First of all thanks for your replay and @Consumer Complaints also.
But reality of problem is that thay are not take responsive step to resolve my issue.
On call your customer says something else and after some day send me mail we are working on your concern.
It means they don't want to resolve my problem.
I request you (Consumer Complaints) to take action again this and help to resolve my problem.

3) I never used Credit Card
4)So please, Return my rs 6612.88, which you have debited from my account.
