same happened to me. dmat account opened at my house. an icici executive came and opened acc without any problem. but now when i want to close it. they asked to go to branch which is not in my city. i am from chittor and they are asking to go to ajmer.
also they dint disclosed about the charges .
most reliable bank becoming a cheater now a days.

    I opened a recurring deposit of rs 5000 per month for a period of 1 year. I ended up paying rs 60000 for one year. There was also an interest rate of 7.75%. On maturity, i recieved only 57k, which doesnt even accounts for the principal. Forget about the interest. I also iinvested in ulip. So far the fund value has just gone down. I understand these investments benefit in long run however if this is the case, how can you expect your investments turn profitable. To me, it clearly indicates the inefficiency of staff to take a decision for utomost benefit from the investment. I really made a mistake investing through icici.. Government banks are so much better in that case. Nobody bothers to call you even in case you request for a call back. The service too has gone terrible. I feel like being cheated.

      The procedure for opening an account is the worst with ICICI. I have been given three starter kits many cars and none of these works. My number connected to the account does not work. It has been almost two years. I try calling your customer care, cannot get verified without the card number.
      Tried chatting, only person said my number +49xxxxx is wrong because it is 49xxxxx, so URNs will not be sent. My 80K is stuck in the account with no way of taking it out.

      I am sending you a post with the attached contents. Please go through the cover letter and do the needful.

      I would like to change my address to the one mentioned in the address change form.
      I do not have an ICICI Card for this account. There were 4 cards given to me on two occassions, and none of them are linked to my account. I would need an ICICI card as well sent to the new address.

      I have been trying to open an NRE/NRO account with you for the past one year. It started with me being given multiple starter kits because of your confusion. The person who handed over the kit and took information on opening the account screwed up everything from my old mail ID to my old number and did not even care to reach me back.
      If the above data could not be updated or if I am unable to use the account properly before the end of this quarter because of your incompetence. I would request you to go ahead with the Account closure form valid from 31/March/2017.

          I am writing this mail to you to express my disappointment and concern regarding the ICICI customer service.

          Today, I got a message saying "Dear Customer, your ICICI Bank Credit Card application has not been approved."
          This is the second time my Credit Card application has been declined without justifying any reason.
          What is wrong with this ICIC BANK Credit Card department ???

          After the First rejection of my credit card application, I had no interest in ICICI bank anymore, however, I got a call on February 2017 from ICICI bank credit card department and the agent who called insisted me to reapply and ensured this time it won't go wrong.

          Every time I asked about the failure reason I got no reply from ICICI team.
          I want to know why my application got rejected twice without any justification. I want to take strict action against this carelessness about customers.

            Hi,

            I have applied personal loan with icici bank 2 weeks back for some personal needs.
            They took more time to process my loan. So i was arranged money from outside. Then i asked with icici executives to cancel my loan on 28/02/2017. But i got calls continually from venkat naidu gonuguntla ([protected]) for accepting loan. 01/03.207 morning amount has been credited in my account. After that i spoke to manager 'boya murthy /rbg/ibank/blr' ([protected]) he asked to give a cheque for 608082. I provided cheque to him 02/02/2017. He asked extra 3500 rupees i provided that also. But till i am not getting any response from icici or boya murthy side. I dont know what he is going to do. Please take it action asap. Even i sent mail complaints from online through mail. Nothing happening.

              I recently noticed that my bank account has deducted 240.61 from my account saying it’s DP charged. First of all the customer service officer told me in the beginning that the DMAT account is free of any cost, secondly apart from requesting for a DMAT account, I haven’t done anything, nor made any transactions. I have noticed that others also face the same issue with ICICI bank. Also this account is a zero balance savings account. Either refund the amount, or pls do close my account with the bank. I opened it long ago, and don’t think I am benefitting out of this bank at all.

              Requesting quick actions pls. As a customer, it is saddening and frustrating to see such un-trusted transactions from the bank’s end.

              If the amount has to be deducted, I request you to immediately close my account as I don’t see any use of keeping it on.

                Sir, I am sumanbabu kottakota.I have applied for home loan in malleswaram branch bank wide applicationnumber[protected] through Mr shivraj.before applying I briefly explained about my property that it's a panchayat approved e-khata property and not approved by icici bank.in that process he has collected 3001 rupees cheque, 1000 rupees cash for franking and all original documents before approval of my property and told that if loan issue not possible then I Will get my all money back, also he deducted 3001 rupees from my account on 23 Nov 16 before approval of building.after two months of time taken he told me its not possible to issue loan and then I came to your bank to collect all documents and he promised me that he will revert my money.after that I called to Mr Ravi Singh sales manager, he also told that I Will get my money back.but till today I didn't received my money.from last three months I'm in relation with you but I'm not happy with whatever happened to me.with out my mistake I'm suffering lot of mental tension and dissatisfaction.please go through my concern and revert my money of 3001and 1000 rupees as early as possible.thanking you.my mobile number [protected].reply me.my present address is as follows:cpl sumanbabu k, smq-89/10, akash vihar air force camp, opp old brand factory, old airport road, marthahalli-560037.please do the favour to get my heard earned money back thanking you.

                        i am completly mentally harrased by such stupid things this not the first time i am facing, we all are educated and know the reason but why have you deducted my valuble money.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am bhaskara rao adari have taken loan of Rs.520000/-from icici bank.my loan account number was LPVPM[protected].As per bank employee verbal instructions, I agreed to pay the emi from the month of march at the interest rate of 11.29%.
                              But the bank employees started calling me several times in february stating that I haven't paid emi that to at the interest rate of 11.69%.
                              Is it correct way to behave with the customers.bank people have taken all the necessary documents for verification.now they were telling that I was not eligible for that interest rate as my salary was low.
                              Bank people have talked very nicely until I have taken my loan.but now, nobody bothers my version.they were just asking me to pay the emi which paid on 28 February.

                                This is inform you that I was using icici credit card number [protected] limit was 20000/-
                                I settled it on 8 Dec by paying 17000 and 1000 on 11 Jan 17
                                The collection agent gave me settlement letter on 31 Dec on which It has been written that I have to pay the amount on or before 9 Dec 16
                                When I am paying the amount on 17 Nov 16 to the collection then you he gave the settlement letter of 31 Dec 16 when I call anup prasad manager he told that I paid 1000 rs on 11 Jan so I have to settled again with the same amount
                                Else he can help the for the same

                                Collection agent jasbir Singh came to my place for the payment 17000/- I was unable to pay Bcoz my grandfather died on same day n I have to move out of nagpur still I paid on 17 Nov they took the amount from me by saying month end today I m facing the problem they are not helping to resolve it when I call to maker he said to pay me settlement amount again what rubbish is this I think thy don't know what is customer satisfaction
                                Just because of there mistake you should I face the problem they putted lien mark in my account they spoil my credit score is can pay my car installment
                                I want my case must resolve I ll not pay the amount again they think am mad that will pay the amount again kindly improve your mistake n resolve my complain else ll launch police and raise complain against them

                                  I'm vandana holding icici savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] in marrathalli bangalore.
                                  Without any intimation my account has been again and again debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
                                  Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

                                  New WB No. from Bluedart is [protected]. Credit card still not received, but bluedart says it was delivered to some "Ganesh Icici Card Rto", not sure who this person is. Please check as i do not want any unauthorized usage of the card.

                                    Dear Mam,

                                    I, Mrs. Dhanashree Viraj Athavale, hold a salary account[protected] in your bank at Bund Garden, Pune 411 001 branch.

                                    Below email was sent to the Branch Manager on 14th Feb 2017, however I haven't received any response to the same.

                                    In the meanwhile I did visit the Bund Garden Branch and have submitted a written application to re-call the money Rs. 3640/- to the bank from where the transaction was initiated.

                                    The transaction details are mentioned in below email for your reference.

                                    Also I understand from the branch that the account in which the money was credited is a dormant (in-active) account number[protected]. and was showing the money credited. As the account is in-active it was assured that account holder will not be able to withdraw the money.

                                    I am out of town and have been trying the helpline number as well as the branch board number "66270612" to find out the status of this transaction but unfortunately no luck. The lady who did an incorrect transfer is in need of this funds.

                                    Please could anybody from the branch reply to my email or atleast arrange a call to get this sorted.

                                      Some of female employees in ICICI Bank, Washim branch leaves the branch at 12 am. Is this the timing of ICICI Bank or only Washim branch employees stays till midnight. This look very awkward and feeling sorry for them. This city is not good for girls and specially after 9 pm and in person we can't even talk to them at that time. What are the timing for female employees as per Constutution? I thought 8 hours. They work 15 hours on an average. Please Solve the issue. Thank You.

                                        Hi, I have Opened an online Savings Account with ICICI Bank in Pune Nagaras Road Branch. I received the Debit Card and Cheque Book through post but my Internet Banking User ID and Password was returned due to the courier company couldn't find my address. I got my Internet Banking user ID from Customer Care No. but my mobile number is not linked with internet banking. Branch People or Customer care they are diverting the solution on each other. I am chasing from last 2 months for the same and still unable to access internet Banking which is really annoying.
