This is Vivek Sugumar, I am holding a ICICI Savings bank account for the past 2 years, But i am little unsatisfied with your services, Because I am tried many times to the nearest branch for at least 2 times per day, To change my activate number to my current number which i am using, My branch is in Trichy, K.K.Nagar. Below i am mentioning all my details below, I tired many times with ICICI customer service, but no use in that. If still you people never takes any steps, Then no use in using your online banking service, because the OTP i am not receiving to my current number, Because of this i can't use the online banking since i started my account with ICICI banking, The previous number is not in use, So please take immediate action. And i already registered an complaint regards this in ICICI complaint/suggestion website.

    One assist has automatically activated a plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap. Need to take immediate action on this.

    Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in Consumer court .

    Can someone tell me whether icici customer service/one assist asks for icici card details like card number, exp date or cvv?

      On 20th Nov 2015 I got an email from ICICI bank when i am going to my office in London, United Kingdom saying that my account is auto debited for an amount of 35, 250.00 for icici credit card bill payment. As far as i remember I have not made any credit card transaction in the month of October. I verified my inbox for emails from ICICI which i get for every transaction and I was surprised to see two emails in my inbox on the date of 24th October 2015. I am not using this card in physical form from almost last 18 months as I am staying in UK. They were used to purchase flight tickets by a travel company in Mumbai.

      I have traveled to India on 20th October 2015 as my mom expired on 19th oct 2015 and I was in shell shock state for next 10 days and was not checking my emails and I missed out this transaction otherwise I would have called ICICI and lodged complaint on same day.

      I spoke to ICICI customer care and lodged complaint and they gave a reference number : SR[protected] and have asked to fill the Cardmember dispute form and send it by scanning the copy. I have also submitted my passport and itenary details as per their request.

      I have blocked my card and I request them to find the person who is behind this fraud. They have asked around 45 to 60 days time to get this resolved. After two months i got an email saying that case is closed because of lack of information. I have contacted ICICI bank and raised the complaint by submitting all the documents again and i got similar closure email after 2 months.

      I have spend so much time speaking to their customer care but it was never resolved. Due to this I have used my credit card for an amount of 10000 and did not pay the bill so that i thought to put pressure on them when they contact me.

      Now i am getting notice from advocate to clear the payment. Here ICICI bank has to pay me 35500 and they are sending notices to me. Me being very well educated and aware of all the process and security related things with respect to banking, if i am in this situation I am scared to imagine what about the people who cant express such issues.

      Its very shameful from ICICI bank to ignore my mails or reply to them by asking to submit the same set of documents which i have submitted numerous times.

        I am user of ICICI credit card since last 5 years and my most of banking transactions are with this bank but last month I was not able to pay the credit card payment because of my care taker also not submitted my payment to bank and that time I was in my home town for an urgent work so this payment was late, I ensure you that I will pay the next payment on time in future. I don't want the interest charges back but I am requesting you to waive off the late fee Rs. 750. I shall be very thank full to you.

          I have been an icici account holder since last 1 years and have been using it as a salary account since then. When i tried doing an online transfer transaction, it is giving me an error that the account frozen/blocked. Bank has not given any reasons for it either. There was no communication in this regard. Its been 5 days that I am facing same problem. I also tired many times ICICI bank customer care but not able to communicate eve. single time.

            I also got the call from the number [protected] on 27th Jan, saying ther r calling from Visa and took I debit card details and deducted amount Rs. 7999. Please don't believe these guys they are fraud.

              I have been trying to reach customer care executive to surrender my credit card and even I have visited the local branch at Park Street to surrender my credit card but regret not yet get any solution .
              I need to surrender my credit card without any further delay. Further I may add that I am not using this Card and it is still un used . Your kind action on this matter would be the need of this hour.

                I withdraw 2000 rupees on 21-Feb-2017 Through ATM, when i checked message it seems withdraw amount 2023. And again i have withdraw 1000 rupees again it charged 1023.

                whey did you charged 23 Amount per transaction.

                  Hi! I have a ICICI bank account. On 18th Feb17 early morning 0245 Hrs I received messages of deducting amount from my bank. I called customer care and informed executive about the transactions which was not done by me. Complaint was lodged and they assured corrective action will be taken. Today when i visited Gujranwala town Delhi branch was surprised to know that my complaint after investigation is closed and need to contact vodafone as transactions were done to Vodafone and they cant do anything. I am surprised how can they wash their hands. I have deposited my money in bank as it will be secure but was not aware thieves can stole money in bank and bank can back off by saying they cant do anything.

                    Issue: auto debit return fee.

                    Summary: i have not opted in for auto debit service i want my money back for all the months i have paid for the service.

                    Off late there has been extremely disappointing customer service for me. I have been charged for auto debit fee for quite some time now, i dont know for how long, as i never activated or authorised to enable that service. I reached out to various credit card card related custimer service but the resolution has not been provided, i confirmed from the credit card executive who provided me the credit card and he says he has not activated that service. I have just being redirected to branch, customer service, credit card manager and now here. My expectation is i want the money to be rightfully reversed to my account that i have paid for that service so long.

                    I am unable to elaborate the issue completely here due to restricted characters to be typed. I am writing to this que expecting resolution as i have been played enough so far. Seriously, I don't need any such plan. I am really really seeking ways to deactivate it nd refund my money. I did share my concern with your representative. But nothing has been done yet. Please deactivate this one assist plan and refund my money ASAP.

                            I do not have any loans from ICICI. I have one savings account with the bank which is being used actively....

                                I have been operating the internet banking from my PC without any problem. All on a sudden, a new problem has started. Error messages as shown in the attached photos come up. It is one of these messages that appear at random. I am able to log in and even work for sometime on the site. But then suddenly the error messages appear. At the same time I have no problem in operating the account from my mobile. Please let me know how to get rid of the issues while operating from my PC.

                                    Dear sir/ Madam

                                    I have a credit card of your bank since 15 years..I was unable to make the due payment in the month of November due to demonetisation... I called customer care and let Mr. Vijay (sr. executive in customer support) know all the difficulties, I was facing to pay the amount due to a long que in the banks and I requested to give me some grace period and wave off the late fine and interest.. he told me to call in the month of December on or before the due date of the payment for waving off.. Reference no. of the same is SR[protected]

                                    In December I got a call from customer care to make the payment.. I let Mr. Dinesh ( customer care executive)know all the conversation I had with Mr. Vijay, he told me to pay the whole amount, it was 19, 845/- and he promised me, my all late fine and interest would be waved off after making the payment of Rs. 19845/-
                                    Instantly I made a cheque payment of 19845/-

                                    Now I got a new statement from your bank and its showing the total amount due is 3697.52/-and the due date is 23 of Jan 2017..

                                    Kindly see into it and resolve the issue as soon as possible..

                                      The GRID values in the Old ATM card has been erased.
                                      After I received the card, I tried Net Banking/Purchase by using the GRID values.
                                      The transaction errored out and Its showing GRID values disabled.

                                      When I checvked with Customer care to enable the GRID value, they said thay have enabled it.
                                      But still I am getting the "GRID values disabled" error when trying to do a NET Banking transaction.

                                      Kindly do the needful.
                                      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
