I got to see that icici has deducted around Rs.400 from my account from feb 2016 to august 2016. The bank statement shows that this amount was deducted as mab charges. Please check the attached image for more details.

The online portal for prepaid icici accounts management is completely non-functional. It seldom gives even the login window for the user to access & manage their accounts. Customer care[protected] will give the usual reply, check after 24 hours, which is also untrue.

Wondering why the organization keeps such a website for customer portal for public access?...

As per their request we had said yes to quarries regarding charges during your verification. Now i m felling cheated. Want to do lodge a complaint with cyber cell of police.
Icici should help the customers who are cheated on the usage of their names.

I had applied for a personal loan with ICICI bank and they committed me a rate of 12.7 % initially on call. Once paper work was done then they called me up for final confirmation and told me that your loan is sanctioned on 15.5 %. When i inquired back, everybody started saying that " sir somebody has given you false commitment we cant do it on so less interest.

And we get messages referring "ICICI is giving you loan on 11.49...

I have icici bank account from june 2012. That time my age is 57 yes. After 1-7-2015 i became a cinior citizen. But as per norms i never get any facilities of senior citizens account when i contact bank manager say that first you should account this account and open new account. But customer care says it is possible that same account will be change. Pls look into the matter....

One of my relative had taken loan from ICICI Bank he is not in India. But these people some how got my phone and my office number, and they keep torturing me to provide information about my relative to get the pending amount. I don't have any proof, still they are torturing me and I am really frustrated due to this.
