    I have paid fees of my child of Rs 7650 through eazypay.com website on 29th Nov 2016 by my HDFC credit card. Transaction was successful with transaction id[protected], but ST PAUL SCHOOL INDORE school authorities saying that they have not received fees in their account on 2nd feb 2017. I want to know where my amount has credited. I want reimbursement of the same. ICICI BANK customer care is not responding. I have given complaint letter to ICICI BANK RATLAM KOTHI INDORE BRANCH on 3rd Feb 2017 but still no response. I have been mailing since last week of January 2017 to [protected]@icicibank.com, [protected]@icicibank.com but no response. No customer care no of eazypay.com.
    Since there would be any way or solution to find where my amount has credited so that bank can reverse but all in vain.
    Please help me to solve the matter soon.

Id is [protected], payment deducted from my a/c, but not reached to board of school education bhiwani haryana - payment not updated till - today is last date for submitting the form.       30/01/2017. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction

        I would like to draw you attention to the entire incident as per following details:

        1. Fraud transaction happened at 1.39 PM on 19.01.17.

        2. Immediately I have rush down to the nearest ICICI branch (Memnagar-Ahmedabad)
        and reported the same.

        3. Based on the suggestion from the senior authority of the branch, I have contacted
        customer care number - [protected] to stop the payment at once.

        4. I have also blocked my existing card while told them to stop the payment.

        Unfortunately I was misguided by your team of customer care to contact after 9.00 pm As they confirmed that team responsible for the same will be available at that time only.
        I was surprised and shocked to hear the same which unfortunately also led to response delay at my end.

        Even though I have contacted the customer care team 03 times during the day
        And instructed them to stop the payment and take corrective action

        5. On 20.01.17 I have filled in the details online and raised the dispute (SR[protected]

        6. In the evening I have written mail with all the details to Head west zone and Head India.

        7. I have also done all the required correspondence with PayUmoney/PayUbiz team as
        their payment gateway was used for doing the transaction.

        8. I have also sent all the details to the merchant(www.woohoo.in) who has supplied product/service.

        9. On 24.01.17 I have sent all the details of correspondence with ICICI bank and PayUmoney team to Deputy Commissioner of Police(DCP) Cyber crime branch, Ahmedabad through Speed post, as it is the foul play and also recommended by ICICI bank/Payuteam and Merchant(Woohoo). The scan copy of the slip is attached for your kind reference. It has been received by them on 25.01.17.

        Please look into the matter and help me and my family to come out of this crisis situation by recovering hard earned money.

          My name is A.P.Alagumeenal.I bought personal loan from your bank vide account numberPCHD[protected].I paid all the payment and the person who receive payment told me NOC you will get withinweek.But till date no NOC will get and I applied for home loan from your bank I surprised they told you will not get loan due to your name is in cibil.sir I am single mother after lots of problem I grown up my son.Now I want house loan from your bank and open account your bank in my name and my son name and we tried to use your bank account for further investment and need home loans also.But due to this I am not able to do anything.I am working at Bsnl and I have work of outdoor it is very difficult to take leave.Yourgoodself is requested to lookinto the matter and my nbame may remove from cibil so that further homeloans and other investment may possible..

              Hi,

              I have been charged with Rewards Redemption charges for my Payback Redemption. I checked Payback redemption terms and conditions and nowhere charges are mentioned. I have been using Payback since quite a long time and have not been charged for redemption. Upon contacting ICICI customer care executive, he said to check with Payback team. I have not received any notification or alert either from ICICI or Payback about the charges.

              I have received a gift card from my friend.Even I don't know how to active the card.Please guide me.My mobile no is [protected]
              I did a transfer from my ICICI account to Vijaya bank via IMPS. Money was deducted from my Account and I got a message like beneficiary time out.
              But the money is not deposited to beneficiary account. please help me in this.

              This Transaction is very important to me. Please resolve it ASAP.
              ICICI is a thug bank. These f--king unethical idiots deducted 30rs from my account too. When Payback is not charging anything who the f--k you are to charge it and what for?? And on what basis you are charging this amount? And WHY did not you guys ever notify it that you guys "AUTO-STEAL" money this way?
              Is this the way Chanda Kochar earns? There are many ways she can earn...

              I will just close my account.

                1. Renewal card has not received and the same one has been returned by courier.
                2. In fact, I informed to courier saying that I am out of station after my arrival you can come and deliver to me. But, he did not even talked to me and I got the message from courier saying that already returned and the reason was not able to trace department. It is absolutely wrong, Because ISRO-ISAC means everyone knows and also they are delivering many letters to this office.
                3. Kindly arrange and send it to renewal card to my registered address immediately and the address as follows.

                    My NEFT Transaction no.[protected] dt.20/01/2017 (amount Rs.2500.00) not credited to the beneficiary account, and I have sent several mails to ICICI customer Care they are responding(good) as your complaint is registered & we'll look after it, whereas till today the Transferred amount not neither Credited to the beneficiary account not reverted back to my SB account, finally I approached the Beneficiary Bank (Corporation Bank R.S.Puram, Coimbatore), they said that their IMPS PLATFORM is not working, it is under technical up-gradation, so there is no possibility of credit to the beneficiary and they added that my Bank (ICICI) should SEND A LETTER to the Beneficiary bank (Corporation Bank R.S.Puram, Coimbatore) based on that only they can revert back the amount (Rs.2500.00), I am really annoyed with this transaction, both the banks are creating more troubles/complication to me, it is my hard earned money how can I get back this somebody has to extend their support & get back my HARD EARNED MONEY to my account

                        I am an ICICI customer for the last 11 years and I moved to the US, I cannot access my online banking because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my india mobile number is updated in ICICI is no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all.I tried calling so many time, but no help. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Please somebody help me to get my US phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated.

                                Hi,

                                I have a salary account with ICICI, yesterday i visited icici and Axis bank atm both of them was out of service and declined transaction. When i got home, I noticed Rs. 27.15 was deducted from my account under ATMDEC CHG/12-12-16/5465+ST+ST and Transaction ID being SB498800 . Please get this reverted as soon as possible. If this does not get reverted, I am going to withdraw and close my account with this bank. I have got enough of this ICICI (Our Policy) .

                                Few months back, I cancelled my credit card because of their lackluster attitude.

                                  I purchased an travelling product from my Credit card No. [protected] on 10/12/2016 at 13:48:38 and then canceled that transaction around 5 pm due to train delay. Rs.29000 got deducted from my account immediately, but no refund of void payment has been made till now!!!

                                  I have been waiting for months! Please return my credit value as soon as possible.Thank you.

                                    Icici bank - charged 5.75% surcharge on fuel of value 200rs.
                                    I received my statement from bank of my a/c_ (0225*6811 name-siddharth bhatia) on 31st of jan.
                                    I found one entry of 11.5rs on my statement, i called customer care no. And enquired them about the entry they responded that sir you have made petrol purchase from your debit card of rs 200 on dated 17th jan for which 11.5rs is surcharge u have to pay.

                                    I was shocked by this statement of bank representative. Petrol of rs 100 cost me 105.75, modi ji say use digital payment but icici bank says use cash or else we will make charges.
                                    My trust toward these private bank has loosed by this seen.

                                    Please respond to my this issue or else i have to file a case.

                                      From last one month onwards every time i withdraw the money the next day or same day the withdrawl of money is happening as NFS/CASH WD as the transaction name without my knowledge.
                                      It is been happening so many times.
                                      Every time random amount is been withdraw.
