My account not activated till now, if you guys does not activate tomorrow. I don't get salary of this month

You staff is not at all responding properly. It is in mindspace Hyderabad
I am planning to file complaint against bank

Try to fix this issue ASAP
This is my worst experience, that I ever had

    I made a transcation 3 times by mistake on airtel money and 15000 have been deducted from my account.

    I got tanscation failure 3 times but the amount deducted. Below is one of the message i received as transaction failed but amount deducted. Please cancel my three transaction which are 5000 rs each which happened on evening of 22nd feb.

    Transaction failure! Reference no: 14258376
    Sorry, it appears that your bank has declined the transaction. Please contact your bank for clarifications. If the amount was debited from your bank account, it will be refunded within 5 working days.

          Hi

          Fully amount not dispatched but balance get deducted

          I am a customer of hdfc (A/c-[protected]).

          On 21/02/2017 around 17:45 hrs i had used icici bank atm (Atm id-stchb372) in hsr bangalore for money withdrawal of 500rs but only 400rs is dispatched from the atm

          I didn't get the money in my hdfc account was debited.

          Please investigate and get it credited back to my hdfc account asap.

          Please check the issue

            Hello,

            We regret to inform you that, the present “VARA Enterprises” and the then company “3i infotech”, “Vikarta Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.” and have been harassing BPO employees of ALPL & Credit Card Section working for ICICI, ICICI Building, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad in many ways and treating as working machines. Here no one is taking care of the employee’s welfare. So we would like to notice some of the major issues which we have been facing to get rid of the problems of employees and indirectly to give better service to the company wholeheartedly.
            The list of issues is shown below.
            1) Salaries are not exactly as per the offer letter. Seniority is not considering. There is no bonus for seniors working here even submitted related previous experience at the time of joining.
            2) No week offs / holidays / festivals. Treating all days are working and forcing us to attend daily even we are not healthy even getting chorionic diseases, no emergency leaves / medical leaves / permissions are not accepting in any way.
            3) PF account numbers are not given to the employees. Getting very difficult to know our balance in PF A/c.
            4) ESI Cards are useless as they are not assigned to the concerned dispensary address to avail the facility.
            5) No permission for participation in cultural events / competitions at this office.
            6) The Manager (Ram Mohan & Chiranjeevi), Assistant Manager, Satish (TL) and the staff are absolutely unfit & unfriendly with the employees and using informal language in office even with lady employees.
            7) Giving heavy target which is usually not possible with the employees even 9hrs of time spent. Forcing to spend extra hours to finish the target and definitely it makes difficult to reach the homes to women working employees late nights.
            8) Cabs are not available to all areas, so getting difficult to reach homes every day.
            Forcing to stay at cabin to work without taking lunch, tea & also emergency breaks to finish the target.
            9) No particular week offs & festival holidays. Every day is a working day forcing to work without rest without any extra allowance. So employees are getting chronic diseases due to merciless management actions.
            10) 24 leavers are there per year as they said but coming to practical leaves are not accepting in emergency. Leaves are not accepting even applied prior and proper way.
            Every week target increased. Management is benefiting directly instead of employees for extra work and time spent at office.

            Day by day there is a new rule and new target without integration with employees. We can simply say here violating the employee’s basic rights. If anyone raises hand for justice among employees surely that person will be punished crucially in all ways to leave the company.
            Where is the Ethics, Credibility and Hope? People have belief in ICICI and we are too but it is not now.

            Hence, we beg you to look into the matter seriously to set the management in a possible / with rules in vogue to provide better service by us happily and healthily. We plan to take a move to rise this issue using all electronic & print media, social sites and also with the Govt. too. I hope you understand the situations here and our intention.

              Dear sir,
              I'm vandana holding icici savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] in marrathalli bangalore.
              Without any intimation my account has been again and again debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
              Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

                Dear concerned,
                I have closed above mentioned a/c no. 3 years back. I have d mate a/c also linked with these a/c.
                Above a/c was opened in katras (Dhanbad) branch by rupesh bhatt. When i told him to closed my d mate a/c then he suggested me to closed saving a/c. He said by closure of saving a/c, dmate a/c will automatically get closed.in place of these he opened new a/c in the same branch and he as taken 5, 000 cash from me for closure of dmate and saving a/c.
                After few days i have confirmed from rupesh bhatt for the closure of dmate a/c, he told that you don't take any tension your work had been done. But till date it has not been closed and annual free get debited from my new saving a/c.
                In last month on 24th january, 2017 i have again made the compliance for the same to sandeep gupta and rajesh (Branch manager) of kartas branch. They are not ready to listen and they are again demanding for money in cash for the same.
                Please help me out from these situation or else i have to closed my existing saving a/c also from icici bank. I am going to file fir in ploice station for the same.

                Dear Concerned, Still mu problem has not been solved. I had conference call with Netu Madam ( from Mumbai ) and Rajesh ( BM of Katras). As per telephonic discussion they have told me to log in d mate a/c and sell all holding. But when i tried to login I am receiving error as "This bank account is not mapped with any active ICICI Direct Account: At present you are not registered for availing this facility.:In order to avail this faclility you need to register yourself." After that I had telephonic discussion with Mr. Rajesh and I have told him that after holi i will come to Katras Branch for doing all the procedure to close mu saving a/c and d mate a/c. Then Rajesh had told me that you have to visit Dhanbad branch for the same. If my a/c has been opened by Katras branch, so why I should go to other branch . It seems that employee of Katras are not interested to do the job and they just misguiding the customers or from katrash branch has no authority to close these account then katras branch has not authority to open any account also.

                    One assist has automatically activated a plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap. Need to take immediate action on this.

                      On 20th Nov 2015 I got an email from ICICI bank when i am going to my office in London, United Kingdom saying that my account is auto debited for an amount of 35, 250.00 for icici credit card bill payment. As far as i remember I have not made any credit card transaction in the month of October. I verified my inbox for emails from ICICI which i get for every transaction and I was surprised to see two emails in my inbox on the date of 24th October 2015. I am not using this card in physical form from almost last 18 months as I am staying in UK. They were used to purchase flight tickets by a travel company in Mumbai.

                      I have traveled to India on 20th October 2015 as my mom expired on 19th oct 2015 and I was in shell shock state for next 10 days and was not checking my emails and I missed out this transaction otherwise I would have called ICICI and lodged complaint on same day.

                      I spoke to ICICI customer care and lodged complaint and they gave a reference number : SR[protected] and have asked to fill the Cardmember dispute form and send it by scanning the copy. I have also submitted my passport and itenary details as per their request.

                      I have blocked my card and I request them to find the person who is behind this fraud. They have asked around 45 to 60 days time to get this resolved. After two months i got an email saying that case is closed because of lack of information. I have contacted ICICI bank and raised the complaint by submitting all the documents again and i got similar closure email after 2 months.

                      I have spend so much time speaking to their customer care but it was never resolved. Due to this I have used my credit card for an amount of 10000 and did not pay the bill so that i thought to put pressure on them when they contact me.

                      Now i am getting notice from advocate to clear the payment. Here ICICI bank has to pay me 35500 and they are sending notices to me. Me being very well educated and aware of all the process and security related things with respect to banking, if i am in this situation I am scared to imagine what about the people who cant express such issues.

                      Its very shameful from ICICI bank to ignore my mails or reply to them by asking to submit the same set of documents which i have submitted numerous times.

                        I am user of ICICI credit card since last 5 years and my most of banking transactions are with this bank but last month I was not able to pay the credit card payment because of my care taker also not submitted my payment to bank and that time I was in my home town for an urgent work so this payment was late, I ensure you that I will pay the next payment on time in future. I don't want the interest charges back but I am requesting you to waive off the late fee Rs. 750. I shall be very thank full to you.

                          I have been an icici account holder since last 1 years and have been using it as a salary account since then. When i tried doing an online transfer transaction, it is giving me an error that the account frozen/blocked. Bank has not given any reasons for it either. There was no communication in this regard. Its been 5 days that I am facing same problem. I also tired many times ICICI bank customer care but not able to communicate eve. single time.

                              I have been trying to reach customer care executive to surrender my credit card and even I have visited the local branch at Park Street to surrender my credit card but regret not yet get any solution .
                              I need to surrender my credit card without any further delay. Further I may add that I am not using this Card and it is still un used . Your kind action on this matter would be the need of this hour.

                                I withdraw 2000 rupees on 21-Feb-2017 Through ATM, when i checked message it seems withdraw amount 2023. And again i have withdraw 1000 rupees again it charged 1023.

                                whey did you charged 23 Amount per transaction.

                                Kindly provide me the reason, when can i expect to get back this 23 rupees amount.

                                  Hi! I have a ICICI bank account. On 18th Feb17 early morning 0245 Hrs I received messages of deducting amount from my bank. I called customer care and informed executive about the transactions which was not done by me. Complaint was lodged and they assured corrective action will be taken. Today when i visited Gujranwala town Delhi branch was surprised to know that my complaint after investigation is closed and need to contact vodafone as transactions were done to Vodafone and they cant do anything. I am surprised how can they wash their hands. I have deposited my money in bank as it will be secure but was not aware thieves can stole money in bank and bank can back off by saying they cant do anything.
                                  Kindly assist me. I have lost 24000/-

                                    Summary: i have not opted in for auto debit service i want my money back for all the months i have paid for the service.

                                    Off late there has been extremely disappointing customer service for me. I have been charged for auto debit fee for quite some time now, i dont know for how long, as i never activated or authorised to enable that service. I reached out to various credit card card related custimer service but the resolution has not been provided, i confirmed from the credit card executive who provided me the credit card and he says he has not activated that service. I have just being redirected to branch, customer service, credit card manager and now here. My expectation is i want the money to be rightfully reversed to my account that i have paid for that service so long.

                                    I am unable to elaborate the issue completely here due to restricted characters to be typed. I am writing to this que expecting resolution as i have been played enough so far. I believe that i am asking for the money which has been charged to me incorrectly for the service i never opted-in for. My perception about icici has been changed completely overnight due to the service i received recently rude and unempathetic.

                                      I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                      Yesterday itself, I received a text that a sum of Rs. 1899/- has been deducted from my account to one assist plan. And it has been done so without my consent or permission. Seriously, I don't need any such plan. I am really really seeking ways to deactivate it nd refund my money. I did share my concern with your representative. But nothing has been done yet. Please deactivate this one assist plan and refund my money ASAP.

                                      I called customer care and asked for deactivation and refund the money, as the reply "We will deactivate and refund the money "from executive .But still the service is active and no money was refunded .Very Very Bad resolution

                                        I don't understand why Icici is delaying the opening of my saving account, whenever I asked the bank they says today evening your account will opened, but that evening never comes. I am really sick of their delayed work.
