Myself heena mahesh desadia holds a credit card with icici bank xxxx xxxx xxxx 1018.
I received a call from +91 - [protected] said it's from icici credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials. This belongs to sistema shyam teleservices from delhi as per truecaller app.
3 fraudulent transactions are made on credit card as below :
1. Inr 9, 825.00 at paytm mobile solutions (December 14, 2016; 12:00:30 hrs.).
2. Inr 19, 985.00 at paytm mobile solutions (December 14, 2016; 12:03:56 hrs.)
3. Inr 9, 825.00 at udio (December 14, 2016; 12:09:10 hrs.).
Number from which call came was
I need your assistance please in getting above transactions declined as i confirm them to done without my intention to pay.

    I have deposited cheque on 9th dec at 9.30am and now its 14th dec (Icici branch manikonda,[protected]. Cheque proceeds are not yet cleared. But, already the amount is already debited to my friend account on 13th itself. Dont know what they are doing with that money.

    It seems like icici bank has this bad of habit wantedly giving late credit of cheque proceeds.

    So i advice customers to avoid icici bank if they have choice..

      Was surprised to see message about cheque being bounced,
      On checking it was noticed that cheque did not have date filled in.
      My question is why the cheque accepted without verification

      When we get a call from banks reminding to pay money against the chegue provided or else it will be returned, but here am unable to understand
      That for just silly mistakes we are held responsible.

          I had using icici debit card for fuel and grocery, and all of sudden when i checked my passbook there has been some surcharge has been debited from my account without any prior inform. Even i did'n get any sms regarding the same. This should not happen. At least they have to give some clarification about it. No other bank is applying this kind of extra charges. This is really not expected from icici, it's really worst experience.

              After about 1 month of time period still ICICI bank not provided my CORAL Debit Card.

              Can you please help me to get it.

              I also request you to solve my issue. I dont know why they are taking time.

              Either I request you help me get back Repayment of charge for that card which bank received.

              Can you please necessary step on Bank so they can do it fast.

                An appreciable amount of 5.575% of balance amount is being asked by icici bank towards foreclosure charges of car loans.
                Pl advice is it legal in the eye of law or as per rules laid by rbi in such cases of foreclosure....

                      I received an offer from lady ms. priya (+[protected], email id: [protected]@gmail.com) stating that she has special offer for godrej employees ie no joining fee/ lifetime free credit card (icici ferrari platinum card) which will have a ferrari watch as gift. she asked me to mail the documents on given email id. then i got email from icici saying that i've registered for icici credit card containing an email for acceptance to which i didn't replied still my card got activated. now i'm receiving statement every month which also getting increased every month. when i called to customer care, he said this card is not free and you have to pay the charges, even though i've not used it. my contact number is [protected]

                      I used Icici debit card for purchase but it shows that the transaction will failed and the next movement i got the message that your account will be debited (₹15400 ) for the purchase. Where ever 2 days completed i didn't get the refund amount from the bank. So i kindly request you to please refund that amount to my accounts as soon as possible..

                        I have made an IMPS of rs. 10000/- from ICICI bank to SBI on 11.12.16. Money has been debited from my ICICI bank account but has yet not been credited to my SBI. as it is showing the transaction is timed out.
                        Please help me in this regard.The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                            Dear Team ICICI,

                            Today morning Rs2056.20 amount has been deducted from my ICICI account. I have not done any purchasing neither done any transaction. how the amount has been deducted without asking OTP . This is very unsecured.
                            After discussing your customer Representative then they replied account has been hacked from international fraudulent. All detail are with me like ATM card etc . without mobile pin any transaction should not be happened but this is very poor service which happen the incidence with me. how we will trust on your service.
                            Kindly refund me same amount me and the the action immediately on this regards. Because after hearing this news in my company all employee are worried about their saving money.

                              I see two fraudulent transaction on my ICICI bank statement.

                              03/12/2016 IPS/Reliance Su/[protected]/0 Dr. 1, 820.00
                              03/12/2016 IPS/Reliance Su/[protected]/0 Dr. 2, 143.96

                              My old debit card has issues & I could not read the security grid which is required for making transactions (it was not stolen or lost). There was no option for me online to request replacement for damaged card & hence I asked request using 'replace stolen card'. I also dropped an email to customer care describing the situation through an email to [protected]@icicibank.com.

                              I got the new card & now I see the this fraudulent transaction. I called ICICI customer care & recorded message says cannot connect to the representative due to high call volumes & I get disconnected (they don't even let me wait on the call).

                              Need your attention in getting the issue resolved.

                                I am really very frustrated why my FD marked as lien,
                                I did not make any request for it and i am unable to withdraw it due to lien.
                                I am unable to pre closure due to lien.
                                I am in very critical situation and need money very urgently basis.
                                If any wrong thing will happen in my life due to it, you people will be directly responsible for it and i will defiantly claim against this frad by you people.
                                Finally you proved why public banks are better than private.
                                I was fool have believe on you but it will never happen in Future.
                                have same on you people because you are blocking individual money without their knowledge by FD marked as lien.It is really very embarrassing.
                                I also called customer care today before five minute ago,
                                but what they replied that they do not have any Idea about it.
                                hw embarrassing it is that they do not know,
                                why it is lien.
                                Request you cunning people to remove this lien mark from my immediately otherwise I will not only pull you in consumer forum but also make a request to our honorable PM to take action against such fraud .
                                It is very illegal and I will never sit silent.

                                  I have deposited cheque at Icici bank Manjalpur Branch on 7 December 2016 in morning around 10 am. Cheque was related to Punjab national Bank (PNB) of Rs 50000. The cheque got debited to PNB account on 8 December at 10 am but same was not credited to my savings account till 9 December till 8:20 pm.
                                  I tried to call Branch but no one picked up the phone. I in from bank with online chat but no progress. In evening after branch close the customer care say please check at depositing branch. Normally it takes 2 working days (including date of deposit) to clear the Cheque. I had make my credit card payment and do online transfer to my family. Which I am not been able to do it.
                                  In evening when i call customer care they cheque will be cleared by Tuesday.
                                  This is example of very bad customer service on part of bank.

                                    Since around 2 months i am waiting for credit card. as already came to my place, but i don't know. when he was came and gone again. he should call me atleast.

                                    I am very unsatisfied with this service at the 1st impression
                                    I want credit card very urgent basis within next week otherwise i don't want.
                                    i am tired to take follow up with local bank, call on-[protected]/[protected]. but no response after only engage 1-2 hours. no executive connect for response(only time pass)

                                      I have deposited cheque at ICICI ATM at Vikas puri, New Delhi and probable demonetization banking rush, it could be processed late.

                                      ICICI is charging Rs.500 for late fee and Rs.599.62 for interest while cheque was deposited one week before due date and due to banking demonetization process, they delayed and now still not following RBI.Ministry of finance circular for not charging interest on any credit/loan
