I am an account holder of icici bank. When i checked my balance alert through net banking i saw a charge of rupees of rs. 470 /- in the name of smab chgs nov16+stax61.41 date 17/12/2016 and rs. 532 /- in the name of smab chgs dec16+stax69.52 date 13/12/2016.

Please refund my money immediately where no fault from us...

But from my credit card amount was deducted twice but got only one message form icici regarding this transaction. if i am seeing my cresit card current statement it is showing that two times Rs 241 deducted from my account.so please take this issue.       Pathetic Service from part of ICICI Bank . I opened an account online but had no resonse on final formalities regarding collecting the documents. On reaching the branch they opened a different account but still not closed old account and neither registered the mobile number. Horrible Service.

          I Pranav Gupta had deposited my college fees via Eazypay using RTGS payment option on 25th Jan 2017 and that moment my account got debited and still till today 30-Jan 2017 there is no sign of any Transcation Receipt nor it is showing on there eazypay website.
          Also when I contacted the bank they aren't doing anything and saying to check with college itself.
          When the account number is of Eazypay they should be responsible to it.

          I also hv my RTGS UTR no . And all details of RTGS.

            Wrongly my friends had done payment of Rs.12, 500 in incorrect a/c of Icici with Account No:[protected] on Jan 03, 2017 and Jan 05 2017 (Total 3 transactions) from Paytm Accounts. The amount was actually meant to transfer to my Account:[protected]. I have raised a complaint at ICICI branch, Motinagar on Jan 09, 2017. But till now i didn't receive any kind o[censored]pdate on this.

            I am waiting for this money, need to pay bills with that. Please help me get the amount asap.

            I didn't get any proper response from the customer support or the branch that i submitted the complaint.
            It has already passed more than 2 months. Bank says to check with Paytm, Paytm says money is already in bank account we cannot do anything... What can be done in this regard??
            hello- i have made similar mistake some years ago. below solution was helpful in my case:

            icici to contact incorrect acc holder person[protected] and validate the incorrect transaction that happened.

            if icici is delaying to contact, take contact details frm icici and contact the[protected] acc holder and brief the scenario.

            you will get back the amt by bank only when[protected] acc holder acknowledges the incorrect transaction to icici

            this will take time but have to keep doing follow ups and make the process moving.

              I am Customer of Icici bank for long . I made a full payment of current bill . They levied a charge of 6k for delay of 4 days. I have credit card of almost all the bank. I never face this kind of problems with any of the bank. Worst service I ever get. I never recommend Icici bank credit card again. My mobile number is [protected]. My credit card end with 6002.

                    I have an SB Account and a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. I was surprised to see that they have debited Rs.650 from my account without any SMS or prior warning. This is how ICICI Bank swallows your money before you notice it. This is completely unacceptable and the RBI shopuld take note of such frauds being done by ICICI.

                          Dear ICICI bank,
                          I want to complaint about the dishonored behaviour of your employee. I have been getting calls from your employee named "RAHUL SHARMA", as he address himself from the Ph No. "+91-[protected]". He has been continously arguing with me and abusing me in a very harrasing way. He is speaking up on my character and molestating me over phone. I also have the voice recordings as a proof of what he has been dictating over phone. I, being a girl cannot tolerate anyone putting a finger on my character. They are no one to judge me who I am and who I am supposed to be. ICICI bank is a well known multinational organisation but having illiterate and uneducated employee who doesnot even know how to have a conversation with their customers especially females is I guess a drawback for your bank. I can also fire a police complaint against this guy but wanted to inform you guys first that what has been going on between your employee and the customers. I will make sure that the police complaints (of harrasing over phone) will be taken in process if I donot receive any action from your side. Also, I believe the name that he addressed himself from, "RAHUL SHARMA", is also a fake name but we can figure out from the Ph No."+91-[protected]".
                          I would be seeking your redressal and help for this complaint as soon as possible.

                              I am using Demat account in ICICI bank from 2014. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '60716888 DP CHGS TILL DEC-16'.
                              When I was created the Demat account, they told me it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.                               Same thing happened with me, they asked my full card details and then asked my OTP, I didn't give the OTP then they started scolding me with mother ####er and other slangs... They are fake

                                I am a working professional designated as a Manager, with a good track record of my career experience with zero connectivity to the credit/loans to any of the banks or ICICI Bank.

                                Suddenly a person by name Seema saying as ICICI Bank Investigation team member, claimed that my husband is a loan defaulter and had to pay a credit balance of INR 74, 000/- asking for his contact details, without giving any prompt details.

                                I asked her to come out with documents of whether I m liable or my name has been given as a reference number/ surety given my me.. Without sharing any of these details, she continuously asking for contact number of my husband...Without any proper information I cannot give the details whatever she has asked for. And also I shared that I m living with my parents and my husband and I m not in talking terms. Please approach him directly if any as such claim is there which he is liable for.

                                Since then, ICICI Bank Investigation team started harassing me with extreme of rudeness and with the threatening calls saying that they will ruin my career as I m known to many known persons. When they have mishandled me, I said please go according to your procedure rules and regulations. This is not the way to handle the dependents.

                                Even though i m responding to their calls, and trying to share that i donot have the details of the person who is liable in making the payment.

                                Then, ICICI Bank customer care Seema, ( +[protected], shared Contact number) started harassing me, and taken my reporting authorities names, colleagues in the company where i m working and started calling to my company landline and speaking to many employees in my company and shockingly said to everyone that ' I am liable to pay INR 74, 000' to ICICI Bank.

                                I have all the proofs of these calls to the employees made and what she spoke. Also she dealt with employees of the company very rudely and impolitely.

                                The investigation team approached me over phone from Delhi in the last week ( Tentatively Jan 4th week, 2017 ) and informed me about the credit loan issue . Without properly sharing of any information, or neither attempted to me directly, they mistreated me over phone from the very beginning and also spoiled my image in the company harassing the employees where i m working. all this happened within a span of 3 days, this team ( specifically Seema) called me 4 times and then allegedly made calls to all my reporting authorities and colleagues and called everyone saying I m liable of paying INR 74000/- ..All these harassing calls took place within a span of 3 days .

                                So far no ICICI Bank person approached me directly. as on Jan 27th, 2017 ICICI Bank Investigation team misleaded and potrayed me as Liable person, .. though i m not liable apparently . I have all the proofs of statements and call recording history of this issue.

                                VERy very clear First of all i dont have account/credit account of ICICI Bank, and I m not liable to ICICI Bank.

                                Now, I would like to escalate this issue of handling to ICICI Complaint Board seek justification on the below things: If failing to resolve, I Would like to escalate to higher level of bodies and file a suit on ICICI Bank Investigation body as sue of "Defamation", under section 499 of the Indian Penal Court, because I m not liable to ICICI Bank in any way.

                                1. How ICICI Bank mislead the case . How the investigation team mislead to the company i m employed saying that I m liable to pay the credit ?

                                2. What is the procedure of your liable customers credit recovery? Is this the procedure you harass the dependents who are not liable for? or is this the prerogative you ruin the dependents career and image in the company employable? Is this your prerogative you do the harassing calls even to employees where we are employed with rude behavior over phone?

                                3.Is this procedure you recover the credit calling the companies where dependents of a liable person work?

                                4. I do not have loans/ credits in any bank in my history. I m in a very responsible position with a good reputation. I have a family my parents dependent on me. If i loose my job because of your fault allegations and cases on me, Would ICICI Bank hold responsible for that?

                                5. You can recover the credit from the liable person. But would you recover the reputation damaged of mine (not liable).

                                So It is very clear, that i seek justification and damage made so far. If the Bank Manager in a responsible position fail to address this issue, I would like to file a sue case on ' Defamation'.

                                  We have taken a New Debit Card in the place of an old Debit card as there is a problem in the ATM PIN. When we are Transferring amount through NEFT, it is asking for Grid values. When we entered the Grid values of both New and Old Debit Cards, it is saying that the Grid Authentication is disabled. Kindly clarify the matter. Please send the response at the earliest possible.

                                    Without any intimation 805 rs dedicted as a DP chages from ICICI

                                    And i dont even know how many times previously this has DP charges fraud has happened...

                                    Thease dp charges are taken without any priper intimation nor it was totld @ the time of account opening .

                                      I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 Years,
                                      Now they have charged 172.5 under this category dcardfee2374Jan17-Dec17st22.5 c
                                      I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                                      They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                                      Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                                      Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                                      There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                                      If this will not resolve i will take this complaint ombudsman.

                                        I've deposited a cheque of Rs. 1, 92, 744/- (SBI, Meerut Cantt, cheque no. 047208) on 18.01.2017 at the drop box at ICICI bank, Garh Road, Meerut branch. Even after 10 days the cheque is not showing any status.
                                        I've already made a complaint (SR[protected] on 24.01.2017 re this but this is still open although this was to be closed wthin 24 hrs s per the sms from the bank. I've called more than 20 times to the branch contact no.[protected] and spoke to Mr. Pankaj Rastogi. He noted down the details and said that some1 from his team will call within 1 days. Its been 5 days since then and no1 has told me the status.
                                        I've asked the call centre of your bank more than 5 times and asked to escalate the matter on priority but to no avail.
                                        This cheque is a huge amount and has been givem to me by the post office after NSE have matured, hence it cannot be issued again until it is dishonoured.
                                        This callous attitude of your bank has really caused me immense hardship. You have held up my money without providing any reason.
                                        Kindly let me know the status of my cheque within 24 hours since so much time has already elapsed.
