Dear Sir,
I've applied to ICICI Credit card long back but I didn't received the card Physically .Due to which i have not used the card anywhere.Thereafter I was told to pay bill even without receiving & Using the card.I told them to cancel the card and they told me to pay approx 1400 Rs.as settlement amount that i paid. I was told that amount will be automatically adjusted and your account will be closed . They didn't sent me the letter of closure of account . Now again they have send letter dated 19 Nov 2016 ref no CC/1611/0392149 to pay outstanding amount of Rs 3115.

Pl. advice why should i pay when i have not received the Card and not used the card even once. And on to that I've paid the settlement amount earlier also and again they are asking .

    DEAR
    sir

    i m a icicibank costumer & i have proceed an ATM transaction on 06.10.16 for withdrawal of Rs.1000 with the ICICI BANK ATM, chawla colony in . The amount has been debited but cash not received. I have made complaint twice to icici bank customer care but they are not properly responding and always give a date of next four days. my complaint no. is SR[protected]

      I have icici a/c & debit card. When I withdrawal 500 & 1000 from icici Atm, 46 rs has deducted for both transactions.

      Why there is extra charges on every transaction, as government announced no extra charges till 30 dec

      Kindly provide me the reason, when can i expect to get back this 23 rupees amount.

          myself lokesh jangid i use a salary account from last three month i left my job and now i join with a new company and i deposit rs 38000 in my account and when i want to made a online transaction but that was not success after that i contact with my branch they told me my account has been freeze and they will charge for it per month rs 450.

          Thanks for your support. I visit my branch 4 times but they are saying that approval team not in branch so I can visit other branch . I visit other branch johri bazar jaipur they also denied
          At this time I am feeling panic because I don't have any cash. Before deposit they told me my account is active after that I am doing transaction it is saying my account has been debit freeze
          So please support me and tell me in which month my account had been freeze and how much charge o[censored]nfreeze my account. I already told you I don't have so much money (rs 10000 ) because I am only one earning person in my family and that's not possible for me that I maintain 10000 in my account because that is my salary so how can I maintain.if they want to convert my account in saving account why they don't tell

            I have received fake note of 500 rupees from ICICI bank ATM near satelite area, ahmedabad.
            i do not remember precise date of incident but it has happened between 01.10.2016 to 07.11.2016
            During this period i have withdrawn the amount 5 times as per my need.
            All withdrawals are from ICICI bank ATMs only.
            So, far i have not approached any of the ICICI bank for resolution.
            i came to know about the note that it is fake when my wife went for exchange it at near by SBI branch near to my residence. The bank official crossed the note saying it fake note.
            i am expecting refund/exchange of this note.

However I have verified the address all the times I called them. This is frustrating and careless in the business. I felt as our India has to be improved to way up in BUSINESS and Customer Service.                     Dear icici,

                    Your branch at pallav puram meerut has the most atrocious behavior of banking with its customers. They are giving preference to the customers whom they know in advance and are accepting their bank transactions in between, while hundred other customers are waiting outside for their number to come. Also, they talk to the customers in the most ridiculous manner. They are taking the old notes from the customers they know without any proof of identification, and are harassing the customers whom they don't know personally. Everyday, they are asking for different documents for the depositing of old notes, and even asking different documents from different customers. When asked about the reason, they are showing arrogance to the customers and are just telling them to move off from the bank and that they are not responsible to do any work of the customers. I hold a joint account with my mom in this branch and the cashier spoke to my mom (An old cancer patient of around 67 years age) in a very rude manner that he won't deposit the amount, inspite of my mom was carrying the passbook with our photographs attested by the branch itself. Your people were so rude and abusive that we have to raise our voice, but at the end of the day, with the demonetization of money, customers are at the mercy of these stupid bankers. My mom have to say sorry with no fault of her to the person, as he was so rude to ask her to do so, otherwise he wont deposit the amount. Also, above that he was telling us that the bankers are working day and night for this situation, but would like to understand are we responsible for this? They are doing their duty, and would like to mention that, they are lacking in that too.

                    Its the general situation with the icici pallav puram branch in meerut. Even before the demonetization, they always had a tendency to pick up the faults in the customer and used to ask them to leave without getting the transactions done. How could a cashier can use an abusive language and ask me to move out from the bank and telling me - (Ab aapka kaam nhi hoga, niklo yahan se". What a language spoken by icici people. Hats off to them.

                    Congrats to the entire icici team for making an old lady say sorry to the icici homebranch people for depositing her own money in her own account.

                        I was offered the unsolicited icici credit cards: [protected] & add on unsolicted credit card no:[protected] by icici marketing division came to my school and home many a times.

                        There was some dispute between me and the icici bank regarding my dues for the credit cards. Same point of time i lost empolyment and also lost the opportunity to make my lively hood.

                        Inspite of my finacial hard ship, i have clered my icici perosanal loan and car loan and sum extent of credit card dues also.

                        I personally represented my (Finacial hard ship) the same to icici bank credit card division many a times, but the managem ent was so regid and keep on presuring various ways to clear the same.

                        I think my, lost transaction was during december 2009, since then i represent many ways for one time settlement of my cr dues issues to icici bank. All my efforts were invain and unsuccessful.

                        Further my economy has gone down during last 7 yers due to socia economic & personal health reasons. I also, incured huge losses during the same period.

                        I put efforts to resolve the same over phone (Help line) and also in person represented the same, but all my efforts wer not usefull to solve my one time credit card settlement.

                        During last 4months i am getting/receving thretening calls from recovery agents & icici bank and theretening me by using unparlamentary language and filth language. At times i am receving more than 3o calls from various numbers in a day and thertens me and distrub my profession.

                        These recovery agents & icici bank making calls to my family and friends and demanding them to pay my credit card dues and also defaming my profile in the community and relatives.

                        Just for case study these are the people received calls from the goons of recovery agents & icici bank

                        Resident of nellore
                        Received calls and threts from the recovery agents & icici bank and used unparlamentary and filthy language on me. (Recived calls to land line and also to mobile)
                        2. Dr. Kalidas giridhar (Relation ship brother)
                        Resident of gunutur of guntur, ap
                        Received more than 5o calls from different number & distrabing his profession and defaming me in the community
                        Received calls and thretens from the recovery agents & icici bank and they used unparlamentary and filthy language on me. (Recived calls office land line and also to mobile)
                        Used unparlamentary and filthy language to recover money

                        3. Kalidas rekha (Relationship sisterinlaw)

                        Received more than 30 calls and distribed her profession and defamed my relation ship with her

                        I have decent amount of evidence about the thretening calls made by (Goons) icici agents.

                        If the icici bank failed to adhere the norms of rbi guidelinses, recovery policy and force me (Client), my family and friends illegall way to pay my dues and defame my fincacial profile and relationships.
                        I have no option, except to seek for legall aid and also claim for compensatin of rs. 50, 00, 000 (Fifty lakhs) for professional carrier damages.

                        Look forward for immediate action against these illegal recovrey appracoach, failing to take immediate action may lead to all possible
                        Civil and crimincal action against the icici bank.

                          Dear sir/madam
                          I have paid direct tax through icici bank internet banking on 28/09/2016 of amount rs 5007/- but till today it is not yet reflected in my net banking website page, (Under tax centre- view e-challan).
                          I have obtained the challan id from customer care help after few days.
                          I got mail from income tax dept that my payment is not received,
                          Also note that this payment is also not yet reflected in income tax website (Form 26as) any of fys.
                          I have used all web browsers like ie, chorme, fireffox, etc and even in android for icici bank website where all other previous challans are available but this particular challan is missing.
                          And because of this issue my form 3 submitting process is pending

                            Hi,

                            My name is Rahul Goyal and my father's name is Rahul Goyal. I am a working professional in United States and my father lives in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. He went to an ICICI branch during lunch time, dated 23rd Nov 2016. As far as I believe during lunch time, customers are allowed to go inside the bank and wait there as the employees will be taking a break. The guard at the gate stopped him from going into the branch and said wait outside till lunch is over. He behaved inappropriately with my father and ultimately they got into an argument. My only request to please look into the matter as customer service is important for ICICI and I do not wish similar instance to happen once again with someone else. You can check the CCTV footage of the bank, if you wish.

                              I, Amer Bin Rashid, a customer of your ICICI Bank Ltd. had a credit card of number XXXXXXXXX5006 which has no due. Where as there was a loan on credit card of number XXXXXXX9004. Due to financial and medical issue, I could not pay my outstanding dues for some time. I agree that I had defaulted but my intentions are very clear. In fact I visited the branch of ICICI Bank and had spoken to the manager regarding the settlement of my dues. I have heard that ICICI banks holds 60 % of the market but I am amazed and shocked that the bank is practicing unethical ways to collect its due.

                              In a wayICICI Bank is threatening my family and my relatives for dues that pertain to me. I too have friends in the corporate world and I have learnt the RBI rules and regulations. How can a Bank call all my relatives, in-laws and brother in law and list goes on. Isn’t 3RD party calling completely prohibited ? ICICI Bank boast of data privacy and customer confidentiality ? Isn’t even informing the spouse of about the customer dues against the RBI guidelines. All these have been confirmed by ICICI managers also. But it seems that the ICICI Bank is following all these practices.

                              On 18TH November 2016, in the afternoon one such female calling herself “ Poonam Sharma” ( +91 [protected] ) who has been calling all my relatives namely my brother in law Mr. Asif Iqbal ( [protected] ) & my elder brother Mr. Khalid Bin Rashid ( [protected] ); claiming to be a lawyer from Bankshal Court’s SRB department of Reserve Bank Of India. This is unheard of, absolutely unbelievable. She has mentioned in the call that 5 banks including ICICI gives cases for amicable settlement. Who is she ? How is she connected to the ICICI Bank ? How does she have customer private details The Bank cannot deny as I have got full conversation recordings and snapshots of the calls received by my relatives from the number mentioned ( +91 [protected] ).

                              The Reserve Bank of India is calling in behalf of ICICI Bank Ltd. ? If so then I should be talking to the Governor of RBI ?

                              The lady ( who has named herself as Poonam Sharma calling from +91 [protected] ) has called my wife names and even called her a big cheat and liar which you can clearly hear in the conversation recording. Is my wife your customer ? How can the bank call my wife a cheat ? And why is she talking to my brother, cousins, brother in law; are they customers of ICICI bank ? She has informed half the city of my default and my inability to pay. She has even made a very serious claim and has threatened that ICICI Bank will stop the education of my child by informing the school. She has told my brother as well as my brother in law that if I don’t amicably settle with her, then I will have to pay up as punishment Rs. 2, 50, 000/-; whereas you can yourself see that my principal outstanding is around 40000/- to 42000/- as confirmed with the manager Ms. Reshma Khatoon of the ICICI whom I met on 19/11/2016. Poonam Sharma ( so as she claims ) called me a big thug and same about my wife. !!! Is this how low ICICI Bank is willing to stoop to collect its dues. She has accessed some personal details probably from Facebook accounts and claims to know names and addresses and their children names etc. So much for the customer data protection. Whereas she claims to have my numbers, but not in one instance has she spoken to me or my wife. Whereas my address from birth has been same and all bills and collections of payment I have made have been from the same address. And it is claimed that we are not found or wrongly mis-leaded. which is absolute lie and impossible because the whole locality knows me and my family. Whereas after receiving complaints from my relatives, I called the same numer of Poonam Sharma ( +91 [protected] ) from my own number as well as my wife’s number several times. But no-one picks up the phone or calls back or messages back

                              After such complaints and embarrassing calls from my relatives, I called the managers of ICICI bank today 21/11/2016; namely Ms. Reshma Khatoon & Mr. Sukanta Mandal of ICICI Bank Ltd.; Chowringee Branch/ Park street Branch, Kolkata. From the recorded conversation you can understand that Ms. Reshma Khatoon is only interested to when I will close the account and casually said that she will ask the agency to stop calling and assured that all the follow up will stop. And said that she would request me to not complain to you and other authorities. When I asked her the name of the agency and caller; she refused to do so. She said even if she knew she would not be able to tell. She was not even willing to tell whether the concerned caller representing ICICI Bank is DRA trained or not. On the other hand; she pushed me to her senior, Mr. Sukanta Mandal; who totally denied knowing anything about the caller or the agency whereas I had provided him with the number from where all the calls were coming upon his request. ( +91 [protected] ). What kind of managers are these ? Who has my details ? Why are these managers trying to protect the agency and the identity of the caller Poonam Sharma ( +91 [protected] ) and don’t even concern about the reputation of the ICICI bank ? Neither they gave me the name of the authorized agency or the name of the bank whereas they said they have the details. The managers are trying to confuse me on purpose, saying that I might be getting calls on behalf of other banks. Whereas other than ICICI credit card – I have never ever been issued any card as such from any other bank. So it is obvious only outstanding is here i.e. ICICI. So, in short, ICICI Bank has authorized people to harass and threaten customers and relative and seems that managers are hand in hand with the agency. This is exactly, I or for that matter anyone also, is going to read the entire situation. I have understood the policy of the managers of the ICICI bank. They are talking about my credit card, settlement matter and everything else over phone but the fact is when my relatives got threatening calls from the agency authorized by ICICI bank, then I went to the bank to find out the actual situation. On purpose the agency is not taking the name of the bank over phone but are only talking about settling the card dues. She is specifically mentioned a credit card. And I only had this card of ICICI Bank which lies defaulted, so it is clearly obvious. They are trying to play it safe as to not mention ICICI bank. But luckily I have had only this one credit card i.e. ICICI credit card. She also mentions she will talk to the bank and settle this amicably at Rs. 70, 000/--80, 000/- for which old notes are also acceptable OR I have to face the consequences and fish out 2, 50, 000/-

                              I have all the recordings of all these calls including one with bank manager Ms. Reshma Khatoon ( Park street/Chowringee Branch ) where she can be cleary heard saying that she will make sure that all the follow up is stopped. In a way she accepted that my case is being followed up and now that I have called up she will ask them to stop all follow up.

                              It is a sincere request I just want this unauthorized female called representing RBI on behalf of ICICI Bank to be brought in forefront along with the agency she is working for. ICICI bank cannot deny any such caller or agency as I have proof of its existence.

                              Tomorrow, lets say, if my child or other children whom she mentioned in the call; any uncertainity happens them in school; should I assume that the authorized agency of ICICI bank are responsible for it just for collection of dues ? She knows about my son’s as well as my nephew’s schools and whereabouts as she has mentioned in the calls that I have got in recording. Today I am ashamed to be ever associated with your ICICI Bank and would recommend all to leave such a bank where a customers privacy and personal life is threatened. I have got all recordings which I have attached to this email; i.e.

                              (i) the so called Poonam Sharma ( +91 [protected] ) calling my brother and brother-in-law in conference call.

                              (ii) Conversations with Ms. Reshma Khatoon +91 [protected] & Mr. Sukanta Mandal +[protected].

                              Today I have lost my face and respect in my entire family and my in-laws. I cannot meet eye to eye with my in-laws. I am so depressed that I feel like committing suicide. My relatives are calling me and wife to express their annoyance and view points on me. Do you realize how shameful it is for me. I have feel like ending my life and sheer responsible will be on ICICI Bank who have authorized such callers who have tainted my reputation everywhere.

                              I have attached all the recordings and snapshots of the calls received by my brother and others. I humbly request you to kindly hear the recordings and give me justice.

                              I believe that you will honestly solve this issue. I too am using all my resources to find out the caller's identity & agency.

                              I hope that you will co-operate and take strict action against the caller and agency.

                              All attached audio files are in .3gp format & mp3 format. There were several more audio but I think these are sufficient.

                              I have made a complaint in the local police station also. Attached is also its copy. I have also written to all the ICICI Bank heads including their CEO.

                                  I'm Swapnil Kumkar holding ICICI NRE/NRO savings account A/C#[protected] in Singapore.
                                  Without any intimation my account has been debited from NRE and NRO account at same time. I have never come across something like before.
                                  Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

                                  Possible resolution for this is to refund debited amount from my account.

                                      Madam / Dear Sir, My name is S.Kishore (Contact numbers: [protected], [protected] and Email:[protected]@yahoo.com) from bangalore, Karnataka. I had applied for a online savings account and deposited a token advance of Rs.1, 000/-. Then I got a ICICI account number (A/c No.[protected] from ICICI bank through message on mobile. After that ICICI representative Ms Sukanya (Contact number: [protected], [protected]) came to me and collected the required documents for savings account opening and told to me to deposit remaining balance of Rs.9, 000/- in my ICICI savings account as the minimum balance to be maintained is Rs.10, 000/- and she confirmed that my debit card, mobile / internet banking will reach to my communication address within 7days. So that I deposited Rs.9500/- in my ICICI A/c. Later, I didn't get any confirmation regarding deposited amount from ICICI bank. After one month, I got my debit card card and I generated Debit / ATM pin through online. While trying to withdraw amount in ATM, it is showing that "transaction could not be processed". So I approached customer care to know why my debit card is not working. They replied that my account is in debit freeze and even they don't know why my account is in debit freeze even after submitting all required documents for account opening. So I asked the ICICI representative for the reason, she told that "the bank people made some mistakes during updating your info, hence the problem occurred and I'll sought it out with two days". Later that she is not attending my calls and responding to me. Now I'm helpless. If this is the case to wait for 45 days and more to start the transactions from my account, what is the use of opening online savings account? The same question I asked to ICICI customer care, they are replying that "without updating your information by ICICI bank, we are unable to help you". Neither customer care nor ICICI representative is helping me to sought my problem. The case may please be take seriously and give your advise as early as possible.Waiting for your reply.                                         I am a shareholder since ipo of icici bank ltd.I am stating a grave problem faced at your gariahat branch, kolkata.My father had expired in 1999 and mother on 29/11/2016.Both of them had a joint e or s locker account no 544.After death of my father, my mother used to operate without informing the death of my father, i presume.My mother had a joint e or s sb account with my next sister, no[protected].

                                        On 02 november, 2016 after completion of last rites of my mother myself with my husband and my next sister went to your gariahat branch at 14-30 hrs.There we took a printout of the said sb account.On enquiry the lady at the counter told us that the locker account was also a joint one with my mother and next sister,

                                        on 07 november 2016 mt next sister submitted one application stating the death of our mother.At that time the person manning the desk told my sister that the locker was held by my mother and father.Two different statement on two different days.

                                        My husband met the branch manager of your chowringhee branch who again confirmed that the locker account was jointly holding by my mother and next sister.

                                        On 21 november 2016 i again went to confirm correctness of different statements with my next sister. We met very bad attitude from your bank personnel.We can recognize those persons if needed. They just told us that they first of all need court documents. After getting the same they can only proceed further. We repeatedly requested for the proforma of the documents needed they refused to say anything.

                                        Is this your service to the general public?

I should then consider of closing all of them. What kind of help is this from the bank side if somebody asks something. Is this some kind of dictatorship.
