Dear Sir,
I have opened Regular Savings bank account through online application.I have already made payment for initial deposit through bank transfer.
I have facing some problem with verification.I have all documents which is required by you for Open Savings Bank Account.But your representative want to take photo of my home which is out of my mind.If I have all Required Doc then why should it be mandatory?
I approached many time to customer care helpline but already recorded voice told me to enter Your Mobile No. and we approached you shortly but till now there is a no response from you.
So for this regarding I want to close my account and request to Release or Refund my payment.

    Madam / Dear Sir, My name is S.Kishore (Contact numbers: [protected], [protected] and Email:[protected]@yahoo.com) from bangalore, Karnataka. I had applied for a online savings account and deposited a token advance of Rs.1, 000/-. Then I got a ICICI account number (A/c No.[protected] from ICICI bank through message on mobile. After that ICICI representative Ms Sukanya (Contact number: [protected], [protected]) came to me and collected the required documents for savings account opening and told to me to deposit remaining balance of Rs.9, 000/- in my ICICI savings account as the minimum balance to be maintained is Rs.10, 000/- and she confirmed that my debit card, mobile / internet banking will reach to my communication address within 7days. So that I deposited Rs.9500/- in my ICICI A/c. Later, I didn't get any confirmation regarding deposited amount from ICICI bank. After one month, I got my debit card card and I generated Debit / ATM pin through online. While trying to withdraw amount in ATM, it is showing that "transaction could not be processed". So I approached customer care to know why my debit card is not working. They replied that my account is in debit freeze and even they don't know why my account is in debit freeze even after submitting all required documents for account opening. So I asked the ICICI representative for the reason, she told that "the bank people made some mistakes during updating your info, hence the problem occurred and I'll sought it out with two days". Later that she is not attending my calls and responding to me. Now I'm helpless. If this is the case to wait for 45 days and more to start the transactions from my account, what is the use of opening online savings account? The same question I asked to ICICI customer care, they are replying that "without updating your information by ICICI bank, we are unable to help you". Neither customer care nor ICICI representative is helping me to sought my problem. The case may please be take seriously and give your advise as early as possible.Waiting for your reply.     I am using icici from past 5 years, it was a salary account.
    I changed company at last September, but i am maintained at amount of 2000 in account.
    Today i lost 673.78 saying SMAB .
    how to my recovery amount.

      I am a shareholder since ipo of icici bank ltd.I am stating a grave problem faced at your gariahat branch, kolkata.My father had expired in 1999 and mother on 29/11/2016.Both of them had a joint e or s locker account no 544.After death of my father, my mother used to operate without informing the death of my father, i presume.My mother had a joint e or s sb account with my next sister, no[protected].

      On 02 november, 2016 after completion of last rites of my mother myself with my husband and my next sister went to your gariahat branch at 14-30 hrs.There we took a printout of the said sb account.On enquiry the lady at the counter told us that the locker account was also a joint one with my mother and next sister,

      on 07 november 2016 mt next sister submitted one application stating the death of our mother.At that time the person manning the desk told my sister that the locker was held by my mother and father.Two different statement on two different days.

      My husband met the branch manager of your chowringhee branch who again confirmed that the locker account was jointly holding by my mother and next sister.

      On 21 november 2016 i again went to confirm correctness of different statements with my next sister. We met very bad attitude from your bank personnel.We can recognize those persons if needed. They just told us that they first of all need court documents. After getting the same they can only proceed further. We repeatedly requested for the proforma of the documents needed they refused to say anything.

      Is this your service to the general public?

I should then consider of closing all of them. What kind of help is this from the bank side if somebody asks something. Is this some kind of dictatorship.

          I would like to draw your kind attention towards slow, unfriendly and poor customer care associated with your new ICICI POCKETS application.

          I had registered a complain 2 weeks back (complain no. SR[protected] regarding a failed transaction of Rs 1107 with bigbasket on 11 Oct 2016, where in the transaction failed but amount was deducted from my ICICI Pockets wallet account. I called up the customercare and your agent assured me to wait for 30 days as my money was on "hold" and will automatically be credited and Refused to file a complain till 30 days are lapsed.
          But that never happens and finally i got my complain registered (Complain no SR[protected] with assured resolution till 22 Nov 2016, I never got any call or a bloody Email from your customercare and Surprise they closed my complain citing reason that i did not picked up their call and registered a fresh complain SR[protected], amazingly the due date for resolution provided is 3 months...
          i mean are you guys slow ?? or Lazy?? or should i label u people who steal money from their consumer.
          If you guys dont want to give my money back or reslove, you say it upfront rather than giving such lame excuses.
          Your ICICI pockets app is pathetic and is followed by miserable customer care, who dont know a thing about dealing or resloving customer problems in a reasonable time frame./
          I will ensure that consumer forums hear your heroic deeds so that not other customers are subjected to harassment done to me.

Sriram prasad bank holder of icici bank bearing credit card number is [protected] was been done fraud transaction at the period from 13th November to till date . so for security reasons my credit card has been blocked on 22nd November. the amount done was 20000/-. so iam requesting you to process the investigation on the miss transaction details as soon as possible because again i have to pay back the money to bank unnecessarily.

                I went to ICICI morar cantt branchIFSC ICICI 0001439 for opening the zero balance account. One of my friend employed in icici recommended surrogate account but the branch manager MR Rahul Trivedi told he is not aware of the account as he never opened the same but point I would like to bring is does policies of icici varies branch to branch, doesn't it has a overall central controlling authority. How can it be opened in one of the branch of icici whereas the Gwalior morar branch is saying they r not aware. I clearly told them I m defence personnel posted in Kolkata and I have to whom so ever concern as it is widely acceptable in all the banks for opening any account or whatever official purposes related to defence personnel. Being transferable job they can't provide e bill or anything that sort of. Despite giving Aadhar card, BM didnt opened the account. Is this leading bank like icici treat the defence personnel.

                        On Nov 19 I made an IMPS transaction of 4000, while processing I received an error saying timed out. I checked my account balance, amount has been deducted already. when I checked with the beneficery account, the money wasn't there. I called the CCE, she said Trans. is unsucessful and timed out from beneficery bank, will get the amount back in your account in 1 working day, if not you can call us again and complaint. Today when I called the CCE (asif), was saying the tran was sucessful and the beneficery will revert us in 3 working days. He was not ready to take my complaint. Neither confirming when exactely I'll get my money. It's my account my money, why should I care about any other banks process. Now My money is not in my hand neither in beneficery account not even in my account. Where the money gone, I just can't understand. Is this some kind of trap or play you guys running, block the money of your customer between the tran and use the same for three or more days for illegeal purpose, bucause I think you don't have to show anything to anyone for this amount which you hold for a period and return after some time. I am sure you guys are doing this for such reasons, because I came across these scenarios frequently these days.

                          Imps fund transfer-timed out, money debited

                          I transferred Rs 2000 through IMPS on 21st November at 9.10 PM from ICICI A/C to Syndicate bank A/C.

                          Transaction Remark : MMT/Ref[protected]/[protected]

                          The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                          But I got a message that said

                          "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.2, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on...

                          I too got an email from icici with bank statement on 5. Nov 2016. I had a balance of rs. 820.72 and now they have debited rs.684.25 for smab chgs smab chgs oct16+stax89.25 leaving a balance of rs. 136.47. I did not receive any notification before. Request to look into this matter and take necessary action.

                            Hi,
                            From my account, there was an deduction of INR 28.75 without any reason...it was described in the statement as ATMDEC CHG.From Internet i found that this charge was due to ATM's not having enough cash.But there's no previous notification regarding this.And how come this charge can be levied to me.That's the problem with the ATM right...Please do resolve it.

                              Hello Sir,

                              After standing in queue for almost 4 hours, when mine turn came, the cashier denied the exchange and said that only ICICI account holders old 500 and 1000 notes will be exchanged. Whereas per guidelines by RBI, upto Rs 2000 can be exchanged at any bank.
                              Bank staff and manager were very rude.
                              They didnot even notify that we wont exchange notes for other bank customers.

                              I called to bluedart courier service but they are not responding properly. Please send my card through proper courier service.

                                I had purchased clothes on pantaloons showroom on 19th oct 2016 and used my icici credit card. The purchase amount was 1999/- rs. The consumer swiped my card only once and the money got deducted from my credit card account. After 10 mins i have received a message on my mobile saying that the money (1999/rs) deducted again...

                                The money got deducted again and immediately i called the icici customer care on (19th oct) only and the bank said like the transaction is not completed and the transaction will get cancelled in 15 days. But it has not got cancelled and when i check the credit card statement the money (1999/-rs) got deducted twice.

                                I called the icici customer care and they said like it is the issue with the pantaloons merchant only.. I called the merchant (Pantaloons on 11/19/16) and they said like there are no duplicate transactions from the pantaloons side.

                                There is some issue with the Merchant and the metchant has closed the duplicate transaction
                                ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I am not able to exchange old notes as well as withdraw money from my branch, no money to eat, ATM not working, bank workers response not good, i have observed it several time, ..i m doctor, they dont know how to behave, I am going to close my account.
                                I want to renew my debit card expired in june. what is the process of renewal.

                                  I withdrew Rs.14000/- from my account no.[protected] on today at 7pm and while counting the cash I found the bank delivered only 139 notes of 100 as in one packet of 100 notes I found only 99 notes. this is being happening in the pkts of 100 rs. notes. Due to heavy rush it is not possible for every one to count. The bank staff is embezzling. please inquire and credit Rs. 100 to my account immediately. Their cash be checked by special team.

For dificulty for generating online pin generation of my forgotten pin no of my credit card no...8004. I rcd. Mail from icici bank. To reg. My mob. Through their a. T. M. I had done that by using my debit card no...0271. I rcd.2 s. M. S. From them susteem. 1 st. That my existing mob. No. Is de reg.& 2 nd is saying same is reg. As my this mob. No was already reg. Since 5 to 6 yrs. & their. Inspite of this there systeem is yet not allow to accept my existing /new reg. Mob. No [protected] as reg.& not allow me to proceed further. Their local branch executive had given me no of their abd. Office [protected] but that no. Has no fecility of customer care persional call/hearing & giving guidance fecility... This is very bed/worst fecility... Creation of softwere on their end... Now i want to generate my pin no. Will u pl. Call me by their any executive from any cityof india, who can here my complain personally in his fone & can guide me properly..& convince me why. My mob. No is not shown reg.in their systeem? & how can i get my pin of my credit card within 24 hrs.? As i had already inform/complain reg. This & i had not rcd. Any solution from their end since 4 day..                                       I bought 4+4 tickets through card on 22/08/16 for Bhavnagar. Subsequently it was cancelled and Rs.735/- + Rs.735/- was credited to account on 26/10/2016 which is for amount outstanding as per statement 23/10/2016 Rs.604.38 due on 10/11/16. Bank has charged Rs.575/- interest penalty on 13/11/16 for non-payment. Please scrutinize and reverse it.Thank
