While issuing card i was told that there will be nominal charges of 199/year for renewal. but excess charges have been levied and debited from account. please reverse the amount and modify the bill otherwise i am not interested in continuing the card....

I am an account holder of icici bank for about 5 years. Today when i was checking my account statement, i saw 2 unjustified deductions in my account. There was no abbreviation given in icici bank account for smab charges. Then i searched it through net and understood about the abbreviation.

Sir some body took housing loan in my pan card from main branch, Icici bank.in front of sriya talkies. Bhubneswer.odisha Before 3 month wrote complain to main branch.I have also complaint copy but still didn't get reply from bank.please I want to solve my problem and clear Cibil. I dont apply for any demat account in icici bank.
When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 63025947 dp chgs till sep-16 635.49rs. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]/[protected].
Please provide me urgent solution...

I m getting calls from icic for lifetime free credit card from no:[protected]
When i ask them about any information regarding icici bank, they disconnects the line.
I m getting 8-9 calls everyday
Though i have already submitted the credit card form along with necessary documents, these people (Who calls me everyday) don't have any record about that.

Please do the needful as early as possible...
