When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking...

I opened a Sukanya account with ICICI and made a mistake of my life.
They opened some kidstar account if I wanted to open a SSYY account.
Now, I started trying to make some saving for my daughter through online transfer to my Sukanya account.

I was not able to as they had stopped online transactions.
And all my savings were stuck in their kidstar account.

I am trying to generate password for my icici account but keep getting error as below:
Your request could not be processed for security reasons. Please try after 1 days.

Even tough 1 day is passed, I am getting the same error.

I saw on many forum the same issue but do not see any resolution about it anywhere.

Not sure what to do now. Any search on internet shows this issue faced by many...

Due to frequent deduction from my salary account, I had check my e-statement, I was found that on dated 03/01/17 Rs.5000/- was funded to Dr. Tran for funding A/c [protected].
and on dated 25/01/17 Rs. 805/- also deduct for 60911681 DP CHGS Till Dec-16 without any prior information.

This is a cyber crime so I requested to you pl do needful...

I don't have any Demat account, neither I requested for the same. No prior intimation given, no message on registered mobile number and it has never happened with me earlier ever. today i checked my account and it shows 850 rupees deducted. I am your loyal customer since 2013 and don't expect service like this. Please don't harass me and resolve this as soon as possible. PLEASE REFUND MY 850 RS....

I have an ICICI bank saving account .My saving account number is[protected]. On 24 jan 2017 I visit in icici sec 16 faridabad branch to deposit 8000 thousand coin of 2 rupees in my saving account .because i have to made a demand draft of 19780 rupees . The biggest ####(maderchod) bank of india with all due respect i want to say that your bank is regularly misleading me against my LOAN account as i have submitted full amount then to they are not giving me back my regestry of my house as every single time i go there they say you have a pending amount then after paying it again next time they say you have more pending amount. I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3-4 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 60907079 DP CHGS TILL DEC-16---- INR 805.00'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered...

I have transferred a sum of 1, 11, 000 to a HDFC account through IMPS option. The amount got deducted from my account but it is not sent to the beneficiary account. I am not able to contact customer care also.

Please resolve this issue. It has been two days since this failed transaction. But money is not refunded yet.

I presented an SBI, ONGC Complex Bhatpore, Surat cheque no 119147, dated 20.1.2017 for Rs.2, 72, 868.00 to THOMAS COOK (INDIA) LTD who submitted this to ICICI, Parle Point Branch Surat on 20.1.2017, there was enough balance in my acoount ( they have an ICICI A/c No.[protected] at Vadodara ) (.) On 24.1.2017 morning, I received a call from Thomas Cook that my cheque has been returned stating reason as “OTHER” ( seen in their system)(.)...

Since many icici bank atm were not functioning i could not pay my credit call bill on due date its bad services by icici bank and they charged a penalty on my credit card and the funny thing is penalty is more then the due amount my due amount was approx 300 and they charged me penalty of 460 neither its logical and nor its right to charge penalty instead accepting mistake that there ATM were not working i did...

I purchased petrol of rs.900.0 on 11.1.17 from rajpoot auto though atm card. On 21.1.17 rs.25.88 deducted by bank on above transaction. Where as announcements by modi gov. For 0.75% discount. As per govt. Announcements the cost will be beared by oil company & banks. No one is listening.
I am enclosing my bank details about the deductions.
I am hoping actions as per rules. So that any amount can not be deducted by bank unathorizly...

I have placed the order in amazon but i hv cancelled the product due to some reason it was online payment... I have reference no.[protected] can you please check why i have not received yet it's been long time now almost 1month......

I have made a payment of rs. 8700/- on icici fastag on 3rd nov 2016 towards toll charges for a vehicle online.in the payment history of icici fastag, the status shown as "failed". The amount has not been credited either in our fastag account or credited back in our bank account.

I have an icici bank account, in which there were 4 unauthorized transactions a total amount of 26000\- on 27/12/2016 was deducted, however when contacted the bank they are not accepting the evidence stating that i was logged in my office when the transaction were made with no access to my phone, as i work for bpo for which i have evidence, however a police complaint was raised{ complaint number : d\p 933/16} i have asked them have the amount...

I would like to inform you that credit card department lean my salary account bcoz due to no payment of my credit card as I already informed to bank that I'm jobless from last 5 months, kindly settle my card I can pay in instalment the amount but suddenly they lean 27500 rupees from my account as I get my salary from last company as my full n final amount. They didn't even inform me about this lean so how come they block...
