Hi Mam,
I have a savings bank Account with ICICI Bank and I work in an MNC, I am doing multiple transaction with the only bank ICICI since I joined my job in 2014, this is because of the trust I have with the bank and my family recommendation.
I also have a credit Card account with the bank due to few circumstances I am avoiding this payment and had planned the payment on Dec 31st.
I was in Gurgaon stranded today because my Savings bank Account got blocked due to the credit card payment due, and I was not able to book an Uber back home.
I am seriously hurt by this, Savings bank Account getting locked has no justification and as a customer I had to call the customer care to find out this, this has caused me dissatisfaction and break of trust, I have no confidence in my salary being credited to the bank, I am not really sure, I am forced to check all my Bank statement since last 2 years to check if ICICI has not deducted money for no reason and without my consent.
Through this email, I want to formally raise the concern and get my Savings Bank money back, I am withholding any future transaction with the bank, as I have lost the trust. I am also going to lodge a formal complain in consumer care if the money is not deposited back.
Mam this email is unpleasant because I am seriously frustrated by the act by the team I am extremely sorry if it has been rude to you but this was not acceptable when mobile banking officer says, he will provide me the address and I have to liason tomorrow to get this sorted, when I explained him me getting stranded due to negative balance in my Savings Account.
I work for an MNC and I had applied for an HR Manager position at Hyderabad location in ICICI Bank, I am taking back my candidature as I would not be able to work for such a firm where Systems are given preference over customer preferences. I am aware this is a Bank, and it is a business, I no more feel like a privilaged customer due to such behaviour, I am requesting for a resolution on this.
