Refund of anw charges!!

My friend deposited 6000rs to my a/c and in this transaction 173 inr deducted as an anw charges..

This sms received from icici bank..

Dear customer, your ac xxxxxxxx3293 is credited with inr5, 827.50 on 27 oct. Info. By cash :6000 anw-chrgs :150.

I need clarification on same or i'm going to file case on same you.. Icici bank they are doing fraud & using public...

Details of complaint to ICICI on 20/10/2016: I requested for balance transfer of around RS 580000 from Axis to ICICI at the rate of interest 11.69%, The agent promised me 0% pre-closure charge after 1 year but now ICICI person call and told me that application made for Rs 1000000 and the pre-closure charge is 5% even after a year, please don't disburse the loan until I confirm.

Hi, recently i opened icici bank savings account and i was told that after salary gets credited it can be converted to salary account. Now i requested for the same but my request has been declined saying my employer is not listed in icici bank details.in that case, why your people told me that it will be converted and if it is not possible i don't want the account....

Almost a week has been pasted but inspite of repeated promises from their end the amount is not being uploaded on the cards.

They are really unprofessional after, 7days they shared that your corporate id is expired only when i blast on them...

It is a matter of the late payment according to the ICICI credit card, I made the payment before time and when i spoke to the CC dept they said we got the payment late and then after i requested to speak with the manager and they told me that manager will give you call back with in 24 to 48 hours and till date never got the call back and after some days back somebody called me from ICIC stating about the reward points, i thought they closed...

I had online requested for personal loan to which I had been asked to submit my documents at shastri Nagar Batala branch .I had submitted all the documents and signed the form also about a month ago at the branch. They opened my salary account and told me to wait for personal loan. Mr Ajay Prinja asked Mr Gurmeet Singh of icici branch Batala to collect documents from me.Now they are neither giving me my documents nor sanction my loan....

When i call to customer care getting ivr options press 0 for unblock card. For banking account press1 after its asking to enter account number 038xxxxxxx94 and asking to enter atm pin 54xx and after entering in descending order of my pin it says invalid if i was able to withdraw cash from icici account with pin number. But its not accepting in phone banking even i was changed its reaching more attempts and disconnecting call. Such a worst...

This is to inform that I have been using ICICI Bank credit card since almost 4 years now for almost[protected]. This time I had once again received the yearly charges debited to my account. On request to wave it off the officer named Ms. Zeba rashly told that you can go for other banks credit card. Even after telling her that she was rude in talking there were no apologies from her side she told that you can go and complaint to the bank...

I tried to recharge my bsnl mobile online yesterday[protected] afternoon but Rs.300 was deducted from my account and till today i did not receive any recharged amount on my mobile number nor money is refunded. I almost waited for a day thinking it might take some time. But of no use. Either refund the money or complete the transaction.

Can the concerned work on this?...

AMOUNT "NOT" CREDITED TO MY SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT AFTER MY iWISH ACCOUNT CLOSURE. I have called many times after closing my iwish account but in spite of all my calls, escalations and setting the service request tickets to high priority, I am not getting MY MONEY credited to MY own account. No ICICI Manager or Officer giving me assurance of the amount. I AM ESCALATING THIS ISSUE to be taken very seriously. CONSIDER THIS ISSUE AS URGENT....

I had made an online payment INR 685 to TNEB online payment on 02/10/2016. My transaction summary as follows "

The amount was neither credited to the beneficiary account, nor was I notified about the failed transaction. The amount is still not credited back to my account. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible...

I do not have any demat account with icici. While opening saving account icici representative gave me demat account kit said its free. You can use in future if you want. I never filled any demat account form so having demat account and trading through that account is out of question. Now i received estatement stating trans id 00868729 dp chrgs till aug-16 rs.575....

i have an account with u in civil lines faizabad branch, my account number is[protected]. I had made a transaction of Rs.50, 000 on 05/10/2016 to Akansha automobiles using my ATM at Rudrapur. But the amount was neither credited to Akansha Automobiles nor reverted back to my account.

My card ending with 7000 was about to expire. However i am not using icici card for more than 3.5 years now. But still send it to the old address on the file. Someone got that renewed card and used it on in petrol bunk for 25, 000 at Natraj flee center.

My question what is the process to activation of icici credit card? Without user calling from registered mobile number, how can card be activated?...
