My name is vedant and i have a savings account[protected] in icici bank rattan garden branch gurgaon. This complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without any informaton in this regard. The bank is charging a lot of amount and without any prior notice or any means of communication. No alert was sent regarding these deductions. Also they are not following the rbi guidelines.

I didnt get any mail informing about this mab charges. I have no information from icici and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then i will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and banking ombudsman as this is clear violation of rule 8 (1) (K) i. E. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer"

    Sir i am shivendra singh my mother Smt. seeta devi singh have an account (Saving Bank Ac no.[protected] in mangla, bilaspur, chhattisgarh branch. My mother is unable to read or write in english. At the time of account opening no any bank personal intimated me or my mother to maintain minimum account balance or " ICICI Bank MABChgs (Minimum Account Balance) charges". Also no correspondence was done when my mother account reached minimum balance. My mother submitted both mobile no. and Address at the time of account opening. Bank did not intimated my mother for minimum balance before deduction from saving account. plz consider the issue. we are middle class person and not have enough money.

      Dear team icici,

      Myself and my all family members are having accounts with your bank since more than a decade now and i was considering your bank as best for personal banking.

      But ever since my parents had very insulting and cheating experience at your gadhinglaj branch (Dist. Kolhapur), we seriously thinking to shift all our accounts to another bank.

      Your branch manager at gadhinglaj is so arrogant and adamant that he insulted my parents and threatened them as well.
      They approached this branch to open new account for themselves.
      But your marketing team forced them to open an account which was really not requested. Your bank has even issued 2 debit cards when it was not even requested for one.

      I have submitted written complaint about this on 3rd november 2016 and asked for reply in writing but your branch manager is unmoved.
      I have even reminded him on what's app.
      You may chk his reply in enclosed screen shot.
      You may also refer trailing mail which is not yet replied.

        Dear sir
        Although after getting written approval/signature of bank manager sri ashish (Mobile no.[protected]) on my cheque from 3 days i am not getting 4000 inr from icici bank okhla phase ii (New delhi) branch. Bank manager forbids me from giving money and misbehaves. He told me to leave the bank immediately. He says i have already taken money from the bank. I said him to prove it. After checking the documents he couldn't prove it. I asked for the complain book he didn't give me and asked me to leave the bank immediately. I’m sure this rude bank manager is involved in some scam and making black money into white. Pl. Take immediate action against this manager otherwise i have no option except to take some legal action. When i started to record the dispute from my mobile he asked me to shut down the mobile. You can check the cctv footage of the dated 17.12.2016, timing between 11.05 am to 11.30 hrs. This manager is a fraud. He starts quarrelling with peoples and threatens to expel from the bank forcefully. I asked him if he have no money then i can come the next day but he was not agreed. He told that come between 9 to 9.30 in the morning and again take new token and continue the process until i get the money.

              Respected mam,
              My self rahul gill & account no.[protected] in jalandhar. I have lost my debit card in 5 december 20:00pm. Then i m visited in ur icici branch morning. Mam ur 10no associate tell me speak to icici customer care. Then i put my debit card block and request a new debit card to cast (6/12/2016). According to (Tat) bank policy should be reached 5, 6 days my debit card, but now 16/12/2016, 17:00pm. What happened mam 1. Ur staff behave very rudely, 2. Ur staff freely says don't know about card.

                I have salary account in icici bank, mysore infosys branch. I left my job 2 years back and currently i am not using this salary account from a quite a long time.
                Please assist me on how to reactivate this account. Will there be any deduction of amount? Currently i am in bangalore and the home branch is in mysore. Can i visit the nearest bank regarding this issue.

                      I had been using icici bank for about 12 years now. This is ridiculous with icici bank. They have blocked or frozen my account without any intimation and i am facing issues in making my payments. I have my parents travel abroad in couple of days and have to make payments before they do. This unprofessional bank has blocked my account and i stay abroad!!!
                      Tried calling customer care and no response.

                        I have a current account with icici bank gariahat branch kolkata having account no.[protected] in favor of red rose distributors (P) ltd. Due to some unavoidable circumstances we are not able to operate oyr account since last one year. After we overcame our problems, we decided to resume operation with this account.
                        On 7th december 2016 we had sent our representative along with a letter on our letterhead for account statement to the gariahat branch. A junior staff replied that the above account is in dormant condition hence we need a letter to release the dormant condition. We immediately wrote a letter for the same and sent our staff back with the same.
                        The staff was attended by the same lady attended him and replied that since tge above account is in the name of private limited firm we needed to provide the company's pan card, certificate of incorporation along with id proof of any two directors, because mode of operation is by any two.

                        On 10th december 2016 we fulfilled all documents and requested for same, the bank employee replied that this matter is not her hand so this will be passed to bm and asked to come on monday as because bm was not in branch. Our staff again visited the branch on monday but got a reply that the bm wad very busy at present so we have to wait for 2 or 3 days more.

                        On 15th december 2016 when we sent our staff, the bank employee said that due to very busy schedule manager can’t spare time for our matter, after some discussion she allowed the staff to meet the manager and manager threw all the papers and said that all the documents (Address proof, certificate of incorporation, id proof) must be mattested by two signatory with stamp and also provide memorandum of the company. Within an hour we did all these as required by bm. He saw all papers and ask to our staff that come after one hour.

                        When our staff visited the bank after an hour, the bm replied rudely that if the owners were sleeping for such a long period, they can sleep for one more week before getting the documents

                        For your reference i would like to inform you that may be we are a small businessman doing 7-8 crore transaction, but this type of behavior and service will hampering the image of bank.

                          I had mailed you on 26/10/2016 and after 42 days also you can not solve problem.
                          Mr. Pramod singare (Office of head service quality) is handling from 26/10/2016. But i think he is not capable.
                          Also i had put complaint your step1, step2, step3 level, but not get response.

                          What is your lead-time?

                          You are putting same copy paste mail and just change date and time. What is that mean.
                          Do you think it is court and give you date after date.

                          You mail date from 31/10/16 to 02/12/16, 9 times as below.
                          1. Date 31/10/16
                          2. Date 7/11/16
                          3. Date 10/11/16
                          4. Date 11/11/16
                          5. Date 12/11/16
                          6. Date 14/11/16
                          7. Date 24/11/16

                          Earlier also due to icici bank mistake i had lost my 15 days valuable time for communication with you. Check september month data. (Send ruby chargeable credit card)

                          That’s why customer not believe icici bank, because of this type of service and not loyalty.

                          Now don’t give excusive or apologies. I want reply of all below points one by one and card should be life time free (No annual fee).
                          1. Why replacement (Renewal) card is chargeable against present free coral credit card (Life time free)? Now it accepted by icici on date 1-dec-2016
                          2. Did you take confirmation from customer about this charges and change?
                          3. Why there is no information to customer before sending credit card and document, information got from blue dart courier? How & why?
                          4. Icici should bare cost for my time waste and icici mistake.

                            I would like to infofm u that on[protected] through union bank of india by mobile banking through neft the amount of rs 45000 has been transferred to my icici bank account. But due to some technical error the amount received but automatically deducted from the account but not received to sender and receiver bank account. I also contacted to both the bank branch managers but no actions taken regarding his issue.

                              Dear icici,

                              I did mobile recharge to my bsnl number through icici and the recharge amount didnt get credited to my mobile. But the amount got deducted. It is happening for the second time. I am using bsnl tamilnadu sim card in kerela.

                              Why it is not getting credited atleast the amount should not get debited.
                              Kindly look into this.

                                At 10/12/2016 I also make an recharge of 100 rs through paytm but recharge not done and amount was deducted please check and refund as soon as this month failed amount was rs 1220 but this amount deducted from my account

                                  Hi sir, madam
                                  I bought electrical goods from the ganesh electrical shop on 15-october, 2016 for rs.240 with my debit card. But, there was a false transaction happened in my account on 11-nov-2016 and rs.240 has taken from my balance. I had informed this to the icici bank and made an complaint with the complaint number sr[protected] and i have sent all the documents regarding this false transaction to the icici customer care. I have mail communicated with the customer care officer also they are not responding properly. They are replying "we are not responsible for that, the transaction took with your debit card, you have given permission, go and ask the shop keeper for the money".

                                  It is bank responsibility to take care of money, there database should be protected right?. How can i know this shop keeper is taking money from my account without my knowledge. He took money from my account without my debit card and my pin number. It put a big question how going digital will be safe.

                                  Please consider this complaint and take action against it and refund my money.

                                    I am one of the employee in the priteck park, ecospace bellendure, bangaluru.

                                    Yesterday me and my friend went to use the icici bank atm. But the building organization not allow to use the atm. They said the atm only for their employees.

                                    So please confirm that the atm is only for their employees or for all.

                                    If it is not, then i request you to take a strict action regarding the issue.

                                      On 1 dec 2016 i got a message about cancellation on gift card because of invalid pin code but when i call customer care and provide all details and they told me they will create new request and processed gift card and reached by 8 dec 2016

                                      Even after that when i call customer care on 9 december 2016 they said there is no request for process further for gift card they will provide call back to 48 hour so i wait for 2 days 10 and 11 dec 2016

                                      Again today i call customer care same thing happen...

                                      Can you please revert my amount into my bank account

                                      I think every where there will a process whenever any request cancelled money will be revert back where it being deducted.

                                        I am part of innocent public working in corporate sector. Recently, someone has by defrauding me taken details of my two bank debit card and on 19.10.2016 transferred the amount of rs. 53500.00 and rs. 23000.00 in his account with icici bank, as per following details:

                                        Name: pratapsingh baghel, 116, picholi flr, lake palace road, gulab bagh, nr. Toutiest police chowkey, udaipur - 313001 m. [protected]/[protected] e mail: pratap. [protected]@gmail.com

                                        Bank:- icici bank, ifsc code:- icic0000045 account no.[protected]

                                        The amount has been transferred from my icici bank account no.[protected]Bopal branch, ahmedabad) and indian overseas bank account no [protected] (C g road branch ahmedabad)

                                        Steps taken by me for recredit of the amount

                                        1. Immediately, on coming to my knowledge using my employer’s reference, i have approached icici bank, they have blocked the amount in the above udaipur account.
                                        2. I have filed online complain with icici customer care and iob customer care.
                                        3. As guided by icici, i have file policy complain with naranpura policy station ahmedabad, my application no. La/647/16.

                                        Present status

                                        1. Customer care of icici has closed the complain.
                                        2. Police has asked icici for the details of the person who has defrauded.
                                        3. Icici has provided the details as above to the police, who in turn given the above details to me. Police is searching the person.
                                        4. I have requested icici to give credit of the amount; however, they have refused and told me that the amount can be refunded/re-credited only on capturing of the person and by getting debit authority from him, which seems impossible.

                                        Sir, i m a isolated person and in need of money. I request your goodself to help me in the matter by using good office to get me the credit of the amount transferred from my account and is with icici in the account as above.
