Without my request bank has disbursed the amount of 5llacs from my home lone account & debited the emi to my savings account.
When banks mistake was brought to their notice very arrogant reply was received that it will take 8-10 days time. Not even a single world of courtesy.
I really fail to understand how can bank do this without any written instructions?
For banks mistake i have to suffer unnecessarily? Why should i block my hard earn funds?
Why there is no penalty charges for the banks mistake?
If client fails to repay the amount bank put heavy late payment charges & cibil record of the client gets disturbed.
Is there anypenalty provision for banks with rbi?
If anyone from icici banks side reading this review please take action on this & credit my money immediately to my svings account.

    Sub: Torturing for the settled credit card of ICICI after 10 years.

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    This is to inform you that I was the Credit Card Holder of ICICI Bank. I have paid around 1, 30, 000rs for the purchase of 60, 000rs.After that I have done a final payment for the amount of 20000rs in the year 2007 with their staff named Mr.Roshan (Team Work agency) and he promised to give a settlement letter through post .
    But we haven't received any letter.They never sent any statement till now. Suddenly Collection Manager of the ICICI Ms. Shwetha and collection agent named Manoj asking for payment 47163.63/-.Continuously both has been calling and torturing me, my wife, daughter and son over mobile and landline also. After long 10 years Ms.Shwetha calling and
    asking for the payment and she is failing to provide the statement through mail.I doubt that they must have inflated due amount by levying unduly high interest, late fees, unnecessary service charges etc.What is this???. Bank cannot do legally this type of mental harassment. As a middle class family, at present my job is effecting due to their torture.
    As per the Credit card rules of the Bank, I am asking for statement. But she failed to give me the statement. Continuously she is telling me to make the payment.

    Due to this Ruthless incident Now I am in big trouble for my job and my family security also.

    Please kindly look into this matter.

    Unsatisfied with service of bank .
    In online banking service any icici bank payee and other bank payee both are not added in my account .

      I do not opened any demat account with icici bank but the amc charges are deducted from my salary account. When the money deducted i did not received any msg not even emil for this transaction. When i checked a statement there is irrelevant amount is deducted as dp charges then i called customer service executive he replied that you will not get the msg or mail for such tractions.
      I have also sent an email to [protected]@icicibank.com about this, again i get the reply that charges are genuine. If i do not opened demat account from my end how do they changed?
      This is not the case happened with me there are many people having same issue. I want my money back.

        Sub: Complaint against the ICICI Collection agent harassment- Mr Jeetendra (+[protected]

        Dear Sir/Maam,

        I have been subject to an endless barrage of calls for a personal loan which is not under my name but my relative. I was not aware when the said person took loan and neither was I the guarantor of the personal loan.
        These recovery henchmen calls anytime on phone, mobile, irrespective you are sleeping in early morning or late night. They came in group anytime, gave several personal visits insulting me in my home, society and also followed me. I am suffering from, permanent incurable phobia due to ICICI Bank recovery agents.

        This is a serious concern, I am been harassed by these people of ICICI bank for loan which I didn’t take. The Name of the executive is Mr.Jeetendra. His fraudulent mobile number is (+[protected]. Infact he refused to show his identity proof and any contact information related to him. One of the numbers He also refused to give his supervisor's number.
        Some illegal acts done by him.

        1.Shouted at me
        2.Used foul and raw languages
        3.Gave threats and was very abusive.
        4.Taunted and tried to humiliate.
        5.Done some indecent act
        6.He was adamant and said that he will come in the night time to disturb till the time I do not pay him.
        7.He was very rude and harsh and kept on shouting

        These are not the only statements that the bank executive used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behaviour and language, which is legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian Penal Code.

        I am filing a case in this Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum Delhi and had appealed this court to make ICICI Bank and their recovery officer - Mr.Jeetendra (The recovery agent) mentioned above and agents involved compensating me for peace and happiness. I am also filing a case in Banking Ombudsman site www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org

        An appeal is also be made to President of India and PIL should also be filed in Supreme Court about the Financial Institutes or Banks like ICICI (- Mr.Jeetendra-The recovery agent) who misuses power of Section 138, 420, 406 on innocent clients.

        In all fairness, ICICI Bank should have at least checked this persons credit worthiness before giving me personal loan.

        I hope that you take note of this experience and prevent the same from occurring again.

              Today(5/01/2017) i go to the icici bank branch manoharpur, dist.-jaipur, state-rajasthan for open saving account ..bank employee say to me that you can open a saving account with 20, 000 rs only..i say him to give a written note about it but he refused to do.so please solve this problem urgently.his behaviour also not proper with me..

                Dear Sir,

                I had tried to withdraw Rs. 2, 000/- from Vijaya Bank ATM (Surathkal, mangalore) on 08/12/2016, approximately after 11:00 am. But i did not get the cash. I had waited for 20-30 minutes, again Am tried but it gave me the receipt Like "SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE ISSUER DOWN". The money was not dispensed but was deducted by my account. I had called up to ICICI Bank Customer care and raised a complaint, but the same was closed without any reversal. Again I contacted to the customer care for the second time and raised a complaint which too was unsuccessful. And 3 times (after when ever i complaint to the customer care) i went to ICICI bank, chilimbi, mangalore and complaint the inconvenience when done the ATM transaction. They also tried to raised the complaint to customer care.. but again it was unsuccessful.

                So, that I kindly request you to get back my money in to my Sb Account no.[protected]

                    I am an ICICI customer for the last 6 years and I moved to the Australia about 8 months ago, I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my india mobile number is updated in ICICI and no longer exists. I need to update my Australia mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Please somebody help me to get my Australia phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated.

                      My debit card is active, but i couldn't do online transaction as my grid number in the back of my card is disabled. so please enable my grid number to continue my transactions. i tried calling customer care many times, but it is not connecting me with customer care executive. only my mobile balance s going, no use in calling customer care. this sent three mails to icici, but they didn't resolve my issue. i don't know why your banking people is taking such a lot of time to solve any issues. i am tired of your customer service.. if your service is like this, how can i trust your bank and do transactions and other banking things.

                        Hi, I have salary account in ICIC bank since last 5 years and now have changed my company. My new company requires Reimbursement Account for all claim settlements. I reached out ICIC support desk at Wipro Phase 2, Pune for Reimbursement Account and submitted required document. After multiple follow-up with ICICI SPOC, I got to know that my Aadhar Address and Account address is not matching hence I have corrected the same immediately however now its a more than 15 days still I didn't got the account. I have checked with the SPOC multiple times & received answer that it will be completed today/in next 15 mins but no positive outcome. Really frustrated with process as all claims are pending due to the same.

                            On 7th jan. 2017 I have made an transaction by net banking of amount Rs. 2500/ from my ICICI bank A/C No.[protected] to co-opeartive bank A/C No. [protected] bichkunda Branch but still the amount is not credited in beneficiary A/C and the amount of Rs- 2500/ has been debited from my A/C.

                            When I talked to ICICI bank, customer care officer, they are saying Transaction success on the same date.But the amount is not credit in the beneficiary account.

                            Request you to kindly help me to reverse my hard earn money back.

                              Request for refund. The bank charged me 1481.93+222.29 /- (Auto debit return fee+service tax). This month I didn't maintain the balance but I made a payment of 50000/- prior the payment date. In auto debit intimation mail, no where it is mention about the charges for not maintaining the balance. The customer care people are not responding in a proper way.

                              A Lien has been marked against my savings account due to the credit card due without any intimations to me.
                              I am facing issues with the other personal loan emi as these are linked with the savings account.
                              Please unblock the savings account so that i can able to pay the due amount.
                              Hi i have employee platinum credit card which is free of charge for lifetime but still your bank charged me 1299 rs for it from auto debit.. I want to cancel auto debit and. Return 1299rs now... Then why u people give us offers i[censored] still charge us..

                                I had a cheque issued on my name dated 10-10-16 . On 19th of oct when i tried to transfer it to my account[protected], by mistake it got transfered to[protected]Emret luthra) . The cheque no was - 011489 and trans no. was Jaka[protected] . Now as the credentials were not matching ICIC has put a freeze on that 5000 in the recepient account .The bank code from where the cheque was issued is [protected].
                                Now that amont is neither un recepient account nor the account where it was sent from. and when i contact any person from the bank, they act like helpless as they are not getting any proper response when they try to remove the freeze. I have contacted the bank person 5 times but no resolution. Its been 3 months now and i dont think being a private reputed bank ICIC should behave like that . Its really disappointing .

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I need your support to escalate the issue i am facing with icici bank with respect to my name change application which is got more complicated just because of the mistake done by person opened my account.

                                  In order for you to understand i am explaining little in details...

                                  1) i requested to open account online...
                                  2) i got call from one lady and she explained me all required documents and scheduled icici representative to visit my home to verify originals and collect all documents and fill the form and get relevant documents signed.
                                  3) icici bank representative visited to my home and offered me icici gold debit card.
                                  4) he collected below documents...

                                  Id proof :
                                  A. Pan card having my before marriage name : "rajita janardhan balabhadra"
                                  B. Marriage certificate as married to "nilesh vadnal"
                                  C. Wedding invitation card as proof of name change which in some cases happend in hindu marriages... *but it was rejected saying this is not valid document.
                                  — i asked can we wait as i already applied for egajette and expected to receive it mostly in another 2 weeks. Icici representative adviced me to go with the account opening procedure with current name with status as married so middle name and last name will be as per marriage certificate, later once egajette will arrive i can visit branch with same and bank will update the name accordingly.

                                  5) my bank account is opend with the name : rajita nilesh vadnal (First_name husband_name husband's_last_name)
                                  — there is no single photo id with me with above as this is the full name i got it from bank as per the documents i provided.

                                  6) after receiving egajette i also applied "income tax department" to change my full name in my pan which they updated and reissued the pan card.

                                  7) i applied for aadhar which has changed name "niharika nilesh vadnal"

                                  8) i went to bank and made a request for first name change from "rajita" to "niharika". Niharika is the changed name immediate after the marriage. Below are the new documents i took with me..

                                  A. Egajette is having before marriage name and after marriage name including middle and last name
                                  Old : rajita janardhan balabhadhra (First_name father_name father's_lastname)
                                  New : niharika nilesh vadnal (New_first_name husband's_name husband's_last_name)
                                  B. New pan card with new name
                                  C. Eaadhar card copy

                                  7) bank was demanding me below documents in order to change the name..
                                  A) photo id having full name as per bank record.. "rajita nilesh vadnal"
                                  B) provide gajette having full name as per bank record.."rajita nilesh vadnal"
                                  — i told this is the full name bank created account and bank themself won't be having any such photo id with expected full name...
                                  — also asked how come now bank can expect magic from customer that customer can produce such document, bank person said we cant help out in this situation
                                  — it sounds bank did mistake and want customer to bear the consequences which is not correct

                                  8) at last bank adviced me to close my account and open new account which is rediculous advice i ever heard of well professional staff of icici.

                                  After thinking on it multiple times i thought to escalate this issue as issue is because of mistake done by bank not by customer and bank is expecting customer will do go around un-ethical practices to produce such documents.

                                  My concern is i want to update my name to what is actual after my marriage change the name. And i don't want to change my bank account number which is with many people.

                                  Below is summary of issue:

                                  Rajita nilesh vadnal — before marriage name + husband name + new last name (Full name that bank gave and not present any of the documents i submitted)
                                  Niharika nilesh vadnal — after marriage name + husband name + new last name (Actual full name which i am requesting to change)
                                  Rajita janardhan balabhadra — before marriage name

                                  Please help in solving this issue or escalate it to next level

                                    Icici safety bond october 2000 was allotted to me on 14.11.2000 as per following details:
                                    Bond holder no.[protected] certificate no. 126547
                                    No of bonds two
                                    Distinctive no.[protected]

                                    These bonds were misplaced and now recovered. Please let me know how these can be encashed. I have got a savings account with icici bank. I am presently at singapore and came to india for vacation and staying with my parents. All communications can be made at their address as given below.

                                      It has been 2-3 days since i closed my iwish goal but still the money didn't get refunded. Also there has been no communication via message or mail that my request is approved or is still under process. While providing this service they said very firmly that it can be closed any time, but when the real time has come these icici people are just torturing the customers. I need the money to be credited asap. I am getting the update on site as 'this goal is closed. Request sr[protected]', but the money still not credited.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am Rakesh Dave as a IT professional. I have a demat account in ICICI bank. Today I checked my bank transactions and to my surprise I found that there is one debit transaction '62967230 DP CHGS TILL SEP-16' INR 805'. When I created the demat account, I was not told about the DP charges and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and I want my money back.
