The lien is placed on my current account:[protected] from the Gujarat branch. They said that wrong transaction done in April 2016 which is credited in my account and calling me to keep inconvenience now regarding about that issue to resolve back the amount right now. I thought the account is under my name and got used in the random transaction in the daily basis. Every account holder knows that when wrong is done in the internet banking then nobody is responsible for the particular transaction. How are they crazy to ask now about that transaction?
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The Baumik is an ICICI Bank employee in Bhavnagar, Gujarat branch has done lien on my both the accounts[protected] and[protected]. Also, I asked them to show proofs for getting wrong credit on 9 Sept 2016, apologies for the letter from the branch for asking on 3 Mar 2017, or else the employee should bear the amount of that wrong credit transaction for didn't mention to the customer about placing a lien on my accounts. At last, I think the ICICI bank doing cheap tricks for getting back amount from a customer by keeping the lien on both the accounts.

    Hi,

    Over the past few months I have received multiple calls from people claiming to be from ICICI Bank's BKC branch and offering me, first, an ICICI Bank Ferrari card and a few months later, an ICICI Bank Jet Airways card with more entitlements. On the first occasion, I was convinced that I would receive the Ferrari card free of charge and would also receive other benefits including a watch etc. Suffice to say that on that occasion, I received the card from ICICI Bank, which is valid, but I had to pay the joining fee and never received the promised benefits. On that occasion, I was told that the card would be delivered by a bank representative but it came via Blue Dart.

    Now, a few days ago I was contacted in the same manner again and told that I had been selected for an upgrade on my card and would not have to pay any joining or annual fees on the same. The same benefits were promised to me and I was told to send across an email to [protected]@gmail.com stating that I would agree with the charges involved. The 'executive' convinced me that the process would involve a letter coming from the bank stating that no charges would be levied and an email would also come from an official bank ID. All of this was being done as my organisation had special status with ICICI Bank and certain customers were being selected for 'free cards'. After searching online, I found out that I was not alone in being contacted like this and refused to deal with the people calling me any further.

    Obviously, this is some fraudulent exercise to give away high-valued credit cards of ICICI Bank to customers by promising them many freebies, only to saddle them with cards for which they have to pay. Kindly look into this 'agency' and modus operandi. I am sure it helps ICICI Bank in getting new customers for their cards but if this is how it is done, it is extremely disappointing, to say the least.

      Hi,

      Reference to card number [protected]

      This card is not accepted at all food outlets, why is that so? This card system is completely useless.the money is stuck in this card and not used at all. It works only in multinational food outlets. Very poor reach.

              Hi all,

              I have been icici customer for last 14 yrs and recent 8 years as nri privileged customer, i have cancelled all of their policies (Such a trash) they cheated me again by debiting amount 25, 000 inr without my permission. I have given email and complain with grievance cell, all are just passing the time of about 10 days and later debited amount. Hope final email sent to managing director will give us the proper response with who made this fraudulent transactions inside icici bank.

              If there is no response get then sure we will continue write upto irdai, and also publish the same in social media, so thereon
              Everybody can know about the bank's unsecured banking activities and fraudulence.

                Dear Sir, I had received a call for credit card.I ignored but they kept on calling me providing good offers. I was informed you can pay in installments in duration of 3, 6, 9, 12 mths not to worry. I was tempted and happy.i wasn't knowing that instalments are only for bulk purchases and was not informed. i used the card.When bill came they asked to pay in full as the purchases was from different stores.i was unable as my salary is too low.In between my daughter was ill and admitted. i called customer care and informed but they asked to pay the money in full.sometimes i try calling customer care but they do not response. somehow, I paid little they started to chrge interest and late payment charges.now the bill is high and they are torturing me to pay the bill. please advise. this is wrong providing incomplete information about the instalments and putting me in trouble. i want the charges and late payment fee to be removed till date. Please help.Thanks.

                    I was forced to create ICICI salary account from my department. i dont like banks like ICICI and others. they are inconvenient. SBI and UCO bank seems to be best. moreover the guy with whom i have to create account was very rude. i had to deal with him with utmost patience because my salary was going to their bank in my account. so i was helpless. please help me and i want only 1 bank account not numerous.

                        I registered sr[protected] against a fraud transaction which is reflecting as withdraw of rs 10000 from pnb atm at jasolla atm number h7397600. Today i got a reply from icici customer care that as per their team it is a valid transaction. I know when i have not used my card to process any transaction after a valid transaction of 500 from an atm is pnb h4397600 both atm in same atm cabin of jasolla.

                        This has now questioned my loyalty and why are not icici bank is able to get the cctv footage, with out it how they can so easily say that it is a valid transaction when i have not used my card which is with me even today at atm number h7397600.

                        I will now have to go for a fir and will go for consumers court for this as icici investigation seems to be in very unprofessional.

                          I haven't subscribed to my money service but still anual fee for mm annual fee aug16-jul bil/[protected]/mm annual fee aug16-jul get deducted from my account.
                          So 345.00 rupees got deducted. I am very sure, i have never subscribed such service. What an insane they don't have toll-free number. I called support guy he hold my call for 13 minutes with no reply.
                          This is very high level of negligence please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.

                                I have done fund transfer using IMPS option from my ICICI bank account for 6000 and received a message stating the beneficiary bank is timed out and the transaction status will be updated in 3 working days. We transfer fund from available bank balance and for urgent need. If there is urgent transaction need if the money is debited from our account and the reversal of the same takes 3 days 7 days how we can trust on-line transaction.

                                When called up ICIICI customer service they claim it is within RBI guidelines the 3 days time is allowed to return the money back

                                In this case the money is disappear from our saving account and it neither goes to beneficiary account nor stays in our account and that 3 days where the money stays. Using this loop holes the fund from savings account by random can be used by banks or middle man to do business like what Harshath Metha did for share transaction.
                                Why RBI should allow such think to create fraudulent fund management for business from others money

                                    I am facing issue of surcharge getting deducted from my account when I am using my card in some outlets like for petrol or MSRTC bus service, this is a ridiculous experience with ICICI bank where I am charged for using my own money.

                                    Government asking us to use card but on the other side I'm getting charged for fuel refill which I noticed recently, 11. 50 on each refill . If ICICI bank is having tie up with HP petrol pump then customers using HP petrol should be given some benefit or reward rather than charging customers who are using some other petrol pumps.This is a kind of boundation that if you are an ICICI customer then you need to use HP outlets only because we have tie up with that. People have different preferences what is good for their vehicle they will do refill according to that and not according to banks tie ups.

                                    If this will continue I think good decision would be to stop using ICICI bank services and start using other banks who don't charge anything for using your own money and impose boundations on which outlets to use for what . I am using ICICI services from so long . Also, I have housing loan with ICICI but this time it was very disappointing seeing surcharge getting deducted and even after speaking to customer care executive they are not having any valid proper answer or resolution to the issue.

                                    As per information provided by you,

                                    "We inform you that the fuel charges will be levied to Savings account if the debit card is used at petrol pump. However, as per Government Policy these charges will be reversed into Savings account in 15 working days from the date of debit."

                                    I would like to draw your attention that fuel surcharges has been levied to my account many times and I have not got reversed amount for any of the surcharge deducted and it has been more than 15 days it was deducted. I also spoke to customer care executive and they were not able to give any explanation or reason of why is this getting deducted and when will it get reversed. Is it that every time I need to write a mail requesting to reverse my surcharge amount.

                                    Could you please let me know the tentative date when I'll be getting reverse amount of all my surcharges deducted.

                                        I am really frustrated by activating this imobile app. I am unable to activate my imobile app neither by login pin nor internet banking.

                                        I am unable to do online fund transfer because of this issue. Kindly work on this and let me know if there is anything wrong from my side.

                                        When I enter the login pin, it doesn't allow me to add 4letter pin and in either way I am unable to login using internet banking also.

                                        Kindly let me know if you need further details to work on this issue.
