Icici bank - fraud debit card transaction through vin/payu

Fraud Debit Card Transaction through VIN/PayU

Today 05-SEP-2016 fraudulent transaction happened on my ICICI debit card for the amount of Rs.40, 000 in a total of 4 transactions. This happened when I was sleeping in the morning 5AM.

The most surprising fact was that i didn't lose my debit card or given my card details or internet banking information or 3D secure pin and debit card was with me right when all these...

ATM situated at CEE Dee Yes Chennaipattinam, Tiruppopur 603108 is not
maintained properly. AC is kept behind the room of ATM machine and that
room is always locked, thereby no AC is afortable to the ATM.
Is there any security guard posted inside the ATM room? In such be the case, nobody is seldom found inside or outside the ATM room.
As you are well aware, that ATM without proper AC, may spoil the ATM
resulting the ATM goes out of functioning and the user public are no doubt,
affected, if the ATM is not working.

        Dear Sir,

        I have paid rs 26.000 on Aug, 2016 in Vijayawada branch (MG Road) for Choose my account number[protected]. My account suppose to activated 7 working days. But its more than 7 working days and I have called number of times bank, they have promised to activated on Aug 29, Sep 1, Sep 2 and finally Sep 3, 2016 however I also wrote customer care nothing happens.

        Now, I give up of opening an account in this bank and fed up because not able to contact customer care by phone and there is no way without holding ICICI Bank debit card/account number which is already in active.

        Now, I want refund my money by DD or by cash. Thank you

I just want to know is this the guidelines of RBI or bank to use these kind of language?

Rs 4000 debited from account. i am related with this debit. immediately informed to ICICI bank and they blocked my ATM card . complaint number given by ICICI bank--SR[protected].9.16. I contacted in person with authority, they have not given right answer about the complaint.

            I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '52109333 dp chgs Till Jul-16---- INR 575.00'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.                 I have saving account with Rajkot branch.i have registered my mobile for sms alerts.bank is sending sms for credit and debit alerts for my account.but they are not telling balance in the sms.I contacted customer care for this issue but they did not reply properly and suggested some options which everybody knows.finally they told me that you are expecting too much which we cannot give.why they cannot improve simple thing in the system?

                  Today I went to a ICICI bank ATM(ID: SACWH182) near Nabanna, Howrah at 10.28pm. I wanted to withdraw RS 900, after completing all the process the ATM shows it unable to complete my transaction but I got a message from my SBI Bank that my transaction was successful and I withdrawed RS 900. But the fact is I doesn't receive nothing from that ATM. In this context I want refund of my RS 900.

                    Icici issued a credit card to me in December and without my knowledge cancelled it in April post which they issued another one but I as not in the country to receive it. They sent a statement for the new card with outstanding carried forward from the cancelled card without details.
                    I paid the money on 27th April but when I inquired about the abrupt cancellation and issuance of new card they credited it back to my savings account.
                    After that I've been asking them for the Detailed statement which they finally provided as email content and not in their regular format since the card was cancelled.
                    I paid the principal but not the interest as its Icici 's issue of not being able to provide detailed statement. Besides I had paid the amount in April and they reversed it because their systems has messed up the card issuance and reissuance.
                    Now they are suggesting I pay the late charges otherwise the cibil score would get impacted. Please advise

                      An amount of 360.64/- has been debited on 26 Aug-2016 from my saving account on the name "62424630 DP CHGS TIL JUL-16".

                      From the day I opened my account in this bank, I was annoyed by the calls from executive who forced me to activate the demat account by clicking any mail came from ICICI bank, but i didn't do that. I was shocked that why this amount has been debited even i am not using any such service

                      Yesterday i was trying to connect with customer care to ask about the debited amount and tried 15-20 times on "[protected]" this no. but every time call disconnected by reflecting message "all executives are busy...", also i tried to chat but no response from any executive.
                      Today i got chance to talk with an executive but he also give nonsense response and told me to visit nearest branch.

                      I have already register complaint in icici bank portal but still not getting any response.

                      I suggest everyone to not to go for ICICI bank even I am also going to close my salary account if this issue can't resolve.

                      Today, i visited nearest branch of icici bank but they told me to visit Noida sector 18 branch. But it was too late to visit sec-18 so i didn't visit there, i really get frustrated by the performance of this bank.

                      they asked me to close demat account but clearly say "no" for reverse my money back to me...

                      Completely bad Services I experienced by ICICI bank... This time i completely feel that we are in 90's era when banks treated badly to their customers and people got fear just to listen the word "BANK" in same way i completely feel helpless by the services offered by ICICI bank.

                        Today I received a call from NOIDA stating the person speaking from ICICI credit card office, and he provided me the address of his office as 2nd floor, Sector 65 Noida. I was to believe the person, as he provided me my credit card no. my name, my address and my DOB. Later on he mentioned that there is refund of Rs.7500/- of some old case and same is to be credited to my credit card account and for the same, he wanted me to provide PIN code, which I did. Immediately later he again called me and asked for OTP no., as by that time he was able to get some amount of Rs.2500/- debited to my credit card. Anyway, I refused to provide the detail of OTP and asked him bank never ask for such information. My surprise was how these people get the full information of the person holding credit/debit card, whereas I have never shared this information with any one. My maximum use of the card is for Petrol and Diesel only. I blocked my card immediately thereafter.

                            I had applied for a icici jet airways sapphiro credit card and paid 2500 + taxes as joining fees. Joining benefits of 10000 JP miles and one way base fare waived jet ticket was promised as joining benefit. i was supposed to receive these benefits within 45 days of making the first statement payment. I made the first payment in early June and was supposed to receive the joining benefit by 15th July, which I did not receive by the committed timeline. Due to this delay on ICICI's part, I held up the payment of the subsequent credit card statement. And after several follow ups I received the full joining benefit in Mid Aug, which was a delay of one month from the committed timeline. Despite the fact that delay in payment by me was caused due to a delay from their end in passing the joining benefits, the bank has imposed late payment charges in my latest statement. While, I have now paid the actual amount due for the expenses I incurred, I am not willing to pay the late payment charges as the delay was mainly caused due to a delay on the bank's part first

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I am Karthik S Chandrasekar an ICICI bank credit card holder. My credit card number 5241 xxxx xxxx 9004.
                              This is regarding a transaction on 7th Aug 2016 with SPRINGS SALOON using my credit card. The transaction of Rs. 200075 was an erroneous transaction entered wrongly by the merchant. The actual amount was Rs. 2075.
                              On noticing the credit card statement I was shocked and contacted the merchant and the merchant agreed to reverse the transaction. But ICICI Merchant services -his service providers have held back the funds and have not reversed it back to my credit card. Please do the needful and block the payment to the merchant via ICICI Merchant services. The amount has not yet been credited to the merchant account.
                              Please ensure that the full amount is credited back to my credit card account and that I am not charged interest on this Rs. 200075 in my credit card.

                              I have to pay my credit card dues by 7th Sep 2016. So please ensure the reversal happens before that

                              The Merchant Id of the merchant is Mid[protected]. SPRINGS UNISEX SALOON R.T. Nagar Bangalore

                              Please ensure that the complaint is registered with ICICI Bank credit card from my side.

                              I tried contacting the customer care by phone but they are refusing to take the complaint from my side. I have also sent email from your complaints page and also mailed Mr. Subhendu Tripathy, Head - Phone Banking. But I have not got any response.

                              Please understand the situation. 2 laks is a huge amount and this issue due to human error causing huge financial and mental pain to me.

                              Since ICICI is the company on both sides (ICICI credit card and ICICI Merchant Services and the Merchant is also agreed the error and requested the reversal, this issue should be resolved easily and quickly.

                              I am also attaching a letter from the merchant accepting the error from his side, his letter to the fraud services of ICICI Merchant Services copying me, my response confirming his error and the response from ICICI Merchant services where they speak of holding back payment and waitng for a chargeback request.
                              But ICICI Credit card is not taking a request from my side to ensure a "charge back" to my credit.

                              Please resolve this issue at the earliest as a huge amount is involved

                                  I have setteled my ICICI bank credit card 3-4 months ago. I have been chasing them to get the no dues letter. Written 5-6 emails to customer care. Always, getting the non-sense reply from them saying, reach out to the near by ICICI bank brach. I live in abroad where there is no ICICI bank near by. I have provided the mailing address and shared email address to send the copy. Its shame on a bank, after collecting the payment not issuing the letter. I had sent an email today and wait for some response. If its a same non-sense answer, then I will find some lawyer and file a case against this bank and their dishonest approach.

                                  Hello Customer case support officer of Dishonest Bank,

                                  I have sent N number of emails to your customer support. And there was the man Deepak.raj from bangalore ICICI bank, to whom i have dealt my settlement. He had agreed and committed to issue the no dues certificate.

                                  Anyway, i dont want to waste my time by talking to useless customer support team and dishonest bank.

                                  I am gonna post the shameless behavior of your bank in the social media, and seek the advise from the expertise to sue your bank for this dishonest behavior and my loses.

                                  Anyway, thanks for your default/general reply.
                                  Wow... one more victim... What nonsense this ICICI people are doing business. why cant they provide the no dues letter to the people who settled their account.

                                  Brother, we are in a same boat! in my case its my Personal loan account which I settled and since last 1 month am following up with this so called Collection Manager and the call center executives to remove the lean mark from my SB account and provide me the no dues letter.

                                  My salary is credited yesterday and i cant use it at all. as my account is marked lean.

                                  I think only God can save us from this blood sucking devils.

                                    My account is debited with ₹ 345 on 26/8/16.(as annual charges) on account of my money manager service. I haven't subscribed any such service and I had no intimidation about d deduction.
                                    Plz refund my amount and take care in future not to deduct any amount like this..

                                    I have salary account Since June 2011 in ICICI Bank, I never activated any paid service like Money Manager, but every month Bank deduct Rs.28.75 from my salary account.

                                    I ask to customer care they said this is charges for Money Manager

                                    I really do not know what is Money Manager, I never activate this nor use ever.
                                    I cant use it because I don't have that service... today I notice that ICICI website show me this popup to subscribe to Money Manager--- Means I am not subscriber till yet -

                                    Even customer care executive cant tell me when I activate this service, as he said they don't have data available to check.

                                    I requested for money back, which is clearly theft from my account.

                                    I know ICICI Bank has too many rich client who never care for small charges like this, actually they dont have time to see what bank charging them... but still ICICI Bank must be HONEST

                                      Sir, on 22/2/16 i transferred funds rs one lakh one thousand plus from citibank through wire transaction. Funds were withdrawn from my account on 23 feb 16. 5th march bank mgr informed me to submit concerned documents as money is still at bombay head quarters. I submitted all the concerned documents of my sons who is studding at russia.in this regard i approached all the levels including rbi cell. Till now i did not get my money back
