Hi

I was recharging my
PayTM account and was shown an error message

For security reasons your Verified By Visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at Verified By Visa merchants.

To Unblock your card/login, please contact ICICI Bank Customer Care.

But, when I contacted the customer care I heard a pre recorded voice saying that the card is not blocked.
I am unable to do any online activity using my debit card **** **** **** 3587.

Please respond at the earliest.

    Hi,

    I am applying for coral debit card and also paid charge of rs. 500/- for that.

    I got confirmed message and mail from bank about it.
    Also got message that "dear customer, debit card for acc xx5529 has been sent by blue dart courier, awb [protected] to ahmedabad-shahibaug branch on 10-nov-2016.",

    But, i have not get my debit card.

    Please help to get it soon.

    I don't know why it is too late?

    Hello Good Afternoon,

    @Consumer Complaint & @ICICI Bank

    To day I got call from : +91 [protected] from ICICI bank officer regarding my Coral Debit card at 12:07pm on my ICICI bank registered mobile number.

    I go there ask about my Coral Debit card but they have not provide it to me after showing my Verified ID proof and copy of that ID Proof also.

    Either send it to my office address immediately or take it return and return my payment.

    Because,
    I have complain for your officer and Deputy Branch manager and Branch manager, Shahibaug-Ahmedabad .
    This is not fair after 21 days I am without Coral Debit Card for which I paid money.

    I dont like this service.

    Hi Good Evening,

    To day at 6:22 PM,
    I got message from VK-ICICI that, "Dear customer, Debit Card for Acct XX5529 has been delivered to Ahmedabad-Shahibaug Branch on 01-DEC-16. Pls visit Branch with valid ID proof and collect it within 3 wkg days."


    As above I clearly said to you either send my debit card to my office address or return my payment of Rs. 500 + charge taken by you for coral debit card.

    Because I don't want to go your branch.
    If you are not able to send it to me on my address then keep it with you.

      Sir, i am naina dubey working in a school. I work oart time as a french subject teacher from 9.15 to 1.15. The recovery person archana fro. Andheri midc has been talking to me on my mobile number sinxe twi days. She called up at my school and abuaed the principal too she justt it in anger... On the 23rd she called on the school landline after i git the meessage i called her and we spoke abt settlement of 25thousand rupees. I tild her guve me a days time. Next that is 24th she called and i told ger this month end i cannot.. Maje the oayment. She was abusing so i told her if i can speak ti her senior. He came in line but she too was ob the call. Her senior mr. Abhilash too did not listen to what i had to say. He just cut off and started yelling. And then she said abhi tere school mein phone karthi hu aaj hi resign karathi hu. Tera pais bhi nahi chaiye and she called up the school ananand abusef the reception and the principal. I was talking to her at that time so why did she call there is my first question. The customer is talking and not ignoring you so why. Its there since one year i had git a job there. They r not even aware of it. Why did tge senior not tslk to me and let that girk do what she wants. I have one months time to resign till they get a new teacher. What benifit does the bank get.         My Self Mahesh Goswami, Location Halol Panchamahals,

        there was a call from [protected] on 27.11.16 14.25pm asked for ICICI card validity, No and after that said for under PM Modi sceme to update account at Ahmedabad Branch take all details and make Rs. 32788 =00 debit transection. he ensure me as a branch manager after 4 hrs i will receive credit entry also. finally Cell was off on night and fraud heppned with me.it is very shockful incident for every one victim. Cell was from BIHAR, i have contected to DYSP bihar from net- No-[protected] 3 times message with fraud no. ICICI bank given SR No.[protected],[protected] for that. ICICI bank replied 7 to 45 days time. and Charges for new Card.at least such case ICICI can give support by No charges for New Card and handover thousand of cases to CBI, cyber crime dept. can take all time Crimes against prvendtive action. not only All Time Money. not a single man said that he has returned money from fraud case. ICICI can take insurance against such issue.

          I am not sure if you are able to read this or even if your personal assistant is reading this, i am looking to tell you that your team is worst service provider (Except for sbi, they always top this chart in terms of any customer service).
          Your sales team lies to your customers and sell them cards with wrong commitments. And when customers complain about it, even your management tries to save them instead of ensuring to implement standards for a good customer service which has integrity and honesty as the foundation of it.

          I was sold a carol debit card with false commitment by your team and i am urging you to take some steps to ensure that it doesn't happen with anyone else.
          Your team has asked me to send an email or call back tomorrow after spending 9 mins in queue and 21 mins with advisor's when i asked for manager advisor's advised me he unable to tranfer call. Total call charges i have spend over the call 32 rs, i am not looking to spend my money in any form on their deeds.

          I called up to the cust care to explain the problems of mine i have faced, finally i found 82 calls in queue (Best part is this is how they earned money from us even you called any day you will find your self in long queue try once and you paying for that queue). So if i stand in the queue i will be paying more than 100 bucks to cust care people, why should i pay for my own money or pathetic service.

          I am including the banking ombudsman team in this so that they can also see what's being done by your credit card team. I hope at least they do something about it.

          I will stop banking with you guys day by day you finding way to fraud with customer... I will close my account soon. No more business with fraud bankers

          This fraud company says customers to earn from internet and make paypal account for payment
          My account in empower shows 475$. In place of paying me through paypal they withdraw 50 $ from

          ICCI bank only takes money from us, , , Call customer care any point of time, they will keep your calls in waits for at least 25 to 30 mins until you don't pay them at-least 50 rupees from your cell phone . Happen am charging my account . NO more Banking with ICCI bank they are thief, , , , One of the worst provider . They earn it too much that the reason service quality is down.
          I have received a message that 50 dollors has been withdrawal illegally from my account from Paypal. I did not made any purchase of goods or services from that company.

              Well, now since govt implemented demonetization, still paying at petrol pump by icici credit card, surcharge is been calculated. When i spoke to icici representative, they said no such information (No surcharge on fuel) is been updated from govt. I think icici bank employee lost their mind.in 1 way they send message for go e-payment and on other they deduct surcharge. If this goes on, then demonetization in full fledge is not possible in india.

                Complaints against Ms Shashi Bhushan and Mr Satyendra Singh (ROHINI BRANCH)
                This is to put forward that we have a loan account with ICICI bank, we have delayed our payments by 10 days and also paid the penalty amount, to our horrifying experience ICICI executives dont stop calling every number that they have. Parents, husband, wife any number that they get hold of they just call. Once even when the payment was made they still called. They use abusive language. The worst case was the executive Mr Satyendra Singh called and visited my workplace, and had the audacity to use foul and threatening language with the office guards. I have had the worst experience with ICICI bank and their agents for collection. I would like to warn each and every individual before they get a loan from ICICI they should be aware what they are getting into. Before taking any such step they should go back and check the credit history of the individual and the intention of them too. This is against the RBI ruling. I am going to file a case in Banking Ombudsman as well.

                  Buying a home is a dream, but organizations like ICICI running our life. After bearing an account with ICICI for about 11 years, thought it would do the needful than government banks(thought I have pre approved loans with SBI & AB).
                  1) Processed my request through bank bazar and got the contact details of ICICI home loan department relationship manager called '' Dhandapani', Malleswaram Branch, Bangalore
                  2)When I called him, he said he would call back to me in 5 min, and waited till the evening and didn't get any call. I called back and got a wired response from him saying that, 'I am cancelling your loan requests, why are you calling me in the evening 4pm, and arguing with me that I haven't called in the morning.
                  3) this starts the torture from ICICI, after couple of complains given through customer care department, tagged with ICICI executives, who doesn't know any process.
                  4) after so many complains, issues, loan got approved and disbursed with my own struggle
                  5) problem here is, my loan is approved for 63 lacks and i opted for icici prudential coverage plan, for that they charged 1.58 - 1.6 lacks and which i agreed, but i have taken the loan of 57 lacks only, for which insurance amount should proportionally gets reduced.
                  6) that executive said, the difference amount will get adjusted to my principle amount, which was not happen from last 2 months. why should I pay the extra amount ?
                  7) I have called the customer care, and another stupid called 'Murali' who is acting as a floor supervisor bluntly saying that, if you want your money back, you have to wait, as you got the loan from icici.

                  He was talking as if he is giving money from his pocket and he has given the loan for free of cost.

                      I'm getting charged Rs. 17.25 every quarter for minor accounts[protected] and[protected] without my approval.

                      What are these charges for and why it is getting charged without my permission? I never subscribed for these services when opening the account nor have I received any such Value Addition SMS for both minor accounts till date. This is really frustrating and seems like as if banks are indulged in some fraudulent activities. The bank representatives simply asked us to sign the forms at various places and filled up the forms by themselves. I never given permission for any paid SMS facility.

                      I would like all such charges to be refunded since account opening and need immediate explanation.

                        My account with ICICI Trivandrum Branch was closed and the required paperwork submitted to the ICICI Kottayam Branch 3 months ago. Even now my netbanking is active and the account hasnt been closed.

                        Even as I submitted the request for closure, the bank officials had canvassed hard to prevent the closure. Because of that I have kept an acknowledgement of the closure request with myself, as I expected this.

                        Please close my account and send an email confirming the same. Thanks in advance.

                          I didn't generated UAN no for my pf in Icici Bank, Pf no-MH/18796/313043 . So when i am generating UAN no using my previous pf details its saying date of birth is not matching and when i am putting my current employer Pf details (Proptiger.com. Pf no- MR/NOI/ [protected]/01039 )for generation o[censored]AN its saying confirmation from ist employer is pending .
                          I dont know whom and where to contact in ICICI For the same

                            We have POS machine in our RETAIL shop installed by ICICI bank.
                            On 24th Nov, 2016 that we have done business of worth INR 45, 900/=(5 transactions thru swipes). At the end of the day the settlement was successful.                             So now hereby i request why they have credited the by 23, 200.39 rupees short. Please clerify on the subject. And ask the concerned officials regarding that days SETTLEMENT.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I've applied to ICICI Credit card long back but I didn't received the card Physically .Due to which i have not used the card anywhere.Thereafter I was told to pay bill even without receiving & Using the card.I told them to cancel the card and they told me to pay approx 1400 Rs.as settlement amount that i paid. I was told that amount will be automatically adjusted and your account will be closed . They didn't sent me the letter of closure of account . Now again they have send letter dated 19 Nov 2016 ref no CC/1611/0392149 to pay outstanding amount of Rs 3115.

                                Pl. advice why should i pay when i have not received the Card and not used the card even once. And on to that I've paid the settlement amount earlier also and again they are asking .

                                    I have icici a/c & debit card. When I withdrawal 500 & 1000 from icici Atm, 46 rs has deducted for both transactions.

                                    Why there is extra charges on every transaction, as government announced no extra charges till 30 dec

                                        Thanks for your support. I visit my branch 4 times but they are saying that approval team not in branch so I can visit other branch . I visit other branch johri bazar jaipur they also denied
                                        At this time I am feeling panic because I don't have any cash. Before deposit they told me my account is active after that I am doing transaction it is saying my account has been debit freeze
                                        So please support me and tell me in which month my account had been freeze and how much charge o[censored]nfreeze my account. I already told you I don't have so much money (rs 10000 ) because I am only one earning person in my family and that's not possible for me that I maintain 10000 in my account because that is my salary so how can I maintain.if they want to convert my account in saving account why they don't tell
