Subject – To stop harassment by your so called AGENTS
1. My company namely Eklavya Prakashn Pvt. Ltd. had taken business loan in 2004 from your bank. Sanction Date - 27-Dec-04, loan amount -234, 000.00, Loan Account LPMUM[protected]
2. We already repaid your loan Rs.109, 980.00 up to 07-Feb-06
3. Unfortunately I became ill and had nervous breakdown and bedridden for three years.
4. EKlavya Prakashn Pvt. Ltd. Collapsed in very short time and became NPA.
4. One of company’s creditors filed a company winding up petition against the company.
5. After this happening immediately we sent letter to your bank and ask to appear in law of court, letter dated 17/02.2007.
6. Unfortunately nobody from your bank approach court .
7. And now after nine years you had given contract for harassment to unknown agency or rude and cruel persons.
8. These persons are frequently calling me and my wife, friends and relatives.They call again and again, minute after minute.
9. They are making hundreds of calls in dirty language and giving life threats also.
10. I personally make requests to them not to call to my office. But still they are calling on office to EPBX and telling everybody that I am a fraud man. I did fraud of crores and they are using very vulgar language..
11.My main complaint is they are also harassing my wife and using vulgar language.
12. There is no company, no funds, no one rupee asset. Since last eight years I am surviving with relatives and friends hand loan.
13. Since last four months I am doing job of journalist and survivalal is my only priority. Then how can I repay?
14. If you will not stop our harassment and making unnecessary calls to my office and me and my wife within 24 hours then I will go in court.of law.Please reply me on this email id [protected]@gmail.com.
15. Your agent’s so called name is Mangesh Suryawanshi and his and his callings phone numbers are here- Mangesh – [protected], [protected] other noS are[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected].
Today on 8th Dec.2016, we have given complaint against this to police station as we can not bear this torture any more.

    Personal loan ac no: - lpabd[protected]
    Loan amount :- inr 220000
    Monthly emi - 8999
    Loan taken - 2014 july
    Installment paid initially - 4 (First 4 months regularly)

    Reason non payment of loan - the company i worked with ran into loss and did not pay salary's of the employees for 8 months straight. I had to leave the job due to this problem and then i did not have a job for almost 8-9 months. So the total of 16 months you can say i was job less and did not have any income to feed my family or to run normal daily expense. I had beg borrow money for survival from my friends and known people around me. I have a family of 5 to run with no income in hand, it was a complete journey and pure example of a person coming from stable life to a rag life a complete mess.

    Harassment phase 1 - while i was fighting the situation of life to survive with no money in hand and kept borrowing money for daily survival the icici external agency started following up for the payment. They kept calling on my phone despite of the information provided of my situation which they were least bothered for. They then (Icici third party agency) started following up at my residence and started harassing my wife while i was in office, they took my wife's number and started calling her threatening her for my loan repayment that time i resided in ahmedabad. I originally belong to vadodara. They again went one more step ahead to go to my permanent residence where lived my mother and started harassing her in front of my neighbors, they would not even come in the house and speak, it was a deliberate attempt to humiliate me and my family in public and pressurize to the point we commit suicide or pay the loan anyhow. They use to come group of 2-4 men to deal with females at my home. While this happened they still kept calling me and my family members numerous times a day.

    Harassment phase 2 - so while the personal harassment wasnt enough they wanted to choke me further, this time it was an attack on my professional life. The icici hired third party agency collection agent started following up at my offices, they use to come and sit their for hours even after me telling them to leave and not cause any problem where i work. They then decided to go ahead and decided to talk to my management to humiliate me further. They contacted the owner my firm and shared the loan information to my company and inability to pay the loan this was illegal as they cannot share personal loan info of their customer to anyone to whom it is not concerned or liable to pay on my behalf. Post this event i received an warning letter from my hr department stating that if for my personal related things are being hindering the office environment then it shall go against my employment and it may result in my termination of the employment, which i even showed to the agents who kept following, every time they came to office they created ruckus, shouted like hooligans. I had to leave the job due to my financial condition and the mental torcher given by this icici hired third party collection agents. It was better of to be at home than to be harassed by these white colar gundas of icici.

    Harassment phase 3 - so while without job and struggling to get a job these collection agents still followed up at my door step and kept humiliating to the core. I kept assuring them every time they came that i shall pay every single penny i took from icici once i get a job and be stable, but it was heights of in humanity these people can show to you while you are struggling with life with so many other problems.

    Change - finally i got a job in may 2016 with a better position and pay. I then decided to pay off all my debts mounted on me from last 18 months from banks and others. I discussed the same situation to the collection agent lalit jain, and we decided to agree on paying a sum of inr 10000 every month and slowly gradually finish this off. I payed 5 installments of inr 10k every month since then without fail. But due to the demonetization situation and little miss communication from their side they were not able to collect the cheque for the installment on time and the situation started getting out of hand. They called me to pay and i said please come and collect but they would not turn on time or the very same day, this happened for almost 3-4 times. They would not also let me pay the amount directly to the bank bcoz if i do that this collection agency will loose their commission. And when they came without information i wasnt available at my office they called in their own time and i had to be available on that time, which is not possible. And this all miss communication made me miss the installment for that month.

    Harassment phase 4 - so since i missed the installment for the month as described above, i get a call from mr ajay dave says the branch manager of icici collection i suppose. This guy tried to act very smart and started speaking very rude and claiming all non-sense things over the phone. The moment i spoke to ajay dave i thought this guys are again on to something and this was personally pointed on me for no reason. While i was on a leave for 2 days traveling to my native kerala, i get a call from my current company's hr dept that mr ajay dave from icici bank has come to see my boss to discuss my inability to pay the loan? Seriously? I kept paying every month 10k to these blood sucking bank, but it wasnt enough for them. They just dont care about the money they want to mentally torcher an individual to the core that they decided to give up and just die. How can they do it? How can they talk to my employer for my personal loan? Can they do it legally? I dont think? How does that solve the problem? Will my company pay on my behalf? No. So this is clear understood that they want me to loose my job again and not be able to pay them in any manner. Icici banks needs to wake up and stop hiring such people who does all and pushes the customer to the point that they dont pay anything when they want to pay every single penny taken.

    Harassment phase 5 - so again i got a warning from hr dept that any personal financial matter should be dealt outside the office premises which should not create any disturbance to the office environment. Also any official authority is not liable to meet on my behalf or for me to any bank authorities for whom i personally liable to pay or deal with. I decided to go meet mr. Ajay dave at the bank, which i did i met him but the meeting was completely fail. Mr. Ajay dave took it personal and said i dont want to help you in any manner, just foreclose the loan or settle the loan. I cannot do it not even in my dreams i can pay 3lakh at one shot and close or pay the due installment which was for 1.8lakh. He said i only have these 2 options, should i opt i will be out of it else they will go to extreme level to harass me for the payment. He would not even listen to me and kept shouting on me for all. I asked him that i'm customer who wants to pay the icici bank, but you arent allowing me to pay, he said yes i'm doing that what can you do? They are now threatening me that they will come to office and meet my superiors, but i dont understand why? Will this method of pressurization get money to the bank or will i pay? I will be more frustrated and so my employer, why would they talk to deal with any employees personal matters? This event can suck my job my employment.

    Conclusion - i have decided to end by going legal, i dont care how much time i will have to spend but i will end this. I will sue each and every person related to this matter. I have talked to my lawyer regarding the same, i will bet my life for this, and make sure this dosent happen to anyone who is suffering from financial problems.

    Again, even after paying the bank on a monthly basis for both my credit card and PL outstanding, today some agency guys came and created a chaos at my office and threatened me (Alpesh Desai is the name of that person). I'm fed up all this non sense from the bank, if I have to pay and still face this ridiculous behavior from the third party agency hired by the ICICI bank, I prefer not to pay any amount to the bank from now on and I shall move this to absolute harassment case towards the bank. And this clearly shows that the intention of ICICI Bank is not to recover outstanding money but harass the consumer to the level that they give up and give nothing in the end.

    Its an horrific horrific experience with ICICI Bank, I would never deal with them again ever in my life, and also will never ever recommend anyone absolutely anyone to deal with ICICI ever in their lives.

    This is a formal written letter in the form of email that I shall discontinue to pay any monthly amount to the bank and shall move this to legal process. Any further communication should only be happen through my lawyer. Now ICICI bank can send as many as agencies they can to recover the money, I shall see what extent your gundas can go to collect the money sorry not money but harass. I hope their hired gundas kill me, so that this bank shut's down forever.

      I had one credit card payment was pending due to wrong statment but 29 nov 2016 i have received 13400 INR. from my previos compny genpact india then i talked with icicbank excutive gaurav for credit card satellment so agree 19000 INR. gaurav told me you will done satalment icici will not deduct amount 13400 from icici bank account.so i have paid 19000. after submit 19000 bank dedcted also 13400 amnt which was available in my account. after deduction i called gaurav he told me dont vory i am raising requst for reversal then you will receiv your balanc on thursday till 6 oclok. but still not receiv any balance. also he is not responding on call. also i have send lots email but did not receiv any poesitiv response. so now i need help beacuse i want my reversal any how.

        I am getting unwanted complaints and rude from the bank. THE CALLER REFUSES TO TELL HER NAME AND her motive of calling. She is continuously pestering me and also, contacts my office when ai blocked the calls!! This is highly frustrating and demeaning . Such a well reputed bank doing such lowly tasks ! Even I dropped a complaint before, still no action is being taken!

          yesterday at 5:55pm I transfer 3000rs from icici bank a/c to SBI a/c through paytm application.
          as balance got deducted from my icici a/c and I got SMS alert also but balance not transfer to the other a/c
          balance got deducted from icici a/c but not received in SBI a/c.
          please do the needfull as icicle bank have such a brand. if this type of issue happen in icici bank I will not use online facility of icici bank or not use internet banking.

            It's been 2 years my card was used online in brazil from a hacker and ICICI bank customer care guys said they would take care of it.
            I have sent mail to ICICI bank several times and every time i get a call from different person and i had to send datails again and again.
            I am fed up with these things and left as it is.
            and now they are telling I have to pay settlement amount!!
            I had cleared the last swiped bill from my side and why should i pay disputed amount?
            And once customer care guy was telling, It would affect my CIBIL rate if i don't pay settlement amount.

            Please let me know what shall i do now?

              I went to icici for deposit of old currency notes in ppf but they denied the same. There was no guideline by RBI at that time. Next day branch manager sent a mail stating it can be deposited. instead of accepting his mistake he is saying further to our discussion ... instead of accepting his mistake.

              Though the RBI subsequently clarified not to deposit old currency note in ppf account but the fact is Before said clarification, SBI was accepting the deposit in PPF.

              Bank officials are not ready to accept his mistake. Wrote to chanda kochhar office also but no response because now icici is having a large consumer based and they least bothered for its customer.

                A sum of 45k has been blocked on my ICICI savings account due to the ICICI credit card i am holding. I have been paying interest on regular basis. Also made a payment of 30k two months back.I have been told to visit Collection department in Delhi to provide justification and get approvals to unblock the sum. I have visited two times there which is approximately 35 kms from my home and took two days off from my office. I have provided justification as i was out of India since a couple of days and wasnt been able to make the payment which was unintentional.Now i am being told to make the total outstanding to unblock the amount as the sum cannot be unblocked. Why would i do that? I have told them that i will pay half of the amount through cheque or cash, but still the the ICICI team is not in the mood o[censored]nblocking the sum.

                  I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by SMAB charges on several times.
                  I don't have any mail informing about this SMAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I
                  understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                        Dear Madam,

                        I'm am an Icici HNI CUSTOMER.
                        yesterday I had visited the branch In Jasola new delhi to deposited cash.
                        There was a board that read more than 50000 you have to do a reKYC.

                        The branch manager was on leave and I spoke to Mr Sunil the assistant branch manager.

                        When I Asked him of the process and procedure for reKYC he explained the same.

                        There were hardly any queue at the branch but the people had been waiting for two hours as staff werent bothered and were missing from Their seats.

                        I told him I have come to the branch and I am an HNI CUSTOMER, could you please atleast gimme a print of an email where in I have copies of my pan card and address proof.
                        It was surprising to see the cold response.

                        Sorry we are out of printer cartridge.

                        I wasn't convinced and he wasn't bothered.

                        I walked into the HDFC branch next door and deposited my money there.

                        They were extremely helpful to all customers with a free photocopy service to help clients in this time of hardship.

                        After being with your bank for over 14 years I'm sorry to say, it's a greedy bank with poor service leaders and high headed staff.

                        Randomly my RELATION SHIP manager gets changed or removed and I have no one to look upto for my banking needs.

                        Have over ten's of lacs in FDS but I think its time to move out of your bank.

                        I have loans from ICICI bank with interest rates at the top.

                        All banks are reducing rates for customers but Icici bank doesn't take care of such issues of existing clients.

                        I'm very disheartened and disappointed by the services.

                          Hi, ICICI bank is charging interest on debit card swipings in petrol bunks. Government of India under Narendra Modiji leadreship is pushing for cashless transactions whereas these people are charging on debit card swipings for fuel which is illegal as per Government rules. If this continues how can we use debit cards anywhere. Why should we loose money on cashless transaction. This is ridiculous. Kindly take action on ICICI bank

                            Hi,

                            This is regarding a fraud payment made yesterday from my account.

                            I tried reaching their support team for around 20 minutes on 3rd Dec 16 but was not able to connect.

                            Finally after waiting in que of 25 people Mr. Karthik addressed my issue but rather than giving me a solution this guy disconnected the call.

                            Worst exp i ever had with ICICI Bank.

                            Again i tried waited in que of 37 people and after 10 minutes i got connected to Mr. Sujeet he addresed the issue putted me on hold again for 10 more minutes and then suggested me to get my card blocked.

                            I did the same & he told me that i will get the refund ASAP but till now nothing has happend neither any call nor any reference number from your end.

                            Card has already been blocked and i tried reaching the customer care team through mails on Monday but there was no revert from anyone from their end.
                            I marked a mail to Mr. Subhendu Tripathy, Head - Phone Banking but no response.
                            Today i marked mail to Mr. Saurabh Singh, Senior General Manager and Head - Customer Service but again no response.

                            TOday afternoon i contacted support team again & spoke to someone name Ms. Ayushi and she told me that they have processed the request & it will be credited into my account in next 2 days.
                            I requested her to take a request for re-issuance of my debit card she told me that request has been taken.

                            after 4 hours i have recieved a call from ICICI Bank hyderabad office stating that their is no request for the re-issuance of the card also they dont have any update about the Refund & it will take more time to check & they ll see what they can do.

                            Inspite the fact i am waiting for the solution they are just stretching the things and nobody is responding with a solution.

                            Help to proceed with a firm decision against the company.

                            Common guys since 3 Dec 16 they are getting back to me but nobody actually turned up to resolve.
                            Even the problem is that your support guys are saying something else & your Hyderabad office rep are saying something else.
                            Nobody knows whts going on internally.

                            Its been 4 days and not the issue has been resolved nor the request for re-issuance of debit card has been taken.

                            I am without money not even able to make any online payment and you guys are just fooling around.

                                I had applied for credit card like 2 months ago. Recently, 15-20 days ago i received the message saying that the credit card pin has been sent through speed post. I received my credit card after few days. Now i have credit card and no password to use it. And credit card is not showing up the online ICICI bank page.

                                I have sent this same complaint 3 times over ICICI complaint portal. I haven't been contacted back with any solutions or I haven't even received the acknowledgement for the complaint.

                                Very poor customer care service. Looks like before these people respond to my complaint, I can receive new credit card from other banks!!!

                                  At today's condition also ICICI are charging on FUEL for debit card payment as there is no cash in ATM to withdraw and if PM needs to make cashless India this type of extra pay why people had to do need refund on all deduction of extra money. else provide service to customer with cash and not to use card if there is extra to pay on card purchase. Need to take this serious action as this small amounth make big for month.
