I would like to bring to our notice that l hve been having a total 22 unauthorised transaction amounting total of Rs 16455 since 02 Jan 17 through my account.Its more than one month but I didn't get any update so I request u to take up the case to higher authorities on priority and look into the matter to resolve this issue otherwise I will go to the consumer court regarding my problem...

    I think ICICI is making it tough for its customers to move to BHIM or any other UPI interface. My bank account has a phone number to it and the phone number has phone banking, sms banking and all other access. Still when I try to find my a/c on BHIM app, there is an error that no bank account found. All OTHER BANKS WORK FINE!

    Banks should actively promote UPI transactions and here I see ICICI stopping the growth and hindering innovation.

      Hi Team,

      I would like to let you know that I am Deaf person and have opened ICICI account since last year. I have also opened a Demat account but not used for long. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ''[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-16 RS 805.00". I was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged like DP charges and others, and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.

      My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

      My phone number is [protected] (Only SMS) or My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

      Kindly respond ASAP.

        I am holding the sb account in icici bank since five years. I had submitted the cheque for clearance, the cheque got bounced saying "outdated" on 13th January 2017, since then I am requesting the bank staff to return my cheque back, but they are saying I will get it by post, but I have not got yet. I don't understand what game those people are playing...the cheque I gave for clearance was from Hyundai company and hdfc bank cheque. They are asking me the returned cheque so that they can transfer online, but my bank people are not returning me the cheque back... My sb account number is[protected]

          I have stopped receiving OTP from ICICI bank when I start a transaction. I received emails saying that OTP has been sent to my registered mobile, but the OPT never came.
          I have complained many times in last few weeks and every time the call center persons keep saying that OTP has been sent from the bank and it is my mobile service provider who is responsible. I have also contacted my mobile service provider - but they stated that if I am getting all other SMS/alerts - it is the bank who is responsible.
          The issue is not resolved after multiple follow up.

              We applied to open a new current at icici bank m. S. Road retail branch guwahati on[protected]. We handed over this account form and other document to ms. Prinyanka she committed us to open the account in 3 working days but she didn't opened the account after that the account detail was given in the hand of branch manager mr. Kallilur rahman then also the account didnt got opened and yesterday i got a answer that the account has some queries due to which account has net been opened did the bank got this information after 15 days they should have informed us regarding this issue before not after 15 days. The response for this account was not proper from the side of bank

I got error message during the transaction and money deducted from account but its not reflected in tata captial acc. I have raised complaint with icici but no response so far.                   I have come across such a irresponsible bank ICICI.. There was fraud transaction happened on my Credit Card with an amount of Rs 8404... In spite of solving the problem, they have started applying Interest charges on top of it.. When I spoke to their customer care, they just hand wash and wants me to pay the amount..

                  I am their credit card customer for last 10 years and done with lacs of transaction, but what I got it is such irresponsible act... How can I pay the interest charge even my case has not solved..

                    I have a credit card with ICICI bank along with a savings bank account. I had a family emergency due to which I was out of station for some time and hence, missed out of payments...After which I received an SMS that a lien will be marked on my account as I missed out on making the payment. and it will be removed as soon as I make the total Balance payoff or atleast the minimum due payment. 2 days later, I came back and made 2 months minimum payments together of ~14000 Rs and made the account current. Called Customer service and they informed that it will automatically removed from my account in 2 working days. When a checked a week later, I still had -30000 in my account and my ~22000 INR was freezed.

                    I tried to call customer service again and they said that I will have to contact any branch and they will manually remove it from my account. I took out the time and visited a nearby branch on which they said that I again have to call customer service.

                    At this point, I am frustrated and dont know what to do. I am in need of that funds and I cant use it. I am trying to arrange the funds to completely pay off the card and close my credit card account.

                    Also, I will recommend everyone who reads this not to use ICICI credit card as it caused me a way lot of inconvenience...

                    I would appreciate if ICICI bank resolves my issue but I dont expect that anymore now.

                      Hi Team,

                      This is the second incident that happened to me within a year.
                      Customer service executive person called me saying that I am a previleged customer and is eligible for a specific type of credit card i.e. Coral CC from ICICI with the below mentioned features.

                      1. Buy 1 movie ticket get 1 free through BMS
                      2. Annual fee waived off for purchases done =Rs 50000.
                      3. 10% off for purchases on any online partner i.e. Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra etc.
                      4. 5% waiver on purchase of petrols on any petrol bunk.
                      5. Credit limit will be 2 times of gross salary.

                      Out of these informations I found only 1 and 4 to be correct and rest all were fake.

                      I have been a customer of the bank since last 8 years.
                      I do not understand why a reputed bank like ICICI is encouraging people to promise fake things on behalf of itself.

                      First time this incident happened to me in Sep, 2015 and I have raised a complaint with the customer care who said that they will look into this issue.

                      But this thing is repeating and I am forced to complain in a public forum.

                      Please escalate this, so that myself in future or other people wont be cheated by such people.

                              I am having icici crdit card no xxxx xxxx xxxx 8003 since 12/2016 & But I did not receive bill statement yet.
                              &
                              My E-mail id wrongly updated in your data when creating a card from one of your bank staff.
                              and b'coz of this i am not able to get any kind of bill statement notice. 7 bank charged me a late fee for credit card...

                              Please look into it & request ICICI to take appropriate action.

                                I am a credit card holder of icici bank . i paid the january bill outstanding of my credit card in january in parts . i never paid such amout prior by visa money to any bank so when i tried to pay 175200/- on 24 january the system denied to do so .and the system only allowed 49999/- per day to transfer in visa money .so i did 49999/- on 24 january 2017, next 49999/- on 25th january, next on 26th january after that on 27th of january i paid remaining 25190/- through visa money . but icici bank charged me 8, 668.26/- as interest .but my last date to pay the outstanding was 26 january that was national holiday and i was unable to pay the remaining on 26th january by any of the banking method including cash also . when i request to the bank they denied to remove these unethical charges.
                                i request you to please look into this matter and save me from icici bank.
                                icici bank is now forcing me to deposit all the wrong charges. they are telling that they will update into CIBIL and in future i will not be able to take loan from any bank.please help me

                                    HomecLoan A/c No : LBHY[protected]We've have ICICI home loan. We are staying in Hyderabad and property is in Noida. As per requirement of Noida Authority for registration of house, we need NOC from Bank that we can go ahead register the house and bank has no objection. In spite of many follow up, Hyderabad branch is not issuing NOC. This is very common practice to issue NOC in Noida-NCR but it just not getting done here. I have already provided template of NOC here which was issued to a customer in Noida. Please do the needful as I will delay getting NOC also delaying registration I will have to pay builder more money.

                                      This is 2017, i really prayed before calling Customer Care that they should have done something or upgrade some feature to update the phone no over the internet, To my disappointment ICICI not even improved a little bit, i mean what they must thinking i am not sure, ICICI Bank is just sucking money out of Indians, does not even bother to provide services. You must be thinking what he is complaining about it, so here it goes
                                      I am an ICICI customer for the last 10 plus years and I moved to the US about 2 year ago. My India mobile number is updated in ICICI and no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Please somebody help me to get my US phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated.

                                        I have been issued ICICI Bank’s HPCL Coral Credit Card. It was applied on Dec 16th via Application No. CCAPP N[protected].

                                        At that time (mid Dec 2016), the marketing officer clearly informed the following benefits:

                                        1)Complimentary airport lounge access
                                        2)Without any joining fee on 199/- +Service tax.

                                        These features were very much displayed on ICICI Credit Card’s website in Dec 2016 when the executive marketed this card to me. I had checked the website myself which is what convinced me to go in for this particular card. And now your bank has conveniently washed off its hands from what was displayed to full public view.

                                        When I received the first statement on 23 Jan I was surprised to know that:

                                        1)Complimentary airport lounge access was discontinued from 1st Nov, 2016
                                        2) I have been charged with 199 + tax as joining fee.

                                        After much explanations, customer care department has reversed the joining fee yesterday i.e. 1 Feb 2017 .But the issue of complimentary airport lounge access is still conveniently denied without any resolution.

                                        RESOLUTION NEEDED : Incorporate the feature of complimentary airport lounge access

                                        Same thing happened with me. I took this card in 2015. They have stopped giving cash back on fuel purchase and also stopped airport lounge access. I am returning the card back.
