Hi,
I did IMPS of Rs 1, 00, 000 on 13th of jan 2017 from ICICI to Kotak Mahindra.
The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither has been refunded back to my account till date as it has been 4 working days and customer care asked me to wait for 3 working days.
I got a message that said:
"Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.100, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 13-jan-2017 13:07: 04. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days."
Please resolve my complaint at earliest as it is a huge amount and I need it urgently.

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My issue happened 25days completed.Still your investigation team not analysis and close the issue.Please request to be support and close the issue.
