Bank has deducted Rs 805 from my account and in details it is written " DP CHGS TILL DEC-16 ". Why this unnecessary amount have been deducted. I have not activated any special services.
When money was deducted i didn't received any email or message. This is a kind of fraud. Please refund the money or i will take some strict action against the bank.

    Hi Team,

    ICICI bank has debited Rs. 2000 from my account on 07-Jan-2017. I went to withdraw money from SBI ELGIN ROAD KOLKATA BRANCH ATM by using my ICICI ATM. But transaction was unsuccessful by displaying an error ''sorry unable to process'' but money was debited from my account and received the notification from ICICI Bank.

    Then I went HDFC bank ATM and withdraw Rs.2000.

    I reported the same thing to the ATM security guard and he said go the SBI bank and report a complaint. As per SBI Bank staff's I need to logged a complaint via ICICI bank money was debited by their side. I also went to ICICI Bank and report the same.

    ICICI branch staff asked me wait I will get the money back within an hour, if not then logged a complaint by calling customer care. I done and asked to wait 7 working days.

    On 16-Jan-2017 I received an SMS from ICICI Bank that ''we cannot process your request as it was successful transaction'' I called up again to the customer care and speak with their supervisor.

    I logged another complaint on 16-Jan-2017 and asked them to verify the ''video footage'' of that SBI bank and check the details.

    On 31-Jan-2017, I got to know from customer care team that they checked with SBI bank of that ATM and transaction was successful and they cannot refund the Amt. Also they cannot check the video footage and this is final solution from their end.

    Its request to you, Please intervene in this issue on priority basis and asked the bank check the video footage to verify the details. I did not received and amount and transaction was not successful I have the error receipt for the same. I only received the money which I have withdrawed from HDFC bank not from SBI bank.

    Hi Team, I did not received any email or from the bank. I raised this issue to banks customer care and logged the complaint. However not getting the proper resolution. Please help. I suffering this issue from last 7th jan 2017.

    Still issue is pending. I have raised the issue with bank multiple times. Pfb the complaints numbers: 1) SR[protected] & 2) SR[protected].

    Please check and resolve the issue ASAP. Its been more than 1 month.

I use Internet Banking, I want to update my new mobile number though online but I cannot find the link for Change of Mobile number in 'View/Change Contact details' section. I can only see 'Update Email Id' section. Please provide a link so that I can change my mobile number online.

        Hi,

        My name is Dheeraj and I hold a bank account with ICICI Bank. I suddenly got a message from ICICI Bank that my account has been debited with 19, 977.00 towards IIN*I-Debit*Rel. I was shocked to see this as I was sitting in my office with my colleagues and we were working. While I tried to see what happened, I got an another message with similar details and my account was again debited with 19K+. I was shocked to see this and while in shock messages kept coming in and I tried calling the ICICI Bank and was able to get hold of them within 5 minutes. Meanwhile 7 transaction of similar nature were already made amounting to much big amount.

        While talking to the ICICI Bank the official blocked my debit card along with online banking. I got to know from them that they will investigate this issue and will take 45 days to resolve the same. Its been start of the month and I lost almost 1.4 lacs from the account.

        Another shock was when the ICICI representative told me that they cant stop the payments to get to the fraudster as they dont have any procedure for the same. Now my point is that how the banking with ICICI is safe, Isnt there any rule defined by the RBI (I wanna make sure that I reported the transactions in less than 5 minutes). I haven’t received a satisfactory answer from the bank officials and is feeling more stressed after speaking with them.

        My card is Visa 3D secured and I never even received any OTP to approve the transaction, beside all this Bank needs 45 days to investigate and cant assure that I will receive my money back.

        I want the authorities to help me with this.

          Dear sir,
          I'm Vandana holding ICICI savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] in marra thalli Bangalore.
          when i checked my balance alert through net banking I saw a charge of rupees of Rs.630 /- in the name of SMAB Chgs DEC16+Stax69.52 Date 12/1/2017
          Last 4 to 5 times my money was debited for this Mab charge
          Please refund my money immediately where no fault from us
          Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards/guidelines.

            On 6th october 2016, I was trying to add money in pocket app(by icici) and amount of rs.1000 debited from my bank account but transaction was failed. I registered complain in pocket app. On 6th November 2016, they told me transaction was declined by issuer and to contact bank.
            I visited branch and submit complaint, after few days they said, "transaction was successful so they can't issue any refund"

                  I used my debit card to purchase fuel on 26th Dec at HPCL petrol pump for
                  amount 300. However Rs. 11.50 has been deducted from my account on 5th Jan
                  with comments as Dt:26/12/16 AUTOLINES HPCL.

                  I raised the concern with them via email to [protected]@icicibank.com on 8th Jan and still have not got back the refund.

                  Now they have deducted the same amount again on 31st Jan for the transaction done on 10th Jan.

                      I was told by the representative while opening the DMAT account that it's free, If I knew it's chargeable I would have closed it as I have hardly used it, now I have been charged annual charges for the same and your customer care is saying that I will have to visit a branch for further query, this is very disturbing, please refund the amount and close my DMAT account.

When I checked my bank transactions today and found that there is one debit transaction 02144117 DP CHGS TILL DEC-16--- INR 805'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.                               I haven't subscribed to My Money service but still annual fee for Jan-17 to Dec 17 Rs. 335 rupees got deducted.The same amount was deducted last year also from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to Customer Care didn't help to unsubscribe from the service and get refund o[censored]nwanted subscription.                                 I have a demat account in ICICI since 3 years now. Today i found that RS.383/- was charged under 59947243 DP CHGS TILL DEC-16. i didnt get any message alert or anything about this. I dont know from how many months the amount is got debited for this Demat account.

                                When I had created my salary account this Demat account was created for me by ICICI representatives. I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.

                                dont believe this site it is a fraud one.
                                Hi, Sujanap,

                                I'm not an ICICI employ, but I can help you,
                                They will not return your money,
                                But you can close your Demat account by visiting your nearest ICICI branch,
                                If you don't close your Demat account they will charge you again next year,
                                Just give an application to close your demat account,
                                And yes you don't get any sms alert if you get charged for bank services,
                                Also there is no sms alerts for bank fee or if bank charges for any service.

                                  This is regarding the deduction of rupees 805 from my ICICI bank account[protected] with description as DP CHGS till DEC-16.

                                  When I looked for what DP CHGS means then I found that they are the Demat charger . Why are you deduction these charger without my permission ? I do not want any demat account with my ICICI bank account .I was never informed that any kind of charges will be deducted for just opening a Demat account .

                                  Anyways I do not use ICICI bank Demat account .I will not pay any DP CHGS .But the question is how can you deduct money from my account without any prior notice or approval

                                  I kindly request you to please look into this matter urgently and please help me out here

                                      And Important notification i want to update here is when i spoke to customer care on 6 months ago i requested to spoke person to cancel my Dmat account he confirmed yes it will be cancelled but again the charges is getting deducted from my account this gambling in ICICI is making money from all customers i request to take this issue with high priority .
