    I have a direct account with icici bank. At the time open of the salary account this account was free of cost as per icici excutive. But after some months they are start deduct amount as dp charges approx.. Rs.2050/-since 2013 with out any information.

    After various followup with customer care till date not return my money. Now a days this a big cheat for us. I want to return my money.

        The icici bank atm in aparna cyber commune, nallagandla is not working since 2 weeks and is in a broken state and not refilled for 2 weeks. This is causing a lot of problems because there is no cash in any near by atms too.
        Can this atm be repaired and refilled?
        The atm was working 2 weeks back and regularly refilled. Requesting you to please look into the matter.

        Sir my bank account with icici bank ltd, Akhbar Nagar branch, Vadaj, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.Cashier can not provide cash as per weekly budget decided by Gujarat Government (Rs.24000/- ) one week already passed but i can not get any cash amount. i think it possible to satisfied major customer he not pay cash to small accounts holder

          I have a demat account in icici bank my icici bank account number is[protected]. It was created two year back. Yesterday i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '29/11/[protected] DP CHGS TILL OCT-16. 805.00'. When i created the demat account, not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile bank. It is not small amount government encouraging online transaction but icici doing bad to customer. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount either i will need to do some serious action against icici fraud. My phone number is [protected].

            Myself Vilas V Antin customer of ICICI bank and I want to bring to your notice that on 23rd Nov2016 there was fraud transaction on my credit card (Number: [protected]) for amount of Rs 43400 & Rs 2000 in Reliance Digital, Mumbai.
            This transaction I have not made and I was present in my office at Pune at the time of transation, also I have received message from your bank that “Yoiur ICICI bank credit card has been proactively blocked to prevent misuse as we are unable to contact you to confirm certain transaction done by your card”.

              When I opened ICICI account, ICICI person told me that I will be provided by a lifetime free Demat account, while now they have deducted 805.00 rupees from my account.

              I have opened my ICICI account 1 year back.

              This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. 805 is a huge amount of money.
              Please do serious action against icici fraud.

When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.                   ICICI bank opened my Demat account with salary account .I have not used or activated the same from my end.                       I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 4 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '40001387 DP CHGS TILL OCT-16'---- INR 805.00'.

                      At the time of opening the Saving account i had requested only for savings and current account. And that time ICICI representative told me that demat account is free of cost and it will never be charged.

                      I have not used this demat account a single time. In fact i was not knowing that i have a demat account with ICICI bank. Today only i have come to know that i have a demat account with ICICI bank. this is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                      The ICICI ATM provided in IOCL HEAD OFFICE, Bandra Mumbai 400051 is not working for three weeks. Complained to this bank but no action. They say they have no cash.

                      On the other hand their relationship managers are delivering cash up to Rs 10K to certain select customers at their residence.

                          Without any intimation my account has been again debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
                          Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              My complaint is regarding the late payment charges & interest charges levied by ICICI Bank credit card division.

                              I got the bill with 1300 around interest due to 1 day late payment because of Note Ban issue. My total bill was around 26000 and I paid 24000 inside due date and remaining 2000 was not able to pay because my debit account was empty and I deposit 2000 on Monday i.e. 14 Nov. Also please check my past payments I never ever did late payment but due to high rush going on Bank as Demonetization happen its late unfortunately. I am using both debit as well as credit card of ICICI and I am the valuable customer for ICICI hope so.

                              I request you and ICICI team to reverse my interest part ASAP so that I can pay my remaining bill. Expecting positive response from your side soon.

                                  I jadda narayana babu have applied for credit card from icici bank. My registered mobile number is [protected]. The application was successfully processed but the initial on the card was written wrongly as jappa instead of jadda. Even i mailed them at [protected]@icicibank.com to correct the name but they didn't. The card was dispatched to my address with the wrong initial through the blue dart. The courier personnel was refused to give the card to me stating name mismatch. My application ref number is[protected]. I even tried to call the customer care but they were asking for the card number but how could i know the card number even before receiving it?. I've called to my executive who processed my application, he is not at all responding. His name is m ramesh and his contact number is [protected]. As the card was already issued on my name the annual charges will apply and i will not pay the amount as i didn't receive the card. I have a fear that my cibil score will get effected. Why should i suffer from the mistake of icici bank. Please do justice to me in this regard.

                                        My name is Vishal More. I have purchased a Digital SLR Camera on 5th November 2016. I swiped Credit Card for the amount of Rs.56100/-

                                        Now I wish to convert the amount into EMIs but I am not able to get this done through either internet banking or phone banking. Please find the attached snap of error I am getting while trying to convert the amount into EMIs.
