I thought of buying train ticket thru my mobile using app called IRCTC connect.
At last the transaction was not successful but the amount has not reversed in my account. I called customer care one recorded message was picked and told me the same Ramayana. "Sir, It will be reversed within 7days".

I was trying to send an email. Email website was down. simply, they say server down.

Recently i am getting harrasment calls from icici recovery agencies for someone elses overdue payment.

This person was my friend few years ago. And i have not been in touch with her since last few years.

Recovery agency is harrasing me for her bills going to the extent of threatening and even calling my office numbers repeatedly during working hours. Recovery agent are very rude and abusive...

I have apply for a swipe machine card for my restaurant jojolapa resort at agonda beach...but none of your staff are responding to it.They keep on saying that they will come but keeps on saying tommorow or dayafter...they keep on promosing but knever turn up...my business is getting affected because of this.I have a lots of guest who is doing a payment through credit or debit cards.This is not good at all...cause your service is just so bad...i...

This is to bring to your notice that one Mr.Swaroop, has been behaved very rudely today at the bank. I went for a cheque transfer today (21/10/2016). I had to wait for one and a half hour(2pm - 3:30pm). After sometime, one of the employee came and asked me to go to the counter where swaroop was sitting. Mysel[censored]sing an ICICi credit card no [protected] of which my my last payment due date on 5th Oct-16 i have to pay Rs- 4254.50, for which i have paid Rs- 1500 through net banking

The rest amount of Rs- 2755 was paid by an I Mobile app on same day
But unfortunately i did not get the SMS, at that time i thought that this was might be of network issue

But today when i receive the statement...

I don't know whether I am user of Demat account or not.But When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction "57168082 DP CHGS TILL AUG-16"---- INR 456.62". My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My registred phone number is [protected].

I want quick action on this otherwise I will file police complaint against ICICI bank for deducting...

I received call from ICICI bank and they just given information about ONE ASSIST PLAN after than they automatic activated this plan last august and deducted Rs-1299/- from my saving A/C on 20th oct of 2016 without my permission. I told them to deactivated this plan but they didn't. I am not interested in any services like this now nor near future.

Please deactivate this plan and refund my money.
