My NEFT Transaction no.[protected] dt.20/01/2017 (amount Rs.2500.00) not credited to the beneficiary account, and I have sent several mails to ICICI customer Care they are responding(good) as your complaint is registered & we'll look after it, whereas till today the Transferred amount not neither Credited to the beneficiary account not reverted back to my SB account, finally I approached the Beneficiary Bank (Corporation Bank R.S.Puram, Coimbatore), they said that their IMPS PLATFORM is not working, it is under technical up-gradation, so there is no possibility of credit to the beneficiary and they added that my Bank (ICICI) should SEND A LETTER to the Beneficiary bank (Corporation Bank R.S.Puram, Coimbatore) based on that only they can revert back the amount (Rs.2500.00), I am really annoyed with this transaction, both the banks are creating more troubles/complication to me, it is my hard earned money how can I get back this somebody has to extend their support & get back my HARD EARNED MONEY to my account

My Hard earned money credited back to my account after several mails & calls,
Nowadays I am cautiously transferring my amount thro' net banking, ICICI Fund transfer only day time between 10:00 - 17:00hrs, also to BANK a/cs alone not for other services,
for personal transaction now I am using my Nationalized Bank Net Banking.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have received a gift card from my friend.Even I don't know how to active the card.Please guide me.My mobile no is [protected]
