    He agreed to visit for verification but he that did not take place and now the no is switched off.
    Kindly give back my deposited money back or kindly solve my problem.

    My account minimum account limit is 1200 but they change my minimum balance limit in 5000 from 1 january 2016 without any infomation and they deduct 1750 amount in 1 day

      Its been over a month that my goi bonds with icici has matured and till date no sign of the refund cheque. I even got an envelope from them stating cheque enclosed and when i opened it no sign of the cheque, the board lines of 3i infotech vashi are always engaged and despite several mails there is no reply till date.

        C-grade service. No response to complaints.

        The worst service. First, they didn't reverse the void transation (I had to follow up with their customer care executives for a month as every time, there would be different executive who had no idea about the issue. Thanks to their poor record maintainance). Second, they charged upgradation charges while i was told by their representative about this during the call. Third, while i have been following up with them on these issues and requested to cancel the card, they kept on sending me bills with extra interest every time. While i ask them after few months that i have requested to cancel the card, they are saying that they can't find any such request. And now, they have reserved fund in my linked saving account without any prior notice.

        Posting my complaint here about ICICI Corel Credit Card didn't help. No reponse on my mail but they surely deducted my money from my bank account without any prior notice, which was disgusting.

          I make cash withdrawal through idbi bank atm on 3rd october 2016 of rs.4500/. All 3 times system get hang due to server down, out of 3, 2 times cash reversal came into account, one is still remaining, i complaint 2 times at my nearest icici bank office jharsuguda odisha township branch and 2 times to icici bank customer care, still problem not resolve, kindly take neccesarry action.

          This too worst case for icici bank. If sufficient balance is not there, just decline it. i think so there no such a rule from RBI for these cases. I need proper justification for this.

            Sir i kailas j late your old customer having credit card no 4477*5004, complaing you that in this month till date i have not received your statment, how can i pay payment on the due date. This was happening from last five six months. So please see in the matter seroiously and solve the problem immedietly. And contact me on my mobile no. [protected].                 Hi Mam,

                I have a savings bank Account with ICICI Bank and I work in an MNC, I am doing multiple transaction with the only bank ICICI since I joined my job in 2014, this is because of the trust I have with the bank and my family recommendation.
                I also have a credit Card account with the bank due to few circumstances I am avoiding this payment and had planned the payment on Dec 31st.
                I was in Gurgaon stranded today because my Savings bank Account got blocked due to the credit card payment due, and I was not able to book an Uber back home.
                I am seriously hurt by this, Savings bank Account getting locked has no justification and as a customer I had to call the customer care to find out this, this has caused me dissatisfaction and break of trust, I have no confidence in my salary being credited to the bank, I am not really sure, I am forced to check all my Bank statement since last 2 years to check if ICICI has not deducted money for no reason and without my consent.
                Through this email, I want to formally raise the concern and get my Savings Bank money back, I am withholding any future transaction with the bank, as I have lost the trust. I am also going to lodge a formal complain in consumer care if the money is not deposited back.
                Mam this email is unpleasant because I am seriously frustrated by the act by the team I am extremely sorry if it has been rude to you but this was not acceptable when mobile banking officer says, he will provide me the address and I have to liason tomorrow to get this sorted, when I explained him me getting stranded due to negative balance in my Savings Account.
                I work for an MNC and I had applied for an HR Manager position at Hyderabad location in ICICI Bank, I am taking back my candidature as I would not be able to work for such a firm where Systems are given preference over customer preferences. I am aware this is a Bank, and it is a business, I no more feel like a privilaged customer due to such behaviour, I am requesting for a resolution on this.

                  I have icic credit /debit card, i received a call from this mob no. ([protected]) from master and visa verification department at icici bank on 03.12.2016. She & he (Executives) told me that the bank will issue a new master micro chip card on behalf of my existing credit / debit card. So first bank debit the charge of rs.-8481 (Same is already been debited in both) but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward pointsl. I was hesitating to provide otp but somehow i given otp. Immediately both my accounts got debited with rs.8481 each. I immediately realized somthing fraud happened and i reacted quickly to reach icici.

                  I given the whole scene to them and got my card blocked. I am not sure if these transaction is yet to be claimed by the merchant. The told me that i would raise complaint when the transaction is caimed for settlement. I wonder how they (Frauds) get my details. Please guide me what should i do further-s ratnakar kamath

                            At last and for emergency purpose, i had only rs.500 on my icici account[protected]. but, on 1-dec-2016, i have observed that with the transaction status: "rtn chg-39273/funds insufficient/01.12.16", rs 402.50 was deducted.

                            Can anyone from icici, enlighten me about this.

                            Fyi,

                            1. i am jobless for last three months (thats why i cannot able to do any transaction at this account).
                            2. my current situation: i just asked my friend to borrow some amount which i need to pay rent.
                            3. so many other financial probs too.

                              I have applied for home load from icici bank through one of the broker torrens professional consultants. It seems icici bank doesn't have any policy regarding what documents are required. Every other day the agent asked for new documents.in the name of indemnity bond they collected rs.3500/- unofficially from besides processing fee. They did not give the committed interest rate. It was told that interest rate would be 9.30% but was done on 9.35% also they have twisty represented the cheque of processing fees.
                              Even at the time of disbursement they delayed and they called me in the office hours. I have made several requests at customer desk of icici bank and they have provided complaint number every time, i mentioning two of them for sr[protected] and sr[protected] but nothing was happened even they did not revert back, after that they have twisty represented the cheque of processing fees.
                              I got the sanction letter after the disbursement, after the disbursement only relationship manager has been assign to me officially but of no use, i made several calls to him but he said that i did not make any competent to you and interest rate will remain the same. Icici should take more responsibility and do its work seriously and deliver better customer service.

                                  I requested to the customer care for reversal o[censored]njustified late fees charges charged by the Bank from Aug'14. From Oct'14 onward I always made my payment on time against my actual dues/purchases on the card. I never made any payment of late fees, interest and other financial charges till date, because those charges was charged to me forcefully, whereas I cleared my dues on time and regularly.
                                  But gradually I reduced my usage and stop the using of card thereafter, when I saw the charges heavily put on my card. Now the amount comes to Rs. 22000/- which is totally absurd and unjustified, because I am not using this card from last 3-4 months. Suddenly when I stop using the card and not made any payment against the charges, I received so many calls from the bank for making such absurd dues.
                                  From last 2 years I never received any mail, phone calls, SMS from the bank for making full payment, however it is clearly noticeable that charges was unpaid from my end since last two years. Bank has charging late fees, interest charges and taxes every month from last two years, but never demanding the dues from me in full for the reasons better known to the Bank only. May be they are charging on the hope that they will get a lump sump amount from me in the name of late fees, interest and taxes. Again addition to this, recently Bank has increased my credit limit from Rs. 40, 000/- to Rs. 48, 000/- in this situation where I am a irregular paymaster in the view of Bank.
                                  Please clarify why the Bank wake up after two years, while knowing that I am not paying the dues fully. Charging interest and late fees from last two years seems an unprofessional approach from Bank.
                                  So you are requested to reverse the unjustified dues immediately, so that I can use the same again. I am using this card from last 4-5 years and never have a bad payment track record in my history.

                                  Pathetic condition. No body is helping out from the Bank. from last track record it has been found that I was made payment late for 6 times and made earlier payment for 14 days from July'14 to Nov'16. Out of 6 days, 4 days payment was delayed by 1 day and i.e. due to late of credit of payment by bank. Please resolve the issue immediately, else I have to take more serious action against the Bank. I have reconciled the data from July'14 to Nov'16 and prepared my report for submission to higher authorities of Bank.

                                      I got a call from icici customer call[protected] pankaj) at 12.15pm (17.11.2016). He told me we saw the transaction details posted in consumer complaint, (15 days back someone misused my credit card & transaction made of rs.19500). So we are return back to you the amount in your account. So we want to confirm your debit card & credit card number (16 digit). So i given the number after it debited rs.12000 from debit card & rs.14000 from credit card.

                                      After i blocked the debit card & credit card. And i gave the complaint in icici bank. They didn't helped me to find that transaction. Because that is not a icici customer care number (Incoming call only not outgoing calls)

                                      Amount transferred to paytm (Rs 14000) & one97 comm (Paytm - rs 12000)

                                      Kindly give the transaction details (Name, contact no. & email id)
                                      (I got the paytm transfer details - rs. 12000)

                                      Credit card no. [protected] reference no. 961611 dated 17.11.2016 (Rs. 14000)

                                      Dedit card no. [protected] transaction id : s99635746. Dated 17.11.2016 (One97 comm - paytm - rs.12000)

                                      As of now he debited rs. 37000 in my icici cards.

                                      Kindly help me to get back the amount / suggest how to get back the amount.

                                      I submitted the ddf to bank. (Icici bank & scb).
                                      In scb cancelled the transaction & returned back the amount to my account. But no action from icici bank.

                                        I have a demat account in icici bank from mostly 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '60387774 dp chgs till oct-16' — inr 805'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                                        If you are not refund my money. I will take an serious action.
                                        I have seen so many people money were detecting in the same way without any intimation. Is this the way to treat icici customers???.
