Late payment fee they charged even after paying within 3 days grace period approved by rbi

I got late fee reflected in my card statement even though I paid my due within 3 days (which is in accordance of RBI's guidelines for 3 days grace period). I called up customer care center to reverse these charges or cancel/block my card, as per customer care executive I need to pay my outstanding amount first to initiate this request and I told him that I'll pay entire outstanding but not that amount which is shown as late fee. Subject: erroneous reporting of loan account no – lpdel[protected] for credit report no – 981, 293, 353

Dear sir/madam,
This is in reference to the captioned account number. This is to bring to your notice that the credit report corresponding to the above mentioned loan is reported under my name in my credit report. This is to further bring to your notice that i have never availed of the above mentioned credit facility. The records still shows outstanding dues in my record.
Correspondingly my cibil report is reflecting similar outstanding dues and this is impairing my capacity to seek financial assistance.in accordance with section 19 of the credit information companies act, 2005 you in the capacity of a credit institution which is in possession or control of credit information, shall take such steps (Including security safeguards), to ensure that the data pertaining to the credit information maintained by you is accurate and complete. Further under section 21 of the credit information companies act, 2005 it is your responsibility to update credit information within 30 days of the request made.
I kindly request you to investigate the matter and make the necessary alterations in your record so as to redress me of the grievance.

      What is this actually?. When i searched online, i found some bs reason. Is this is the way you make money?. Does it really cost you rupees 30 to decline a transaction and through into the money back into account.         Hi Team,

        This is to bring in you kind notice, We (Deepak Paul +Pinky Pal) applied in your esteemed bank in month of March 2016 for Home loan (application no.- [protected]).Branch 1355. Which got sanctioned on 28 March 2016, we received the sanctioned letter.

        But this loan got disbursed in month august 2016 after many crest and troughs. During this span, there was not any written communication from ICICI bank for any documentation.

        Due to this delay from march -august 2016, Our builder penalised a penalty of approximately Rs 3.5 lacs which is matter of concern. This delay in disbursement of loan is absolutely negligence of ICICI bank limited.

        Request you to provide us best possible solution for this case.

          Icici bank - fraud debit card transaction through vin/payu

          Fraud Debit Card Transaction through VIN/PayU

          Today 05-SEP-2016 fraudulent transaction happened on my ICICI debit card for the amount of Rs.40, 000 in a total of 4 transactions. This happened when I was sleeping in the morning 5AM.

          The most surprising fact was that i didn't lose my debit card or given my card details or internet banking information or 3D secure pin and debit card was with me right when all these...

          ATM situated at CEE Dee Yes Chennaipattinam, Tiruppopur 603108 is not
          maintained properly. AC is kept behind the room of ATM machine and that
          room is always locked, thereby no AC is afortable to the ATM.
          Is there any security guard posted inside the ATM room? In such be the case, nobody is seldom found inside or outside the ATM room.
          As you are well aware, that ATM without proper AC, may spoil the ATM
          resulting the ATM goes out of functioning and the user public are no doubt,
          affected, if the ATM is not working.

                I have paid rs 26.000 on Aug, 2016 in Vijayawada branch (MG Road) for Choose my account number[protected]. My account suppose to activated 7 working days. But its more than 7 working days and I have called number of times bank, they have promised to activated on Aug 29, Sep 1, Sep 2 and finally Sep 3, 2016 however I also wrote customer care nothing happens.

                Now, I give up of opening an account in this bank and fed up because not able to contact customer care by phone and there is no way without holding ICICI Bank debit card/account number which is already in active.

                Now, I want refund my money by DD or by cash. Thank you

                    I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '52109333 dp chgs Till Jul-16---- INR 575.00'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.                           Today I went to a ICICI bank ATM(ID: SACWH182) near Nabanna, Howrah at 10.28pm. I wanted to withdraw RS 900, after completing all the process the ATM shows it unable to complete my transaction but I got a message from my SBI Bank that my transaction was successful and I withdrawed RS 900. But the fact is I doesn't receive nothing from that ATM. In this context I want refund of my RS 900.

                            Icici issued a credit card to me in December and without my knowledge cancelled it in April post which they issued another one but I as not in the country to receive it. They sent a statement for the new card with outstanding carried forward from the cancelled card without details.
                            I paid the money on 27th April but when I inquired about the abrupt cancellation and issuance of new card they credited it back to my savings account.
                            After that I've been asking them for the Detailed statement which they finally provided as email content and not in their regular format since the card was cancelled.
                            I paid the principal but not the interest as its Icici 's issue of not being able to provide detailed statement. Besides I had paid the amount in April and they reversed it because their systems has messed up the card issuance and reissuance.
                            Now they are suggesting I pay the late charges otherwise the cibil score would get impacted. Please advise

                              An amount of 360.64/- has been debited on 26 Aug-2016 from my saving account on the name "62424630 DP CHGS TIL JUL-16".

                              From the day I opened my account in this bank, I was annoyed by the calls from executive who forced me to activate the demat account by clicking any mail came from ICICI bank, but i didn't do that. I was shocked that why this amount has been debited even i am not using any such service

                              Yesterday i was trying to connect with customer care to ask about the debited amount and tried 15-20 times on "[protected]" this no. but every time call disconnected by reflecting message "all executives are busy...", also i tried to chat but no response from any executive.
                              Today i got chance to talk with an executive but he also give nonsense response and told me to visit nearest branch.

                              I have already register complaint in icici bank portal but still not getting any response.

                              I completely irritated by this kind of service by ICICI bank.

                              I suggest everyone to not to go for ICICI bank even I am also going to close my salary account if this issue can't resolve.

                              Today, i visited nearest branch of icici bank but they told me to visit Noida sector 18 branch. But it was too late to visit sec-18 so i didn't visit there, i really get frustrated by the performance of this bank.

                              they asked me to close demat account but clearly say "no" for reverse my money back to me...

                              Completely bad Services I experienced by ICICI bank... This time i completely feel that we are in 90's era when banks treated badly to their customers and people got fear just to listen the word "BANK" in same way i completely feel helpless by the services offered by ICICI bank.

                                Today I received a call from NOIDA stating the person speaking from ICICI credit card office, and he provided me the address of his office as 2nd floor, Sector 65 Noida. I was to believe the person, as he provided me my credit card no. my name, my address and my DOB. Later on he mentioned that there is refund of Rs.7500/- of some old case and same is to be credited to my credit card account and for the same, he wanted me to provide PIN code, which I did. Immediately later he again called me and asked for OTP no., as by that time he was able to get some amount of Rs.2500/- debited to my credit card. Anyway, I refused to provide the detail of OTP and asked him bank never ask for such information. My surprise was how these people get the full information of the person holding credit/debit card, whereas I have never shared this information with any one. My maximum use of the card is for Petrol and Diesel only. I blocked my card immediately thereafter.

                                  I purchased Samsung A7 mobile from Town Collection 3/229, Raghunath Chambers, Sion, Mumbai - 400022, Oppsite Gtb Railway Station West on 25 May 2015 for Rs. 27195/- for 12 month EMI from ICIC Bank Credit card with 0% interest as confirmed by Dealer. I had pay all EMI on time but when i saw total amount of EMI which i paid to ICIC Bank that is 28445/- ICICI Bank took extra Rs.1250/- in EMI when i called ICICI bank customer care they told me you need to pay full amount otherwise we will charge you interest on balance amount. Please find the below my monthly EMI payment details.

                                    I had applied for a icici jet airways sapphiro credit card and paid 2500 + taxes as joining fees. Joining benefits of 10000 JP miles and one way base fare waived jet ticket was promised as joining benefit. i was supposed to receive these benefits within 45 days of making the first statement payment. I made the first payment in early June and was supposed to receive the joining benefit by 15th July, which I did not receive by the committed timeline. Due to this delay on ICICI's part, I held up the payment of the subsequent credit card statement. And after several follow ups I received the full joining benefit in Mid Aug, which was a delay of one month from the committed timeline. Despite the fact that delay in payment by me was caused due to a delay from their end in passing the joining benefits, the bank has imposed late payment charges in my latest statement. While, I have now paid the actual amount due for the expenses I incurred, I am not willing to pay the late payment charges as the delay was mainly caused due to a delay on the bank's part first
