I have a 3 in one Demat account in ICICI bank for 4 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '57797854 DP CHGS TILL NOV-16'---- INR 805 '. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

    A wrong transaction was being made by a merchant (25, Dec 2016) offering some services.They provided me with a "void transaction slip". Bank officials said that amount will be refunded within 7 days into my account. 10 days have passed now and when i am trying to raise a service request in Maharashtra ICICI bank customer care, its always coming busy.What should i do now..It is such a hectic process to reclaim my own money.

      ICICI bank have issue me credit card last year with the promise that you have not pay any charges for this card only you have to make payment for your purchases. but they wrongly charged with some fee after issuing me the card and after one year they are demanding me to pay approx Rs.3200 and they also blackmailing me with the CIBIL score is affecting if i will not pay.This way they are presurising me to pay the amount before closing the card.
      Kindly help what should i do?

        I along with my family tried to build a long lasting relationship with bank which was not reciprocated. I was clearly told that there is no pre closure charges for my car loan after 2 years. When I mentioned the same thing today while closing my loan at HSR Layout, Sector 1 Branch, I was told that you cant be given this wave off because you don't have agreement which states the same. Trusting on the bank I didn't keep that document even if it was provided to me. Finally I ended up paying pre closure charges. I called customer care later to address this, they acknowledged that you pre closure charge should be waived off its clearly mentioned and asked me to visit the branch again but sadly I cannot take a day off again and visit a loan branch which so far away from where I put up. I requested them to register a complaint against the branch to which they clearly denied. I spoke to Mr. Shiva!

          As I have the above mentioned Credit Card for the last six years and also operating salary account in ICICI Bank since seven years.
          On seeing the latest CC Statement, I have noticed that following levy several charges like Late Payment Fee, Service tax plus, interest Charge, service charge, amount to Rs. 3285_resulting harassment to me only.
          The following are the charges has been included in Nov 16, CC statement by ICICI
          a. 11.12.16 Late Payment charges for last statement Rs. 75
          b. 11.12.16 Service Tax assessment @ 15% Rs. 112.50
          c. 27.12.16 Interest Charges Rs. 2107
          d. 27.12.16 Service Tax assessment @ 15% Rs. 316

          In the month of Nov. 2016, my Salary was got delayed due to demonetisation legal tender decision taken by Government of India.
          The Credit card November Bill payment of gets delayed by 3 days ONLY. While my past record of last six year against the credit card payment is very good.
          I had never delayed single day except last month. While most of time even I have paid before the time & also paid more amount against monthly Credit card bill .
          Again I am reiterating that it is not my motive / intention to default payment.
          I request you to please advice them give reverse credit of this amount of Rs.3206 at the earliest.

              Respected sir/Madam by this mesage i want your attention to the ICICI bank Rajouri garden New Delhi. I am the a/c holder of this branch and i visited this branch on 03/01/2017 to withdrawl money from my a/c. The bank executive told me that they will give me 24000 rupees..i asked her if 100 rupees (10000) packet notes are fair and notes after the year of 2005 i have no problem.she told me that notes are fair and they are after 2005 and leagal tendres. I accept the 2 packets of 100 rupee notes and 2 notes of 2000 rupees and came back home...when i opened the one packet to give some notes to my father and count the notes i came to know that 6 notes are in very bad condition the were tapped for repairing and 6 notes are before 2005 i imidiate called to icici phone banking oficer n logged my complaint and topd me to go branch again to exchange the damaged notes. I told them that i dont care about to exchange the damaged notes it is not a big issue for me...issue is that courrupt banking officials in icici bank who are mixing these illeagal notes is packets and giving to thier respected consumers.i asked them that why their bank is harrasing to their consumer and " why should i checked the notes when they gave me in the branch icici bank is a brand and reputed bank and we have trust on it i was not taking the money from any baniya shop or sabzi ki dukaan or any general store...finaly they lodge my complaint but no action has been taken by the icici officials...so its a humble to make a high official enquiery without inform to the branch and visit the branch and check the 100 rupee notes packets you will know the truth.

                Hi Sir, I have transferred Rs.10000.00 to my SBI credit card last 4 digit 7630 on 24/08/2016.
                As i have contacted to SBI credit card team also, they have not received any amount from ICICI bank, due to an incorrect of IFSC code mentioned in netbanking while tranfering the amount it is not been transferred to beneficiary account.
                And contacted to the ICICI bank they provided information that it is transferred beneficiary account, also attached the copy of mail.

                * And also i have attached e-mail from SBI which i got from them, kindly go through it & resolve my issue as ASAP.

                  I have sent a mail 15-17days ago to the nodal officer and the managers working in icici bank.also i wrote a compaint to cro 12-14 days ago.also i have lodged a complaint on icici bank website to nodal officer but there is no response till now.it has been more than 1month i am facing problem with bank with the opening of account and installation of edc machin due to the fake commitments from the bank official.below given is the details of the complain
                  I am fed up from the wrong commitments from your sales representative at Icici bank rajendra nagar.10 days ago i visited the branch to open a current account.i was told about the smart business plan current account.i also wanted the pos machine (gprs) for my business.i enquired for the same.i was told that the machine will be at security deposit of rs 4000 and there will be no monthly rental.later after one or two day when i went to open the account i was told that the charges are charges then after that i asked them to sort out the matter for charges.so again after that i asked for the charges and the person again told new charges for the edc machine.each and evry time they changed the charges.finally now on21/11/16 i had a talk with the bsm mr ashutosh and merchant services head mr ramesh chandra they told me that they will provide the gprs machine at rs700 monthly rental with no security charges and hence commited the same.Next day i called the salesperson mr ashwani to open the account ie on 22/11/16 and before openjng the account i confirmed the edc charges so the person told me they will provide the plan.now on 23/11/16 the person mr ramesh is calling me and saying that we cant provide that plan.means are YOU BANKERS MAKING FOOL O[censored]S -THE CUSTOMERS.THE BSM ASHUTOSH IS NOT EVEN PICKING THE PHONE .i was assured for unlimited free cash withdrawals at all atms.i didnt get the same.are you people fooling us by giving wrong commitments.after giving the cheque and documents you are not giving what was committed ...ARE YOU MAKING JOKE O[censored]S???OPENING ACCOUNT IN SUCH A REPUTED BANK AND GETTING FAKE COMMITMENTS..I WANT A COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE WRONG COMMITMENTS BY THE BANK.ELSE i have TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THE grievance.
                  I want a proper compensation or what i was commited by the bank...

                      I am vijay kangra. I have a salary/savings/demat 3 in 1 account in icici bank. My icici account number is[protected].

                      Today i noticed that i have been charged some 'dp' charges on my account. I wasn't informed about these charges when i opened account statement. Any money deduction from my account without informing me is unacceptable. I also did not get any message to my mobile which is registered with icici.

                            I am following up with ICICI bank for foreign transaction advice for which Bank have charged huge amount . The here are two cheques, one is from Canada and other is USA. Normally Bank charges about Rs 500-600 for the same however ICICI bank has charged me with Rs. 5172/---

                            Secondly when I am trying to followup with them no response for last 1 month.
                            There is no response whatsoever for last one month.

                                My name is Arnold Thomas Vincent and I am an ICICI Bank Customer with the AC. No.[protected]. On the morning of 30/11/2016, I accidently transferred Rs.10, 000 to the account of a Punjab National Bank customers by the name of Mr. Sandeep Sharma, with the AC. No. [protected]. The amount was accidently transferred to his account, the person is a registered payee on my account as I once transferred funds to this person on behalf of one of my friends with whom I’m no longer in contact. I have contacted ICICI and requested them to help me with this issue, they have promised me assistance but I only get promises and no one does anything, they just ask me to wait, which I have been doing for more than 30 days but still no resolution. I was told to visit the bank where he has an account, but I am not aware of where he is and where he has his ac. registered. I request you to somehow help me in getting the amount credited to my account. I earnestly request you to assist me in getting the amount refunded to my ac.

                                      Hi. I'm a sbi account holder. I went to a icici atm on 04/01/2016 at 8:58 am to withdraw ₹4000. 1st time it shows transaction was failed. So i tried another time. This time the same result. I got no sms about any transaction. Latter when i checked my balance, i found ₹8000 was deducted, ₹4000 each. How can i get that money back? Do you have any helpline number? Please help.. :-)
