    My NEFT Transaction no.[protected] dt.20/01/2017 (amount Rs.2500.00) not credited to the beneficiary account, and I have sent several mails to ICICI customer Care they are responding(good) as your complaint is registered & we'll look after it, whereas till today the Transferred amount not neither Credited to the beneficiary account not reverted back to my SB account, finally I approached the Beneficiary Bank (Corporation Bank R.S.Puram, Coimbatore), they said that their IMPS PLATFORM is not working, it is under technical up-gradation, so there is no possibility of credit to the beneficiary and they added that my Bank (ICICI) should SEND A LETTER to the Beneficiary bank (Corporation Bank R.S.Puram, Coimbatore) based on that only they can revert back the amount (Rs.2500.00), I am really annoyed with this transaction, both the banks are creating more troubles/complication to me, it is my hard earned money how can I get back this somebody has to extend their support & get back my HARD EARNED MONEY to my account

    Resolved, My Hard earned money credited back to my account after several mails & calls, Nowadays I am cautiously transferring my amount thro' net banking, ICICI Fund transfer only day time between 10:00 - 17:00hrs, also to BANK a/cs alone not for other services, for personal transaction now I am using my Nationalized Bank Net Banking.

        I am an ICICI customer for the last 11 years and I moved to the US, I cannot access my online banking because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my india mobile number is updated in ICICI is no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all.I tried calling so many time, but no help. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Please somebody help me to get my US phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated.

          Please some one help me to get my money back which got stolen from my credit card.o n 26 th dec 2016 01:33 pm to referening MOPS-SBC-CR-CARD-O this number..!!I tried to talk ICICI CREDIT CARD department..they don't even willing to raise .. complain about it..!!

          I fight with them still..no response..!!from them..!!

              Transaction date time: 05 FEB 2017 / 8:11 AM morning

              I tried calling ICICI but they are not responding.

              Kindly arrange a call back from them and refund my money.

              I don't know why this happened. Please arrange call back as soon as possible.

                Hi,

                I have a salary account with ICICI, yesterday i visited icici and Axis bank atm both of them was out of service and declined transaction. When i got home, I noticed Rs. 27.15 was deducted from my account under ATMDEC CHG/12-12-16/5465+ST+ST and Transaction ID being SB498800 . Please get this reverted as soon as possible. If this does not get reverted, I am going to withdraw and close my account with this bank. I have got enough of this ICICI (Our Policy) .

                Few months back, I cancelled my credit card because of their lackluster attitude.

                  I purchased an travelling product from my Credit card No. [protected] on 10/12/2016 at 13:48:38 and then canceled that transaction around 5 pm due to train delay. Rs.29000 got deducted from my account immediately, but no refund of void payment has been made till now!!!

                  I have been waiting for months! Please return my credit value as soon as possible.Thank you.

                    Icici bank - charged 5.75% surcharge on fuel of value 200rs.
                    I received my statement from bank of my a/c_ (0225*6811 name-siddharth bhatia) on 31st of jan.
                    I found one entry of 11.5rs on my statement, i called customer care no. And enquired them about the entry they responded that sir you have made petrol purchase from your debit card of rs 200 on dated 17th jan for which 11.5rs is surcharge u have to pay.

                    I was shocked by this statement of bank representative. Petrol of rs 100 cost me 105.75, modi ji say use digital payment but icici bank says use cash or else we will make charges.
                    My trust toward these private bank has loosed by this seen.

                    Please respond to my this issue or else i have to file a case.

                        First of all, with whose permission has my card been blocked ?

                        I called up the customer care to check for the charges, incase I want to get a new card. But, I NEVER asked the first rep of yours to BLOCK my card. I kept of telling him not to block my card.

                        This is truly unprofessional & insane and I am very much disappointed with the service. When I called for the second time, the rep Umesh could not help me out from the beginning to the end of the call and just gave me a request number SR[protected].

                        Now, I need my same card to unblocked or a New one with Express Delivery, without paying any charges, since it was not my fault. Your rep blocked it with no reason.

                          I have placed a request to close my account for closure of the demat
                          account on 07/03/2015 but due to utter negligence on your part
                          the demat account was not closed then. Since the account was not
                          closed on 07/03/2015, demat charges ofRs 570 got deducted on 31/07/2015.
                          I had re-applied for closure of my demat account on 02/05/2016 and the account was closed on 03/05/2016.Why was the demat account not closed on 07/03/2015? Why were the demat charges deducted on 31/07/2015? Since this is sheer negligence on your part, the demat charges of Rs 570 should be reversed to my savings bank account without any further delay.

                          I have the receipt of both the first and the second closure.
                          I have been pursuing the case for a long time but without much response.I want this to be sorted out now.

                                I am very disappointed with the last call I had with ICICI Bank Call centre executive which started at around 4:35 p.m. on 3rd Feb, Friday, She however did not bother to understand my issue & ignored whatever I was telling. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS & did not bother to comeback. This is the worst & most pathetic customer service I have ever Received in my Life, Her name as informed by (Shrutika) the last call which I made to enquire on the Name is Manisha.
                                Manisha had received my call & gave the worst customer service.

                                    Bank issued this credit card to me in 2003 that time your executive told me that it’s free for first year and if you want to continue 750 Rs. Annual fee. If you want to close it after one year you can close it.

                                    I made a shopping of “X” amount (don’t know exact amount) on that card but I have not received physical statement of that month so that I missed the payment due date. Next month I received statement that contains “X” amount + late charges + interest + service tax etc and made that small amount to big amount. Then I called to customer care and spoke to an executive regarding this matter that time he was not responded to my request and say sorry to help me and gave the advice of payment of that big amount. Then I just stopped further payments. (Please kindly check my previous re-payment details on that card before this incidence)

                                    Next month one of bank recovery officer contact me at my office phone and told me to make that payment otherwise bank will take legal action against you. That time I told that officer please reverse the unnecessary charges, I will pay that “X” amount only, otherwise you are free to take any kind of legal action.

                                    Since 2-3 years passed away in those year bank not contacted to me in any manner regarding above mentioned issue and I just forgot that matter. Suddenly I received above mentioned letter. I have ICICI HOME LOAN customer since June 2004 my A/c No. is LBMUM[protected] and you have all my re-payment details, salary account since Dec.2006 A/c No.[protected] also having Demat A/c with ICICIC BANK, as I fill a proud customer of ICICI BANK. So that means bank is having all my contact details. So why bank do the such thing without contacting to me.

                                    Why should I suffer for your mistake? If you have any queries regarding above mentioned issue please contact to me on my cell No. [protected] otherwise send your executive to my residence.

But yesterday I just withdrawal 500 Rs for some personal reason that time it shows Available balance Rs. 4800.10. But today I checked the balance of my account it shows Rs 0.00 and Rs 4800.10 deducted from my account without giving any intimation to me. Is it a good thing since I am communicating with bank since last 10 days regarding this issue and bank just want to ignore my request. So I am thinking to take serious action against bank. While making new customers you are calling lots of people lots of times but bank don’t want to make a call to retain existing customer with providing wrong contact Nos.(Mr.Udgeeth Trivedi[protected] / 3635, Francis rozerio[protected] you just trying to fed up me.
                                    I am very unhappy with the way you are doing the banking and now I want to take some serious action regarding this issue in consumer court and I will not responsible for further inconvenience .

                                      I am an ex-employee of ICICI Bank. My employee code was 313200. I resigned and completed my services at ICICI bank on 21Jan2016. Still, now I have not received any experience or relieving letter from ICICI Bank. I have raised a service request from alumni site my sr is[protected]. It has been very traumatizing because I am unable to apply elsewhere because of this unavailability of experience letter.
