A bank official issued statements of my savings account unauthorised to some individuals. When I reported the same, the bank employee called me and said that he is scared as he might lose his job. Post which I have got no response even after repeated follow ups on my mail from customer care.

I am getting message from ICIC bank that your EMI for home loan is due on 5th for Loan Account 3417. I haven't taken any loan from ICIC bank nor I have any kind of relationship with said bank.

ICIC Bank need to check their database and correct it accordingly. I don't want such useless messages coming to my mobile.

Ensure that you correct it ASAP.

While making a payment of rs. 1506 for the post of food analyst at fssai, i opted net banking payment from my yes bank on icici eazypay, however, while my account was debited, i received a failed transaction page of citrus. I checked my account and it was debited for rs. 1506. As per the labour law the work should not exceed not more than 8 hours a day. But the ICICI Bank makes its employees to work for more than 10 hours a day without paying any overtime pay. This is the not only organisation who exploits the human work. There are other organisations doing the same. I request the concern department of government to take action against it and make stringent laws to stop this exploitation....

charged overlimit fee 500 and service tax 75 ( what type of service tax it is)
for everything you guy are adding service charge.

I have not applied for expression debit card but i got one, so i went to the branch and told the same then they told like we will cancel it and then u will get refund.. And also they have taken a letter about the same.. Till now i didn't get any refund, its been over 10 months..in the mean time i have gone to icici banjara hills branch 5 times they told everytime like u will get refund, but the last time i went they told me that i will not...

I have moved out of india. They are just would not cancel the credit card as they would receive yearly fees. I have already paid. Money without using the card after coming here. Whenever i raise a request to cancel it, they close it saying that please use payback points before raising the request. When they know that i wouldnt be able to. They have just made a scheme to fool people.
