Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Karthik S Chandrasekar an ICICI bank credit card holder. My credit card number 5241 xxxx xxxx 9004.
This is regarding a transaction on 7th Aug 2016 with SPRINGS SALOON using my credit card. The transaction of Rs. 200075 was an erroneous transaction entered wrongly by the merchant. The actual amount was Rs. 2075.
On noticing the credit card statement I was shocked and contacted the merchant and the merchant agreed to reverse the transaction. But ICICI Merchant services -his service providers have held back the funds and have not reversed it back to my credit card. Please do the needful and block the payment to the merchant via ICICI Merchant services. The amount has not yet been credited to the merchant account.
Please ensure that the full amount is credited back to my credit card account and that I am not charged interest on this Rs. 200075 in my credit card.

I have to pay my credit card dues by 7th Sep 2016. So please ensure the reversal happens before that

Please ensure that the complaint is registered with ICICI Bank credit card from my side.

I tried contacting the customer care by phone but they are refusing to take the complaint from my side. I have also sent email from your complaints page and also mailed Mr. Subhendu Tripathy, Head - Phone Banking. But I have not got any response.

Please understand the situation. 2 laks is a huge amount and this issue due to human error causing huge financial and mental pain to me.

Since ICICI is the company on both sides (ICICI credit card and ICICI Merchant Services and the Merchant is also agreed the error and requested the reversal, this issue should be resolved easily and quickly.

I am also attaching a letter from the merchant accepting the error from his side, his letter to the fraud services of ICICI Merchant Services copying me, my response confirming his error and the response from ICICI Merchant services where they speak of holding back payment and waitng for a chargeback request.
But ICICI Credit card is not taking a request from my side to ensure a "charge back" to my credit.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest as a huge amount is involved

      I have setteled my ICICI bank credit card 3-4 months ago. I have been chasing them to get the no dues letter. Written 5-6 emails to customer care. Always, getting the non-sense reply from them saying, reach out to the near by ICICI bank brach. I live in abroad where there is no ICICI bank near by. I have provided the mailing address and shared email address to send the copy. Its shame on a bank, after collecting the payment not issuing the letter. I had sent an email today and wait for some response. If its a same non-sense answer, then I will find some lawyer and file a case against this bank and their dishonest approach.

      Hello Customer case support officer of Dishonest Bank,

      I have sent N number of emails to your customer support. And there was the man Deepak.raj from bangalore ICICI bank, to whom i have dealt my settlement. He had agreed and committed to issue the no dues certificate.

      Anyway, i dont want to waste my time by talking to useless customer support team and dishonest bank.

      I am gonna post the shameless behavior of your bank in the social media, and seek the advise from the expertise to sue your bank for this dishonest behavior and my loses.

      Anyway, thanks for your default/general reply.
      Wow... one more victim... What nonsense this ICICI people are doing business. why cant they provide the no dues letter to the people who settled their account.

      Brother, we are in a same boat! in my case its my Personal loan account which I settled and since last 1 month am following up with this so called Collection Manager and the call center executives to remove the lean mark from my SB account and provide me the no dues letter.

      My salary is credited yesterday and i cant use it at all. as my account is marked lean.

      I think only God can save us from this blood sucking devils.

        My account is debited with ₹ 345 on 26/8/16.(as annual charges) on account of my money manager service. I haven't subscribed any such service and I had no intimidation about d deduction.

        I have salary account Since June 2011 in ICICI Bank, I never activated any paid service like Money Manager, but every month Bank deduct Rs.28.75 from my salary account.

        I ask to customer care they said this is charges for Money Manager

        I really do not know what is Money Manager, I never activate this nor use ever.
        I cant use it because I don't have that service... today I notice that ICICI website show me this popup to subscribe to Money Manager--- Means I am not subscriber till yet -

        I requested for money back, which is clearly theft from my account.

        I know ICICI Bank has too many rich client who never care for small charges like this, actually they dont have time to see what bank charging them... but still ICICI Bank must be HONEST

          Sir, on 22/2/16 i transferred funds rs one lakh one thousand plus from citibank through wire transaction. Funds were withdrawn from my account on 23 feb 16. 5th march bank mgr informed me to submit concerned documents as money is still at bombay head quarters. I submitted all the concerned documents of my sons who is studding at russia.in this regard i approached all the levels including rbi cell. Till now i did not get my money back

            Asked for the NOC no one care for it

              I used my travel card for online purchase and the merchant cancelled the transaction because I used my card on my friend's account -- since the card details did not match with the account details at merchant. they cancelled the transaction. T

              I've been charged $145 on Travel card - I called customer care and the they kept saying that I need a Void Slip from merchant to get the refund. Merchant has cancelled the transaction and have not charged anything, Still these customer care guys are kept on saying i need to go back to merchant's bank.

              Are you serious -- why should I goto merchant's bank ????
              I need a refund of $145 which was never charged by merchant and amount is held by ICICI bank

              Here comes the most frustrating part -- when I was on call for over 30 mins with customer care -- the guy on the other side just hung up the phone - saying few times that he is not getting any response from me.
              What is this going on.. I am on vacation in US and so i hoped to use this card and now It seems I;m banging my head with these guys everyday for an hour or so..

                Today I did an IMPS fund transfer of Rs 2, 000 from my ICICI Bank(****583945) to a SBI bank(*****9378) on 31th August, 2016.

                Amount: 2000 rs.
                Date: 31st August, 2016
                Mode: Internet Banking

                But later on, I realized that I have transferred money to a wrong account.
                Actually I was intended to send the money to my father's bank account. But after transferring I got to know from my father that the account is not active.

                Sincerely request your ideas and help, to get this amount back.
                Co-operation from you is earnestly solicited.
                What should I do?

                Actually I am in abroad. So also its tough for me to be there in bank and complaint to the concerned authority.

On 2 aug 2016 at about 7:43am i can go on only a balance enquirie but atm masien is hang s when i can do neutrino response, he is deducted my amount, this atm masine one time limit is only 10, 000 i didnt made any transaction withdrawing from atm but 14000 amount deducted from my account of icici atm i'd is secnf528 .I made against it within 2 hours to the customer care. And also informed to the bank staff.But bank staff said amount staff said that is ur mistake.No anyone responed to my comaplints.That is happend with me.I am very disspointed with this servieces my complain no.Sr[protected] plz any possiblites in this matter can do anythink regarding this. Let me make it clear that while opening demat account i was assured that no annual or account opening fees will be levied but now u have cheated and charged.Kindly reverse these charges at the earliest else i will have to close both my saving and demat account with you.

                          Hi, I'm currently in Tanzania using ICICI Bank Multi-Currency Travel (ATM) Card as a service provider to handle my money. On the 30th Aug, 2016, I received an email from the bank stating Dear Customer, Greetings from ICICI Bank. An amount of 394.18 has been refunded to you from your ICICI Bank Travel Card XX3732 as per your request.I had never requested for a closure of the account then how come this much amount got debited.

                              I bring to your kind notice that My son Dr.Dheeraj Daya Sagar is studying MD general medicine in kasturiba medical college mangalore. He is having an sb account in icici bank manipal. Yesterday I deposited 2000/- in his account in gudivada branch they deducted 172/- as commission though the account holder is having an account in the same bank. To my knowledge no bank is charging such an exburent services charges. It is nothing but looting the customer in broad day light. In this regard I would like to know RBI guidelines for charging service charges by different banks . Is there any stipulated rates of charges or the whims and fancies of the bank. It is injustice to the customers. Please let me know why icici bank service charges are so high.

                                Now they show my account with nil balance. i don't have any mail informing about this smab+sbc charges. no information has been given from icici regarding this no call, no mail and no message. so kindly take my request as soon as early and refund my money.

                                No other banks have deducted such charges.

                                  I am Souradip an IT professional and I am placing this complain because of the service (technical) provides by ICICI bank in the rural areas. Their service is very bad interms of their technology standards. There are thousands of people in the rural areas who gets into problems for this. I am writing this on behalf of all those thousands o[censored]neducated rural/village people as they are unaware about this. So please take an action and try to get resolved the issue as soon as possible.

                                    My name is mahendra dev and my sb account number is[protected]. I had a personal account (# lphyd[protected]) which i settled for 99, 000/- and paid the amount in three equal installments. For 33, 000/- each. The last installment was on july 30th.

                                    Ive a lean marked in my sb account (Number mentioned above) which was not removed even after paying complete amount and ive been following up with the collection manager (Mr. Syed basha) and collection execution (Mr. Gopal) since the the settlement amount is made. Its been one month am following up, but still they have not removed the lean. Evey time they give some or other reason and now since last 5 days they are not picking up my phone.

                                    Please provide me justice in this case as i don't know what's going on.

                                    Ive already sent the an email to customer.[protected]@icici.com and even from there also no response. they just collected my information and kept quite. What nonsense is going around I don't understand. I've paid the amount and my account should have been active till now.

                                      I have icici credit card, i received a call from this mob no. ([protected]) from master and visa verification department at icici on 29-aug-2016. He (Executive, abhinav bhatacharya) told me that icici bank will issue a new visa coral contactless icici card on behalf of my existing credit card. So first bank debit the charge of rs.-8500 (Same is already been debited) but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward points and the same amount will be credited to my account before generating my bill. I was hesitating to provide otp but somehow i given otp. Immediately my account got debited with rs.8, 429/-. I immediately realized something fraud happened and i reacted quickly & called icici customer care number. I given the whole scene to them and got my card blocked. Thea transaction is yet to be claimed by the merchant. They icici told me that i would raise complaint when the transaction is claimed for settlement or contact police cyber cell. I wonder how they (Frauds) get my details. Please guide me what should i do further?
