I request you to kindly take necessary steps to trace out the fraud personal and to cancel the transaction made by the Fraudent and the amount of Rs 8458.00 may be credited in my debit card account with due intimation.As I am maintaining the debit card in good status for the past 2 and half years, I believe that you will take necessary action in this regard.

                                  ICICI Bank is deliberately making is difficult to allow activation requests from UPI Apps other than its own App. I have tried adding the ICIC Upi link to BHIM and Phone Pe and both Apps can up with the same error code with no account found. ICICI Bank should be more responsible and should not hinder the basic idea o[censored]PI. It should, like all other banks, should allow UPI activation from other UPI apps. This is so cheap on their part when other heavy weights like HDFC, Axis, SBI etc are allowing seamless UPI integration with other UPI apps too!!! Please rectify as soon as possible.
