My self pittal venu, iam one o[censored] r account holder, A/C:[protected], Hyderbasthi branch, secundrabad..
on 9th jan i done the shopping, in my account money had deducted Rs. 4600( debit card), but merchant didn't get it, again we swipe another card, he got what ever (icici debit card) amount, still up to now my amount refund, plz follow up refund amount, as early as possible.already we raise the complaint, no replay, they are telling...

My Account number ending with 0836 (Pulla Krishna chaitanya), which was a Salary A/C. There was a balance of 500 rupees in account till date 12th January 2017. They have debited my account with SMAB Chgs DEC16+Stax65.35 on 13 Jan, 2017, and previously as well on 17/08/2015 SMAB Chgs JUN15+Stax61.40 of 500 rupees without any intimation. Kindly look into this matter and initiate a refund process. Request to look into this matter and take necessary...

As we all knows that there is a new currency issue..so now the thing is that i have done the cash withdraw from Non ICICI atm and ICICI bank charged me 25 rs for each transaction ..y the hell they are charging ..icici atm is not working in my place and they dont have cash in atm also so we dont have any other option by withdrawing cash from other atm..i want my all extra money to be refund asap...

I'm Vandana holding ICICI savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] in marra thalli Bangalore.
Without any intimation my account has been again and again debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

I had a Demat account in ICICI bank, last 6 years not using my account. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 52848529 DP CHGS TILL NOV-16. also i found that last 2 few years they dedict amount as DP CHGS, When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get...

I open new account in icici bank in oct i request for platinum card then 450 rs deducted from my account and i recieved card and in nov again they send a debit card and again they charged 450 rs from my account but i not recieved card then i call 3 times to customer care no. They always disc. My call when i asked why you send me 2 cards and dedected my moey from my account....

Dear Sir I made a transaction of rs 8000 from my paytm wallet to my icici bank account on 04/01/2017. Paytm mailed me that they have made that refund on 5/01/2017 with the transaction no. I have complained to Icici and they have given a service request no SR[protected] but the account still not credited neither I have received any call from Icici till date. I opened a saving account with ICICI about 1.5 years back from now. At that time I did not apply for any DMAT Account with that. Today I found that a transaction of Rs 805 was deducted from my account with description 63436208 DP CHGS TILL NOV-16 . It seems they have opened a DMAT account without my permission and deducted my amount. This is a clear case of Fraud. If they will not revert this amount, I will take them in consumer court.br...

Post demonetization I have used my credit card at petrol pump. Govt. has announced that no charges should be levied. But bank has levied charge saying surcharge needs to pay.

Even the message is coming on mobile on successful transaction shows the amount excluding surcharge but in statement surcharge is being charged. on enquiry with customer care they said it is policy & charges are 2.5%. as per simple calculation it goes...

When banks mistake was brought to their notice very arrogant reply was received that it will take 8-10 days time. Not even a single world of courtesy.
