Hi,

I did IMPS of Rs 1, 00, 000 on 13th of jan 2017 from ICICI to Kotak Mahindra.
The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither has been refunded back to my account till date as it has been 4 working days and customer care asked me to wait for 3 working days.

I got a message that said:
"Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.100, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary...

Hope you are doing well. My name is Nehal S I had purchased a money multiplier bond-0399-MMB (ICICI LIMITED) issued on 28.04.1999 for a price of 4, 700. The redemption date as stated on the bond is 28.04.2017. So I wanted to know how I could redeem my bonds( 2) before maturity date. Please do provide the requested information at the earliest.

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is RAMESH CHUDASAMA . I am using ICICI bank debit card for the past one

Year. One week before, I used my card for Online recharge and I entered 3d secure pin wrong 2 times.

I got a message saying that my card is blocked from 3D secure online recharge and asked me to contact customer.

But, When I tried to call customer care no., Every time only IVR ply on. Please...

I have been charged the DP charges as INR 131.44 on 30th Dec 2016 and again now on 17th Jan 2017 another set of DP charges as INR 673.56 has been charged as Till NOV 2016. During acceptance of Demat account it has been asked that there will be no annual charges for the Demat account then why after 2 years they have started deducting amount.This is really not at all acceptable.This should be banned and entire amount should be refunded back....

I took Loan from ICICI Bank, I paid the loan amount, even though ICICI bank keep asking me to pay the balance amount and not giving me NOC, Then I approached High Court of Andhra Pradesh and court has given order for me not to pay anything. Even still they are not giving me NOC, please do the needful. Here my loan account number: LAHYD[protected].

My A/c No. has been debited Rs.69.83 on 17.01.2017 on account of Surcharge MCC 5541 dated 08.01.2017. What for is this surcharge?
As far as I remember, I had used my debit card for purchasing fuel on HPCL petrol pump on 8th January 2017. Our government is promoting cashless transaction and this bank named ICICI bank is charging for going cashless at Petrol Pump. Had I paid in cash to Petrol Pump, I would have purchased 1 litre more...

I have been offered a HP coral credit card by ICICI bank with loads of offers. Out of which the major offer was buy 1 get 1 free movie ticket by booking on "Bookmyshow.com". I tried to avail this offer many times but it always popup with your card is not eligible for this offer. I tried speaking with customer care officer however was informing me about n number of conditions to avail this offer which was never disclaimed during the offering....

I got it from amazon.in. i odered a product from amazon.in ( order id #[protected] and paid tge amount by using my pockets card. but due to some problem in the product I returned the product. Now amazon has initiated the refund in my pockets wallet on 2nd Jan 2017.

Both loans are closed 4 months before but they are not updated in cibil till now.
my other bank loans are updated in cibil within 45 days.ur bank only not sending and details to cibil.i send compilant to the cibil also.they told you are not sending any details to the cibil.

Receiving Harassment calls from[protected]. Supposedly Recovery agents of ICICI bank. They have neither any clue on the subject nor have any facts which can substantiate to any dues whatsoever. But keep on calling again & again and harassing...being called by one Ms.Supriya (her senior seems to be Mr.Wasim). And she has the audacity to call one neighbour too (they have culled out private data from somewhere). Atrocious behaviour and approach....

I am using icici bank salaried acc from past 3years.
I got a call from icici bank that they will not charge anything for deemat acc.
But now i have seen that they have deducted 550 rs DP charges.

In the starting also icici bank representative told me that no any amount will be deducted for this account but still they deduct it.

Kindly help me in getting this issue resolved and get my money back.br...

I had done my transaction through my ICICI bank debit card with flipkart on 5th January and then returned the product and flipkart initiated the refund on 9th january.
I contacted flipkart and they said they have refunded the amount of 518 with reference number: [protected].
When I contacted ICICI bank no one seems to be responding. I want my money back...

on 9th jan i done the shopping, in my account money had deducted Rs. 4600( debit card), but merchant didn't get it, again we swipe another card, he got what ever (icici debit card) amount, still up to now my amount refund, plz follow up refund amount, as early as possible.already we raise the complaint, no replay, they are telling...

My Account number ending with 0836 (Pulla Krishna chaitanya), which was a Salary A/C. There was a balance of 500 rupees in account till date 12th January 2017. They have debited my account with SMAB Chgs DEC16+Stax65.35 on 13 Jan, 2017, and previously as well on 17/08/2015 SMAB Chgs JUN15+Stax61.40 of 500 rupees without any intimation. Kindly look into this matter and initiate a refund process. Request to look into this matter and take necessary...

As we all knows that there is a new currency issue..so now the thing is that i have done the cash withdraw from Non ICICI atm and ICICI bank charged me 25 rs for each transaction ..y the hell they are charging ..icici atm is not working in my place and they dont have cash in atm also so we dont have any other option by withdrawing cash from other atm..i want my all extra money to be refund asap...

Dear sir,
I'm Vandana holding ICICI savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] in marra thalli Bangalore.
Without any intimation my account has been again and again debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.
