I have a kirana stores named "Vipul Kirana Stores" in dahegam since last 45 years. I have to open "current account" in icici bank dahegam branch, and callmr. Vismit but he didn't respond quickly at least 5 days then i went dahegam branch and meet mr.sunny. he suggested to contact bhaumik and i meet him. He fill my form and took my opening check and say its open in 3 working days but today its almost a week and no response from anyone from dahegam branch...please open my account as quickly as possible bcoz this situation reduced bank image

    Dear sir,

    I got a call from icici customer call[protected] pankaj) at 12.15pm today. 15 days back someone misused my credit card & transaction made of rs.19500. So we are return back to you the amount in your account. So you want to confirm your debit card & credit card number (16 digit). So i given the number after it debited rs.12000 from debit card & rs.14000 from credit card.

    Someone tracing my account. He told me the exact balance amount in my account & credit card.

    Please do the needful.

    Kindly hold the transaction and give the contact number with ip address.

    Kindly take the action to that executive (Mr. Pankaj). As of now he debited rs.37000 in my cards.

      I am an account holder of icici bank for past 9 years. I am not using my account for past one year. Because i got job in other company which provides me salary in cash. On 17.11.16 my a/c balance is rs.15051/-. But when i check my balance alert through mobile & net banking i saw a charge of rupees of rs. 689.94/- in the name of smab chgs-oct16+stax 89 date 17.11.2016.

        I went to the atm of icici near alambazar opposite narayani cinema (Atm add: narayanpur 13 no wardop) and attempted withdrawal thrice but did not get the cash instead the amount of 2000 inr deducted at 13:41 today[protected] and showed process code 72 unable to process. At first attempt i typed wrong my atm pin but in the second time i got all right but did not get cash so i tried 3rd time but this time atm showed that maximum amount reached. My account number is[protected] with united bank of india alambazar branch. Plz take necessary step so that i can get my cash

            Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

              As per my last complaint no 1426338 on dated 13th of Nov. Same thing happened today also. As per RBI rule which stated on web as well as it announcing in tv channels also by RBI people that for depositing in own account you don't need to attach a photocopy of the ID proof you just have to carry the same and show to bank when asked. Even that the same person came to check my details today and forced to attach the photocopy of the ID. The leady branch manager also supported him and inform the cashier not to accept the cash without photocopy. I just want to know is this a rule made by this bank people because no other bank is asking the photocopy for depositing the amount on your own account they are just verifying the ID.

                This is to inform you that the bank employees including security guards are illtreating customers at Badlapur branch, Dist-Thane. Pin(421503).
                People with bigger accounts are being let inside without any queue. And when asked about this illtreatment with others, a lady caMe outside and said this is banks policy. She even threatened a bad tempered guy to cancel his transaction and account.
                Ms. Chanda Kochhar, i hope you earn good money but think about those who have done night shifts and are standing in the queue. Very soon i would be closing my saving account from your bank and even will not refer anyone to have an a/c with your bank.

                  To day I had been @ Icici bank, Vaghavadi, Bhavnagar- Gujarat alongwith my wife.
                  I was to exchange only 4000 inr currencies for inr 100 or 2000 notes.
                  I was in bad need of it.
                  The branch manager has stoped us (me & my wife) to enter the bank though I have requested repeatedly the branch head ! excited with me & my family.
                  As I think exchange of 500 & 1000 notes at ICICI bank is a statutery & moral duty of the branch head.
                  Please do the needful & help us to resolve.
                  Can a branch head is empowered to issue an order for not exchanging the currencies & put out a senior citizen husband & wife out of bank in a rude / uncivilized manner

                    Hello sir i am frustrated due to the behavior of bank employee mawana road branch. I have a current account in your bank with account no:[protected]. I had placed a request to open a account with your bank executive Mr Rohit Singh([protected]) in which I had clearly indicated that I will need the facility to transfer funds from my account and I also need a check book. But while updating my application in the system in my account he forgot to provide both the services to me. Now I have not received a check book and I am unable transfer fund through my account. Now I cannot perform any operation due to the mistake of your bank executive. Now instead of solving my problem your staff is misbehaving with me. I am a 100% physically handicapped person. If they are treating me like this then I can imagine how they might be treating the other customers. If my problem is not sorted out at the earliest then I would be forced to take a legal action against your bank for causing me mental and physical harassment.

                      Net banking issue on my newly opened savings jointly opened with delay account. It was working for 2 weeks and suddenly stopped.
                      Iam able to log in however get a message saying, no account is linked to the user ID.

                            Sir,
                            my name is manoj kumar. I have ac in both icici and kotak mahindra. on Oct 12 2016. I try to send rs 15000 from my kotak bank to icici bank.
                            I do one mistake in typing one digit of my icici bank account.
                            my icici account is[protected].but i wrongly type as[protected]. so, my money from my send to unknowns account[protected]. immediately I contact kotak mahindra bank about this they request to visit the branch.then I visit both kotak mahindra bank and icici bank for regularly. but stlii now not get my money.

                            kotak mahindra bank employee shows some emails of they contact icici bank. they say only icici will reverse pay to the kotak account.

                            they also say there was the customer I send wrongly is pending some dues .so, they hold my money.

                            after that they never respond to kotak mahindra banks emails.

                            so, I again meet icici bank and explains this all.they request to give letter about this they will contact me.

                            but even after that they never contact me. kotak mahindra bank clearly says now icici only reverse pay that wrongly deducted amount.
                            more than 40 days completed but I'm not get back my last money.

                            so, please immediately give my money.

                            ps. I attach the screen shots of this transactions.

Icic0003118 — branch officers of this branch sold exchange denomination form by private person out side the bank.. And saying for zerox money... Refusing.. To exchange old denomination and arogantly used filthy language to poor people... And said that if amount remains after disburse our account holder than only we will exchange old demonination... No seperate exchange counter open still date... News also flashesh in news paper i. E. Daily lokmat.. Daily baramati pride.. On wednesday.16 november 2016,, plz take action against such activities...

                                  2 personally visited on 26.10.2016 & subsequently at least 10 times to resolve the issue. no reversal has taken place till date - i am worried about my money & opt to withdraw the amount & close the account.

                                  3 manager gives only standard answer - (a) system is slow - (b) come tomorrow (c) we do not have time (d) he is not fit for manager – should know first how to respect senior citizen first (e) very arrogant & rude
                                  (f) today almost 22 days have passed but no response from him-he had promised that matter will be resolved in one day time
                                  Totally unprofessional way – he is not fit for clerk job forget manager post - first teach him how to behave with customer - totally bias & unfit for job -

                                  Please ensure that strict actions are taken against all staff members & my tds amounts are reversed
                                  I am writing this email to rbi governor/ bank ombudsman / finance ministry /consumer court / - how senior citizen is being harassed by malad branch manager

                                  All are hand in gloves & behave rudly & do the other business & customers are harresed purposly to gain extra (palm the grease)

                                    I had gone to deposit some cash into my sb account and reached bank at 6:40 pm on tuesday, 15th, nov, 2016', however, first the security guard tried to send me back stating the bank is closed and was rude enough. I told him, i wanted to talk to the manager and i asked my wife who also holds an account with icici bank to deposit the amount considering the bank officials will behave properly with a lady.

                                    The lady (Icici bank employee) at the deposit counter behaved rudely with my wife stating the bank is closed (6:40 pm). The lady employee was surrounded with other colleagues as well, well prepared to leave the bank and go without servicing the customers. She said the bank is closed at 7:00 pm, however there were 20 minutes more and my wife insisted that the time is still present. Also, the bank timings are 8 am to 8 pm for malleshwaram branch as i was told over phone.

                                    Finally, the lady staff accepted the deposit with a denial expressions.

                                    This is not once instance that i found at this malleshwaram branch, but i myself faced many such denials from your esteemed bank executives.

                                    I never complain about such petty things but this was over the limit, hence i request you to take strict actions against these bank officials who spoil the image and reputation of your esteemed bank.

                                    Again, when my wife asked how to change the name of the account, the another official (Gentleman) told her to close the account and open a new one. This is highly unprofessional substandard behavior from your bank officials.

                                    Appreciate your quick response and actions on this.

                                      We have a joint account at icici bank which was opened at Orissa. Later on stage I have transferred the account at Kolkata, behala branch. But regret to say that whenever my wife visited the branch, they enforced her to open an bank account in spite of her unwilling ness. Even today at this critical situation also when my wife visited the branch for money exchange / withdrawal, the staff of branch enforced her for open an account instead of helping her by providing exchanged money. Ultimately they returned back her showing illogical excuses.
                                      We are very much annoyed and unhappy by the way the staff of ICICI bank at Behala chowrasta have behaved with us.
