My ICICI credit card got returned, as ICICI mentioned the wrong mailing address on the parcel, it was mentioned 109-C instead of 109-E. Now Bluedart is saying that they will not return this card to ICICI before 7 days and ICICI is saying they will call you when the card will get to their office . Just by a slight of mistake i am not getting my card. Please do try and resolve this quickly so that i can have my Credit card.

    Hi,
    My name is nishant salwar. I am using ICICI bank debit card for the past one
    Year. One week before, I used my card for online purchase and I entered 3d secure pin wrong 3 times.
    I got a message saying that my card is blocked from 3D secure online transaction and asked me to contact customer. But, When I tried to call customer care no., Every time only IVR ply on. Please help me to unblock my debit card for online transaction.

      I was tried to withdraw 10000 rupees from ICICI bank ATM (SFVD9442) on 19/01/2017 between 9 PM to 9.10 PM. I have received only 8500 rupees ( 4 of 2000 rupees note and 1 of 500 rupees note) from ICICI ATM in-place of 10000 rupees.

      File a complain with ICICI bank executive (SR[protected] and received the response as per our records we are unable to reverse the disputed amount of 1500 rupees.

      Please check the camera installed at ATM and return my 1500 rupees in my ICICI bank account.

        Sir i am subrat Kumar pati from odisha rayagada.i am the customer o[censored]r icici bank rayagada since 10yr... on 3rd October i have did a NEFT of rs 9400 to other account to other branch.. bt they did not received any amount on same day... if they did not any amount on same it should be come retrun back to my account. I have a gave a complaint of these they have not taken any action on these now its janauary 20 2017.

          Hello,

          I recently came to notice that ICICI Bank has not fully implemented/following KYC norms for Credit cards possibly with low risk. Personally, I encountered an issue and then came to knowledge that following KYC norms by ICICI Bank would avoided huge loss to me. Though I'm not sure for obvious reasons, there is good chance ICICI Bank intentionally doing this as it clearly allows them to rip off or benefit. And this indicates deliberate practice too.

              I am Visit 22 December 2016 at ICICI Bank New Mandi Gharsana Branch for Opening a new account. ICICI employee Suman said to me please deposite 20000/- rupees and kyc document then your new account open in 10 days. I give 20000/- rupees my kyc document and photo. mam say text massage you receive on your mobile phone with in 10 days but I have not received any massage at 6-1-2017. Then I go to ICICI Bank Gharsana Suman Mam say please miss call at this No. [protected]. I miss call that no. then a call received on my mobile no. From ICICI Bank they said to me your document not verified. Then I again goes on to branch Suman mam say to me Manager not here because Manager mother is ill. Please wait some time Then I went again to Bank[protected]. They said your 20000 rupees DD is ready but they don't give me any money or DD. They Misbehave with me. I ask Suman mam when my DD and Document reach to me. they said no time limit day month year no limit. and they asked me don't come again branch at this matter if you want to open new account redeposit 20, 000/- rupees and Kyc Document.

                Recently one of my friend got call for ICICI credit card mentioning no joining or annual charge but when he took the card, he had to pay joining fees and ICICI bank did not take any action on his complaint. I also got call from ICICI agent one year ago mentioning no joining fees and I applied for credit card. Now I often get call from ICICI agents regarding credit cards from different agents and all agents said there is no joining fees or annual charge but when i inform them that joining fees is written on website, they simple say sorry as they are new agents. I am totally shocked if all the agents are new in ICICI as they firstly tell wrong joining fees and then they say they are new if their fraud is caught by consumer who already know charges or complaint for him after taking card. Many times I have complained to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com whenever i got call regarding wrong information but they do not take any action but simply reply 'Thanks for feedback and suggestion' and when i asked to provide complaint id so that i can post on consumer complaint, they do not provide complaint id and many other customers take card trusting on ICICI agents but their complaint is not listened by bank after they pay joining fees.                     I am using ICICI credit card since last 2 months and make manual payments at the end of each month before due date

                    Similarly, I made a payment on 10th Jan 2017 and in my CC statement its mentioned auto debit return fee and service charges INR. 647. When I enquired about these charges bank said that I have auto debit facility opted on my account and due to insufficient funds charges in my linked savings bank account.
                    I clearly told bank:
                    1. I never opted for Auto debit how come it was applied automatically. They don't have any proof to show ...no KYC document and No request number.

                    2. I told them, sufficient funds were parked in my account on 10th jan itself and I paid the same on my due date i.e. on 10th Jan
                    bank is saying auto debit is executed 5 days before due date
                    - As per the details, sufficient funds were there and payment was made on 10th Jan. Its bank issue why payments were not made or auto debit was not able to realize/check tthe balance in my account

                    Please assist me out. I am not going to pay these charges at any cost.

                    Will switch to other bank as soon as possible.

                      Hi,

                      I did IMPS of Rs 1, 00, 000 on 13th of jan 2017 from ICICI to Kotak Mahindra.
                      The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither has been refunded back to my account till date as it has been 4 working days and customer care asked me to wait for 3 working days.

                      I got a message that said:
                      "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.100, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 13-jan-2017 13:07: 04. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days."

                      Please resolve my complaint at earliest as it is a huge amount and I need it urgently.

                                I have been charged the DP charges as INR 131.44 on 30th Dec 2016 and again now on 17th Jan 2017 another set of DP charges as INR 673.56 has been charged as Till NOV 2016. During acceptance of Demat account it has been asked that there will be no annual charges for the Demat account then why after 2 years they have started deducting amount.This is really not at all acceptable.This should be banned and entire amount should be refunded back. I want whole amount 805 to be refunded back and do not want any such charges to be deducted from my account.

                                    My A/c No. has been debited Rs.69.83 on 17.01.2017 on account of Surcharge MCC 5541 dated 08.01.2017. What for is this surcharge?
                                    As far as I remember, I had used my debit card for purchasing fuel on HPCL petrol pump on 8th January 2017. Our government is promoting cashless transaction and this bank named ICICI bank is charging for going cashless at Petrol Pump. Had I paid in cash to Petrol Pump, I would have purchased 1 litre more petrol with the same amount. ICICI bank is discouraging customers to use Debit card and going cashless at petrol pump.

                                      I have been offered a HP coral credit card by ICICI bank with loads of offers. Out of which the major offer was buy 1 get 1 free movie ticket by booking on "Bookmyshow.com". I tried to avail this offer many times but it always popup with your card is not eligible for this offer. I tried speaking with customer care officer however was informing me about n number of conditions to avail this offer which was never disclaimed during the offering. This is serious integrity issue & bank should be held responsible for this false commitment by their executive. I need compensation for this misguidence & cheating by the bank.
