One of my agent paid this amount(5981/-) for the Home loan transfer but I was celled this process because of current bank giving the same interest rate which your giving. Please refund my amount which is 5981/- which paid through the cheque .Please refund my amount to my account back without fail. this is my hard earned money. please look this case and provide me the judgement.       As per this your mail when I called your customer service and spoke to Faizan Akbar ali Khan dated 8 mar 2017 at 5pm and when I asked for this reference number and I am informed that your bank cannot close this credit card when I have this request for closure 5 mar 2017 there was a fraud with Lynda.com for usd 359.88 was charged when I called Icici to notify abt th fraud they stated it's dispute and also stated that I need tos end a signed document signed abt it which I did I also spoke to Lynda.com they reverted immidiatly and credited usd 359.88 as per the card service system under fraud or dispute I am not suppose to bare any charges or exchange rates or interest and I spoke to your customer service for 30 minutes when I asked why I cannot cancel the agent disconnect the phone on me. I will need a compensation of this horrible service as usual and I need my credit card close as if now I am also writing this email to consumer bureau.

        I am having Fastag a/c no, 20046895, while travelling through entire Gujarat, all tollbooth, i, e, Kheda, Vasad, Bharuch, Navsari, Somnath, Keshod etc TOLL Plaza indicates INVALID TOLL, where Bharudi and Pithadia on Rajkot-Jetpur highway it is functioning. While talking to your Customer Care [protected], I was advised by the concern that, I should get down from my car and request concerned Toll Plaza to activate my TAG, Whether it is my duty? What is the meaning for such DIGITAL service of ICICI?
        This is my first intimation, and within a week, if I will not get any reply from you, I will be compell to go for CONSUMER Redressal for defective serice provided by ICICI.

                        Hello,

                        I have purchased iphone of 20990 rupees through my ICICI credit card - [protected] on march 4th 2017 on coimbatore. The amount is credited immedietly from my credit card. Due to some reasons I have cancelled the transaction on spot itself by returning thier product. Also I got void sale reciept of cancellation immedietly. They told maximum 48 hours it will refund to my account.

                        I have contacted customer care executive of ICICI bank on monday that is 6th march 2017. They told by end of today it will refunded, but on that day it is not refunded.

                        So again I called customer care on 7th march 2017. The executive told me to fax the void sale reciept with 16 digit credit card number to - [protected]. He told it will affect immedietly.

                        After faxing 2 hours I contacted the customer care. Now they are telling within 21 working days it will refund. Now they are convincing me to wait 21 working days.

                        Really it is worst service in ICICI Bank.

                        I am going to cancell the ICICI credit card once it is refunded.For credit from our account they will do immedietly but for refund they need 21 working days. It is to horrible.

                        I called customer care executive again. They told me to send void slip photo copy with credit card 16 digit number to the email id - [email protected] . After I sent I got call from one icici bank help line member, they confirmed the details and refunded instantly. Thanks.

                          I have purchased a one website hosting server plan from Go-daddy on 26th Dec 2016. They Give me 30 days time period to cancel that order and cash will be refund in my bank account.As per this condition i will cancel that product on 23rd Jan 2017 and they will refund my amount in bank account (ICICI bank Account) as on 27th Jan 2017. I don't have any complaint about That Merchant but after this transaction, on 10th Feb the bank will be debited same amount from my account without any reason and till date i don't have any response from bank and i don't received cash in my account.please take any action on this complaint on priority.

                            This incident happened yesterday when the creditcard was dispatched.
                            I was approached by ICICI people for credit card with some offers. Later during the confirmation call, the ICICI guy said that the offers are not there when i rechecked with them and therefore I rejected the credit card. I got multiple calls from them but every time I rejected.

                            Yesterday I received the credit card and that too a different one which was never told to me.
                            I don't want the credit card and ICICI people are not responding when i called yesterday.

                              I got a call from numbers : [protected] and [protected]. They claimed that they are from ICICI, and they spoke about some RBI mandation regarding cheque book delivery. They asked me to verify some voucher code in the nearest ATM. When I did that, Rs 66999 got debited from my account. Please take this issue very seriously and sort it. I want the amount to be credited to my account soon.

                                Last year march 2016, i went to icici bank hitech hyderabad, i submitted a request to close the demat account linked to mentioned account number. I was acknowledged by the staff that demat will be closed within 7 days. No receipt or any written communication or anyemail was sent to me as the confirmation of demat closure.
                                Today, again i received a yearly demat account charges of 800 rs.
                                ICICI BANK, please let me know why should i pay when i already requested to close my demat account?
                                If demat is not closed, then it is not my problem. This is something that is missed by your staff.
                                Please be informed, By any means, i am not going to pay this amount.

                                  The DD amount of 10, 000 rs was deducted from my ICICI salary account as part of first of SIP amount to one of ICICI Mutual fund suggested by ICICI Bank Electronic city - pahse 2 Bangalore branch Manager.

                                  However, There is no mutual fund allocted to me and no info has been sent to my registered email id. I had been to Bank sever times and no resolution yet. This issue happened during Decemeber 2016 and Till today no one know process of credit back. Bank people tells DD amount of 10, 000 Rs has been delivered to address. However, no one received DD at my given address and when we cross checked in profession courier no information found for this delivery.

                                  Please help us providing my money back with compensation.

                                      Whenever I call that's because I need some urgent help, but your customer service will keep my call on hold? for how long will it take to generate the info 30 minutes? 45 minutes? 1 hour? Do you expect your customers to call again & again... check my history how many times did I call & how many times my call was kept on hold.
                                      ICICI Agents don't know the difference between savings A/c or Credit card, just transfer the call randomly to one another?
                                      Last but not the least, my call is on hold from the agent & after keeping on hold for 1hour the agent is still trying to get the info by asking my verification answer again & again & kept my call on hold and all of a sudden after 1hour 25 minutes my call gets disconnected from the agent, why cause he wasn't able to get my answer so disconnected the line which is so frequently happening at ICICI bank which was one of my favorite bank, but not any more as a necessity.

                                      Shabby service and pathetic customer understanding at all. I would rate 1 star out of 10 for ICICI agent service.
                                      Take this as serious, No help at all.
